I’ll introduce an article on interview with Ms. Cisco Wheeler, who was at the 11th degree of Illuminati and a mother of darkness.  Given the fact that Obama and Hillary Clinton are at the 6th degree in the shady Illuminati, you will understand very well that Ms. Wheeler held a very high position.  This article seems to have been posted on August 1 this year.  I have known for the first time that Ms. Wheeler accepted such an interview.  Judging from the contents of the interview, I suppose this interview was held before 1998.  The red part in the article shows that she had already warned about the problems we have been facing now.  Since the full text of this interview is very important, I’ll introduce it again after summarizing it sometime.  This time, I’d like to focus on the part on antichrist and Maitreya and see it.

-----  My father was also a Grand Master within the Illuminati.  He worked on the west coast during the Vietnam war with his uncle who headed the military, to run drugs into this country to create a drug culture.  The purpose of that was to destroy the structure within the family unit. -----  ; he was also involved with the CIA; and he was a 33rd degree Mason.

-----  and my father was trained by Mengele, he was his #2 man. -----  In California at China Lake Naval Base; the Presidio north San Francisco; and the Letterman Hospital next to the Presidio military base.  In Alcatraz there was programming that went on in the prisons there. -----  And at the State Mental Hospital in Salem, Oregon and in the big Masonic hospital called Dorenbecker here in Portland.

As an Illuminati family member, what did they have in mind for you,---  ?

Cisco Wheeler:
The sole purpose – at the deepest layer of the system – lies mothers.  They are the foundation.  You have three mothers who are on a pedestal – their sole purpose is to rule and reign with the antichrist as his queen when he takes his throne.  As god has a bride, so Lucifer has a bride, and that bride is the mothers of darkness. -----

Wayne Morris:
Who would be this antichrist figure?  I have heard of the name, “Lord Maitreya.”  Is this one candidate?

Cisco Wheeler:
He is one of the forerunners, a disciple. -----  But when god sent his son to the earth, Christ had twelve disciples that followed him.  The antichrist is going to be like three in one, and he will also have twelve forerunners. This is where Maitreya comes in.  He is a forerunner.  John the Baptist was a forerunner for christ.

Wayne Morris:
In a global sense, how is this related to what is known as New World Order?

Cisco Wheeler:
The New World Order is a body of people within the Illuminati, thirteen major bloodlines that rule the world and they set the stage, they play out the script, ---

I believe that the people in the world are going to wake up some day very soon and realize that the stock market has crashed, that financially the world has been crushed.  They are going to realize that their food and grain has been contaminated, that their medical field has been dominated by the Illuminati medical force because the Illuminati has infiltrated every aspect of our lives.  ------------------------------  There is nothing that has not been touched by the Illuminati and its family. 

Wayne Morris:
What do you think people can do out there to try to stop this or to prepare themselves for this?

Cisco Wheeler:
…..  they need to look at themselves.  Listen to themselves, ------------. Look and see and hear what is happening around them, and they need to start preparing themselves for the worst …

----- you need to understand what the Illuminati are – who they are, what they are, and what they have done.  To understand something you need to have foresight – without foresight you are walking in the dark … . If they don’t know what’s been done to them, they are never going to know what can be done again to their families and their families, and their children. ------

Wayne Morris:
So what elements in terms of the Illuminati’s belief systems and what they have been doing – what elements are essential for people to understand?

Cisco Wheeler:
They need to understand that the Illuminati are satanists and that there isn’t anything they will not do.  They are gods unto themselves.  They think they are gods and they are only serving Lucifer.  They have taken oaths to Lucifer to serve him as their prince, as the father of light.  They have taken blood oaths in order to see this, to see it done, to see the fulfillment of the end-time, to see the antichrist take his throne.  They have done this for centuries.

When the interviewer asked her whether the antichrist would be Maitreya, Ms. Wheeler responded that “He is one of the forerunners, a disciple.  He will also have twelve forerunners. …. John the Baptist was a forerunner for Christ.”  This response means that Maitreya and twelve forerunners are supposed to be killed before the antichrist appears, just like John the Baptist.



I have explained that there was a coup plot in the heavenly world and Sanat Kumara, Maitreya and his disciples was supposed to be killed and confined to the Mugenjigoku (uninterrupted hell).  Ms. Wheeler’s response backs up my explanation.

Twelve Masters around Maitreya, close aides to him, had all sworn Enoch as Lucifer.  Although these Masters including Enoch are reptilians, Maitreya and Sanat Kumara had no idea of the fact and believed that they were in the same camp.  Sanat Kumara, Maitreya and followers of Maitreya had thought that they were united in fighting against the Illuminati that has four sides and controlled by reptilians.

Here is a problem: who are twelve forerunners that were supposed to be destroyed together with Maitreya?  They are the disciples of twelve Masters (reptilians) who are close aides to Maitreya and they are those who have confused the world with channeling information, using various names.

For example, among them is St. Germain who had provided channeling information in the name of Master Racosi (reptilian).  The being providing channeling information in the name of St. Germain cannot be Count of St. Germain in the past life.  This can be immediately understood by reading the vibration of information.  Benjamin Creme also says that such channeling information is astral glamor.  To be exact, they are the disciples of true Maters, who had received instructions from the Masters and sent information in the name of St. Germain.

Many people who believe in theosophy, especially information of Benjamin Creme had considered that Maitreya and his twelve close aides were fighting against the Black Lodge and channeling sources under their control which provide information full of glamor.  As a matter of fact, as explained above, such channeling sources are Masters’ disciples who were supposed to be destroyed as 12 forerunners, together with Maitreya when a coup plot in the heavenly world was carried out.  On the contrary, Christians and believers in the Apocalypse have thought that Sanat Kumara is the dragon, Maitreya is 666 (Maitreya Buddha) and Obama, who has been overshadowed by Maitreya, is the fake prophet and all of them are supposed to be destroyed.

Obama is in the camp of secret Illuminati.  True Illuminati members are limited to thirteen selected bloodlines.  A small fray with a low degree like Obama is nothing but sacrifice to be offered to achieve the purpose.  This is the same with twelve forerunners (channeling sources) who are supposed to be destroyed together with Maitreya – disciples of Masters (reptilians) –.  Devils will do anything to achieve their purpose.

From the viewpoint of secret Illuminati, Lucifer and antichrist control the world.  This means that the former is Enoch and the latter is a certain human picked by Enoch, who has been reincarnated on earth (it is highly likely that a person with the Merovingian bloodline.  According to Ms. Wheeler, “The antichrist is going to be like three in one.”  The person chosen as the antichrist is thought to be the multiple and the being as medium shared by Masters of Hermes, Nimrod and Jest groups.  In this sense, as I have explained, you will understand that the secret Illuminati are divided into three factions.

Maitreya is Christ, but it will be explained that after destroyed in a coup, Sanat Kumara is Lucifer/Satan and Maitreya is the antichrist.  And it is Lucifer, true god of light, and Christ, reincarnation of Lucifer, (the multiple mentioned earlier) that control the world.  I supposed that there was a plan to manipulate information so as to have people recognize the antichrist multiple as true Christ after he appears.  This is because in Jewish religion, Christ is the king who controls the world.

As explained so far, the word of Lucifer or Christ has different meanings, depending on the viewpoint of users.  I have commented that the word of Lucifer has another meaning, that is, the chieftain of true devils who are higher in rank than Enoch and Masters who worship Enoch (all reptilians).  This man is known as Cain, the first killer in the Bible.

However, these devils have been destroyed and have never existed.  Their plots have been foiled.

System of Heavenly World – 5 –

I have explained that our Sirius System (1st System) is divided into a total of 10 levels: Heavenly Deity System 1st level to 5th level (68th dimension to 64th dimension) and Earthly Deity System 1st level to 5th level (8th dimension to 4th dimension).  I have also explained that you can determine the level that each being in the Sirius System belongs to by examining in which plane the Jiva (individual soul with ego) of the being is located.


This time, let’s see the correspondence relation between the dimension that the physical body and spiritual body of each being in the Sirius System belong to and the plane chart of the seven realms of the Sirius System.  I’ll show diagrammatically the three realms in the Sirius System (Desire Realm, Form Realm and Formless Realm) and the dimensions of 10 levels (68th to 64th dimension & 8th to 4th dimension).  As shown in the following chart, for example, the plane of Senbushuu where our Earth is located is divided into seven sub-sub-sub-lokas from left to right.  The dimensions of Heavenly Deities and those of Earthly Deities are shown in blue and in red respectively.




For example, the area which runs the gamut of planes from Senbushuu to Takejizaiten in Desire Realm, painted with 100 percent red, is 4th dimension, and the area which runs the gamut of planes from Senbushuu to Takejizaiten in Form Realm, painted with 80 percent red, is 5th dimension.  The same order is applied to other dimensions.  Although the Heavenly Deity area painted with blue color is next to the Earthly Deity area painted with red color in the chart, there are 60 gaps in dimension between the two.

Let’s look more closely.  The red part of Senbushuu in Desire Realm is 4th dimension, that of Shoushinshuu, which is above Senbushuu, which is 4.1st dimension, that of Gokeshuu is 4.2nd dimension ... and that of Takejizaiten is 4.9th dimension.  The same order is applied to all dimensions.  For example, the dimension of Earthly Deity that dwells on Daibonten located in 1st sub-sub loka of 5th sub-loka in Form Realm is 6.2nd dimension.
You can see the correspondence relation between planes and dimensions in the Sirius System as shown in this chart.  However, there are huge areas other than illustrated dimensions and you will realize that the concept of dimension is inappropriate to correctly understand our universe.

It is quite natural that you are interested in knowing from which stars aliens come in terms of physical dimension.  In physical dimension, it is quite natural that you are interested in knowing from which stars aleins come, but in spiritual dimension, it is necessary to grasp where they are from by the concep of plane, namely System and level.  For example, Sanat Kumara called the Lord of the World in theosophy is enshrined as Maouson (Defender Lord) in Buddhism in Kurama-dera, Kyoto.  The plane where his spiritual body dwells was Takejizaiten.  In Buddhism, the Great Devil of the 6th Heaven (or simply the Great Devil), the king of Desire Realm, dwells on this Takejizaiten.  In Buddhism, the Great Devil means the evil entity that interrupts ascetic training and is recognized as devil.  However, it is at once devil and deity who dwells on Takejizaiten, the topmost heaven in Desire Realm, and controls the Desire Realm.  This concept is expressed as Lucifer in the West.  However, in our concept, Sanat Kumara is the Heavenly Emperor (the 2nd Heavenly Emperor of three Heavenly Emperors) of Earthly Deity 5th level (4th dimension).  Don’t you think that this concept makes us understand spiritual world more clearly?

Well, Sanat Kumara is the heavenly devil (Heavenly Emperor) of Takejizaiten in terms of spirituality, but he dwelled on Shamballa, capital of subterranean city Agartha located inside the earth in terms of physical dimension.
There is a well-known Tibetan legend that Palace Potara has a secret door, which leads through a tunnel to Agartha.  As just described, Agartha is located in the 6th heaven, far higher than Earth, in the plane chart of spiritual dimensions but is located underground inside the earth in physical dimension.  Therefore, when we understand where aliens on board spaceship come from, we would understand the whole picture more clearly by looking at not only the specific positions of their stars but also their spiritual planes.

Reality to Give a Hard Blow to Maladministration of Abe Cabinet – Deities Keep Watch over Media –


“Reality will give a hard blow to maladministration.”  This is a good saying.
I think this will happen.  As for the expression in the article - What has caused such changeover? - , deities are keeping watch over the media now, about which I wrote in the last article.  Deities have waited and seen the media for about one month.  Twenty-three people who put pressure on the media and were judged to have no chance of being reformed were put to death at 2100 hours on August 3, 2013.  The number of those to be executed will increase, depending on the stance media people take.  Execution will make souls vanish.  If they continue to do wrong, they will see their physical death.

The reality of U.S. military helicopter’s crash did make it possible.

The reality that cannot be hidden and the dangers everybody have witnessed makes any deception or defense impossible.

This incident will extend over the issues on nuclear power plants, consumption tax and revision of the Constitution.

Reality will make it impossible to implement wrong policies of maintenance of nuclear power plants, a rise in consumption tax and abandonment of Article 9 of the Constitution no matter how much the government may want to do.

Reality will stop such implementation even if opposition parties cannot do it.

Although wrong policies can be implemented temporarily by force, they will be actually foiled and policymakers should receive two-fold punishment and suffer from their sin.

I have recalled anew one phrase in a textbook “Story about New Constitution,” which was issued by the Ministry of Education immediately after the Constitution of Japan came into effect.

It admonishes the people who worry about renunciation of war and non-retention of military forces as follows:

There is nothing you worry about because Article 9 of the Constitution is right and nothing is stronger than righteousness.

That’s right.  All we have to do is to continue saying what is right and raising our voice to realize it.

Maladministration will be given a hard blow to by reality some day in future.

All we have to do is to continue arguing what we believe is right until then.

This is the strongest privilege of the public without power, which can stop one-sided use of power.

"I have explained each System and dimension.  The part surrounded with a black bold line is our Sirius System (1st System).


 All Systems have the same structure.  Let’s take a look at the overall structure of this Sirius System as an example.



As shown in the above chart, our Sirius System is divided into seven lokas (realms) from top down (from left to right):

Vii Satya-loka
VI Tapa-loka
V Jana-loka
IV Mahar-loka
III Svar-loka (Formless Realm)
II Bhuvar-loka (Form Realm)
I Bhur-loka (Desire Realm)

The leftmost vertical frame in the above chart is Satya-loka.  In Buddhism, three lower realms of the seven realms are called Desire Realm, Form Realm and Formless Realm from the bottom.  Each of the seven lokas (realms) is subdivided into seven sub-lokas (sub-realms) : 1st to 7th sub-loka.  Each sub-loka (realm) is divided into seven sub-sub-lokas.

As for the three -- Desire Realm, Form Realm and Formless Realm – of the seven lokas (realms) in the Sirius System shown in the above chart, some sub-sub-lokas are given names in Buddhism.  The following chart shows correspondence relation between each plane (realm) and each heaven in Buddhism.  Our earth is located in Senbushuu, which is surrounded with a red frame.



A being in the Sirius System belongs to any of Heavenly Deity 1st to 5th levels (68th to 64th dimensions) or Earthly Deity 1st to 5th level (8th to 4th dimensions).  See where the Jiva (individual soul with ego) of the being is located, and you will understand which level the being belongs to.  (In a video lecture on science of religion, I explained it by the location of Monad.



Let’s take Toshitaten for example.  If it is expressed by dividing it into seven sub-sub-sub-lokas from left to right, the Jiva (individual soul with ego) of a being belonging to Heavenly Deity 5th level is located in the blue part in the below chart while that of a being belonging to Earthly Deity 5th level in the red part.

Examination of the location of Jiva (individual soul with ego) of each being makes it possible to know the level (dimension) it belongs to in this way.”

As Sirius is a blue shining star, I am very glad that an unknown goddess of Sirius has appeared in an illustration.

You might affirm or deny conspiracy theory. In either case, I want you to know at least what is written in this article: Theosophical Society and Lucis Trust and its Board of Trustees, and association between these people and NWO (New World Order), Masters and Maitreya.

For example, those who read only books by Benjamin Creme don’t understand who sit on the Board of Trustees of the Lucis Trust. In what way can those who believe in the information of Benjamin Creme that Maitreya and Masters work for justice in the Brotherhood of Light (Great White Brotherhood) explain that the Lucis Trust members are Satanists who sacrifice humans to Satan to perform Satanist rituals?
I cannot explain everything in this short comment. However, as I have explained many times, this article apparently shows that the Lucifer that Blavatsky or Alice Bailey mention is Sanat Kumara, Lord of Shamballa.   

Sanat Kumara and his close aides are not demons but divine sprits who were demoted to Earth from Venus on a charge of misconduct in the heavenly world. The problem is 12 Masters led by Maitreya.   All of them were reptilians and worshippers of their king, Enoch, and had a plot to stage a coup in the heavenly world. Both Sanat Kumara and Maitreya were totally deceived by Enoch and his worshippers. When they think to invite Maitreya into Earth, most of collaborators of the Theosophical Society assume the fight against Rockefeller or Kissinger who promote NWO proposed by Black Lodge (Dark Brotherhood).   Benjamin Creme followers convince themselves that Maitreya will defeat the conspiracy of darkness who tries to implant chips into humans.

What was supposed to happen? According to Enoch’s plan, Maitreya and his followers would have been defeated and fallen to the interminable hell. This is because all Masters around Maitreya sided with Enoch and as a matter of fact, Masters’ disciples have spiritually guided Rockefeller and Kissinger.

History can be distorted by winners to any degree they like. His script is that Maitreya is the beast 666 (Miroku) who tried to implant microchips into humans to enslave them and that a hero who will seal Maitreya and the dragon (Sanat Kumara) into a millennium of interminable hell is the real Savior Enoch who sits on a white horse (Archangel Metatron).   If things go according to the script, it will make Enoch, the king of reptilians, completely control Earth and reign as God.
I repeatedly say that this ridiculous script has disappeared.

When Blavatsky died in 1891, Annie Besant, a militant feminist, co mason, and a member of the Fabian Socialist Society of England took over the reigns of leadership. She took part in revolutionary street riots and wrote numerous occultic works to complement those of Blavatsky.

After Besant, came Alice Bailey and her husband, Foster Bailey, a 32nd Degree Freemason. Having assumed the leadership of the Theosophical Society together, they formulated and built the foundations of what we now refer to as the New Age Movement.  ----------    In 1922, they set up `Lucis Trust` , which continues to serve as the umbrella organization for a multitude of One World Government/New Age/Occult sects,cults, organizations and programs that are the main players in the emerging new world religion. Alaska’s High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) has drawn its fair share of conspiracy theories over the years, as it sits in Gakona, an array of antennas intended to heat the Earth’s ionosphere and study the effects. Fringe thinkers have tenuously linked HAARP to everything from the 2011 Japanese Earthquake to mind control and hurricanes.

But if there are no major earthquakes or bizarre global weather events in the coming weeks or months, the folks at HARRP may have some explaining to do -- the facility has apparently been shuttered since June , the power turned off as HAARP waits for a hoped-for change in contractors to operate the facility.

The shutdown is reported to be only a temporary one, with the facility having been shuttered sometime between late May and mid-June.

The shuttering of HAARP has apparently arisen from a contractor regime change. The facility’s operations were previously administered by Kaktovik Inupiat Corp. subsidiary -- and 8(a) contractor -- Marsh Creek, LLC . Reportedly in talks to take over the contract is regional Alaska Native corporation Ahtna , which oversees the area of Gakona, where HAARP is located.

Did U.S. forces fail to secure budget?
Or were they blocked by the Galactic Federation of Light or White Knight?
Or was the facility attacked by nuclear bombs?
Or is it merely out on strike?
