Termite Civil Servants of Ministry of Finance Mean-Spirited Enough to Prey on Ordinary People

This commentary is very easily understood. As for a phrase in the article “he seems to be a totally different person,” I have thought that he is a person with a multiple personality under mind control but he is reportedly nothing but a xxxxsexual man.

Termite Civil Servants of Ministry of Finance Mean-Spirited Enough to Prey on Ordinary People

There are words of appeal that a Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) lawmaker named Yoshihiko Noda gave, raising his voice in 2009.

“Manifesto; it started from England and it has a rule. We put into action what is written at the risk of our life and we don’t do what is not written. This is a rule.
Corporation where retired bureaucrats find re-employment after retirement depend on your tax money equivalent to 5% consumption tax. Termites sponge on it.
We have to vanquish such termites, eradicate such corporations and eliminate such amakudari practice.
Without starting with these, raising a consumption tax would be an irrational idea

Before discussing the issue of consumption tax, we have to cope with the issue of special interests bureaucrats enjoy, that is, “*amakudari and watari.”

*Amakudari – the practice of senior bureaucrats landing postretirement jobs at entities related to the sectors they formerly supervised
Watari – the practice of retired bureaucrats landing successive posts in semigovernmental bodies for short stints and walking away from each with a lucrative retirement package

Who preaches about the need of increased tax to us?

The Ministry of Finance does.

If the Ministry of Finance peaches about Japan’s financial crisis and tries to impose a huge burden of consumption tax burden on the people, first of all, the Ministry should set an example.

What matters is that the sovereign of Japan, Japanese people agreed with his assertion and entrusted the administration to the then DPJ.

The last person who took on this administration was a lawmaker named Yoshihiko Noda with the same first and last names as the man who gave a speech in 2009.

That man enacted a law on a dramatic increase on consumption tax in the Diet without embarking on vanquishing termites.

“Without vanquishing termites, are we going to raise consumption tax this time?
We have to vanquish such termites, eradicate such corporations and eliminate such amakudari practice.
Without starting with these, raising a consumption tax would be an irrational idea.”

The prime minister had the same first and last names as the lawmaker who shouted seems to be a totally different person.

And now it has come to light that Koichi Hosokawa, former Vice Finance Minister, has assumed a position as President of Japan Finance Corporation.

Such personnel affairs are far from eradicating termites, but rather will breed termites in large volume.

This is the real identity of the Ministry of Finance.

The Ministry of Finance has devoted every effort to expanding the business of Development Bank of Japan, Japan Bank for International Corporation and Japan Finance Corporation, which are three top organizations where retired bureaucrats of the Ministry are reemployed.

All buildings where offices of such organization are moved in have undergone luxurious renovation.

The Ministry of Finance has promoted privatization of the Development Bank of Japan. The Ministry tries to expand rewards of postretirement jobs which retired bureaucrats can enjoy.

We have to accuse the Ministry of Finance of injustice.
