In the beginning of the article, there is a phrase: “The 188 nation BRICS alliance is succeeding in drawing England, France, Germany and Japan into its orbit.” A sing is seen in the current attack against the Abe administration. Probably the Abe administration will collapse and the Liberal Democratic Party will split over.

The article indicates that China seems to get greedy in gaining global hegemony. It has been obvious that those who have fought together to put the U.S. control to an end will start fighting against each other to gain supremacy in the world. Such people will gradually be excluded. Therefore, confusion on earth will continue for a while.

As shown in the end of the article, it has been confirmed through British intelligence that the base on Mars has been destroyed and the U.S. actually had sent people to Mars. It is true.
Except for Fulford information, there is no information that confirms the correctness of my intuition.

The most dramatic development is probably the fact that the so-called ISIS campaign is now becoming a civil war within the military industrial complex of the sort seen during the last years of the Roman republic.

Also, the old cabal is ramping up its ebola fear campaign in the US even as it is being damped down elsewhere. The 188 nation BRICS alliance, for its part, continues to seek new friends for peaceful development and is succeeding in drawing England, France, Germany and Japan into its orbit.

Russia has also staged drills with India, even as the US stages repeated drills with many countries in Asia. This is all aimed at China, multiple sources agree.

According to Marco Di Mauro of the Italian P2 Freemason lodge, in 2008, the last time he went to Asia to negotiate a new financial system with the Chinese, they demanded 80% control of the world’s assets.
The goal is to have a multi-polar world along with reformed international institutions capable of ending poverty and stopping environmental destruction. It is not to replace the dictatorship of the US secret government with the dictatorship of the Chinese communist party.
In any case, the brinkmanship is on the rise these days because the governments of the US, the EU and the UN are all showing visible signs of insolvency.
Last week, for example, evidence emerged the United States of America Corporation has been shut down. The corporation has been removed from the Dun & Bradstreet corporate data base. In addition, the Puerto Rican government’s site lists the:
“SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE UNITED STATES STATES OF AMERICA ATLANTIC JURISDICTION GRAND ORIENT”
as “cancelled” (cancelado).
This is almost certainly connected to the many suspicious deaths of J.P. Morgan bankers since J.P. Morgan is controlled by the Skull and Bones Bush clan.
A further indication of insolvency in the US is that the Internal Revenue Service has started arbitrarily seizing bank accounts owned by individuals with no criminal or tax evasion record.
There was also another sign that it is not business as usual for the Federal Reserve Board to be seen on the Chinese government’s Xinhua News site. It is a series of eight photographs showing a meeting at the Federal Reserve Board with the subtitle

What this means is that the derivatives worth in theory hundreds of trillions (according to the BIS), and even quadrillions and quintillions according to intelligence agency sources, that are keeping many megabanks afloat will have to be taken off the books. The banks cannot retain risk in transactions that are worth far more than world GDP because there is no reality to back them. Chinese sources are saying that allowable leverage from now on will be returned to the 10 times maximum historical experience shows to be sustainable.
The EU, for its part, has suddenly, out of the blue, asked the British to fork over two billion Euros by November 1st and is trying to hit up several other countries as well.
The EU has also suddenly added black market drugs and prostitution to their GDP figures in order to make their economies appear healthier and bigger than previously reported.
The UN, for its part, last week out of the blue asked Japan to fork over $1 billion for “climate change.”
The desperate cabalists are also trying to stir up trouble in new regions. Last week people connected to former US president Bill Clinton contacted the White Dragon Society to make threats to start a nuclear war between Pakistan and India. Sure enough the threats were followed by artillery barrages between Indian and Pakistani forces in the disputed region of Kashmir.
----------  they should give birth to an independent Kingdom of Kashmir that can become a free trade and friendship zone between the two giant neighbours.
Furthermore, we can confirm through MI5 British Intelligence that last week NASA abruptly terminated live coverage of a comet approaching Mars after a planet sized explosion suddenly appeared there. Here is a link to an independently filmed video of that explosion:
A US based source who correctly predicted the trouble in the Ukraine and the disappearance of the Malaysian airliner, says the “the US Mars base was destroyed.” British intelligence confirmed that contrary to what the world public has been told, the US did in indeed have people on Mars.
A spokesperson for Japan’s national observatory said “if NASA is not going to comment on that, then certainly we won’t either.”
This writer was also contacted over the phone recently by people claiming to be part of the group that seized the US underground bases. They say they found people in cages and signs of gruesome genetic experiments. The bases remain closed to prevent the Western cabal elite from fleeing to them, the sources say.
In any case, the X-files stuff will matter when we actually see it affecting our daily lives. For now, if the White Dragon Society and their allies win the battle here on the surface of the planet earth, there will be major visible changes. First of all, all US and allied armed forces will be redeployed to put an immediate stop to world environmental destruction. They will also act to stop all ongoing conflicts on the planet immediately.

The UN and other international institutions will be fundamentally reformed, poverty will be ended and an era of unimaginable prosperity will begin here on earth. Then, hopefully, the quarantine this planet is obviously under will end and we can visit the rest of the universe.

My impression is that Mr. Benjamin Fulford is not familiar with spiritual world. I’d like to explain about some parts of the article.
As Mr. Fulford claims, the center of power is an inbred group of families that won the world’s central banks. They worship the devil. In many cases, they are reptilians and not humans. Some of them should have incarnated as humans from extraterrestrial stars. In this sense, they have human body.
Through a spiritual medium, they have contacted with higher-ranking devil and received its orders. This devil can be a spirit or an alien and it sometimes sneaks into earth.
As for the black sun called by a Cavalier of the Teutonic Knights, the Fulford report dated on April 9, 2014 reads that “their God is the black sun and also called Lucifer.” Lucifer has different meanings, depending on the groups or ranks they belong. If he is referred to as the top of the Great White Brotherhood, he is Sanat Kumara. However, Lucifer Satanists mention can be Enoch or Baptist John who was at the top of the organization.
Underground bases in Earth or their spaceships (mother ships) had been controlled by an artificial intelligence. Destruction of this artificial intelligence by true deities has caused them to be extinguished. It is the alien from the “Galactic Federation of Light” who had provided direction to a group within the elite George Bush Sr. involved with. As the result of destruction of the chain of command and direction, they have been plunged into utter confusion and the world has rapidly been changing.

In a moment of supreme surreality, a representative of Obama even contacted this writer to ask who or what was above the President of the United States. The best answer I could give was whatever entity or force it was that created what we experience as reality.

A person claiming to be a member of the MJ 12 group set up by President Eisenhower to study aliens also said we are dealing with a rogue artificial intelligence.
The president of a large technology company and some pentagon types, for their part, say all the confirmed UFO sightings and other evidence of a superior civilization point to a group within the ruling elite that made a deal with aliens. The name that often comes up in this context is George Bush Sr.
However, while invoking otherworldly reasons for the nasty situation we find ourselves in is fascinating, it will not solve the problems we face. We need to start with what we can actually see and do. That means arresting and physically detaining the people we know to be involved in crimes against humanity and the planet. I share his opinion that many people will be arrested in some future time. It appears that Russia has been releasing voluminous amounts of information about 9/11 Truth. I think this move is preparation for mass arrests. However, there is no telling whether it will come half a year or one year later.
The message in this article is exactly right and the exactly the same as the messages from aliens that are working hard to liberate the Earth. As the article reads: “all efforts to spread this information are valuable and will help dispel fears and lessen the impact,” it is desirable that as many people as possible know this type of liberating information. Although this type of information has always been disclosed, I didn’t introduce all of it because the time was not ripe. Although it appears that Mr. Benjamin Fulford considers Mr. Assange and Mr. Snowden to be pawns in the game of the power because they make no reference to 9/11. However, I have a different opinion; they are respectable people as is to be expected. It appears that crucial piece of information on 9/11, which is validated by information from Snowden, has been released by Russia.

Those responsible for the actual execution of the 9/11 attacks as well as accomplices are being driven into the corner. However, 9/11 Truth had already been known when in the opening speech of theBilderberg Meeting 2014, the names of Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. were mentioned and they were called “traitors of humanity as a whole entity.”

It means that the global elite mainly led by the Nathaniel camp have no intention to forgive crimes committed by the perpetrators of 9/11. Except for some of those who repented for their sins earlier and have worked together to carry out global changes, those who got involved in such crimes cannot get away. I wonder how many people understand the facts written in this article. Even Mr. Ryusaku Tanaka, a Japanese competent journalist, has published wrong articles in terms of the viewpoint of the international situations. It is the same case with many students of good will in Honk Kong. They have taken part in the traitors’ action of the leadership of the demonstration without knowing what is actually happening because they are blinded by cause of democracy or freedom of speech.
I have always explained that the issue of the Xinijang Uighur Autonomous Region is also maneuvered by US as part of strategy to contain and divide China.  Finally this article has shown what exactly it is.

At a time in the past I was asked a question about why I didn’t cover the Tibet issue or the Uighur tissue.  I have made a comment from my viewpoint that it is plain fact that the U.S. is behind both issues and decent Chinese Communist Party leadership including Mr. Hu Jintao and Mr. Xi Jinping have been fiercely fighting back against it.

I didn’t cover these issues at that time for two reasons: they were not such important issues that would be likely to lead to a World War III and I didn’t find any specific articles which supported my assertion.  However, I believe that various information I have introduced on this blog will help you understand that my assertion is right.

All of these NED-funded organizations openly advocate separatism from China, not even recognizing China’s authority over the region to begin with – referring to it instead as “Chinese occupation.”

From a common sense point of view, Vatican’s correspondence sounds extraordinary.  As shown in the article below, the sexual abuse scandal has inflicted significant damage on Vatican.  If the drug-trafficking scandal comes to the surface, which I picked up on September 17, it would deliver a final blow to it.  As the article says, Pope Francis shows cooperative attitude to the Nathaniel camp and supports polycentrism led by BRICS.

Vatican wants to cover up the scandal over drug trafficking by all means because it would come under massive attack from the West.  On the other hand, the headquarters of drug money laundering is the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.  So I suppose that Vatican tries to ask Mr. Xi Jinping to give them a little leeway.

The Chinese government has also the Uighur and Tibet issues and organ trafficking through crackdown on Falun Gong practitioners could be fatal to the government.  I suppose that both of them probably share the common factor which enables them to do a deal with each other.
However, it appears that both Mr. Xi Jinping and Pope Francis never think their systems will last.  Pope Francis, in particular, seems to know when he will die and he wants to finish his life, saving his face to the end.

According to the newspaper, the pope consulted with Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Parolin on September 3.  The pope sent a personal letter by two Argentines, his fellow countrymen, through whom the letter was delivered to a Chinese diplomat.

 I think that Russians are true to their reputation.  Very few people not only believe in the conspiracy theory but also have no doubt that some sort of spiritual entity pulls the strings behind a secret society.  Although many people believe that the world is run by such secret society, all they can think of is that it is a group like military-industry complex that comes as one for their own benefit.
Examining them closely, however, you will see such secret societies share their own view of the world and religion, which is imbued with esoteric or occult elements.  Examining more thoroughly, you will see that there is a spiritual medium at the top of each organization, who always communicates with a particular kind of spiritual entity or alien.

I have commented on Shanti Phula’s blog that such beings originate from the White Brotherhood (Hierarchy). Some are spiritual entities and others are beings with the body.  Subsidiary organizations of the White Brotherhood are the “(Fake) Galactic Federation” and the “Galactic Federation of Light.”  In these two organizations, like the White Brotherhood, there are spiritual entities and aliens with the body.  Some of them have reincarnated as earthlings and consciously act as humans.  I mean, such beings play a central role or work behind the scenes in so-called secret society.

Russians are true to their reputation.  What I have constantly claimed on this blog is that Russia and its leader Putin stand up as the last barricade against the force aiming to control the earth.  The main purport of this blog naturally agrees with the conspiracy theory.  The conspiracy theory is considered as taboo, neglected or become a laughingstock in the academic world.  It is because the academic world itself has been created by the conspirators.  In historical perception, in particular, the conspiracy theory is called revisionism in some cases.  In that case, the conspiracy theory has correct view of history but the history as common knowledge has various problems.  The basic problem is the recognition that the human history derived from the four great civilizations with a history of 5,000 or 6,000 years.  Human history is not so short.

There exists the force aiming to completely control the world.  Russians who interpret the force as “Jews” or “masons” and “Great Britain” have hit the nail.  However, there are Jews and Jews.  There are two kinds of Jews: Ashkenazi Jews and Sephardic Jews.  Broadly speaking, the former lived in former Khazar Empire and are descendants of those who converted to Judaism, while the latter, called Sephardi, are Jews having a bloodline of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.  (According to Wikipedia, since Khazars were speakers of Turkic languages, this theory is difficult to be accepted. However, when Khazars enter Russia, they start to learn Russian and their sons and daughters get to speak perfect Russian.  When they enter Poland, Khazar Jews speak Poland.  I wonder how many American Jews are speaking Hebrew these days.  To put it plainly, the section of “Ashkenazi” in Wikipedia is edited at the convenience of Ashkenazi Jews who exert pressure to deny the fact that they are descendants of Khazars).  It is more correct to call the force as secret society instead of Freemaisonry as a whole.  At the presidential election, it was rumored that Bush and Kerry were Skull and Bones members.

Spiritual beings pull the strings behind a secret society.  Therefore, materialists who deny spiritual beings have incorrect and far-fetched conclusion because they have only one eye opened to the understanding of the world.  Spiritual beings –God, angels, spirits and, of course, spiritual entities after the death of humanity called ghosts – sometimes become evil spirits and do ill.  If angels and spirits get involved in evil, they become specters or evil entities and deceive humans.  However, spiritual beings that lie behind secret societies are far more devilish beings and have given significant influence on humanity throughout the history.  Such beings lie behind the earth control power.

"The world is run by some sort of overarching entity that pulls the strings in governments around the globe" is a statement nearly half of Russians would agree with, a state-run pollster revealed Wednesday.



The Russian Public Opinion Research Center found that 45 percent of Russians believe in the existence of an omnipotent force that lords over state governments, controlling the affairs of humanity. Only one-third of the population expressly rejects this hypothesis, while another 23 percent of Russians remain undecided, according to the survey.
The research center also revealed that individuals with higher levels of education and enviable salaries were more likely to embrace such theories than their less-educated, lower-earning counterparts.
Among those who believe in the existence of such an impalpable entity, 22 percent think it is composed of oligarchs and prominent business leaders from around the globe. Another 6 percent believe it is run by the United States.
Yet more than half of those who believe in the entity's existence are unable to identify who — or what — it is comprised of. Respondents to the survey listed "Jews," "masons" and "Great Britain," as among the groups that may be secretly running the show.
The survey also showed that 48 percent of those who believe in the existence of this global force are uncertain about its primary motive, or the reason for its existence.
Another 32 percent of those who believe in its existence think that its goal lies in world domination, while 10 percent said its aim is to enrich a select number of people.
The survey was conducted in late August among 1,600 adults from across 42 Russian regions. The statistical margin of error did not exceed 3.4 percent.

Furthermore, the new US sanctions hurt Exxon and BP, companies vital to the US economy, far more than they hurt Russia.

The P2 Freemason lodge is saying they have already reached an agreement with Russian President Vladimir Putin to reform the current world political structure in order to make it more fair and inclusive to the people of the planet. They say the obstacle to this goal is the rogue US corporate government.

There is no question that massive voting fraud occurred in Scotland!  The picture above shows a YES vote clearly on a table for the NO votes!   This is absolutely ridiculous that this fraud was allowed to happen.  The following video shows a woman blatantly taking an entire stack of YES votes and putting them in the NO stack!    

It would have been so easy to have multiple layers to this system from both sides checking each other and when mistakes happened by a counter then that person would be relieved of duty!  Of course we know that many elections in the US are totally rigged too either by voting machines that flip votes or massive voting fraud where people vote up to 15 times and brag about it.
