This information is about the fact that the government intentionally conducts an act to confuse the people by providing disinformation on the Internet. According to this article, there exists a specialized data center and people working there are “really sociopaths.” They impersonate over a dozen different people online and cause a big disruption and have an argument with their self.
It appears that the same person who masquerades as multiple persons continues to make derogatory comments on the Internet. The problem is that they “actually are being paid.” To put it in another way, they are employed by the government.
This has been revealed at least in the U.S. by Mr. Corey Goode. Probably it is the same with Japan.

The most important tool to have is a psychological profile on a person. If you have a psychological profile on a person, you're able to then find ways to get into their life and manipulate them, manipulate their belief systems. *snip*

So they want to find out your personality type. and most people think that everybody thinks the same way that you, that they, do, but we all approach things, think through things, differently. They want to get into your head and figure out how you think. Then, they're going to . . .

And then they're going to get as much information about the type of friends you keep, the type of content you watch on television, the type of information you follow on the Internet, the type of comments you make on social media – any and all information - they take, they come out with a final psychological profile that says . . . It's a profile that an operative can look at and use to say: “This person will most likely behave this way in this scenario. Or if I want this person to behave this way, this scenario will most likely elicit this response.”

David: So that gives them a lot of power. So they'll use all kinds of surveillance, and they want to have all these invasive personal details. So is it like an analysis of vulnerability? Is there a tactical breakdown of where somebody's vulnerabilities are?  *snip*

Corey: Pretty much.

David: Okay. So let's get into the core of what I wanted to speak about in this episode, which is people online are in discussion forums.  *snip*

And one of the first things I did is I went to Richard C. Hoagland's discussion forum on EnterpriseMission.com. And I'm saying, here's this guy coming out with this incredible stuff, that there's a monument on Mars.  *snip*

And then I start reading this stuff,  *snip*..  over the years I started to notice, when you really get these nasty skeptics, they will never acknowledge that you made a point.  *snip*

When people see folks like this online, are you saying that these people actually are being paid?

Corey: Not all. I mean, there's a phenomenon of anonymity, power. People feel powerful in anonymity on the Internet.  *snip*
But I'm absolutely positive because I helped set up a government data center for, basically, government trolls.

David: You helped set it up?


Corey: Right, as an IT (I) set up a virtual data center to where each station had a post coming up, six monitors branching off, one computer station that ran VMWare workstation. *snip*
So you can be sitting at this station and be pulling up these virtual machines from servers all over the world and make it look like you're in those locations from the IP address. And these people would have over a dozen different personalities that were created online, and had back stories, back information, have social media tied to them – very complex personalities set up with them.
And these operatives were normally what we call the “personality metamorph types”. It's a program of people that were sociopaths, really good liars and infiltrators, and were really sociopaths and were really good at this job.

And they would sit down. Some of them would just troll around looking for information. Some of them would be given targets, go to certain Internet forums – esoteric Internet forums – log on with three or four user IDs, and sit there and cause a huge disruption if they saw a topic that was legit or something they didn't want to be talked about, cause a big disruption and sit there and have an argument with their self.  *snip* …

The data centers that we set up were absolutely for the purpose of targeting people out there that were putting out information, and also to locate these people and report them up the chain so action could be taken against them.

Once you're reported up the chain and you're put on any number of lists, then you're open game to be targeted in any number of ways. If you're seen as a threat and you're put on one of these government threat lists, which undoubtedly you and I are definitely on, and a lot of people are on [the lists] that follow a lot of this information, especially if they're outspoken, they're definitely on lists, and things like that can occur.

David: This is probably going to upset and annoy some people, make them pissed off. What can be done about this?  *snip*

Corey: Just being aware that that is occurring is the first step. Second step – and I've been guilty of it myself; it's hard not to sometimes – do not engage them. Ignore them. Pretend you didn't even see what they said. That drives them crazy.

David: Do you think it's advisable for people to spend more time cultivating real friendships in the real world?

Corey: Yes.

I quote only the first Kyushu earthquake-related part from Fulford Report.
The rest of the report is not so different in contents from the past reports. Something new is that the Germans have made a decision now to “turn East.” It seems that they have lost their patience with high-handed U.S.　It seems that Obama intends to release the 28 classified pages of the 911 report. It has practically forsaken Saudi Arabia. If the pages are released, the country’s involvement in the 911 terrorist attacks would presumably be clarified. I think that release of the report will finally come back as a boomerang and definitive proof or testimony that Bush Jr. and Cheney under the government in those days were involved in the event will come out.
Furthermore, there is a problem with the Panama papers. It is said that the Clintons have dubious connections to the papers. Such various events are expected to lead to the collapse of the U.S. However, as Mr. Fulford advises General Joseph Dunford, when the U.S. goes bankrupt and it is restored as a new republic, the republic “does not have to assume their debts.” That’s exactly right. I think this means that Japan will go bankrupt together with the U.S.
Mr. Joseph Tittle predicts that the financial system will collapse and people will survive by the barter system. In the end of the report, Mr. Fulford shows that he considers General Dunford as the man who can put a definitive end to the Khazarian mafia take-over of the United States.
With regard to the earthquakes, Mr. Fuldord says that it appears there was a “pre-emptive strike, by forces unknown, to prevent any Japanese attempt to start World War 3” because Japan moves forward to nuclear armament and war with China.
Regrettably, I don’t agree with him on this part. If unknown forces should be the Light side, they would not have taken such measures which sacrificed ordinary people. In my opinion, the earthquakes were caused by Mossad. Israel never allows Japan to go nuclear. Mr. Fulford should have claimed that the 311 was caused by Israel’s president Netanyahu.
In a video I introduced the other day, Mr. Masami Uno claimed that the 311 was caused because Japan’s nuclear armaments were reprimanded. Considering that Japan has leaned toward nuclear armaments in the entire Kyusu this time, namely “an unusually intense build-up of military materials by the Japanese government in recent months”, it is natural to think that the same attack was made this time, too.
Israel and his sympathizers Armitage and Michael Green are considered to be a pro-Israel group and they never allow Japan to go ahead with nuclear armament. I suppose that the recent earthquakes indicate their threat that if Japan secretly continues nuclear armament against their intention, a Nankai Trough great earthquake will be caused next.

The battle for the planet earth has taken a dramatic turn with the destruction of three major Japanese underground bases, an accelerating hunt for Khazarian mafia oligarchs, high stakes financial negotiations between the military industrial complex and Asian secret societies and more.

First about the earthquakes: it is a given on Japanese internet chat boards that the recent spate of earthquakes in Southern Japan were all artificial earthquakes. The evidence presented is that the seismographs all resemble earthquakes caused by explosions with a sudden huge shock followed by steadily decreasing aftershocks. There were also reports of loud explosion like sounds when the earthquakes hit. Furthermore, all the earthquakes had extremely shallow epicenters going no deeper than 10 kilometers, which is very rare in natural earthquakes. In addition to this, the Japanese government earthquake prediction center said they had given up on predicting the earthquakes because they did not fit any known natural earthquake pattern. The clincher however, is that the epicenters of the three big quakes were all the locations of Japanese military bases.

If you put 1812 Oyatsu, Mashiki, Kumamoto Prefecture in on Google earth you can see the military base at the epicenter of the first earthquake. There are several unusual structures to be seen there that appear to be the entrances to underground bases.

It is also worth recalling that Japanese Finance Minister Taro Aso recently told American economist Paul Krugman something to the effect that the Japanese government was looking for a trigger to start World War 3 in order to save the economy.

Chinese government sources in Beijing recently told this writer they had identified an unusually intense build-up of military material by the Japanese government in recent months.

The bases hit are all located close to the Korean Peninsula where it would be easy to move large numbers of troops to the Asian mainland for a war with China. It thus appears there was a pre-emptive strike, by forces unknown, to prevent any Japanese attempt to start World War 3.

Today I happened to find out this prediction video. Although I have no knowledge of a prophet Joseph Tittel, I saw the video and thought his predictions are decent. I think that his predictions are almost true.
One of the predictions is “the people get back power and start resistance, but the elite will not let go control so easily.” They will do every possible evil including false flag terrorism. If incidents they got involved in are revealed, it would offend the people. Therefore, they try to produce new incidents and disasters to distract the people from such revelation. It seems that this is actually happening. I hear that some entertainers are forced to close their blogs because they receive a flood of harsh comments on their messages concerning the Kumamoto earthquake disaster. Seeing such radical words or deeds, some foreigners say: “We hear that the Japanese people have the reputation of having a high level of public consciousness. I wonder if it is true.”
I explained that those who failed to receive the light showered on April 10 would experience the vibrations of Darkness not only mentally but physically. If you view a TV screen, you will understand well that things are happening as I explained. It might be interesting to compare difference between current and past photos of celebrities. Try to check their vibrations, focusing on their physical health by using your outside-the-body chakras. You will see that politicians, entertainers or announcers who had fair skin have turned dark after the light was showered and you will experience your consciousness fall to the Muladhara chakra when seeing their photos.  DW:: Very unethical stuff. And what happened to those people?

 CG: It would mostly depend on the-- it varied on the polarity of the person, what kind of a person they were. If they were one of those soldier psychotic types, they would have a psychotic breakdown. If they had underlying mental illness problems, they would become pronounced. They (high-energy waves)'ve been hitting the solar system since at least the '30s. So they're hitting. They've been hitting. And they come in sort of waves or patches.

 DW:: Would there be an observable solar effect?
CG: I'm told that there are things that are observable from the sun that are energetic. I would suggest being a people watcher. People around you, you can tell by the way they're acting. People are showing their polarity, showing what they're made of, more than any other time.

Last week a representative claiming to be from the head family of the Hongmen Worldwide Chinese Union informed the White Dragon Society that the Red and Green were under new leadership. He said “when the Asian giant moves, the earth will shake but our goal is world peace.” Not much more can be written about the Red and Blue and WDS talks however, you can be sure big events will unfold soon.

There is also a lot of chatter from multiple sources including the CIA and the Pentagon that some sort of financial event far bigger than the Lehman shock is imminent. Many sources even go so far as to say it will be on April 19th. This is the day the Shanghai Gold Exchange will start its gold trading platform intended to take over setting the gold price from the Khazarian mafia controlled banks.


It is probably no coincidence then that last week Deutschebank admitted in court that it manipulated gold and silver prices and promised to release all the information it has about other big banks involved in the price manipulation.

So, we have the Chinese starting a gold exchange at the same time as the Western banks that traditionally set the gold price are being publicly outed for fraud. The Shanghai Gold Exchange will also make it possible for the Asians to monetize the vast off-market gold hoards they reportedly hold. This means the Chinese yuan will become at least partially gold backed.

Some of the top Khazarian cabal banks and owners of the Federal Reserve Board are basically being told they are de facto bankrupt.

Pentagon sources and CIA sources both also tell us that when Federal Reserve Board Chairperson Janet Yellen met with US President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden that Yellen asked for the US military to mobilize to round up trouble makers and put them in FEMA camps to prevent mass rioting after a planned Fed move to save the big banks by stealing people’s savings.

Instead, the military have now forced Yellen to get the Fed to send and publish letter to JP Morgan to let the world know that “it is unstable.” Military pressure was also behind the FDIC warning to the big five banks mentioned above. As a result Wells Fargo and other banks have begun training staff for an “emergency scenario.”

The US military is also actively working to create a new government issued US dollar backed with silver and Asian gold to keep the US economy running after the collapse of the Khazarian mafia’s Babylonian debt slavery banking system, WDS sources say.

The situation is not much better in Europe. The IMF publicly stated last week the European banks have 900 billion Euros worth of bad debt and that they could no longer postpone dealing with it. It is a pretty good guess the real bad debt numbers are far worse than what the IMF is willing to admit. In other words, many of the top European banks are also probably bankrupt. Barclays, Deutschebank, Credit Suisse and UBS are being scrutinized by regulators to see if they are solvent, Russian sources say.

This may be why the Khazarian mafia oligarchs have suddenly launched campaigns in the US and Europe to close offshore tax havens and force or lure the world’s $31 trillion in offshore money into Europe or the US where they can confiscate it and stave off bankruptcy. CIA sources say the Rothschilds have already managed to lure “trillions” of dollars into Reno, Nevada with this cockroach motel scam. You can be sure it is not their own offshore money they plan to repatriate.


Some money that is sure to be confiscated is Saudi Arabia’s US dollar denominated holdings. Last week there were corporate propaganda media reports that Saudi Arabia would sell off hundreds of billions of dollars’ worth of its US assets and treasury bonds if the US government released the 28 secret pages of the 911 report or if it allowed families of victims of 911 to sue Saudi Arabia.

However, Saudi Arabia does not have that choice and instead will find out that its US holdings have already been confiscated. Even with Turkish and Israeli help the US and Russia could crush them like bugs if they object to such a confiscation.

In fact, according to Pentagon sources, President Obama will be visiting Saudi Arabia this week to read them the riot act and force them to stop their trouble making around the world. Furthermore, Obama will release the 28 pages after he returns from the visit, the sources say.

The Russians will also be asking for the return of gold stolen from the Czar of Russia by the Rothschild family, the real rulers of Israel, the sources say.

This week Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is visiting Germany, the UK, Belgium and Holland to discuss the Indonesian gold among other things. It turns out the gold was brought over by the Japanese meaning that it was taken from other Asian countries who are now claiming the rights to it, CIA sources in Indonesia say. It will probably take a deal between the Pentagon white hats (WDS) and the Chinese to sort this out.

A public sign the US white hats and the Chinese are already reaching deals can be confirmed by the fact that last week the Chinese led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the US controlled World Bank announced their first jointly financed project.

According to Pentagon sources, the entire Swiss branch of the Rothschild family, which is considered the head of the organization, is wanted. President Putin became a target of attack in relation to the Panama Papers. The report says that Russia will “expose the families and businesses who worked with Hitler” in retaliation for it. As expected, there is a possibility of all-out war between President Putin and the Rothschilds.
The report says that transport of Japanese plutonium to the US is related to dismantling Japan’s arsenal of nuclear armed missiles. According to the article, “many of these missiles have been sent to North Korea to prevent the dismantling.” It is better to think that Japan has conducted nuclear tests in North Korea to go nuclear. If the Feds refuse the Asians, the BRICS nations and the Europeans will announce a new international gold backed currency that can be exchanged for US dollars during a three month period. After that period, the US dollar will no longer be accepted by at least 188 countries, leaving the Washington regime isolated and bankrupt.

In this event, to avoid war, the US military operations outside of the United States will continue to be financed using the new currency. The new regime that will inevitably replace the bankrupt Feds in the US will be free to issue their own currency with unlimited spending power inside the US.

Chodoin Daikaku, the ostensible head of many of the world’s martial arts factions, is being relieved of his duties and will be replaced by Masaaki Hatsumi, head of the Bujinkan Dojo. The reason for this is that multiple blows have been struck against the human race and, despite a legitimate need for self-defense, he does nothing.

Fortunately, there is evidence that at least some serious action is being taken. For one thing, the entire Swiss branch of the Rothschild family is wanted by the police, according to Pentagon sources. This is where it will be confiscated to help plug the giant black hole in the US government’s accounts, the sources say.

More importantly, the Panama Papers operation is part of a major campaign to shut down all of the world’s offshore tax havens. Already the British tax havens like the Cayman Islands have lost the ability to hide underground money or help people avoid taxes due to new disclosure regulations.

An official at US military intelligence said “Panama was an intelligence operation aimed at exposing corruption and inducing regime change [including in the US].”

The operation is also designed to “blackmail or prosecute cabal members who hide their stolen loot offshore,” he continued.

Some of the names in the Panama Papers that have not been made public include Hillary Clinton’s “team,” the Bushes and many US oligarchs, politicians and judges, he adds.

FBI efforts to arrest Hillary Clinton are also gaining steam. She is due to be interrogated soon by the head of the FBI “for the serious crime of running a private foreign policy and intelligence operation,” while in an official post.

The Panama Papers operation has also been used by the Western corporate media to make it appear as if Russian President Vladimir Putin was involved in shady offshore dealings. However, Russian sources are saying this attack has given them the excuse they need to start declassifying Soviet Union records from 1930-1989 that identify collaborators in America and Europe who secretly worked with Soviet Communism.

The Russians will also expose the families and businesses who worked with Hitler.

On top of that, the Russians plan to show who in the West is still trying to undermine the US and the EU.

According to the article, the White Dragon Society “has proposed revealing the truth about the royal family situation in Korea and Japan.” From the viewpoint of total information disclosure, which is a request from deities, I think it is necessary to let the people know the truth sometime in the future. When the people know the truth, the survival of the royal family and how it should be will have to be discussed. Cobra says that the survival of royal families will be impossible in the future. Israel, a country with an impressive track record of evacuating its citizens immediately prior to major violent incidents, has also been evacuating its citizens from Turkey.
According to illuminati grandmaster “Alexander Romanov,” the illuminati will not give up on their plans to reduce the world’s population by 90%.

The White Dragon Society has proposed revealing the truth about the royal family situation in Korea and Japan as a good first reconciliatory step to take. This could be followed by some sort of strategic marriage between North Korean and Japanese imperial factions if these families are to fulfill their plans to unify the Korean Peninsula with Japan. Chinese government officials say they would not object to such a union but add it is really not their business.

In the US, meanwhile, the big data dump on Panamanian paper companies and tax avoidance schemes means that Panama has followed the Cayman Islands in being shut down as a refuge for off the books Khazarian mob trillions. Financially speaking there is now a Mexican stand-off between East and West. The East has gold while the West has Dollars, Yen and Euro that can be spent here and now to buy “stuff.” Right now the East (mainly China) is saying “we will not recognize your paper,” while the West says “we will boycott your gold.” That is why world trade has plunged by double digits since the beginning of this year.
Fortunately, it looks like the financial system negotiations have gone well. The essential deal being made is that gold will flow West and cash will flow East. The Westerners will use their gold to buy “stuff” from the East and the Easterners will use cash to buy “stuff” from the West.
More importantly, is that 10% will be taken from this East West exchange to finance a vast campaign to fix up this planet.
The White Dragon Society and its Western allies have equally grandiose plans to turn the deserts and arctic regions green, replenish the oceans, explore the universe etc.
This is not pie in the sky, these are very realistic. Existing multilateral organizations and corporations would all profit enormously from the resulting bonanza.

The episode of this Cosmic Disclosure is about Super Earth. It is a hypothesis which says that there was presumably a gigantic astronomical body on orbit around the Asteroid Belt between Mars and Saturn and the body is called Super Earth. The planet Maldek which David talks about at the beginning of the conversation is presumably Tiamat appearing in Sumerian myth.
This hypothesis presented by Mr. Corey Goode this time is something like delusion. So please don’t trust it. This hypothesis seems to be introduced as one of other hypotheses because “one scientist couldn’t just do an experiment and come to a conclusion and then put it in the database as fact, as shown around the latter half of the interview.
Like this, the true past history is not posted in the source of SSP (Secret Space Program) but hypotheses claimed by scientists are input to a database as information. This information on Super Earth goes against my intuition. Furthermore, Cobra also repeatedly says that we should reject all illusory hypotheses claimed by Zecharia Sitchin.

David: I had heard about this Super Earth well before you ever had anything to say about it. It is mentioned in “The Law of One” as the planet Maldek. So when we see these asteroids, your direct knowledge is that we're seeing a debris field of a ruined planet?

Corey: Yes .

David: And Hoagland's top insider told me about something called Brilliant Pebbles. What did you hear about Brilliant Pebbles.

Corey: A computer and mathematical program that was rebuilding, from what they've studied of orbits in the Asteroid Belt, to calculate back the size and density of what it used to be.

David: And what was the conclusion of this program?

Corey: That it was a planet at one time.　 The Asteroid Belt has been studied for a long time. So they took all of that telemetry and found a way to trace back what it would have looked like at a certain time period.

David: So like the mantle, the core, the crust - these different things. They were able to see those different parts?

Corey: Right. And find different parts of the crust that had different mineral deposits .

David: And there was a lot of ancient stuff on them?

Corey: They were many tens of millions of years old – further back than any other type or signs of civilization or the newer ET groups that moved in - way past. But when it came down to brass tacks, very little was known about them - a lot of mystery.
David: Does that technology work if you go back many millions of years or does it start to become a lot less accurate?

Corey: It works. It starts to become less accurate, and you get wider time frames.　 It was postulated that Mars was most likely a moon of that Super Earth,

David: So these people that settled on the Super Earth . . . What we heard from Bruce was that he was told they don't know for sure, there's a lot of mystery, but that it was between 3 and 10 different extraterrestrial groups that came passing through and settled in our solar system.　 But in light of what you shared from this Inner Earth Alliance, these people that were on the Super Earth do not appear to be the Ancient Builder race.

Corey: No. They're not the Ancient Builder race .

David: That's completely consistent with what “The Law of One” actually says. They described the Super Earth - they call it Maldek – and they say that it blew up, I believe the figure they give was 800,000 years ago.

So it's not exactly the same as the data that Brilliant Pebbles calculated, because when I spoke to this guy, Bruce, they were having it as about 500,000 years ago.

A big part of what Bruce shared with me, was that the people on the Super Earth were starting to build a ring around Saturn that was made of some sort of transparent aluminum alloy, and that if the ring had completed, they would have a pulse weapon that they could use to destroy other worlds.

He said that this weapon was attacked and destroyed at the same time the Super Earth was destroyed, and that the shattered remnants of it formed the rings of Saturn.

Corey: I encountered information about the rings being full of artifacts .But I had not heard the information about it being a giant weapon.

David: Bruce told me that people would be like 70 feet tall. Now, did you hear about there being ruins that were built for people of that type of size and stature?

Corey: Right. Yeah. We've talked about the different ruins being found with huge stone chairs and ceilings and doorways and table-type platforms. A lot of this ancient stuff that's found is also from the age of when there was a Super Earth and that kind of thing.

David: Okay. So there's a lot of cross-over.

David: So to continue with Bruce's story then, he said that whoever was on this Super Earth had been a very warlike species , and that they had gone out and they had really pissed off some people in other star systems. Did you hear that the people on the Super Earth had a technology that would allow them to have left the solar system and made war on other planets in other solar systems?

Corey: I was with scientific people that were looking at brass tacks, mostly scientific data. A lot of the information that is pouring out in this manner comes from different groups postulating from their root beliefs. There are different groups – secret Earth government syndicate groups that have different occulted beliefs that are trying all these different narratives.

David: Where did the moon come from?

Corey: According to the smart glass pads and what was reported, is that – and this is very controversial – that the moon arrived right around that also 500,000 year time period.

David: Arrived?   As the Super Earth blasted, that the moon drifted and somehow got gravitationally captured by the Earth?

Corey: Some of the information was that it was under intelligent control, that it was artificial, and that it was bringing refugees here.

David: So not all the information said the same thing?

Corey: Right. There was always opposing . . . I don't know what standard it was. One scientist couldn't just do an experiment and come to a conclusion and then put it in the database as fact. It had to go through a process as well.

David: And I think it's interesting for people to understand that they don't have all the answers. They're doing research, and they're trying to connect the dots with an archaeological expedition .

Corey: Right. And they try to stay away from a lot of the mythology from the different groups. There's different narratives from different groups.

David: Right. So there is no absolute standard of what actually happened that anybody can agree on at this point?

Corey: Right .

David: They are religious beliefs, in a sense.


David: So in the next episode, we're going to get into what exactly happened with the moon and really delve into that story.
