These phenomena seen in these pictures are all manifested by Sumiwataru-takakihoshino-himemiko-sama. The first photo was taken before her return home to Earth and the second one after it: since Monad (blue pearl) of the first photo is in the Plant System and the second of it in the Sirius System, you sense higher vibration in the second photo. Both of them are manifested by the same himemiko-sama.
Change in the location of Monad between the two photos directly shows that she returned to Earth on November 1.

* “Parhelic circle” – circle crossing the whole sky
* “120 degree parhelion” – bright spot seen in the second photo
* “Circumhorizontal arc” – upside-down rainbow seen in the last photo

And extremely rare phenomena appear:

Multiple sources say the Pentagon is moving to shut down cabal.

Some kind of paradigm changing event in the US is imminent, according to multiple sources.

The Pentagon had already taken over the FEMA camps and was going to put all the politicians from Washington D.C. there, one sourse said.

The CIA source, for his part, said they were going to shut down the US power grid on November 11th.

A top level Chinese government representative also reported that an agreement had been reached to release vast amounts of funds to finance a major campaign to end poverty and stop environmental destruction.

In response he was told that if the cabal was defeated by the White Dragon Society and its allies, the US military would receive more funding that it does now and would be asked to help in the campaign to fix the planet.

The NAS scandal is one example.

The result is heavy criticism on the US regime by supposed allies such as the German, French and Spanish governments, a clear sign the Europeans are moving closer to Russia and distancing themselves from the US.

The other big move against the US last week came when Russia sent two strategic nuclear bombers to Venezuela after which Venezuela immediately took over US owned oil rigs in the country.

The Chinese did their bit by announcing they had surrounded the US with nuclear submarines that could annihilate the entire continental United States.

They have also been aggressively investing in new energy technology and will pioneer a post-oil world.

Turkey, supposedly a NATO country, is negotiation a customs union with Russia, buying missiles from China and rounding up and removing Mossad agents spying on Iran from Turkey.

Egypt too is buying missiles and other weapons from Russia and offering the Russians a naval base.

Last week when Israeli forces attacked Syria, the US armed forces immediately informed the Russians of this fact, infuriating the Israelis and making it clear that the United States armed forces are no longer going to fight wars for Israel.

As a result that country will have to reach a deal with its neighbors and with Russia if it is to remain a viable entity.

In this plan, Israel is expected to eventually become a Jewish autonomous region inside this federation.

The totalitarian rulers of Saudi Arabia, for their part, need to remind themselves of the Arab saying:

“One day the stick is in your hand, the next day it is in your ass.”

The sources also say the cabal members and their families, who had planned to hide in underground bases while they killed everybody else, will instead find themselves confined in the FEMA camps.

A small-sized demonstration consisting of about 30 participants was accompanied by as twice as many police officers. This is weird.

On 7 last month, Kyoto District Court delivered the following judgment:

*The demonstration by Zaitokukai scared the children and teacher and defamed the school.

*They intend to appeal to the public for discrimination against Koreans residing in Japan, which is equal to racial discrimination stipulated by the United Nations International Convention of the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

*Zaitokukai is ordered to pay the school 12 million yen in compensation.

*Zaitokukai should not stage propaganda activities within a 200-meter radius of the Korean school.

Ineffective system called democracy has prevented us from optimizing investment and speeding it up, for too a long time. We have been deprived of our rational, expected profits and have been unjustly oppressed for too a long time.

When an absurd system called socialism was on its death bed, we were delighted to know that nothing can impede the optimization of the world and our rational, expected profits.

However, we have realized now that a system of democracy comes in the way. We had to spend a lot of time struggling against democracy. We have kept on instructing those called the people to make correct choices. We have continued to tell about a great financial loss owing to overstaffed Diet with 700 members and the inefficiency in the bicameral system, in which the two are not so different from each other.

We Japanese chose an optimal solution and optimized the Diet for us in the face of a disadvantage we were placed at immediately after the nuclear power plant accident.
We do welcome the Secrets Protection Bill that helps put an end to an absurd system democracy earlier.

Today at noon, Sumiwataru-takakihoshino-himemiko-sama has returned home to Earth from the Nyan Tolo of the Pleiades. As I had announced you, global vibration changed just around noon. Mr. Brezinski: “Years of global hegemony by U.S. has come to an end.”

Mr. Brezinski, who served as nationa- security advisor in the Carter administration, told: “Years of global hegemony by the U.S. has come to an end.”

According to Fars News Agency, Mr. Brezinski stressed that the concept of global hegemony seemed to be dead in the water and “the dominance itself pretty much unattainable.”

Mr. Brezinski, who made a speech at University of John Hopkins, said: “The past 13 years of US control over the Cold-War world.”

He also acknowledged: “The U.S. has lost much of the leverage it used to have and Washington is not likely to ever recover its position as the dominant global force, at least not in the lifetime of anyone in this hall.”

Additionally, he stressed: “It is essential for the U.S. to come to terms with a more-than-ever complex modern world and to redefine its idea that America is exceptional.”

Now the world sees the U.S. as a “criminal.”

“However the U.S. denies it, we cannot believe what they say; German Federal Information Agency mentioned it detected communication intercept by the U.S. and the U.S. has done similar things all over the word. The problem is that the Abe administration is going to copy such a spy ring as U.S. National Security Agency (NSA). The Cabinet submits a bill to establish a Japanese version NSA to an extraordinary Diet session, where the Cabinet ministers make up a plan to share secret information with the U.S. and develop military and economic strategies. They impose confidentiality on those involved to avoid leakage of secrets. For this purpose, a bill to protect state secrets is adopted at a Cabinet meeting on 25. They get into line with the U.S. on espionage. How does the world see Japan?

“It may be permissible in the Cold War era but whatever the U.S. likes to do cannot be permitted now. Therefore, their espionage was criticized.
