Emperor and Empress Know about Radiation Exposure of Children
and Nuclear Power Plant Workers
I agree on what is written in this article by Mr. Itagaki. Examination of the Emperor’s out-of-the-body-chakra vibration shows he feels very friendly toward Mr. Taro Yamamoto. In the second article, Mr. Uekusa gives an excellent opinion about this issue.

[Special
Information (1)]
Their Imperial Majesties
Emperor and Empress are well-informed with the actual conditions of the
sufferers of the TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant big accident. This is why the Imperial
couple has often visited the afflicted areas, where they has reposed the soul
of the dead and given encouragements to sufferers. They are well-informed with the actual
conditions of children and nuclear power plant workers exposed to radiation, because
the Emperor, who is a “high-tech otaku” and “IT otaku”, uses a personal computer to access the Internet with his own hands, on a
daily basis. When large-sized
computers were introduced to Japan for the first time, the first system
engineer of Japan IBM taught the knowledge and technology of computers to the
present Emperor, then crown prince. Such being the case, I hear that the Emperor is worried about
the snail pace of restoration and reconstruction work by the Abe
administration. Upper House
lawmaker Taro Yamamoto, who handed a letter to the Emperor, would have been
undoubtedly accused of lese-majesty if before the war. However, we have to remember that the Emperor and Empress really get angry and direct the anger
at the “slow-paced” Abe administration.

(2) Article 4 of the Present Constitution: Emperor Do Not Have Any Power over Affairs of State
Upper House lawmaker Taro Yamamoto handed a
letter to the Emperor at the Emperor’s garden party., which has caused a
problem.
In the midst of such uproar, however, Chunichi
Shimbun=Tokyo Shimbun showed cool-headed approach.
“This is news flash department” dealt with
this problem and posted a comment of Mr. Hiroaki Koide.
“He thought that he
has to save radiation-exposed children by all means, which motivated him
to act. I can understand the feelings
beyond his control. His act is similar
to the direct appeal of Shouzou Tanaka.
The LDP that has not provided proper support to those exposed to
radiation should be criticized. Although
the LDP tries to daunt him, I want him to remain undaunted.”
It is going too far for members of LDP
members, which habitually uses the Emperor for political purposes”, to call on
Mr. Yamamoto to resign as Diet member.
The position of the Emperor under the
Constitution of the Emperor of Japan is different from that of the Emperor
under the Constitution of Japan.
Since “the Emperor performs only acts in the
matter of state and does not have any power over the affairs of state,” direct
appeal to the Emperor does not serve to solve any problem.
However, information on the actual
conditions of radiation contamination by the Fukushima nuclear power plant
accident has not widely been spread.
Since the mass media won’t try to convey
important information, Lawmaker Yamamoto might have thought about handing a
letter to the Emperor, which resulted from looking for a way to widely share
the information important to the public with them.
I don’t consider it as a story which we
make a fuss about by asking for his resignation as Diet member.
The Abe administration aims at the revision
of the Constitution and prepares for a draft of constitutional revision. However, Article 99 of the present
Constitution the obligation to respect and protect the Constitution on the
Emperor, Diet members, judges and other public servants.
On the other hand, Article
102 of LDP draft imposes the obligation to respect the Constitution on the
people and the obligation to protect the Constitution on the National
Diet members, State Minister, judges and other public servant, while the Emperor or a Regent is excluded from such provision.
It appears that the
Abe administration proposes to have Japan turn back to the Japan under the
Constitution of the Emperor of Japan.
Political exploitation of
the Emperor by the Abe administration stands out along with the existence of
this basic stance of LDP.
The administration invited
the Emperor and Empress to the ceremony held to commemorate the return of
sovereign day.
The administration asked
Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado to attend a general meeting of IOC.
The claim that the
imperial garden party, decoration system and medals of honor system themselves
are political exploitation of the Emperor is very convincing.
Originally, the era of Meiji itself has a
side of power struggle by use of Emperor’s authority. We should think that we
are entering a phase of fundamental review of democracy of contemporary Japan.
