When you look at the four all together, a flow of “blessing light” enters through Sahasrara chakra (on the top of your head), runs downward and sweeps your disharmony away

Relax and look at these four photos and illustrations in the order you line as shown below. You can focus to anywhere. All you need to do is look at them. If you image the center of “shining light” with a radius of about 10 centimeters, around 20 centimeters above your head in your mind while looking at them, it would be more effective.

You will feel “blessing light” enter from “shining light” above your head to your Sahasrara chakra (on the top of your head) and run downward through your whole body. This “blessing light” slowly sweeps your disharmony away.

If you have time, I recommend that you look at the trio of “healing light”, “immunity and homeostasis” and “blessing light” for two to five minutes, respectively. First, with “healing light,” light accumulates on Swadhisthana chakra (Tanden or energy center below the navel), secondly with “immunity and homeostasis” light once goes down to Muladhara chakra and goes upward from there along the two routes of outside-the-body and on-the-body surface chakras and then rises through Sahasrara chakra. Lastly with blessing light, “shining light”, kanro (blessing light to sweep disharmony away) is poured over the whole body from “shining light” above your head.

Some people might acquire “awakening” by looking at the three. “To acquire awakening” means to attain evolutionary level of 1.0 or 2.0. Evolutionary level of 1.0 is attained when light rises along the outside-the-body chakra route. Evolutionary level of 2.0 is attained when light rises along the body-surface chakra route (Ninmyaku or Conception Vessel).  After attaining “awakening,” Sahasrara chakra is filled with kanro and goes up around Ajna chakra. Around this time people will achieve “enlightenment” depending on his/her evolutionary level.
