This Cobra information is valuable. There is a reference to the plasma bodies at the beginning in the article It is the same as the ether double I call.
It seems that this time Red Dragon Ambassador accepted an interview with Cobra. He Ambassador says that he has had communication with all families. He seems to have a personal physical meeting with the Elders which claim to be immortal or are living hundreds and hundreds of years. According to him, the mandate is given to specific people on a 70-year cycle. However, after 2012, “the new 70-year cycle is actually new people for the new generation put in place.”
I have posted articles regarding Yatagarasu for one year or so. I have felt that they lost the mandate. I think that it was Kibi-no-Uzumasa that was newly given the mandate in Japan in 2012.
According to the article, “the old group, they have 120 years, 140 years of established contacts… have their people everywhere all around the world” and “some portions even inside the Dragon families in alignment with the Cabal has been slowing down the process.” Yatagarasu is exactly the group that has tried to survive longer through the use of Bank of Japan to maintain their power as long as possible.
Yatagarasu must also have had a contact with an Elder who has several hundred years to live. If my view is correct, the Elder is the reincarnation of Enno-gyoja, who Benjamin Creme, theosophist, should call “Master in Japan.”  
These beings were executed in Reformation of Heavenly World. The group which resists the new financial system, including Yatagarasau, had better properly respond to this call from Cobra so as not to be exterminated with the Cabal.

Louisa –What I understand, this etheric liberation that you’re talking out. There’s liberation on many different levels going on and from what I understand, your mission includes the etheric level. You’re referring to these Strangelet bombs and that they are black holes and in some way everyone is incarnated into this life with some sort of implants in them that’s all tied in together. Sounds very complicated. I’m just wondering if you can just give a little bit of an overview of how that works and what the progress is with that at this time.
COBRA – OK. The situation looks complex but in reality it is not. It is simply that we have apart from the physical plane. We have aside from our physical bodies, we have our plasma bodies, we have our etheric bodies, we have our astral bodies, we have our mental bodies and all those energy fields that we have have been manipulated by the Archons and have been actually kept in quarantine. They have been locked in a certain vibrational frequency to prevent us from setting ourselves free. And implants are actually tools of that control and strangelet bombs are tools of that control and now all this is being dissolved because there is a big wave of free will taking place throughout the galaxy. There is a strong wave of light emanating frorm the galactic center at the moment, which is purifying everything that has not been right. This is why the liberation of the planet will happen. It is part of the larger galactic plan.
Rob –I have been in contact with someone who I have to remain nameless who had a bunch of bonds and he actually went to China about 2 weeks ago and he had cemented a deal that he’d been working on with Treaty of Versailles bonds.
…..  while he was there he said Christine LeGarde had actually called in to the meeting and had indicated that things may take some short time.  He was also told that according to her that some arrests must take place but these funds would be released very soon.  Can you talk about the current state of affairs as you know from your sources in the Dragon families?
AMBASSADOR – “When I make my statements, somethings, unfortunately, I’m not allowed to talk about. But I do not like when the world is living on what we call disinformation. At this point of time, all the international entities; World bank or IMF and each of these organizations has certain trustees which is the head of these particular organizations.
And so the World Bank situation is settled and priority of things is settled today and the IMF is also settled, but each and all of these organizations have what we call certain controllers.
And in this situation everything works exactly as it’s supposed to be. Now when this funds becomes remitted and now it’s not redemption doesn’t exist.… a percentage of this asset will be released to the holder. This funds is quite large amount of money that will be released at that point of time. And this funds of course needs to be dispersed to humanitarian projects.
… priority funds needs to be given to the people, back through different humanitarian projects, cleaning up the planet, helping with the infrastructure, helping with creating jobs, and other social programs.
Rob – Thank you very much Ambassador. I appreciate that. Cobra, would you like to ask a question now of the Ambassador, maybe on something else or on what he said?
COBRA – OK. First, I would like to say a few things. The process of financial reset does not include only the Dragon families, it includes all interest groups that we have on the surface on the planet and beyond the surface of the planet.… and all those different groups need to come together and find a common ground..
There needs to be a certain critical mass of agreement created for those changes to happen. The changes can not happen, the resistance movement or other ET beings can not be the carriers of the change on the surface of the planet. The surface population needs to be the one making the change.
Rob –Louisa, do you have a question for Cobra in relationship to what he just said?
Louisa – I do. It seems to me that the surface population needs help. What’s funny is that they can’t seem to get it together themselves and they criticize us and call us lower beings or bottom feeders or useless eaters when they can’t get it together themselves. I’m just wondering what exactly . . . if they’re the ones who have to make the decisions to get their act together and may come and have these common denominators to make decisions for the people on the surface, just exactly what do you expect the people on the surface of the planet to do?
AMBASSADOR – If you can see it this way, there is some blood. People have . . . they’ve had their own understanding and thinking how things are on the planet and how the financial system is operating and the things with the Cabal and things with the Dragon family. If you simply go and listen to people like Neil Keenan, and you’re following him, for example, for years and listening to his stories, you will very simply form one understanding of how the system really works. Understand that this is his version with a very, very low understanding how the Dragon family works in the first place.
If you base that or base what Benjamin Fulford is talking about, you base what these people are giving out or ideas how things are working with the Dragon families and Illuminati and the Cabal and all these different things.  It’s very much different from what the reality really is.
Now the world as you’ve stated here, when you look, we have something we have as The Supreme Council. In the Supreme Council you have a number of Dragons, then you have a number of Tigers, as Cobra may be aware of, this is just codes. But in this structure that is built up, and has been built up for thousands of years.
Now we know very well that some of the Elders supposedly are not 100% humans, so have ET lineage or ——. In this regard, they all are communicating in some shape or form.
There is frictions besides the same structures we’re talking about even in the same families. Some people don’t want to let go of the power that they are used to having.
Rob – OK. I’d like to let Cobra answer Louisa’s question.
COBRA – OK. Basically people have a misunderstanding of what the ET are doing here when they help liberate the planet. They have their role. They are carrying out their role. What they are doing, they are dismantling exotic weapons. They are removing the strangelet bombs. They are doing much to keep this planet in shape. They’re preventing a drastic cataclysm. They have prevented many world wars.
The situation itself is quite drastic because there are many mistakes being made in the last I would say 25K years. So it is not about putting blame to either the surface population or the ET’s.
Each segment is doing whatever they can to their best abilities, hopefully. Regarding the role of the Dragon families, my experience with interaction with the various Dragon families is that there are many positive Dragon families out there, but they are not completely aligned with their vision.
I would like to communicate to those Dragon families that are not completely aligned: this wealth does not belong to them. This wealth belongs to the whole planet. And I know that many of the Elders are very well aware of this, but I would like to say that it’s important that everybody goes on board and begins to understand this. It is not about China being the new world leader. It is not about certain dynasties coming back in their rulership position. It’s about the ancient custodians coming to the forefront and assisting in distributing this wealth to the whole of humanity.

Rob – Yes, I appreciate that. Cobra, do you have any specific questions for Ambassador in his role as he’s stated or some of the information?
COBRA – OK. Yes, actually I do have a question. Is he having any direct contact with the Elders which claim to be immortal or are living hundreds and hundreds of years?
AMBASSADOR – You see our master, his father is one of them, understand. There exists other entities on this planet in different parts of the world. I had a personal physical meeting with these entities.
Including others that is going on with the groups called the Tigers. And so I have had the communication with this people. If we want to be able to move further in the future, we need to somehow repent for the past and ask for forgiveness. .
The faction of the family I come from, the majority of us, are aligned, but some portion of others, just like Cobra said, do not sometimes see the same way as we see it. They see another system for humanity.
Also, I know that people do believe that this asset belongs to humanity, but as well they look at themselves as the custodians of this asset and as rightful owners for it. But the most important thing is that the people that has the possibility and power to do it, to change the world and shift it and to do the right thing – we are going to do it in the way that will be best for humanity. God willing.
Rob – Yes. So they are Anunnaki reptilians, some of these elders?
AMBASSADOR – Yes.
Rob – Thank you. I have a question for the Ambassador. We are all free will beings. There certainly is an iniquitous element within the galaxy and especially on this planet that is choosing to go against natural law and is violating our free will. I would like to ask you what is your position on, let’s call the Confederation, the light forces in the Christ energy group. What is your position?
AMBASSADOR – I do believe that we have a creator. I do believe that we do have a supreme intelligence that is behind the whole creation, meaning even the creation of aliens – creation of all forms of lifeforms.
And, basically, you can make decisions in life which is based on good or decisions based on evil and we are the decision makers. We can also see good and evil and we can either silently consent or we can intervene. And the problem that has come into humanity is what we call escapism. And escapism is something which I feel is the biggest threat to humanity. As well as we’re blaming Satan for everything or we’re blaming someone else without taking responsibility ourselves. If we put Satan between us, then we will not be able to aspire to what we are created to be.
COBRA – Yes, everybody has free will but this free will has been tampered with and we need to liberate that free will so we can express it fully.
Louisa –My follow-up question is, I wanted to ask Cobra what is it about twin flames that the Cabal is trying to keep them from uniting? Is there something special?
The second question is:  How can we help humanity?
COBRA – Yes.  The union of twin souls would accelerate the liberation process drastically because combined energy of twin souls is the most powerful force in the universe. So, of course, the Archons know about that and this is the reason why they are preventing it. For the second question, what people can do, the most important thing to do would be at this moment to release intel to people. We need to completely saturate the Internet with truth. There is so much disinformation out there.
AMBASSADOR – The main important thing is I think people need to open their mind and that’s the reason why we started the Goldfish Report. Many people on the planet are unfortunately asleep because many of them are too busy to try to work and survive in this slavery system.
I think it’s important for us to reach out to everyone and make people have more time to spend with their families and have a better quality of life and I think if people have a better quality of life, they would be able to get deeper into changing. And, also, it’s very important that you have to use discernment with the media and discernment with the politicians in their countries because unfortunately they have a PhD in deception.
Rob – Thank you very much. I We’ve heard from Ben Fulford and Corey Goode said the Chinese are asking for an extension of 100 years.
COBRA –Unfortunately, there are Chinese factions that would like to delay disclosure for 100 years. Of course, this will not happen.
AMBASSADOR – I want to correct some of the disinformation here that comes from the Japanese side or the society that Benjamin Fulford created, this White Dragon society.  First of all, it’s not 100 years that mandates is for. The mandates is in 70 year cycles. This last 70 year cycle and the year before that was given as a mandate given to Barak Sheis, Rockefeller, Morgan’s and Stanley’s and Queen of England and many of these other ones. They were the ones having the mandate, not the Chinese.
The Cabal did not get the #70 year project signed on. So what has to happen is since that period of time the transformation that leads up to the global currency reset that leads up to the new era has been taking it’s time, because some portions even inside the Dragon families from different forms and different entities in alignment with the Cabal has been slowing down the process by posting people including myself and others and basically trying to kill us.
The new 70-year cycle is actually new people for the new generations put in place. But you have to realize that the old group, they have 120 years, 140 years of established contacts and brainwashing and they have their people everywhere all around the world in the banking financial structures. So I think it’s going to take some time to transform this And I think that this is also something that worries me sometimes is that people, they have half truths and they take it into truth and give it as a report, but the real truth of the matter is that the mandate was not with the Chinese. The Chinese is giving the mandate, but the mandate was with the old group and they’re not having mandates any more. So let’s see how the new guys will be able to change the future.
Rob –How do you see this reset as taking place?
AMBASSADOR –We’re seeing the Chinese Renminbi taking place as one of the basket currencies, probably be the next reserve currency. We are seeing powers and entities shifting like what I said from West to East. We’re seeing how Europe and America is turning into tyrannies. We see Putin coming in actually as a Knight in Armor and, masterfully, is crushing the deception of the Cabal and we are seeing a lot of things happening. I think that we have in reality maybe come 30% on the journey that we needed. But I think it will very quickly accelerate after Chinese New Year.
COBRA – Yes, I would like for him to elaborate a little bit more how the Red Dragon families concretely see the reset and do they tie together with other aspects of the Event like the global mass arrests and global disclosure process and what is their perception of the disclosure process? And do they have any concrete plans to release some intel about ET involvement in world affairs?
AMBASSADOR – Yes, as you understand in the family structure divided into three arms. You have the Treasury arm which was once controlling the money and the wealth. Then you have the second arm which is the political arm which you can see through the BRICS nations and other creations and the leaders there. Then you have the third arm which is the military arm.
When it comes to the military arm, yes, they will be dealing with the people that are not submitting or surrendering.
On the side of the money arm of things are moving forward in the way that it should, a little bit delays due to the old ones not wanting to let go and the political arms also needs to be even better because, unfortunately, still people are living in some of the nations with a lot of corruption still and that needs to be changed.
I believe that the distant agenda with truth and reconciliation, that includes the aliens, that includes all aspects on the planet and that could also be released at a certain form of time when everyone is ready to take it and the stability of the world is there but as we all know is a lot of activities these days in our skies. And I don’t know how long it will take, political arm will try to keep what’s going on away from the public.
Louisa –We are seeing a lot of things in the skies lately. What was the sighting over Los Angeles that was reported recently?
COBRA – There are two things happening.  One is the increased activity of the US military. The other thing is the increased activity of the positive ETs over California’s skies because they are beginning to trigger some sensitive energy nodes in that part of the world because California is one of the key triggers for the Disclosure process. So they are triggering this and the military is reacting, so we have a little bit of, not exactly confrontation, but I would say energetic exchange which can sometimes be visible in the skies.
Rob –Folks, when Cobra speaks about the nodes, he talks about the grid and the ley lines that have been taken over energetically to influence human consciousness on an esoteric level and the light forces are re-establishing the natural order and infusing the divine light into the planet for balance. Would you agree with that Cobra?
COBRA – Yes. I would like to say that Los Angeles area is one of the key points for the planetary liberation regarding Disclosure. It is one of the possible entry points for the Disclosure intel to be released.  And it’s one of the most important portals, entry points, for many, many ships – light ships of the light forces that will arrive at the time of the First Contact.
Rob –II’d like to ask the Ambassador to give a final statement that you would like people to hear in regards to this interview, if there’s anything you’d like people to know.
AMBASSADOR –It is important that we come and exchange ideas and opinions and work together in cooporation because we can make a better world. And I want to thank both you and also Cobra for taking your time to have this discussion that we had today.

COBRA – Yes, actually I’m very glad that this conversation happened because this will create a resonance field that is quite much needed on the surface of the planet for the final push for the final liberation.

I told a story about foolish aliens in the article before this one. A female alien in this article is the head of such aliens. Although calling her St. Germain, she is actually a female alien of the Andromeda origin.
This morning she appeared in front of me. Her appearance reminded me of a spaceship captain. She probably holds a position as mothership captain.
I think that I have pointed out so many times that it is an illegal act to send a message under a false name like this. The leader who is supposed to crack down on such acts has repeatedly continued to do wrong. Her time has come.
She mad a foolish attempt to attack me. She immediately fell down from the level where she existed. Subsequently, I saw a vision, where something like yellow wine appeared in front of me. The drink contained poison. This woman tried to kill me. This deed proved fatal to her. Her consciousness was confined to the lowest level of Muladhara chakra in the 1st Elemental System. She was arrested and determined to be imprisoned for life. One hundred and fourteen aliens headed by this foolish woman were arrested. I suppose that many more aliens will be arrested in future investigations.
These aliens are involved in the shooting down of a Russian fighter: While sending such message, they have induced the world to initiate World War III. Those who have cooperated with such foolish aliens, including light workers, will be strictly tried and those who committed illegal acts will be punished.
Needless to say, these aliens have already lost their souls.

I am here this day to let you in on a new development in the abundance circle. There are many new volunteers who are taking the steps to be informed enough to know what to do and how to do it with the funds that are, as I speak, being distributed. I am St. Germain, and I am in the company now of one of the individuals who is taking the time to make sure that what is being done in his circle is absolutely in the best of mannerisms. The article also reads that the Russians and their allies are targeting the Rockefeller, Rothschild, and Bush etc. families. It appears that the power struggle is entering its final stage.
The being that supports Russia now should be the same group that taught Nazi advanced science technology. The different between Nazi and Russia is that the former plotted to control the world by using technology and the latter does not have such intention at all. On the other hand, spiritual guide of the beings that have helped the wicked behind the scenes has been cut off, or rather most of such beings have been destroyed. Therefore, from the viewpoint of spirituality, who will be a winner in the game has already been determined.

The Gnostic Illuminati view this as a golden opportunity to make their move against inbred European bloodline banking families.
The United States is also bankrupt so there is a strong incentive there as well to seize assets earned fraudulently by the families that own the Federal Reserve Board.
Another recent sign is the publicly admitted bankruptcy of the US semi-state of Puerto Rico.
Already, senior Khazarian agents like George Soros, Hillary Clinton, John McCain and others are also facing “serious consequences” in the US for their anti-social activities. Pentagon sources are saying Hillary Clinton will soon face criminal charges and the assets of the Clinton Foundation may soon be seized.
In what is probably a related move, a Senior Chinese agent in Japan offered this week to donate $100 billion worth of Clinton issued “Kennedy bonds,” to the White Dragon Foundation, presumably as a way to get around expected asset forfeiture.
The White Dragon Society prefers that forensic accountants identify the people behind the foundations that control most of the world’s stock markets and force them to return funds they stole through fraudulent fiat (money out of thin air) bank crime.
The White Dragon Foundation is also willing to accept funds dedicated towards setting up a meritocratically staffed, transparently run future planning agency dedicated towards creating paradise on Earth.

I imagine that the Myanmar’s military regime has gradually distanced itself from China mainly due to maneuvering by Japan. Seeing the blog of Yohei Sasakawa, owner of the Sasakawa Foundation, we will see his constant contact with the Myanmar’s military. I think that they were probably wined and dined, which Japan is very good at.
Although an overwhelming victory of NLD led by Aung San Suu Kyi in the election has been reported, my personal opinion is that it was fraudulent election.
It has become almost clear that the 3.11 incident was an artificially-induced earthquake caused by nuclear explosion. Those who engaged in work confessed that nuclear bombs were embedded beneath the seabed through operation by “Chikyu”, scientific drilling ship owned by JAMSTEC (Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology). In a word, the foundation owned by Yohei Sasakawa is deeply involved in the 3.11 incident.
According to the article covered in the past, the “mastermind in Japan of the 3.11 artificial earthquake is a man named “Goro Maeda.” It shows that Yatagarasu, Japan’s secret society, is involved in the 3.11 incident. Sasakawa Foundation is an organization under direct control of Yatagarasu. It is almost incredible that such criminal organization served as a fairy election observer.
The article predicts that a victory of this election will lead to Myanmar’s age of darkness. Every time I see the face of Aung San Suu Kyi or Malala Yousafzai, Nobel Peace winner, I get sick. When I see the face of those who sell not only the people but their own soul to the devil for power, I always feel uncomfortable.

Suu Kyi disenfranchised a million voters before elections, and has declared herself above the constitution afterwards.
The Western media is portraying Myanmar’s recent elections as historic. One commentator described Myanmar as an “exuberant nation prepared for a new era of democracy and political freedom.” But one wonders what sort of democracy and political freedom can be borne of elections in which nearly a million voters were banned from casting their ballots and with the apparent victor already declaring herself above the law.
This is in part due to the fact that Suu Kyi herself, along with the NLD she leads and a vast network of supporting “civil society” nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) have all been created and sustained annually by billions of dollars worth of backing from the United States and United Kingdom for years. In exchange for this support, Suu Kyi’s long-standing proclivity toward “foreign investment” will lead to the wholesale feeding of Myanmar’s nationalized resources, industry, and infrastructure into the maw of the Wall Street corporations and institutions that have long underwritten Suu Kyi’s rise to power.
 “Democracy,” But Only When Convenient 
In reality, Suu Kyi and her NLD’s supporters helped disenfranchise nearly a million Rohingya from voting even before the elections took place.  Through widespread protests and threats of violence if their demands that the Rohingya remain stripped of their voting rights were not met, the ruling military-led government backed down from a scheme to grant the Rohingya minority long-sought after rights, including the ability to vote.
The BBC reported in their article, “Myanmar revokes Rohingya voting rights after protests,” that:
Hundreds of Buddhists took to the streets following the passage of a law that would allow temporary residents who hold “white papers” to vote. 
More than one million Rohingya live in Myanmar, but they are not regarded as citizens by the government.
The BBC fails to mention that these “Buddhists” who “took to the streets” are in fact the cornerstone of Suu Kyi’s political movement, leading every major pro-NLD protest over the years including the infamous “Saffron Revolution” in 2007.
Suu Kyi Declares Herself Above the Law 
Additionally, in the wake of Suu Kyi’s apparent victory, she has literally declared herself above Myanmar’s constitution, vowing to make all decisions regardless of who is actually made president under the law.
Suu Kyi’s disenfranchisement of the Rohingya and flagrant disregard for the rule of law demonstrates the very dictatorial traits she has long accused the ruling establishment of for decades.
…  For Myanmar’s Rohingya minority, the military-led government at times formed the only protection preventing genocide at the hands of Suu Kyi’s ultra-violent saffron mobs.
With the diminished role of the military in government and Suu Kyi’s self-serving and selective adherence to the rule of law, her supporters likely anticipate a free hand in actualizing their genocidal ambitions versus not only the Rohingya, but all of their political and sociocultural enemies.


Myanmar’s Age of Disillusionment Has Begun 
Suu Kyi’s “promising victory” will inevitably deteriorate not unlike the initially promising victory of Thaksin Shinawatra in neighboring Thailand in 2001. Shinawatra’s initial tidal wave of naive support and progressive expectations yielded to a reality of unprecedented abuses of power, the privatization and selling-off to foreign corporations of Thailand’s nationalized resources and infrastructure, humiliating geopolitical concessions to the United States, and unprecedented human rights abuses including the mass murder of some 3,000 innocent people during a 90-day police crackdown in 2003.
After over a decade of clinging to power owed mainly to substantial Western support, Shinawatra and his various proxies were finally ousted from power by a military coup. Thailand’s painful but necessary decade-long national nightmare helped disillusion the majority of Thais regarding the empty promises of “globalization” and Western notions of “democracy.” Today, there stands little chance of Shinawatra or a Shinawatra-like character ever again seizing so much power in the near to intermediate future.
If and when a similar awakening occurs in Myanmar is anyone’s guess. However, the paradox of Suu Kyi’s pro-democracy facade versus her undemocratic, inhumane reality, particularly her and her supporters’ abuse of Myanmar’s Rohingya minority, has become so apparent even the West is having a difficult time glossing over it.
Increasingly frequent articles like the London Guardian’s, “Why is Aung San Suu Kyi silent on the plight of the Rohingya people?,” attempt to claim Suu Kyi’s role in what is essentially ethnically-motivated genocide is mere silence..
Suu Kyi’s trading in of her clearly disingenuous principles and the basic human rights of the Rohingya people in exchange for votes has raised concern even among some of the most indoctrinated rank and file across the West’s vast network of NGOs.
It will only become increasingly difficult to continue rationalizing Suu Kyi’s actions to fit her empty rhetoric and manufactured image.
Should the military or other opposition parties prepare themselves sufficiently, the opportunity to successfully and permanently dismantle the NLD and all its US-UK funded supporting networks, will reveal itself sooner than later.

Real progress in Myanmar will happen when the people of Myanmar themselves – all of them including ethnic minorities like the Rohingya – are able to more equitably utilize its vast natural and human resources for their own future, not that of a handful of special interests in the capital of Naypyidaw, and not that of a handful of special interests on Wall Street or in London.

National Academy of Science reports “human influence on the climate system.” It is a suggestive expression. A terrific news report by Jonathan Marshall at Consortium News provides the first-ever presentation in the West of the event that sparked the demonstrations that sparked the Syrian civil war, and of the entire origin of that war.

Unlike so many online ‘news’ reports that are merely authoritarian trash because they don’t link to any of their sources (they rely instead upon dumb readers’ faith or trust in the ‘reporter’ or in the publisher, such as The New York Times or Fox News), this one from Marshall is top-notch. Taken all together, the sources, and Marshall’s presentation of them, constitute a solid historical account of how the war to bring down Syria’s leader, Bashar al-Assad, actually started. Here is how the source that Marshall linked to describes it, two years before the “Arab Spring” even began:

In the past three years, 160 Syrian farming villages have been abandoned near Aleppo as crop failures have forced over 200,000 rural Syrians to leave for the cities. This news is distressing enough, but when put into a long-term perspective, its implications are staggering: many of these villages have been continuously farmed for 8000 years.

In fact, a wikileaked confidential 26 November 2008 cable from the U.S. Embassy in Damascus to the CIA and other associated agencies referred to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization by saying:
UNFAO Syria Representative Abdullah bin Yehia briefed econoff and USDA Regional Minister-Counselor for Agriculture on what he terms the "perfect storm," a confluence of drought conditions with other economic and social pressures that Yehia believes could undermine stability in Syria.
That was institutional U.S. federal government knowledge three months prior to Obama’s becoming President. Obama as the President-elect at the time was privy to such information.
In fact, America’s own National Academy of Sciences recently published a study (17 March 2015), “Climate change in the Fertile Crescent and implications of the recent Syrian drought,” which opens (though propagandistically blaming Assad as having contributed to the drought): “Before the Syrian uprising that began in 2011, the greater Fertile Crescent experienced the most severe drought in the instrumental record. For Syria, a country marked by poor governance and unsustainable agricultural and environmental policies, the drought had a catalytic effect, contributing to political unrest.” In the section of that report “Significance,” the investigators-propagandists close: “We conclude that human influences on the climate system are implicated in the current Syrian conflict.”
Marshall’s news report was one of the most important of all news reports on the Syrian war, and it certainly deserves larger public distribution than that. So:

I find the second article by Machiben (Town Lawyer) very interesting. I think that the phrase of “IS never hurts anybody except common people” hits the nail on the head. The Paris attacks took place in less fortunate areas. It was a very unnatural terrorist event.
If this event had been staged tactfully using the IS by the French government, people who were killed would have been likely to be chosen in advance. In a word, high government officials or the wealth are never attacked by terrorists. They create a chaos they can control.
In all ages, those in power deceive people and build enormous wealth in proportion to the number of the dead.

Washington has learned that threats and coercion do not work against Russia. All the threats have done is to build Putin’s public support to astronomical levels and to unify Russia against the West’s assault. This is a failed policy that Washington is abandoning as Washington sees a new opportunity in Russia’s desire for Western cooperation, not only against ISIL but also on a wide range of other issues.
Realizing that guile can be more effective than the stick, the West is moving toward drawing Russia into the Western system by offering a coalition against ISIL. Once Russia is in a coalition against ISIL, Russia will lose control. This is Washington’s strategy for counteracting the initiative that Russia seized in Syria.
Once Russia is in a coalition against ISIL, Russia will have to make compromises. Putin will be told that Russia can have ISIL, but Russia has to turn Assad’s fate over to the West. If Putin balks, the Western media will blame Putin for topedoing the war against ISIL.
Getting rid of ISIL is more important to the Russian government than saving Assad. If a jihadist Islamic State is established, there will be a base for exporting turmoil into the Muslim regions of the Russian Federation.
Once Russia accepts “cooperation” with the West against ISIL, more “cooperation” will be used to gradually erode bit by bit Russia’s independence and to bring Russian policy in alignment with Washington’s.
Many in Russia believe that the Paris attack proves that Putin was right and that the West now realizes this and will accept Russian leadership in the fight against ISIL. This belief is delusional. Washington will take advantage of Russian desire for Western cooperation and will use this desire in order to bring Russia under Western influence, thus reestablishing Washington’s hegemony.

Hosein Mortada has provided details about one of the individuals who carried out the Paris attack on Saturday November 13th with the rest of his crew of jihadists. His name is Abo Talha Al Jazaeri (Aljazaeri means ‘Algerian’).
Abo Talha, a French national, has been trained in the Occupied Golan Heights, along with his crew who carried out Paris attack operation.
All of the terrorists involved with the Paris attacks were European nationals, previously fighting in Syria alongside Al Nusra Front and then moved to Al Raqqa to join the so-called ISIS, Islamic State in Syria and the Levant.
Finally they moved to Quneitra, Daraa, and their last station was in the Zionist entity, Israel, at a site called Bait Zorah where they have been trained by Israeli Mossad.
They were then sent to France, just six months before the Paris attack incident.
The questions here are:
1.    How could such a terrorist group violate secured places like stadiums or concert halls without any assistance with foreign intelligence?
2.    Is France ready to designate those fighters as moderate rebels, as it is their title in Syria?
The USA started training these terrorists in Jordan, calling them the Syrian Democratic Army at the time, as Hosein has been informed by his source.
The Syrian Arab Army (SAA), backed by Lebanese resistance Hezbollah and Russian aerial support, have made great progress all over Syria and this progress on the part of the Syrian Arab Army makes Israel worried. Thus, Israel needs more involvement on the part of the USA and its allies (including France) in Syria in order to prevent this advance of the Syrian Arab Army even further.
Now, France and the USA have more pretext as a result of the attack in Paris to escalate their interference in Syria.

The article reads that the Paris attacks were “staged by the Khazarian mob and their ISIS proxies” and the attacks were a planned revenge “against the bloodline French establishment by anti-bloodline Illuminati.” However, these two are completely different groups. As I pointed out, it seems to be unreasonable to think that the attacks were staged by a specific camp.

The giant psychological warfare operation, where “ISIS terrorists” allegedly killed over a hundred people in Paris, on Friday the 13th, November, 2015, was just part of ongoing horse trading towards a world government.
First of all, the fact that thousands of witnesses all carrying video phones were unable to record the events of that day alone proves it was just a massive propaganda event, NSA and other sources agree. In addition, all 8 security camera feeds to the areas where the supposed massacres took place had been shut off, implying high level cooperation from the French security police, CIA sources say.
France has implemented martial law and closed its borders. This is classic Gladio strategy whereby a manufactured terror incident is used to implement a military government.
November 30th is also the day when 120 or so world leaders, including those of Russia, the US and China, are to gather in Paris to “discuss global warming.” As anybody who actually checks facts knows, “global warming” has nothing to do with scientific truth and everything to do with forming a world government. The idea is to finance this world government with a global “carbon tax.” The world itself is not warming and even if it was it would be due to solar cycles and not CO2.
However, the events in Paris and unreported but even more dramatic events in the Middle East are, nonetheless, part of some very serious infighting between various factions struggling to dominate the world government that is being negotiated.
The Russians, still furious about the shooting down of their airplane on Halloween (October 31st), say it was the same people behind that as were behind the events in Paris.
According to the Russians the owner of this particular “dog,” is is the Vanguard Corporation and their subsidiary Raytheon. The owners of this corporate holding company are being systematically hunted down by the Russians.

The Russians say “‘Putin’ [*] bombed several ISIS oil-producing companies and a motorcade with oil that was already bought by ISIS business partners, and ‘Maniac Putin’ bombed ISIL refineries.” In other words they have started attacking the owners of ISIS.
Pentagon and CIA sources agree with the Russians that the Khazarian mafia and their proxy Israel are reeling under unprecedented attack.
Furthermore, the Russians are carrying out airstrikes against Khazarian proxy forces in Lebanon while the Americans are attacking them in Libya. This is having the effect of cutting off all their oil and drug income.
In addition to that Israel is under economic siege. Israeli arms manufacturers have lost 50% of their sales since 2012 due to an arms embargo.
Israel also remains under a Chinese, Russian and Pentagon military blockade that will not be lifted until they withdraw from all illegally occupied territories. Even Israeli lobbying to keep the Golan Heights was rejected.
Both the Pentagon and the Russians believe the Khazarian mob and their ISIS proxies staged the Paris attacks as revenge against these setbacks. Pentagon sources say the attacks were a failed effort to get NATO to fight on behalf of Israel in Syria. Instead, the G20 nations just meeting in Turkey agreed that Israel and their bribed politicians in the United States were the leading world cause of terrorism.


Next remember the January cover of the Rothschild owned Economist magazine featuring two arrows with the numbers 115 and 113, a close match to 151113, the date of the Paris attacks. Right beside the arrows in the picture is Alice from Alice in Wonderland staring at a Da Vinci Portrait that is in the Louvre Museum in Paris.
The portrait in the Louvre is of a woman who, the story goes, was mistress to the King of France. Her husband, to get revenge on the king, infected himself with syphilis in order to pass it on to the king through his wife.
So, if we are to speculate further, the attacks in Paris were a long planned revenge against the bloodline French establishment by anti-bloodline Illuminati.
…  the end of the Euro would hurt France most of all. So, clearly the French establishment benefits from martial law in such circumstances.
As most of the speeches by world leaders at the UN 70th anniversary bash in September made clear, there is a consensus that changes need to be made in how we run the planet. Most countries also agree that more needs to be done to fight poverty and end environmental destruction.
There is clearly a consensus among current world leaders that some sort of new rules for running the planet, essentially some sort of world government, is needed.
The French, Germans and their European allies are pushing to make the IMF the most powerful instrument of their New World Order by inviting the Chinese to join them at the SDR table and thus replace the US dollar with something they control.
The only problem with this is that the IMF has a horrific track record of raping, looting and impoverishing countries in order to benefit large corporations. Nobody wants an IMF world government except the people who now control the IMF.
The Pentagon and the US military industrial complex are pushing for a meritocratic world government of the sort seen in Star Trek. The Gnostic Illuminati also support this.
The Chinese also believe in meritocracy but with one important difference, they want to make sure any meritocratic world government doesn’t end up being controlled by Westerners.
That is why there is a proxy fight going on between the military industrial faction (stronghold of the illuminati) and the Chinese.
At the end of the day the Chinese and the US/Western military industrial faction are likely to find some sort of compromise involving greater non-Western control of world institutions.
The losers in all this will be the Khazarian mafia who are being forced to give up their dream of enslaving humanity into their 1000 year reich. Illuminati sources say they expect another Khazarian incident on or around thanksgiving (November 26th).

[*] Actual Russian sources, by the way, put “Putin” in quotation marks because they say he is actually a representative of their collective decision making and not an individual exercising actual leadership.

At first I thought there might be a mirror, but it was wrong. Both shoebills seemed to be in serious mode until there was glass between the two. However, it appears that after the glass was broken, they got into peaceful mode of “discussion is important.”
Although they look scary, they reportedly are so polite and respectful to a keeper that they greet him politely without fail because they are presumably from a distinguished royal family.

Shoebill broke glass with beak after faceoff!

 The Shoebill is known for its “stillness like a mountain.” Reportedly, brisk movement of a shoebill was witnessed.

This scene was filmed by “Tokyo Shoebill Club” which makes daily observations of shoebills in Japan. According to the club, it was a lethal stroke after a faceoff through the glass.

They say that a senior shoebill is seen snuggle up to a keeper in Ueno Zoo. The shoebill looks so happy when its head is stroked by the keeper. It is so cute.
