Although I don’t deny a concept of “East
Asian Community,” it is nonsense if it is a Japanese version of EU. It is apparent that regional currency will
hold the key to creating future. If they
aim at creating a unified currency, after all, Mr. Ozawa and Mr. Hatoyama turn
to be puppets of bankers.
As it appears that Mr. Hatoyama used to be a
member of Lodge P2 Freemaisonry, I am not surprised about his disorganized
thinking. Mr. Hatoyama, do study PROUT (Progressive Utilization Theory) advocated by an Indian philosopher Prabhat Ranjan
Sarkar.

Invites Former Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama in Respect for Former DPJ Leader
Ichiro Ozawa, to Listen to His Opinion about Improvement of Japan-China
Relations
* Former Prime
Minister Yukio Hatoyama who advocates “diplomacy of fraternity” will visit
Beijing City from January 15 to 18 to meet Chinese key figures. Reportedly, he has accepted an invitation of
the Beijing government.
Mr. Hatoyama did not run in the December 16
election and is retired from politics.
He, however, seems to be attached to politics. Mr. Hatoyma, though
he wears no Diet member pin, is strongly eager to establish an “East Asian Community,”
a Japanese version of EU. For
this reason, he has fretted about to how to restore Japan-China and Japan-Korea
relations which were deteriorated by former Prime Minster Yoshihiko Noda.
In particular, the Beijing
government desires to improve a relationship with Japan before Xi Jinping,
President-elect, and Li Kequang, Premier-elect, officially assume the posts on
March 15.
However, the Japanese government led by
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, which is far from showing a willingness to improve
relations with China, has a sense of vigilance against China’s strong stance on
the territorial rights over the Senkaku Islands.
So, it appears that the
Beijing government desires to invite former Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama, who
is an advocate of “diplomacy of fraternity” and an ally of Ichiro Ozawa, former
DPJ leader, with an aim to listen to his opinion about bilateral relations in
the future. Their true intention seems to personally
invite Ichiro Ozawa, former DPJ leader, (Life Party) who enjoys intimate
relations with Xi Jinping, President-elect, and Li Kequang, Premier-elect, and to
renew old friendship. However, it seems
that considering Ozawa’s position in Japan’s political world and relations with
the U.S., they are going to tentatively have a talk with Hatoyama and exchange
opinions with him about future bilateral relations. It is truly a loyal diplomacy.
*As for Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, he has
no fixed schedule for a summit meeting with U.S. President Obama. On top of this, he is “in a standoff” where
he finds it difficult to have a summit meeting with Xi Jinping,
President-elect, and Li Kequang, Premier-elect.
Therefore, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe feels “displeased” with Hatoyama,
who will visit China at the invitation of the Beijing government without fully
discussing with the Abe administration. This
is because the Abe administration is concerned that this might make the world
feel dubious of the administration’s “skill of diplomacy with U.S. and China.”
Chief Cabinet Secretary Suga expressed an
uncomfortable feeling at a press conference on 10th, saying “We have
heard about it for the first time now.
That’s all.”
Beijing has still felt genuinely indebted
to former Prime Minister Kakuei Tanaka as “a benefactor who dug a well for the
first time” since he contributed to normalization of diplomatic relations
between Japan and China. As the
government still has such feelings toward Ichiro Ozawa who learned directly
from Tanaka, they think that they should not improve bilateral relations
without taking any thought of Ozawa. This
is the reason why they purposely invite Hatoyama.
