This is a two-minute video perfectly sorting out the points of the “Great Middle East Project.”  I think it should be a common-sense view that there are bankers at the top of any conspiracy.  Strangely, however, there are many people who don’t admit even the fact that there exist conspiracies

[Sankei Shimbun] “Article 9 of the Constitution” In The News – Talks by Ms. Yoshiko Sakurai and Ms. Mizuho Fukushima

I am amazed to see Ms. Mizuho Fukushima keep participating actively in the political arena since March 11 last year.  Although I am somewhat reluctant to vote for the Social Democratic Party (SDP), I would like to vote for Ms. Mizuho Fukushima.  In the original article Ms. Mizuho Fukushima is introduced next to Ms. Yoshiko Sakurai.  I would like to introduce Ms. Fukushima first, in reverse order because I think that there is no point in listening to Ms. Sakurai’s view.  According to Mr. Kyosuke Yamashina’s blog that Mr. Ichiro Iiyama recommends to read, he sends hearty cheers to “Mizuhotan.”  If they have a mascot doll “Mizuhotan” come out in the election, she will win.

“Article 9 of the Constitution” In The News – Talks by Ms. Yoshiko Sakurai and Ms. Mizuho Fukushima

We have faced many issues on the Northern Territories, the Senkaku Islands and the Takeshima Islands.  In the midst of invasion of traditional Japanese territories by neighboring countries, Article 9 of the Constitution has been in the news anew.  I wonder if we can protect our country under the name of “Peace Constitution” which stipulates the non-possession of arms.  We asked Ms. Yoshiko Sakurai, a journalist, and Ms. Mizuho Fukushima, SDP leader, what they think.  (Interviewer: Shinji Naito)

Ms. Mizuho Fukushima (left) & Ms. Yoshiko Sakurai(right)

■Ms. Mizuho Fukushima:  “It is questionable to invoke the right of self-defense in Senkaku.”

Q: What is the significance of Article 9?

“Without Article 9, Japan would be a country which is allowed to fight wars.  Like Korea which had youth join an army in Vietnam, Japan should have sent the young to a battlefield.  Korean troops are hated in Vietnam.  We can boast of the fact that Japan has killed nobody in any war in the postwar period.  When Japan is forced to join in a war as a result of involvement in the interest of the U.S., we can say “No” to the U.S., which is the usefulness Article 9 has.”

●We are not attacked if we observe Article 9.

Q: How should we cope with an attack by another country?

“It is unthinkable that any country will attack the country with Article 9 stipulating “no invasion of the world.”  If any country should attack such pacifist country, the country would be criticized by the world.”

Q: Is it unlikely that the Senkaku islands will be invaded by the Chinese government?

“The Senkaku islands belong to a civilian.  Invasion is equivalent to infringement of ownership and invasion of territory.  As Japan and China have built an economically close relationship now (as of July 27), I wonder if the Chinese government can take a step to wage a war.”

Q: There is a plan to get the Self-Defense Forces (SDF) permanently stationed in the Senkaku islands.

“We should not compound the problem further.  There is no doubt that Senkaku is the territory of Japan.  We have the Japan Coast Guard (JCG).  We don’ need to station the SDF there.

●SDF dispatch to foreign countries is against the constitution.

Q: When the Senkaku islands are attacked, is SDF dispatch equivalent to the use of right in self-defense?

“Like self-defense is justified by criminal law, Japan has the right to individual self-defense.  If Shikoku or Kyushu is attacked, counterattack is acceptable.  However, nobody lives in Senkaku.  Therefore, we should treat it in a calm manner as the issue over territory, not as that over right to individual self-defense or Article 9.”

Q: Specifically?

“We should resolve the problem at international negotiating table.  We also need diplomatic efforts to forestall an invasion.”

Q: When you were a Cabinet minister, you were asked about the constitutionality of the SDF in the Diet and   you responded that SDF was “constitutional.

“The SDP has not responded about constitutionality of SDF.  We consider that the SDF dispatch to foreign countries is “unconstitutional.”  It is necessary to reorganize the SDF and review its scale.  Is it necessary to deploy this many tanks to Hokkaido after the collapse of the Soviet Union?  Their duties should be shifted more to disaster-relief activities.”

Q: In the time of Tomiichi Murayama administration, SDP indicated the party’s view that SDF is “constitutional.”

“The party’s view on SDF and security was included in SDP Declaration, which was compiled in 2006.  The view has been maintained.”

Q: Give us your determination to attain peace.

“My father was a survivor of a Kamikaze squad.  When I was a child, I used to see him cry on the anniversary of the end of World War II.  It is ordinary people like him that get hurt in war.  We should cherish the Peace Constitution and our pledge that we will never wage war, both of which we have got as the price for defeat in war.”

■Ms. Yoshiko Sakurai: “No revision is betrayal to the people of Japan.”

Q:  About Article 9

“The article should be revised promptly.  The main reason is that self-defense right is not stipulated in it.  In my draft proposal it is stipulated that “Japan has Defense Forces to protect the country’s independence and safety as well as the people.”

○Do China, South Korea and Russia have justice?

Q: Can we protect our soil from other countries with the philosophy of Article 9?

“The preamble to the Constitution and Article 9 should be thought of as one.  The preamble says “We have determined to preserve our security and existence, trusting in the justice and faith of the peace-loving peoples of the world.”  I wonder where on the earth we can find the fairness and faith of China, South Korea and Russia.  As long as we watch the movement of the three countries, the preamble and Article 9 should be interpreted as abdication of responsibility and nothing but betrayal to the people of Japan.”

Q:  After the war, there were not a few politicians who claimed “If we observe Article 9, we will not be attacked by foreign countries.”

“If any politician mentions such kind of opinion, he/she will be laughingstock of the international society.  Politicians have the responsibility of protecting the people’s life and Japan’s territorial soil/sea, that is, protect national interests.  If we take no measures under the premise that the other party will not attack us, it is the height of intellectual laziness.”

Q: How should we govern the Senkaku?

“We should have policemen and researchers permanently stationed there to realize visibly effective control, and have the Japan Coast Guard take responsibility of security of surrounding sea.  SDF should be at sea  a little far away from them to promptly cope with any emergency.”

Q: What is the influence of Article 9 on Japanese after the war?

“Not a few people born after the war have had a gruesome impression on SDF and armament immediately after hearing such topics talked about.  I feel that the Japanese “way to live as responsible person” has been denied and we have become Japanese different than what we should be.”

Q: We have a strong impression that national defense depends on the U.S.

“If anything should happen, we ask whether the Japan-U.S. Security Treaty is applied or not before discussing “what we should do to resolve it by our own efforts.”  On the other hand, some claim “We don’t like Ospreys” or “Eliminate bases.”  I am worried that it is an abject and self-centered way of thinking.”

○Don’t evade discussing nuclear armament.

Q: How should we discuss national defense?

“Anti-nuke movements have been active now, but we should not evade discussing even nuclear armament.  We have to recognize that we live in an age when it is likely that nuclear weapons will fall into the hands of terrorists.  The nation should think about every possible means for “ultimate goal of survival.”

Q: Some say that Japanese have weak sense of self-defense.  Should we have a draft system like in South Korea?

““Duty to serve for the public” should be included in the Constitution.  We should have obligation to serve for others, the public, or Japan for several years, wherever it may be; in SDF, fire department, Japan Coast Guard, or welfare workplace.

First of all, it is questionable that deployment of the Osprey serves Japan’s interests.  This apparently shows the fact that Japan is not a democratic nation.  Are there any democratic nations in the world?  The Chávez regime is very democratic.  However, according to Western news reports, President Chávez is a dictator.  A word seems to have a completely different meaning in the world of politics and mass media.  According to the U.S., Osprey deployment is necessary for peace and stability in Far Eastern Asia and they send in Al Qaeda to Syria to fight with terrorists.  The U.S. is a country easy to understand, I think.

Opposition Inevitably Brought About

[Washington D.C., Kyodo]

It has been found on 7th that a U.S. Marine’s new type aircraft Osprey made an emergency landing in an urban area in North Caroline on 6th.  The Marine Corps has released it.  No one was injured and the aircraft was not damaged.  The aircraft, which was stationed at New River Air Station in North Caroline, was the same type aircraft scheduled to be deployed to U.S. Futenma airport (located in Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture).

The Marines plans to move the 12 Ospreys temporarily stationed in Iwakuni base (located in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture) to Futenma and start full-fledged operation of them in October.  A citizens’ protest rally against the Osprey deployment will be held in Okinawa on 9th.  It is likely that opposition to the deployment will spread all over the country, including Okinawa.

What Stalking-Horse Osaka Restoration Group Intends To Do
1.     Consumption tax increase
2.     Promotion of Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)
3.     Restart of nuclear power plants

The people oppose the above three which the Noda cabinet intends to do.
Public approval rating of the cabinet is diminishing.
However, what Toru Hashimoto who is flattered by all mass media intends to do is:

1. To use consumption tax as local revenue (if it can be done, tax increase is acceptable)
2. Promotion of TPP
3. Acceptance of restarting nuclear power plants

These are almost the same goals as the Noda Cabinet has.
I wonder what makes them dare to say “political change.”
And yet they are the same goals as the LPD has.

In a word, DPJ, LDP and Hashimoto are all the same breed.
So why does the Group claim itself the “center of the third strongest political force”?
It is because the mass media identify the group as such center the way they want.

The group seems to intend to mystify the public by making a statement of policy, which is too long and unreadable to get the point.
You have to watch out for the above three items.

Don’t be taken in by Hashimoto, but rather be careful not to be taken in by the mass media that flatter him.
Hashimoto is a politician who sets a goal of political change but in reality maintains the status quo.  He will make the situation worse.
It is a sort of stalking-horse.

Three photos of the sun ring are posted to the Kokopellinas’ Wind Blog.

Shown here is the first one.

This sun ring is sent out by a Goddess called “Me no to hi no mi - u tsu su - hi me Sa ma” of the Pleiades.

The photo seems to project some sort of extraordinary light, which might be able to neutralize or detoxicate radioactivity.

I printed it out and placed my food on top of it for a while. I felt that it had somehow neutralized the contaminated food to an edible point.
However, this could only be at the qi [i.e., etheric] level, and I am not talking about our physical level with some specific data. You might not detect any transformation, measurable on a Geiger counter nuclear radiation monitor.
Even so, it has a chance of producing some visible results at the physical level, if we utilize this light coming out of the photo.

I expect further efforts by researchers.

The photo on the left, taken at 11:34 am, works on body-surface chakras.
The photo on the right, taken at 11:37 am, works on outer-body chakras.

Thus, here is how to use them:

Print out the two photos,
Place your food on the first photo (of 11:34 am) for about 5 minutes,
Next, place the same food on the second photo (of 11:37 am) for about another 5 minutes.

This procedure does seem to lower the risk of radioactive exposures, although limited at the qi level. It means chakras on the outer-body and body-surface routes will not decrease their rotation speeds, even by touching the previously contaminated food.

I try not to buy any food, if I sense that the rotation speeds of my chakras had decreased as a result of handling the food. All comestibles with artificial additives lessen the rotation speeds of the outer-body and body-surface chakras. Among 7 major chakras, the lower three (i.e., Muladhara, Swadhisthana, and Manipura) tend to decrease in particular.

All contaminated nourishments with radioactive materials also lead to the remarkable reduction of chakra rotation at the outer-body and body-surface routes. However, the process of placing food on the two photos of the sun ring can prevent the change in rotation, if the contamination is due to the radioactivity.

This occurs only on the qi level, but it surely reduces the danger of radioactive exposures; since every food we take is not absorbed solely by the intestines as nutrients, but also through every chakra as prana [i.e., life force] energy.

I fear a Geiger counter will not detect any change. For the physical level, we should figure out other measures, in order to solve the problem of radioactive contamination. It might be possible to neutralize it by projecting some sort of electromagnetic wave or light, and such technology may already exist on Earth.

In conclusion, I advise you not to purchase any food that could slow the rotation speeds of chakras. I understand this is easier said than done. In today’s Japan, we could hardly find any food with no contamination. If so, it sounds more realistic to consume food after having neutralized it by the photos, even the modification happens only on the qi level.

I sincerely hope that researchers develop a technology of detoxicating the radioactive contamination on the physical level, without a moment's delay.

N.B.: The two photos of the sun ring cannot eliminate the effect of additives. This means the rotation speeds of chakras on the outer-body and body-surface routes will not change, if the food is contaminated by additives, not by radioactivity.

We recently hear a lot about major figures: some  have passesd away and others in a vegitative state have been thrust out of power.  I think that such people will increase.

By the way, I wonder how Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. have been doing. We haven’t seen them appear in public.  Where have David Rockefeller, Kissinger, George Soros as well as David Rune Rothschild and Brzezinski been?  There are quite a lot of heavyweights whose whereabouts I have on my mind.

Nobel Peace Prize Winner Calls For Trial of Former British Prime Minister Blair and Former U.S. President Bush In International Court

Former Archbishop Desmond Mpilo Tutu has suggested his intention to support to trying in international criminal court former British Prime Minister Blair and former U.S. President Bush for their responsibility in the Iraqi war.

Former Archbishop Tutu pointed out in the article of British paper Observer on 2nd that the Iraqi was triggered by misinformation that Saddam Hussein had mass-destruction weapons.

Mr. Tutu, who is a well-known campaigner against apartheid and became the first black bishop in the Republic of South Africa, thinks that former British Prime Minister Blair and former U.S. President Bush should take responsibility for the death of many citizens, in the International Criminal Court.

English translation of an excerpt of a Japanese article: Ryusaku Tanaka Journal – August 31, 2012 –

Today, on the last day of summer vacation, as usual sidewalks in front of the prime minister’s official residence and the Diet Building were filled with citizens who share a sense of crisis over nuclear power plants.  They got together because the Noda administration and the largest opposition party LDP use every possible means to pass through the Diet the draft for personnel of Nuclear Regulatory Commission though the Diet has been immobile due to a censure motion against the prime minister.

Many participants desperately try to “stop operating nuclear power plants by all means” for children.

The Contrast between the Diet Building and an elementary school pupil calling for anti-nukes seems to show the unusual situation into which this country has plunged.
Photoed by Suwa

It is a nine-year-old boy in the third grade of an elementary school in Mitaka City that gives a dignified speech, which outshines that of an adult, on the stage in front of the Diet Building.

Prime Minister Noda and the government don’t know how much many people suffer from radiation.  This kind of thing is unthinkable.  It is a crime to dump nuclear garbage in rich nature.   Living creatures become stars after death.  It is a crime to kill them before becoming stars.  Everybody, please promise! We should not stop the protest movement until all nuclear power plants disappear.

The boy just talked very naturally the workings of all living creatures.  However, I felt deeply shamed as if I were a hen given advice by a chicken.  I wonder what the people of Nuclear Power Village who have lost human hearts would think of if they listen to this speech.

The conch shell horn blower is a man living in Ota Ward, Tokyo, who is a company executive in his sixties.   He says with his eyes raised, “This is the battle of the public against the government which has restarted nuclear power plants.”   He says that he has three grandchildren and has started taking lessons of the conch shell horn to challenge the government to a battle. He powerfully says “I’ll do everything to stop operating nuclear power plants for our grandchildren!”

“We should not leave behind dangerous nuclear power plants to our children and grandchildren.”   I feel that Friday gatherings have returned to the original intention now.   Slogans “Protect children” have been heard remarkably a lot.

A man in his fifties, a teacher, rushed to the gathering by airplane from Wakayama.   “When I was a child, I asked adults ‘Why didn’t you try to stop the war?’   I have come here because I don’t want to be asked by children “Why were you unable to stop operating nuclear power plants?’” he says.

Freemason in Middle East and Ms. Mika Yamamoto Sniped At

Ms. Mika Yamamoto, a journalist with Japan Press, died a tragic death by nine bullets at Aleppo, northern Syria on 20th this month.

Kazutaka Sato, her common-law husband, accompanying her, gave a testimony that “Immediately I knew that snipers were government soldiers because they put helmets on.”
This is wrong.  He is a failure as a journalist.

I think that they tried to fan the flames of hatred of Japanese against Syria on the cost of a Japanese journalist because the Japanese government had not tried to go into action.

During the period of invasion of Iraq by the Bush administration, Mr. Shousei Kouda, a Japanese backpacker, was abducted at Bagdad, Iraq by a criminal group named Zarqai and subsequently he was killed.  It occurred on October 28, 2004.

And on November 29, 2003, a four-wheel-drive car carrying two Japanese Embassy officials was attacked around Tikrit, northern Iraq and both of them were killed.  The driver was seriously injured.

However, the U.S. forces immediately came to the scene and collected the bullet-ridden wagon and all other articles left behind the scene, which had never been returned to Japan.

Immediately after the incident, Koizumi, then prime minister, decided to dispatch the Self Defense Forces troops to Iraq.

This time the victim was a beautiful Japanese journalist.
In the camera of Ms. Mika Yamamoto, a voice of a man shouting “Japan, Japan” was recorded

This is a gun attack on Japanese.
It is apparent that they had watched the opportunity for a Japanese journalist.
She was reportedly found with nine gun-shot wounds from multiple directions.

Kazutaka Sato working alongside with her says “It must be done by the government troops.”  However, I wonder why he didn’t conjure the tragedy in Iraq.

Which government troops?
Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad or self-claimed mercenary soldiers paid by CIA (or terrorists with a sugar daddy)?

Then what will happen next?
The U.S. with no money cannot give sufficient support to Israel.

Then, the U.S. will try to pressure Japan to contribute funds for war the same way as in the war of invasion of Iraq.
If so, full-fledged invasion of Syria may start this time around.

[Article to Note]  This Country Divided Into The Rich and The Poor: New-Rich and New-Poor Like This

Japan once had an age called “age of all Japanese belonging to the middle-class.”  Many households were called “middle-class” and all people lived an average and uniform life in a good sense.

A “uniform” outlook on world exemplified by this “age of all Japanese belonging to the middle class” fits to the mentality of Japanese who dislike explicitly excessive competition but it is the “lack in common sense” by global standards, hardly seen in the world.

The “gap between rich and poor” seen in this article is very common in almost every country.

I lived in Southern American countries in childhood because of my father’s work.  It is a sharp contrast between the town where the rich lived and the slum where the poor lived that is imprinted on my memory as a child.

On weekends the children of the poor begged for money surrounding the cars the rich family sat in.

Japan of “age of all Japanese belonging to the middle class” in a good sense is “totally opposite” to the society I lived in when I was a child.  Especially since “globalism” or “global standard” was adopted under the LDP/Koizumi administration, “global standardization” in a bad sense has been apparently promoted at once and the situation called “polarization” has been accelerated.

Namely, Japan has not been divided into the rich and the poor, but rather the “world specific to Japan” rarely seen in other countries has collapsed and the bad practice of the western countries has run rampant over Japan.  The result is the today’s “polarized” world.

In a word, Japanese characteristics have been lost and the gap between the rich and the poor commonly occurring in other countries has started to appear.  It is difficult to put back the clock again and “polarization” and “rich-poor gap” will be widened to the same level as in Western counties.

We Japanese will be challenged by a future never bright but poor.

Confrontation between new-rich and new-poor Has Started!

**********************************************************************
Transition of population of the rich and poverty ratio
Polarization in progress; an increase of the rich as well as the poor

Looking at the right (*upper) graph, you will apparently see that new “millionaires” have come into existence every year since 2002, except for 2008, the year of outbreak of Lehman’s fall.

“The rich with financial assets of more than JPY 500 million are called “billionaires.”  There were 26,326 in 2009 and 34,879 in 2011.  Most of them run medical corporations or law firms.  Furthermore, many people are increasing their assets by inheriting them from their ancestors.

Approximately 90 percent of such people are considered to hold real estate in some form or other.  Approximately 10 percent among them are owners of condominium buildings.  As they have the whole buildings, with high profitability, wealth produces wealth.”  (Mr. Shotaro Kobayashi, Fuani Soken)

On the other hand, new-rich and new-poor continue to mount, as mentioned the previous section.  The relative poverty ratio (the percentage of households with income of less than one-half of the median of income distribution) stipulated by OECD (Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development) was 14.9 percent in 2003 and 16 percent in 2009.  This means that one out of about six Japanese lives with income of less than one-half of the average income.

The number of people receiving public assistance goes on increasing with approximately 2.11 million people (approximately 1.53 million families) as of March 2012.  The budget to allocate to them reaches the enormous amount of money: approximately JPY 3.7 trillion.

It is highly likely that the number of people receiving public assistance, a great burden to public finance, will greatly increase.  This is because the new-poor have come into existence.  What are they like?  Mr. Ryouhei Kawamura, the secretary-general of NPO “POSSE” tackling the working poor issue, talks about it.

“The people in question are middle-aged and older part-time workers, mainly those in their 40s.  They are non-regular employees and yet not young.  Most of them are said to be unable to receive pension benefits in the future.  Comparing them with the young working in the same work place, they are in miserable situation.  When the young consider such people to be what they will be in the future, the young cannot try hard though their parents or full-timer friends encourage them to “do their best at work.”

There were the poor in the past, too.  However, the quality of poverty has greatly changed.  During the period of high economic growth, people could expect to live a better life in the future though they were poor and so they did not complain about low wages.

However, now once they become the poor, they will be unable to get job or satisfactory food.  They cannot expect better future.  The new-poor people have profound despair that hard work will not pay off.

*Exclusive Towns where the rich alone live

In addition, poverty causes vicious cycle.  College Management & Policy Research Center, Tokyo University Graduate School of Education has released shocking data.  The ratio of advancing to four-year colleges or universities was 28.2 percent for children born to parents with annual income of less than JPY 2 million.  Thirty-five point nine percent of such children opted to find employment after graduating from high-schools.

On the other hand, the ratio was 62.8 percent for children born to parents with annual income of JPY 12 million.  Only5.4 percent opted to find employment.

Namely, annual income of parents directly affects the academic background of children.  Not individual efforts but parentage determines social stratum.  A feeling of helplessness and a sense of stagnation have rampant over the whole society.

The areas where people with high annual income live are filled with plans to build ultra-rich condominiums.  European and American juggernauts have invested funds to such plans.  Mr. Arito Oki, representative of Attractors Labo., says:

“It is easier to maintain asset value of a condominium situated in a prime location in central Tokyo.  The rich who can afford to purchase expensive property are likely to make a profit by resale.

When purchasing real estate, the rich never compromise whatever it is for investment or for homes of their own.  They will not purchase real estate situated outside the Yamanote line with JPY 100 million, but rather will purchase real estate situated inside the line even with JPY 200 million.  They know that the latter is less risky.

On the other hand, low-income earners tend to choose property with a high risk of drop in price because of affordability and near-sighted accessibility.  Such different stance may widen the gap between the rich and the poor.”

To make the matters worse, the DPJ, LDP and New Komeito have promoted for the “comprehensive reform of social security and tax systems,” which will further affect low-income earners.

Impact of “comprehensive reform of social security and tax systems” on household budget

”Comprehensive reform” will make the household with annual income of JPY 3 million
more badly-off than that with JPY 20 million!

*A major think-tank has made a trial estimate, considering the revisions described in annual outline of tax reform for fiscal 2012 and revisions in the bill for “comprehensive reform of social security and tax systems” including the tax increase for reconstruction and the consumption tax rate hike, both of which have enshrined in law.

How will the tax increase for reconstruction and the increase in social security expenses have an impact on the disposable income of the single-income family of four including two children?

According to a major think-tank, it estimates that the household with annual income of JPY 3 million experiences as much as a 8.87 percent decrease in disposable income while the high-income household with annual income of JPY 20 million, 7.41 percent decrease.  Higher-income earners suffer lesser impact.

It is more difficult for the poor to live in the society.  On the other hand, the rich complain about the social system in which the government uses the tax they pay for “the lazy.”  It seems almost impossible to bridge the rift between the two.

What is written on page 169 in “Reality of Postwar History” by Mr. Ukeru Magosaki is as follows:

“As a matter of fact, the two northern islands, Kunashiri and Etorofu, of the northern territories were given to the Soviet Union in the final days of World War II by the U.S. in return for its participation of war against Japan.  And then, after the outbreak of the Cold War, the U.S. opposed the return of the two islands to the Soviet Union to purposely make it impossible to resolve the northern territories issue.  This is because the U.S. intended to leave seeds of conflict to prevent the two countries from building friendly relations.  Are you surprised?”

This is the routine activity of the U.S.  This is justice for the U.S.

Secret Pact on “Northern Territories Issue” between U.S. and Foreign Ministry

Although with regard to the Senkaku islands territorial dispute, Japan is historically in a weak position, the talks on the dispute have been kept on the shelf though Japan has effective control of the islands, which was  enabled by bilateral diplomatic efforts for normalization of Japan-China diplomatic relations and Deng Xianoping’s decision.

The U.S. military-industrial complex, which fishes in troubled waters by capitalizing the border issue to create tension and conflict between the two countries, made Japan break international customary practices through Maehara, a student of the Matsushita Institute of Government and Management.

And now they try to ignite public sentiment of both countries by escalated breach of practices; allowing forced landing by Hong Kong activists and tacitly approving of landing by Japanese.

Basic stance on the Senkaku (Uotsurijima) dispute

“Northern Territories issue” is the example in which the adverse party has effective control of the islands.
The two countries have historically different processes.
This is the same mechanism in which the U.S. fishes in troubled waters by having Japan and Soviet Union (later Japan and Russia) conflict with each other.  Interests of the Foreign Ministry are associated with this.

Due to defeat in war, Japan had the Kurile Islands abandoned under the Yalta Agreement, the Potsdam Declaration and the San Francisco Treaty.  However, in the negotiations with the Soviet Union after the war, the Soviet Union allowed Japan to have a chance to negotiate with it under the condition of conclusion of a peace treaty.

However, in the midst of U.S.-Soviet Union confrontation, the U.S. started saying “Kunashiri and Etorufu are not part of the Kurile islands.”
The Japan’s Foreign Ministry was not able to say “Not part of the Kurile islands” but seized the opportunity to switch over to “the return of all four islands as a package.”
Appropriate coverage or commentary on this issue remains to be given.  This is because it is impossible to do so.

Unless a strange quibble “Kunashiri and Etorofu are not part of the Kurile islands” is acknowledged, “return of the four islands as a package” is impossible.
Therefore, Habomai and Shikotan issues were unresolvable.
Thus, “Northern Territories issue” has become eternally guaranteed job for the Foreign Ministry.

Mr. Muneo Suzuki, who once tried to improve the Japan-Russia relations with the perspective of “possible chance to have negotiation on return of the two countries” the former Soviet Union showed, had his political career lost by the U.S. and the Ministry, and mass media and prosecutors.
