An ordinary person is always thinking of
something in his head. It is called
habitual thinking.
When a person says “oh, this is heaven”
while soaking in a hot spa, his habitual thinking, or mind chatter gets to
slightly quiet down. Then, what will
happen if such thinking completely disappears from the head?
The answer is the state these capybaras are
in, namely, samadhi or the state of
total bliss.
Meditation is practiced to keep this state of
mind immovable.
