The opening sentence of the article says that a representative of the Chinese Communist Government stated “their goal was to take over control of the planet.” If they mean it, China seems to grow so arrogant. Since the world is going to move toward multipolarity, unilateral domination by a certain country will never happen. Ideally, a person with no power hunger should stand at the top of power.
Realization of such ideal is seemingly impossible. However, I can show a good example such as President of Uruguay Mujica.
China has achieved a very remarkable work and has taken spectacular real action against pursing the wicked. However, if their action is motivated by their power hunger, China and their leadership would be destroyed at an appropriate time. I hope they will come to their senses as soon as possible before it happens.
There is a word of the shrine of the Dragon God King of the White Waterfall. I remember explaining about this unfamiliar shrine in my lecture held in Nasu, Tochigi Prefecture. In the religious services carried out during the lecture, a deity worshipped in the shrine appeared and promised to cooperate in the reformation in the heavenly world.
It can be seen from this information from Mr. Fulford that this shrine plays a big role in the White Dragon Family. This shrine is the place where spiritual messages from a high-ranking Hotsuma deity (Dragon Deity) are received. Any government and religious group has to follow the shrine’s instructions because decisions made by the supreme council composed of heavenly deities in our Sirius System are conveyed to the shrine.
In a word, Japan is the spiritual center of the earth.

(Benjamin Fulford) A meeting last week between a representative of the Chinese Communist Government and of the White Dragon Family ended badly after the Chinese stated their goal was to take over control of the planet. They were told the Chinese account for at most a fifth of the world’s population so the best they could hope for was one fifth if world power.
The meeting took place April 4th, 2015 a day of great occult significance. The Chinese representative was also unable or unwilling to visit the shrine to the Dragon God King of the White Waterfall (白瀧龍王神) where the meeting was supposed to take place. He seemed scared of it so, the meeting took place about 200 yards away from the shrine. This seems symbolic of how the Chinese push for world dominance fell short of its goal.
For sure, the Chinese have been on a roll and their big push in February and March of this year produced big results. The most significant was the agreement by major European powers and US allies to join China’s proposed Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, despite US opposition. What some Chinese failed to understand is that supporting a Chinese infrastructure initiative is not the same as voting to become Chinese serfs.
Another thing the Chinese need to keep in mind before they start talking about world domination is how much they owe the West. The West provided them with technical knowledge, education, financial assistance and more to modernize their economy. They did this not just out of the profit motive but out of a sincere desire to see China modernize and become prosperous.
The West, for its part, needs to be eternally grateful to China for its help in purging our leadership of Khazarain (Hyksos) Satanists. The West also needs to be grateful for all the financial assistance the Chinese have provided.


Both East and West now need to look back at when the Chinese secret societies made a deal with the White Dragon Society and its allies to join the fight against the Satanists.
That is why East and West need to stop thinking in terms of who is in charge and instead form a 50/50 win/win relationship for the sake of the planet as a whole. This is what the proposed world federation is supposed to accomplish.
On that front, despite the Chinese over-reach, progress continues to be made towards reaching a final deal.
The Pentagon has proposed dividing the world into 9 regions instead of 7 because South America and Russia respectively want independence from North America and Europe.
On that front, US Defense Secretary Ashton Carter is visiting Japan, South Korea and Singapore this week. The US also deployed warplanes in Taiwan to coincide with this visit. The idea is to remind the Chinese that if it ever came to war the US still has an overwhelming military advantage. For example, the Americans have energy weapons that would allow them to hit China with micro-waves thus causing every head in China to burst like an egg would in a microwave oven. They also have the technology to neutralize Chinese nuclear weapons. Of course this technology would never be used but merely serves as a reminder the US military industrial complex is proposing an alliance with China, not subservience to China.
It is also worth noting the US military is clearly aligning itself with the Iranians as their preferred partner in the Middle East. During the negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program, the Pentagon released detailed intelligence about Israel’s nuclear program. The message was clear, the Pentagon views Israel and not Iran as the real rogue nuclear threat in the Middle East.
Otherwise, the proxy war between the Iran/Pentagon alliance and the Saudi/Israeli faction cooled down somewhat last week. That was because representatives of both the Saudi faction and the Iranians contacted the White Dragon Society and were told the long Sunni/Shia divide had to be ended once and for all. Doing so would release vast funds for both sides, they were told. The Saudis were also told they had to remove the misogynist and other globally unacceptable elements of the Wahhabi doctrine if they wished for their regime to survive.
In Europe meanwhile, the thing to watch for this week is the April 9th IMF payment date the Greeks are expected to miss. If they miss it and go back to the Drachma then the European financial house of cards will suffer a fatal blow as Italy follows Greece.
The Chinese though, as noted above, are not the real solution either. For that reason, they will probably kick the Greek can down the road yet again as they wait for a final settlement of the financial war. That will depend on the Chinese and Japanese agreeing to a compromise on who will control the proposed economic planning agency. That is because the Pentagon, the Swiss, the Vatican, the British etc. have already agreed to create such an agency and it is only the Chinese/Japanese split now standing in the way. The WDS is doing its bit to help by removing Khazarians from power in Japan to make sure a genuine Japanese voice speaks for Japan.
The solution to the financial crisis and the beginning of a new age also await the arrival of certain promised documents.

The White Dragon Society has proposed the creation of a world federation (not a fascist New World Order) in order to achieve permanent world peace and start a golden age of unprecedented progress and prosperity. The proposal was made, during ongoing secret negotiations, to the Pentagon, the Vatican, the Chinese, the British Commonwealth and other power centers.
Under this proposal, the United Nations Security council would be replaced by people representing the political consensus of seven major regional groupings. These would be Africa, China, East Asia excluding China, Europe including Russia, India, the Muslim world and North plus South America. Decisions would be made by a majority and each region would have a veto only for its own region. Each region would also have its own meritocratically staffed future planning agency and people owned central bank.
In addition, a meritocratic future planning agency would be established for planning mega-projects that transcend regions. Technocrats with good track records at existing international institutions like the World Bank and the IMF would be invited to join either this or one of the regional agencies.
The Pentagon, the Chinese armed forces and the Russian armed forces would gradually integrate to form a planetary protection force.
So far the Pentagon plus the agencies, the P2 lodge (the Vatican), the Chinese, the Russians, the Germans and the British have all given initial signs they support this plan.
The creation of such a structure would make it possible to resolve all international disputes through arbitration, court cases or sporting events instead of war.
It would also allow the release of equivalent of tens of trillions of dollars to spend on an unprecedented campaign to end poverty, stop environmental destruction, create new eco-systems and explore the universe among other things.
In the public sphere we can find strong evidence that a new system has been agreed upon in principle. When China announced its Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the cabalists in Washington told their allies not to join. Since then, Australia, Brazil, Canada, England, France, Germany, South Korea, Russia etc have all announced they would join. This forced the IMF and the World Bank to also announce their support. In other words, the secret controllers of the Federal Reserve Board have lost control.

The Satan worshipping Khazarian (Hyksos) families that controlled the old system are now circling the wagons around their ancestral homelands of Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Israel. The Hyksos countries are being attacked by a joint Pentagon, Turkish and Iranian force and will soon be forced to surrender.

I need say no more.” In other words, the UK now has a meritocratic government.

According to Mr. Eiken Itagaki, the global elite with the Emperor at the top are united by Jacob Rothschild. This is the first time I post my comment in richrdkohsimizu’s blog. I met Mr. Naoya Fujiwara on 28 and 29. (I am a staff member of a seminar called Tooyama Fujiwara School organized by Mr. Naoya Fujiwara.) I heard a lot of interesting stories from him. According to him, this NHK raido program will be signed off at the end of March. This was the last appearance of Mr. Fujiwara on this program. I visited Okinawa with my family from 25 to 27. We were able to go to the sea and Camp Schwab gate in Henoko. I had a talk from a lady who continued a sit-in on the scene. If you oppose against relocation of the U.S. base to Henoko, I do recommend you to visit the site in Henoko. You can’t tell what is going on unless on the site.
As mentioned in the article, I also felt a “gap between Japan and Okinawa.” If this goes one, the people of Okinawa will give up on people in the mainland and aim at independence. I think that realistically, it is impossible to relocate the base to Henoko. The more attention is drawn to the place, the more light of awareness is showered there. Under such circumstances, wrongdoing will be exposed and any plan will never go smoothly. Furthermore, not human law but divine law will be applied, and as a result, for example, crackdown on the citizens, as shown in the article, will be judged by deities. As long as I make a comment, it is sure to happen. In other words, if anybody who engages in apparently illegal activity, though ordered by the government, is to be judged. Every human being is supposed to have the decency to know what the right thing to do is.
If what is happening in Okinawa is revealed, who will be in trouble? Protesters in Okinawa should want people in the mainland to know more about the reality, too. The major mass media have avoided reporting this issue to the public. It apparently shows that exposure of the truth will suffer the government most. This is the proof of the government who has done wrong. All that are engaged in illegal acts to the eye of God will be judged.

The Conflict between Okinawa Prefectural government and the Abe administration is just like in the state of warfare. Chief Cabinet Secretary Suga ignored the will of Okinawans who protest against relocation of the U.S. base to Henoko, remove protesters, applied for a stay of execution of the instruction to stop work related to relocation of the base to Henoko by Governor Takeshi Onaga, and raised his voice, saying “(The instruction by Governor Onaga is) Illegal” or “Invalid.” Isn’t his attitude the denial of democracy by power and disdain for Okinawa? We have asked for the opinion of Mr. Shun Medoruma, 54, an Akutagawa prize winner who has kept on protest activities in Okinawa.

-        Although people in Okinawa clearly oppose to the relocation of the base to Henoko, the administration ignores it as if they said “the one to blame is Okinawa.”

“The Okinawa Defense Bureau has resumed the seabed boring for the first time in half a year since last September. During the period, there were the Okinawa gubernatorial election and the Lower House election. In both elections, candidates who pledged to oppose to the relocation of a new base in Henoko won overwhelming victories. Resumption of the survey by the Japanese government/Ministry of Defense tramples on the public opinion of Okinawa people. They should stop conducting the survey and review the plan itself. It is not allowed to forcefully conduct the survey by brutal force of the police and the Japan Coast Guard.”

-        Mr. Medoruma, you participate in protest activities, as acting write. What is carried out on the site of Henoko?

“We have participated in protest activities both in the front of Camp Schwab gate (on land) and at sea. On land, crackdown by Okinawa prefectural riot police has been escalated. When a protest started last July, there were tens of participants and only a few private bodyguards. However, the bigger protest activities became, the more intensified the guard at the gate and crackdown system got. Citizens have been forcefully removed by the riot police so often. Some women or aged people have hurt by being push down by the riot police or leaders of the protest on the site have been detained by the security guards at the base. The central government’s intention to forcefully suppress the people of Okinawa Prefecture by violent crackdown is clearly seen.”

-        Is it the same at sea?

“Officers of the Japan Coast Guard have committed harassment in many ways; they overturn canoes of protesters to capture them or have fallen canoe members drink sea water by sinking their faces into the sea. They get aboard protest boats and hurt captains and crew. We see their intention to inflict physical and mental damage on such crew so that they cannot go to sea. When the media report it, their violence temporarily stops but soon they repeat violence. Members of the Japan Coast Guard have not come to Henoko for saving human life. They are the “Public Security at sea” and respond to canoes and boats carrying protesters with the same sense of counterterrorism and crackdown against foreign smuggling rings or smuggling boats. It is quite natural that protesters get hurt.


It is impossible to suppress our heart by violence.

-        Why is the Abe administration in a rush to do the project, neglecting the public will?

“I suppose that the government has such judgment that once an accomplished fact is created and the main work of relocation the established fact is started, Okinawans will be got into the mood of giving up, and as a result, protest activities will be slowed down and reduced.”

-        Did they have no intention to listen to the opinion of Okinawans from the start?

“Even if they suppress protest activities by violence, they cannot suppress our heart. Violence brings about anger and hatred in the heart of people. The Abe administration just proceeds with the work with violence “in a calm manner” even without talking with the governor. It’s the worst technique. It only intensifies Okinawans’ hostility and anger against the government as well as antipathy toward Yamantu (people in the mainland).”

I have the same feeling about the first sentence. I have a slightly different opinion than Mr. Fulford’s. I think a failed assassination attempt on President Putin was a decisive factor.

If that should be the case, it is an astounding event. It is quite natural that such suspicion is created that President Putin was the real culprit of the 3/11 artificial tsunami and nuclear terror attack arises.
With regard to the war with Iran, there is a phrase such as “the Pentagon has released that Netanyahu has long been a top boss of the war with Iran faction.” This is contradictory to the stance of President Putin who has made desperate efforts to avoid World War III.
In other words, it turns out that Netanyahu we see is his double. The real Netanyahu who was the mastermind of the 3.11 incident has already been assassinated and does not exist.
