The celestial school has a wide range of curriculum, in which we have to learn a lot of things.

The vessel is not stranded or does not turn over. It was exploded to block the mouth of the bay. This is the Donuzlav Bay, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine is located. The bay spreads like an oil bottle hanging upside down toward the Black Sea. The mouth of the bay is less than 200 meters in width.

On 6^th, the Russian Navy exploded an old ship (it commissioned in 1973 with a freight ton of 8,565 tons and an overall length of 173 meters) and sank it there. Due to shallow water, the ship has its belly exposed miserably. Ukrainian naval ships are “trapped like a rat.” This is one of offshore strategies, “blockade.”

There is a reason why the Russian Navy carried out such a bold and heavy-handed operation. It has been decided on 6 by the Crimean provincial assembly that a referendum on “incorporation to Russia” is to be held.

Ukraine new government, which is deeply concerned about the situation, tried to send its naval sips to Odessa port to hold the region under control. The Russian Navy caught the movement of the new government and got the start of it.

This reminds us of the “Blockade of the mouth of Port Arthur” in the Russo-Japanese War (in 1904). An allied fleet led by Admiral Togo Heihachiro sank its old ship to block the Russia fleet inside Port Arthur and to prevent reinforcements from entering the port.

The blockade failed but the then Russian Navy must have been frightened. We are completely ignorant of whether Russia followed suit with the Japanese allied fleet.

Russia has succeeded in nullifying the Ukraine army without shooting any bullet. It is better to end a war with no lives lost.

The Hierarchy is a non-existent group because they have already been destroyed. They have sending messages one after another using others’ names and every message has no meaning.

Although two beings by the same name of Saint Germain sent messages on March 3 and 6, they are fake Saint Germain and not the same person. The being that sent a message on March 3 has been arrested. The other being that sent a message on March6 will be arrested tomorrow. The being that sent a message on March 3 and a fake Mathew, whose karma have exceeded the lowest point due to this wrongdoing, have lost psychic powers and simultaneously developed mental disorder. If this goes on, the other fake Saint Germain that sent a message on March 6 is most likely to have the same experience.

Although they are aware of being expelled from the true Galactic Federation, they pretend to be members and intentionally rebel against deities. They realize that they are the company of the devil. Russian Ambassador to the UN Vitaly Churkin says ousted Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich has sent a letter to Putin asking him to use military force in Ukraine to restore law and order.

"Under the influence of Western countries, there are open acts of terror and violence," Churkin quoted the letter from Yanukovich to Putin in the third emergency meeting of the UN Security Council.

"People are being persecuted for language and political reasons," Churkin read. ”So in this regard I would call on the President of Russia, Mr. Putin, asking him to use the armed forces of the Russian Federation to establish legitimacy, peace, law and order, stability and defending the people of Ukraine."

After reading the letter, Churkin held up a copy of the original letter from Yanukovich to Putin for council members to look at.

Churkin clarified at the UNSC meeting that Russia’s goal is not to return ousted leader Viktor Yanukovich to power, but acknowledged that he is still the legitimate president of Ukraine and that his fate should be decided by the people of Ukraine.

He stressed the need to "rein in the radicals" operating in Ukraine and asked Ukrainian opposition leaders to dissociate themselves from them.

Churkin added that new information is emerging about more provocations in the works against the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Ukraine.

People’s self-defense units were formed in a situation where threats and forceful actions of ultra-nationalists puts at risk the lives of Russian citizens and the Russian-speaking population. The units already managed to prevent the capture of administrative buildings and the smuggling of large amounts of firearms and explosives by radicals, Churkin explained.

We have to abide by the Constitution.” At a press conference on December last year, Emperor Ahihito also highly evaluated the pacifist Constitution, by saying that “After the war, Japan was occupied by the allied forces, but we upheld the values of peace and democracy, undertook various reforms and built the foundation of Japan that we know today.”

The emperor and the crown prince stressed the importance of abiding by the Constitution one after the other.
