The Associated Press reports that the Obama administration has denied a request by AP to provide at least one piece of concrete evidence for the public showing the alleged chemical attack by the Syrian government.

Almost all pieces of evidence the American government has provided to show justification for military intervention in other countries have been fabricated as conspiracies till now. Every incidence is the “evidence” fabricated as conspiracy: World War I (the sinking of the RMS Lusitania), World War II (Attack on Pearl Harbor), Vietnam War (Gulf of Tonkin Incident), Gulf War (performance of Naira, the daughter of American Ambassador to Kuwait), Invasion in Afghanistan (9/11 terrorist attacks), Iraq War (weapons of mass destruction) and this Syria attack (attack of chemical weapons).

Former U.S. military and intelligence officials concluded that as the result of their own investigation, not Assad administration but anti-government militants had carried out the alleged chemical weapons attack. They also pointed out that CIA has provided the president with wrong information.

As expected, Obama administration may appear to be unable to attack Syria so easily. The voice of decent people in the world is holding back the Syria attack based on the conspiracy of the West, Saudi Arabic, Qatar, Turkey and Israel (Judah), which have tried to force the attack with conspiracies and fabricated evidence.

This may be one of turning points in human history. It would be safe to say that the ‘forces that have controlled the world” are about to engage in war as they like.

The US administration has denied a request by the Associated Press to provide at least one concrete evidence for the public showing the alleged chemical attack in Syria on August 21 was linked to the Syrian government.

The AP's Zeina Karam and Kimberly Dozier wrote that "the US government insists it has the intelligence to prove it, but the public has yet to see a single piece of concrete evidence produced by US intelligence -- no satellite imagery, no transcripts of Syrian military communications -- connecting the government of President Bashar Assad to the alleged chemical weapons attack last month that killed hundreds of people."

The Obama administration, searching for support from a divided Congress and skeptical world leaders, says its own assessment is based mainly on satellite and signals intelligence, but multiple requests to view that satellite imagery have been denied, AP wrote in an article.

A dozen former US military and intelligence officials told Obama that they are picking up information that proves Syrian government was not responsible for the August 21 attack.

They warned US president that the CIA was providing false data on the matter and said according to their sources, the anti-Syria miltiants carried out the attack.

Obama remains trying to gather international support for its controversial plans to bomb Syria, and his rush to dispatch warships toward the Arab country was forced to stop due worldwide calls not to attack the already war-torn country.

Syria has been gripped with a deadly insurgency since 2011 when pro-reform protests turned to an all-out war by infiltration of militants and terrorist groups from across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe.

I wonder if the government of this country does not know the word “safety of food.” It is the Tsukiji Market, called the kitchen in Japan that has been struck by the gravest repercussion.

Although there is a serious problem of sea contamination due to the nuclear power plant accident, the Tuskiji Market has a problem of relocation to Toyosu. Its new address (Toyosu) is the site of old Tokyo Gas factory, whose soil, it is pointed out, contains toxic substances substantially exceeding the allowable limits for ground.

During 2007 and 2008, Tokyo Metropolitan government made a boring survey (at a depth of up to 7 meter and 30 centimeter at the minimum) at 4,400 spots and collected a sample of soil there. JAPAN ASSOCIATION ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES called for the Metropolitan government on “disclosure and preservation of the soil. Since the Metropolitan government refused it, the Association has filed a lawsuit against it for requesting not to dispose of the collected soil.

The Metropolitan government should disclose the collected soil if there is no problem. On the planted site will be built a market where fresh seafood and fish and green food. Despite this, the Metropolitan government sticks to the stance: “We don’t want to have the soil seent or preserve it.”

The unstable ground on which a market is planned to be built was liquefied on “March 11.” At that time, poisonous substances including hexavalent chrome, which the Metropolitan government desperately wants to hide, blew out with groundwater.

The Tsukiji Market, which was constructed based on the lesson of the Great Kanto Earthquake, was as stead as a rock on “March 11.” Why is the Metropolitan government going to bother to relocate the food market to contaminated land?

Today a “demonstration against Tukiji relocation” was held, in which intermediate wholesalers and citizens participated. While chanting a slogan of “Protect Tsukiji”, a group of demonstrators left Tsukiji and paraded down the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Diet building.

Participants of the demonstration including housewives unanimously said, “It is unbelievable for the Metropolitan government to plant to relocate the market where food is handled to Toyosu” or “Our life is threatened (due to the nuclear power plant accident)” and showed their sense of crisis.

Construction work for relocation is progressing steadily in Toyosu.

System of Heavenly World – 7 –

“Let’s look at specific examples of the relationship between dimension & plane and body this time. I’d like to explain about human bodies. According to traditional teaching, the body is composed of following five different bodies.

A spirit before being reincarnated into the physical body has two bodies: spirit body and causal body. A spirit body is a complex composed of physical body, etheric body, astral body and mental body. A human who has a physical body as a result of reincarnation has three bodies: physical body, Linga sarira and causal body, shown in the above table. Linga sarira is a complex composed of etheric body, astral body and mental body.

A common expression, astral projection means that one travels through the astral world with consciousness of the above-mentioned Linga sarira. However, in reality very few souls on the earth have experienced astral projection. A reincarnated spirit can experience four types of separation: separation from the etheric double, separation from the etheric body, separation from the Linga sarira and separation from the causal body. A soul before reincarnation can experience three types of separation: separation from the etheric body, separation from the Linga sarira and separation from the causal body. The experience many people consider to be astral projection is almost always separation from the etheric double. The etheric double is not the etheric body but the lower etheric body which overlaps almost totally with the physical body. Given Maitreya and 12 Masters around him were not able to experience astral projection, it is important to discriminate these different types of separation.

Unless a specific body is intentionally moved to another plane by separation, Linga sarira and causal body or spirit body and causal body are overlapped in the same plane.

Understanding such a basic concept mentioned above, let’s see which planes the Linga sarira and spirit body (causal body is almost always overlapped with these) of two well-known Indian saints are located over a lifetime.

Ramana Maharishi

(December 1879 – April 1950)

Ramakrishna

(February 1836 – August 1886)

Checking where the Jiva (individual soul with ego) of the two are located, Jiva of Ramana Maharishi and that of Ramakrishna is located in Earthly Deity 3rd level and Earthly Deity 4th level, respectively.

Location of the Jiva (individual soul with ego) is fixed, depending on the level it belongs to. The location will not change over a lifetime unless it is accompanied by so great spiritual experience.

In spite of attainment of Nirvikalpa Samadhi, the location of Jiva did not change.

Checking whether the two are the Divines, humans or Demons, both of them are found to be Earthly deities (divine spirits) and they are true Avatars (incarnations of deities). Even if a being is reincarnate from a high level of plane, we cannot determine whether it is the Divine or the Demon, though the level it belongs to is known, only by the location of its Jiva. If its Monad (blue pearl) is located not in the Sirius System but in the Animal System, Demon is reincarnated in some cases.

We can discriminate between deity and human by the difference in elements consisting of body. Please refer to the visions Serena-san saw on September 21, 2012.

Hotsuma deities have not only above-mentioned bodies but also three bodies: higher etheric body, higher astral body and higher mental body. Basically, they have the body which is composed of a total of eight bodies. Detailed explanation about it is omitted here.

Look at the location of Linga sarira and spirit body of Rama Krishna over a lifetime, first.

Ramakrishna was born on February 18, 1836. As shown in the above table, his spirit body was in the 4.3th dimension of Kurushuu (5th sub-sub-subloka) before he was born with the body. This table shows the basic location of his spirit body on January 1, 1830 I examined. You will find that his Linga sarira was in the same plane, Kurushuu, as his spirit body, even after having the body after reincarnation. It is said that he finally attained Nirvikalpa samadhi (the highest transcendent state of consciousness) under the guidance of his guru, Totapuri, under whom he had started spiritual practices. Then examining where his spirit body was basically located as of 1865, it is in the 4.7th dimension of Toshitaten. He died on August 16, 1886. Examining the location of his spirit body in 1890, it is in the same location, 4.7th dimension of Toshitaten. Spiritual practice does not simply raise the basic location of Linga sarira of a practitioner. Achievement of the highest transcendent state of consciousness such as Nirvikalpa Samadhi liberates him and almost automatically raises the plane where his Linga sarira is located. You will understand that Ramakrishna was reincarnated as spirit body after death in the location of Linga sarira he attained.

Next, let’s see the case of Ramana Maharishi. He was reincarnated into the physical body on December 30, 1879. Examining the location of his Linga sarira as of January 1, 1877, a little before his birth, it is in the 4.7th dimension of Toshitaten. His Linga sarira is basically located in the same Toshitaten as before birth, though his physical body after reincarnation is in the 3rd dimension of Senbushuu. He realized true self (Atman) as a result of spiritual inquiry, which started simultaneously with the experience of death he had suddenly had around 16 years of age. Examining the location of his Linga sarira as of January 1, 1900, it is in the Shoushinshuu, of Desire Realm (5.1st dimension). He died on April 14, 1950. Examining the location of his spirit body as of 1955, it is found to be in the same Shoushinshuu of Desire Realm. As is the case with Ramakrishna, it is found that Samadhi experience has raised the basic location of his Linga sarira. After death he was also reincarnated as spirit body in the location where his Linga sarira was located.

The above shows that it is highly likely that after death a person will be reborn in the plane where his Linga sarira is located now. Incidentally, average person of Earth has both of his Linga sarira and causal body in 4th dimension of Senbushuu. Of course, reincarnated physical body is located in 3rd dimension. However, if you carry out a ritual to worship demon or take actions which are likely to heavily accumulate your karma, the location of your Linga sarira will fall down to the hell, below Senbushuu. At present, your Linga sarira might slip down from Senbushuu to a System below the Animal System in the worst case. If you can examine where your Linga sarira is located, it is quite interesting in that sense.

Screening of souls is made through various events in the world. People who never stop having a hand in evil will have their souls destroyed one after another. Very few people have their souls (Monad) in the Sirius System. Most people have fallen to a System lower than the Animal System.

People who are judged to have no hope of repenting their deed will end up having their souls vanish. A quite number of people who got involved in a plot against Syria have had their souls destroyed.

Deities are watching over human activities.

“Have you ever thought that you will become a second Mr. Eisaku Sato because you protest against resuming the nuclear power plant operation?” This writer asked Governor Izumida at Media meeting including free-lancers in Niigata prefectural office.

“Yes, I have,” the governor answered in a moment. “I felt creepy when I was chased by a car,” he said, looking back over the past.

Mr. Eisaku Sato, former Fukushima Governor, who had opposed against a plutonium-thermal project of Fukushima nuclear power plants operated by TEPCO, was arrested and prosecuted on charges of bribery associated with transaction in the land of a sewing company run by his brother. It was a very strange bribery case, in which the amount involved was zero. This incident was the beginning of national policy investigations.

Governor Izumida, like other anti-nuclear people, has been exposed to a negative campaign by pro-nuclear groups. Mr. Shigeaki Koga, who was a colleague in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), has disclosed in a weekly magazine “Officials of METI and Nuclear Regulatory Agency are spreading a rumor that ‘Izumida is an odd person.’ It is a false rumor.” I sometimes see pro-nuclear journalists pushing propaganda based on the false rumor of “Izumida as odd person.”

Once the foundation is provided by a negative campaign, the prosecution would have no difficulty in taking action. The Rikuzankai incident which aimed at “crushing Ozawa” is a perfect example.

The governor, who was asked about the negative campaign against himself by a reporter outside the club, answered as follows: “When asked about what is a problem in reality, regrettably they develop a negative campaign against me instead of answering it.”

I got an impression at the Media meeting that Governor Izumida has never got along with the local press club.

Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Yoshio Hachiro (at that thime) was attacked by the local press club due to his “remarks on death town” and what is more the club fabricated a story that he said “I’ll have you put on radiation.” As a result,, he was forced to step down.

Niigata Governor Hirohiko Izumida objects to resuming the easygoing operation of Kashiwazaki Kariha nuclear plant by TEPCO from his own position as the head of the local government who has to protect residents. When the Chuetsu Offshore Earthquake, which was dangerously close to disaster, broke out in 2007, the government and TEPCO poorly responded to it. The memory is burned into his mind.

Nuclear Power Village which puts even state power under its thumb will probably make necessary countermeasures to resume the operation of the nuclear power plant. It is important that we have to watch over power so that Governor Izumida may not become a second Governor Eisaku Sato.

Futsunushino-mikoto-sama delivered a judgment at 11:55 a.m.
As a result, many Hotsuma deities and people fell into the hell in the astral and mental planes.

In “Hotsumatsutae” are clearly described the names of twelve consorts of Amaterasu-oomikami. Once in every 600 years a group of deities who support one of these 12 princesses as Ookimi, descend to Earth to replace the old group. On January 1, 2007, Seoritsuhime-honoko-sama as new Ookimi and a divine group led by her descended to Earth. Among them were Izanagino-mikoto, Izanamino-mikoto, Futsunushino-mikoto and Omoikaneno-mikoto, who are well known in Kojiki and Nihonshoki.

These two illustrations drawn by Serena-san precisely capture their characteristics. Honoko is now my wife. When I met her for the first time, she was 20 years old. This illustration is quite similar to her, though she had completely different hairdo. I met Izanami-sama in the heavenly world and this illustration looks a lot alike. People who know the names of deities only as mythological figures might be surprised to learn that these goddesses are usually dressed in Western style; they wear dresses or miniskirts according to the situation. I hope that these illustration will help you sense that these deities are not mythological figures but do exist in higher dimensions.

Futsunushino-mikoto-sama (vision Serena-san saw)

This illustration is drawn rather well. He is a gallant young man like this illustration. He is a war deity, who is best at handling the sword in the heavenly world. I seem to have practiced sword lessons with Futsunushino-mikoto-sama very hard in the heavenly world. I do remember the vision in which we practiced with real swords. He has such an atmosphere as this illustration.

With a bold decision of Futsunushino-mikoto-sama, many Hotsuma deities were judged harshly.

A part of deities in the heavenly world were so corrupted that such judgment had to be delivered actually. The government until this judgment in 2007 dates back to approximately four hundred and fifty million years.

As a matter of fact, the first government associated with Amaterasu government in our Sirius System was squeezed by force in a coup. The coup was staged by a male deity known as Toyokeno-ookami in Hotsumatsutae and the government lasted approximately one hundred million years. Subsequently, the power was taken by his child Hakokunino-mikoto. Then Amaterasu-oomikami and Toyokeno-ookami took back the power again approximately thirty million year ago. The Amaterasu government has lasted approximately thirty million years. During the time, 12 princesses descended to Earth once in every 600 years to govern it. This is why people had a misconception that Amaterasu-oomikami is a female Ookimi who descended to Earth. As described in Hotsumatsutae, Amaterasu-oomikami and Toyokeno-ookami are definitely male deities. I also saw both of them in the heavenly world. Amaterasu-oomikami was 52 years old and Toyokeno-ookami was 76 years old in human terms as of January 1, 2007.

They say kestrels propagate in a group at Jyusangai, Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture. They are designated as a national protected species.

Taro Yamamoto is different from other politicians in the past – “We will participate in politics through Taro-san.” Women from across the country gather together.

Look at the third photo. It definitely shows that Diet member Taro Yamamoto is different from other politicians in the past. The person in front of him is Mr. Takashi Hirose. These two people are likely to become history makers.

Before the establishment of “National Supporters’ Club” for Diet member Taro Yamamoto, his supporters had a kickoff meeting in the Diet. A “Tokyo Supporters’ Club” was supposed to be organized at first, but many supporters from Hokkaido, Fukushima, Osaka and Kyushu rushed to the meeting at their expense.

Supporters’ club for a Diet member is usually organized by people of his/her constituency. A meeting is held also for the purpose of fund-raising.

However, his supporters’ club does not follow this stance. The club is a national organization consisting of nine blocks, including Hakkaido and Okinawa. People who escaped from exposure to radiation have been evacuated to various places in the country.

They will not raise funds.

Mothers with children stood out in the meeting place. If reflects the trust in Mr. Yamamoto who won the Upper House election with the support of the public on his pledge of “non-nuclear power” and “non-radiation exposure.”

Mothers had an ardent desire to have Mr. Yamamoto move not to have children exposed to any more.

Mr. Yamamoto will start going a campaign across the country late in September. “Only if you prepare a beer case, a loudspeaker and a busy street, I’ll go anywhere by myself,” he said. He has not been sent to the Diet by the public for nothing.

“Unless we extend aid to evacuees, (Act on Supporting Children and Sufferers) will be watered down. There is no time to lose.” The battle between Mr. Yamamoto and the country that won’t have children and residents escape from contaminated areas will start kicking in.

Information from Mr.Takeshita

This himemiko-sama is a star called Sirius companion star Po Tolo or Fonio according to the mythology of the Dogon people. It is also described as Sirius B. As usual, I asked her through Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi to give a message to us people of Earth. Like other himemiko-sama of Sirius constellation, she is a goddess who used to live in the Love Creator Deity 5th System and descended to Earth as divine spirit. Since I suppose that she must remember those days, I asked her about it. In the following correspondence, words in parenthesis are Mrs. Nakanishi’s remarks.

“Hello, people of Earth!
It is my great pleasure to see Earth regaining very beautiful luster!
I never spend every day praying for peace of Earth and happiness of all of you.

Thinking of you who have lived with a lot of suffering and problems for a long time, I have sometimes felt depressed.

I do remember that Mr. Takeshita was always shining at the center of many deities.
As he knew everything, I often asked him about something I didn’t know about.
He explained everything very accurately, politely and in detail and I was able to understand it very well.
Many deities had great trust and deep respect for him.
He excelled at all abilities, especially had a wonderful singing voice. All of us used to listen to his voice in fascination.
His funny jokes were very charming! (His jokes are more and more charming now!)
I still remember them because they were so impressive. (I was surprised at himemiko-sama’s good memory. I wonder if her Taiheki is Type 1.)

As himemiko-sama remembers, this name is undoubtedly my name of those days. As I talked in a video lecture or some other place, I descended to Sirius system from this system (Creator Deity of Love 5th System) four hundred and fifty million years ago. I think that her remarks will make you understand accuracy of what I say.
