The moon at dawn and the red sky in the morning are the time zone exactly where the night is replaced by the day; with the start of day world, animate beings is increasing activities on a sudden while the moon, extension of night world, remains in the sky, which shows residual image.

If I interpret this natural phenomenon significantly, I can give a far-fetched meaning that the phenomenon symbolizes the changing times between before 2013 and after 2014. The date December 25 also has a significant meaning.

Above all, the Abe administration is extremely vigilant of the possibility that the gubernatorial election will become an elction to debate over the pros and cons of its nuclear power plant policy.

The Abe administration has to have a governor under the thumb of it come out in order to take full control of vested interests caused by the Olympics.

Prime Minister Abe reportedly presented the following three requisites for candidates for governor:

1. A sure winner
2. A person with administrative career
3. A woman if possible

Taking into consideration the first requisite, in particular, they showed the policy to support Mt. Masuzoe.

However, if Mr. Morihiro Hosokawa, former Prime Minister, runs for the election, the situation would drastically change.

The force to promote nuclear power generation claims that zero nuclear power plant will raise power bills. It is, however, a wild argument which ignores the fact that if the use of s nuclear power plant should cause an accident, it will cost far more money than to handle the plant.

Many people as sovereigns call for zero nuclear power plant and abolishment of nuclear power generation.

The Abe administration is running out of control, neglecting the voice of the sovereigns.

If the Metropolitan gubernatorial election is held in this difficult time and former Prime Minster Hosokawa runs for the election, appealing for abolishment of nuclear power generation, it is not surprising that it will bring about a drastic repercussion.

Additionally, the gubernatorial election is scheduled to be held in Yamaguchi Prefecture, a home territory of Prime Minister Abe, too.

Construction of a nuclear power plant is a big point of issue in Yamaguchi, too. If an influential candidate who calls for abolishing nuclear power generation runs in the election, nuclear power will become the biggest point of issue in the election as in Tokyo.

In Tokyo Metropolis, Mr. Kenji Usunomiya has announced to run in the election, calling for abolishment of nuclear power generation.

He has shown the policy to speak for us sovereigns in various problems of the Constitution, TPP, consumption tax and Henoko. He is an excellent candidate, who is qualified to represent the sovereigns.

It can be easily imaged that many sovereigns want to give more support to Mr. Kenji Utsunomiya than to Mr. Morihiro Hosokawa, because behind Mr. Hosokawa stands Mr. Junichiro Koizumi, who deteriorated Japanese society into the society with the law of the jungle.

However, the people as sovereigns have to engage in strategic thinking.

We have to think of what is the most important thing for us people.

We have to take into consideration the possibility that support of Mr. Utsunomiya to stick to their principles might allow Mr. Masuzoe to win the election.

Division of votes in support for abolishment of nuclear power generation will be advantageous to Mr. Masuzoe.

It is important to compare with simply supporting Mr. Utsunomiya the advantage of unification of votes cast in support for Mr. Utsunomiya and Mr. Hosokawa, which will make it possible to prevent Mr. Masuzoe from being elected..

“Hello, people of Earth!
How have you been doing?

I have seen a big change on Earth this year.
I see Earth glittering.
I have never seen such beauty.

<Episode when she was a student in the celestial school>

“It’s a long time ago, and I don’t remember clearly.
But I do remember enjoying learning.
At school I learned ballet, dancing, mathematics, physics, astronomy, etc.

If I am correct, when I was in the second year of high school or so, I carelessly forgot to bring ballet slippers for a ballet lesson by Daishoushin-makotonaru-kami-sama.
The teacher, however, didn’t scold me. Instead, he took me a room, where many ballet slippers were kept.

He tried to look for ballet shoes in my size, gently saying “It is not uncommon to forget. It just happened. But be careful not to forget next time.”
I was short. He patted me on the head, saying “Shortie, please don’t forget next ime.”
Since I was deeply moved, I remember it very well.

In another time, I had difficulty solving a difficult question of mathematics. He consoled me, saying “This question is so difficult that everybody can answer it. Don’t worry about it.”
His words relaxed me very much.

I liked Daishoushin-makotonaru-kami-sama’s class best because his class was always full of humor and enjoyable.

However, I had a sad thing.
One day, I accidentally fell off a lift during a ballet lesson and hurt my legs.
So I was forced to miss a class for a while.
That was the saddest experience.
However, teachers came to a hospital to visit me one after another.
I remember how they were warm-hearted and affectionate.

The 5th Creator Deity of Love System -- It’s an indescribably beautiful place.
I planted many kinds of plants and take care of them there.
It appears that I was strongly influenced by my both parents, who were great animal and plant lovers.

The place was a gentle and peaceful world, always filled with freedom, joy and love.

I hope Earth will become such a place like that soon.
