[Liberal Democratic Party] View on TPP

I want the LDP to comply with at least the ISD or ISDS (Investor State Dispute Settlement) provision in the below criteria 5.

Although from the beginning I knew that the party won’t comply with the provision, I’m offering my opinion. LDP states the criterion on the official website.

If LDP neglects or reneges on the provisions in 1 – 6 “criteria for judgment with regard to participation in TPP negotiations,” Prime Minister Abe will definitely go down in the history as a traitor to Japan. On-line right-wingers, you understand?

LDP has clarified the criteria for judgment with regard to participation in TPP negotiations.

* We have not won the public understanding of TPP due to critical shortage of information on it. Additionally, the government seems never to have made efforts to improve the situation. Therefore, national debate on what to accept and what to protect based on national interests has not sufficiently been made yet.

*Ahead of APEC in November of last year, Prime Minister Noda expressed “We will start to negotiate with the relevant countries (for participation in TPP negotiations).” This is an intentionally ambiguous expression in consideration of domestic situation, and judging from diplomatic common sense, we have to say that negotiation will practically start with a prior consultation.

*There are many conceivable options and processes on the Asia-Pacific economic partnership (e.g. ASEAN+3/+6). Our party has also shared the need to create such partnership with relevant countries and domestic groups. Additionally, it is necessary to steadily promote the Japan-EU economic partnership and the Japan-China/Korea partnership.

*Needless to say, it is necessary to further strengthen economic ties with the U.S. so that Asia will maintain a position as global economic growth center. Our country should take the initiative in promoting economic development in Asia-Pacific areas including the U.S.

*In consideration of these, our party will clarify the criteria for judgment with regard to participation in TPP negotiations.

Criteria for judgment with regard to participation in TPP talks

1. As long as the government insists on the premise of “abolition of tariffs without exceptions,” LDP will oppose to any negotiations.

2. We will never accept any numerical targets for industrial products including automobiles, which are inconsistent with the idea of free trade.

3. We will protect the universal healthcare system.

4. We will protect food safety standards.

5. We will never agree on ISD (Note) which is threatened to infringe our national sovereignty.

6. We will take into consideration national characteristics of government procurement and financial services.

(Note)

ISD provision – Provision that in case that any detrimental situation should occur due to a discriminatory policy of a foreign government, the corporation in question, Investor, will be granted with the right to Dispute with the other State over compensation for damage caused by discrimination. There is a possibility that abuse of this provision will make the Investor take legal action against regulations on social security, food safety and environmental conservation established by the government and local municipalities.

Our party will strongly urge the government to comply with the above criteria for judgment so that the government may never repeat easily compromising on the conditions for participating in negotiations behind the people’s backs while lying to them just the same as in November.

Basic reference materials concerning U.S. diplomacy are surveyed in full details and the fact that global situations surrounding the U.S. are rapidly changing is shown accurately and objectively.

This book provides superb information to get an overview of the modern world.

It is safe to say that this is one of must-reads. Mr. Magosaki does a really splendid job.

In diplomacy with China, the biggest change in environment is China’s rise and surge.

Although the Japanese tend to think under absolute presupposition that the U.S. is anti-Chinese and pro-Japanese, the force in the U.S. that have correctly recognized the rise of China and strongly recognized the importance of China is expanding the sphere of its influence.

If this situation is misread, Japan will make a big mistake.

Behind impatient action of the Abe administration, we can see through structural changes in the diplomacy with the U.S.

I quite agree to this article, or, rather I understand to some extent what is happening in Japan’s politics, though I am not an expert in politics. However, current Japan’s politics is deplorable. In other words, the public’s awareness level is terribly low. I am afraid that this will take its worst course.

This is the message Mrs. Nakanishi received. Immediately after seeing a UFO photo posted on Shanti Phula’s blog, I sensed that it comes from a higher-level system. Yorokobi-takaku-utau-mikoto-sama is the 1^st Lord of the 1^st Celestial Deity Level of the 5^th Love Creator Deity System. As described in the above message, crew members on UFOs are sometimes space aliens and other times deities. People who deny the existence of UFOs made in non-Earth are considered to deny the existence of deities who have descended on Earth to save it. At present, most earthlings, who are materialists, believe the false information the government releases in the form of news every day to be true.

Well, as I informed you of it on February 9, finally, we have come to be able to send higher-level spiritual energy on Earth, which has helped increase vibration of not only the sun, the earth and the moon but also all planets of our solar system. There are a small number of brave people who are thoroughly facing with these problems and making efforts to solve them. Among such brave people are researchers in the field of free energy. In most cases they are ridiculed and neglected. This world sounds ridiculous because most people never pay attention or listen to such people that are making desperate efforts to save the world from destruction.

This shows that people in general are deeply under mind control as a result of brainwashing of the government. If some people try to expose the falsehood of the government and the media and that in history education to disclose the truth, they are called conspiracy theory fanatics.

I feel completely helpless against the reality. Specifically speaking, I cannot believe in the reality that there are people who take seriously the government’s report on the nuclear power plant accident and the government’s absurd remarks that exposure to low-dose radiation is rather good for the health. People who trust the government and the media would consider that the articles I introduce on Shanti Phula’s blog are the very conspiracy theory, though I just introduce the truth.

Well, let’s get back on the track. The future of Earth depends greatly on our consciousness. It is important to appreciate the truth, brace yourself for conceivable future and always keep inner peace. I doubt that materialists can always keep peace and quiet because only visible reality exists for them. Money is the most important for them. However, how much money, mere slips of paper, they may have, they feel uneasy. Nobody knows when inland earthquakes will occur. People who can keep inner peace are living a life, always feeling the existence of deities. They try to live, following the voice of deities.

Deities have voiced their wishes to stop wars and abolish nuclear power plants on Earth.

They desire us not to hurt all life on Earth any more.

I do want people who read my comment to free themselves from a narrow mundane mindset and observe everything from a broader perspective to contribute to the universe as a member.

What everybody can do is to make efforts to keep inner peace and to pray to deities, always believing their guidance. If most of people living on Earth can live in this way, future will definitely become very beautiful.

One hellish future caused by TPP appears in the movie “Food, Inc.”

After viewing the film “Food, Inc.”, I truly felt how horrifying it is to take part in TPP negotiations. The title of “Food, Inc.” means “corporation of food production.” It depicts the reality that meat and cerials provided for American food is monopolized by serial majors and several major meat companies and such major companies force such commercial farmers to employ atrocious techniques in defiance of safety, ecology and production sustainability.

For example, they feed cows, pigs and chickens on fodder not supposed to be given or administer to them growth hormone drugs and powerful antibiotics in order to make them grow quickly and effectively. A small number of major cereal companies and meat-packing companies make a huge profit, while farmers in general who are subcontractors of such companies, whether engaged in dairy husbandry or cereal culture, are forced to work under harsh conditions. American farmers seem to endure as tens of times hardship as Japan’s farmers controlled by agricultural cooperatives.

For example, import of cheap U.S.-made corns according to the NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement signed by three countries of U.S., Canada and Mexico) practically annihilated Mexican corn farmers. Corn farmers who were forced to go out of business have frequently worked at big meat factories in the U.S. as immigrants together with other illegal immigrants. These meat factories are unsanitary and dangerous. They are forced to incessantly engage in simple work on assemble lines as fast food. There is a high probability that dismantled livestock excreta will be mixed into meat.

This story has much to do with import of U.S.-made beef. With the start of the Abe administration, the Ministry of Health and Welfare decided to permit import meat from “cattle 30moths old or younger”, instead of “cattle 20 moths or younger” and to “exclude the brain and spinal cord” from specified-risk materials which are required to be removed. This measure will be practiced from this month (February). In a word, if meat contaminated with BSE comes to meat factories, it is likely to be sent to Japan, too. On top of that, this film has disclosed various harmful effects caused by large-scale industrialization of agriculture and livestock industry, including the issue of genetically modified food.

Genetically modified corn developed by a big company Monsanto, which is subsidized by the U.S. government, has been mas-produced and exported in large amounts. The company is carrying out a plan to devastate the agriculture of export destination and sell off U.S.-made corn at a lower price almost eternally. This film shows us the reality that American multinationals handling food products are exercising political power so that they can have strategic, oligopolistic control of export of their products.

The “Food, Inc.” tells us the reality that Americans are forced to eat high-calorie, unhealthy and unnatural food far different from organic food and America food also poses a great risk to import countries. The former Noda administration had spread debris from the Great East Japan Earthquake which had risk of proliferating radiation. This writer conjures that this is why the administration had an intention to devastate Japan’s agriculture and livestock industry in anticipation of TPP. Actually, we got hearsay information that after the severe accident of Fukushima nuclear power plant in 2011, the livestock industry in the U.S. whooped with joy: “This can make us sell meat to Japan.”

Although this film makes me shudder with shock, it enables us specifically image how infringement of sovereignty will pose a risk to what Japanese eat at table in case of participation in TPP negotiaions. I don’t want to eat tofu and natto made from genetically modified soybeans. I do want you to see the film to get important information.

This is the Linga Sarira* of the Earth. Many people think of the Earth as Mother Earth but actually the Earth is a ten-year-old beautiful girl. I have been waiting in the hope that Mrs. Nakanishi will draw an illustration of one of three sisters: the Sun, the Moon and the Earth. My wish has come true. The three sisters are all ten years old. As I don’t know the name of the Earth, I asked Mrs. Nakanishi to get in contact with her to ask about her name.

According to Mrs. Nakanishi, her name is “Saotome”-sama and she says: “I like orange. I always wear orange-colored dress. Now I’m wearing star-shaped earrings.”

You may wonder why I know the three sisters very well. I know by intuition. To tell the truth, all of them came together to see me. Of course, I was not able to see them. Their cuteness, however, made my heart pound. Then, I sensed that they exist and they appear like beautiful girls, though they are invisible.

Religion has exclusively taught us falsehood and has never taught us anything about the real picture of spiritual world. I am very happy to have shown you the Earth’s true self. I owe it all to Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi gifted with rare ability. Knowing her beautiful appearance, please live right to live up to the expectations of the Earth. It is a well-known fact that many thoughtful people had tried on the Internet to call for the public to watch out and protect themselves since the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident on March 11, 2011.

However, most of their efforts have wound up with nothing.

They often said that when they let people know the danger of radioactivity, they were considered to be crazy.

Most people had believed without a doubt what TV stations and newspapers reported.

I knew it by hearsay that many people had placed complete reliance on whatever NHK reported.

Although calling for the public to watch out the risk of exposure to radiation, they were completely ignored.

The answer was: “NHK has never reported such a story. Don’t give me a strange tale.”

This is an excellent example of distortion in human consciousness; many years of brainwashing with false information will result in such state of mind.

On the following day of March 11, 2011, people didn’t talk about the catastrophe of earthquake and tsumai in Fukushima and Miyagi Prefectures in the smoking room of a company, but they talked about “AKB or something like that.”

During a few weeks after that, nobody mentioned the slightest topic of radiation.

This is the reality.

In the media world, when some conscientious peopple happen to appear now and then, they are immediately eradicated.

NHK is no exception.
