Our health is greatly influenced by “food” we regularly eat – Japanese people benefit greatly from “dietary culture”
The first video is about explanation of dietary culture of Americans by a “29-year-old female American who was born and brought up in Japan.” If I regularly eat the “food” explained in the video, I would not be able to keep my health, I thought.

It’s a story about my son who was a grade-schooler a long time ago. I was watching TV with my family. When my son saw a figure skating coach give advice to players, he seemed to be very surprised at the scene and asked me “why can the coach advise the players?” I answered: “I suppose that the coach used to be a famous figure skater.” However, he seemed to be surprised at my answer and said: “Why can he skate? Does not he sink in the ice because ice breaks?” When I smilingly said: “The coach was as slender as players are,” my son was very surprised at my answer. My son saw an actual example of human “metamorphosis (the process by which the young form of insects and some animals develops into the adult form)” for the first time.

I suppose that his experience at that time probably became traumatic childhood memory and he seems to have displayed over wariness over European women including Russians. However, It is well-known that for example, a Russian girl “never metamorphoses” even if she marries a Japanese and lives in Japan.” What is the reason for this? Any Japanese can understand that this is due to the difference in diet.

It is said that the coronaviruse can cause more severe symptoms in people with obesity. We can say that Japanese people benefit greatly from “dietary culture.” Furthermore, you should know unvaccinated kids are healthier .

What do Americans usually eat?Explained by an American who was born and brought up in Japan
Do American’s really only eat fast food? Or is that a myth that TV shows and dramas are spreading? Today I share what American’s actually eat, and some more recent trends or popular dishes that I’ve been hearing about. Enjoy!

<Breakfast>
Cereal, Pancake, Waffle, etc.
Basically, Americans never take soup or salad for breakfast.
<Lunch>
Sandwiches: egg and potato, peanut butter, jam, blue cheese, etc.
Baked egg cakes, Muffin, Toast, Bagel, French toast, Oatmeal, Smoothie, etc.
Basically, food contains a lot of sugar.
<Dinner>
People dine out or eat at home. Delivery services of fast food such as pizza, Chinese food, or sushi, etc. are used.

Recently, the number of vegans has increased. Gluten-free food is also popular because of allergy or health consciousness.

Why don’t the Amish get cancer?
The Amish is a self-sufficient group of people who reject modern society and form a unique colony in the U.S. and Canada . Although people often ridicule and cast them out, they were given a gift modern people envy in return for living a strict life. The Amish are far healthier than other Americans .

The incidence of cancer and autism is extremely low among the Amish.
<snip>
The Amish don’t smoke. Neither men nor women smoke. <snip> The Amish never get vaccinations. The relationship between vaccination and autism has recently been highlighted but out of approximately 200,000 Amish, only three have got diagnosed with autism. They have continued to refuse to get vaccinated in spite of the pressure of the government on vaccination.

The Amish are truly healthy children although they never get vaccinations.
