US, FEMA camps, Saudi Arabia, Japan handlers, Secret Protection Bill,
and Japan's joining the Nathaniel camp

This is very interesting information from Mr. Fulford, which supports what I have mentioned up until now - the time is ripe. The sources expressed remarks such as “The Pentagon had already taken over the FEMA camps” or “…the cabal members and their families, ……… will instead find themselves confined in the FEMA camps.” These are just as I expected the future of the FEMA, long time ago. The part “a major campaign to end poverty and stop environmental destruction” corresponds to what a goddess mentioned in “Reformation of Heavenly World”: “Measures for them not to suffer any longer will be taken soon.”

There is another remark: “The totalitarian rulers of Saudi Arabia……. ‘One day the stick is in your hand, the next day it is in your ass.’” As I have already mentioned, you will see it is hardly likely that the current Saudi Arabia regime will survive in the midst of a revolution.
Additionally, there are remarks: “The coordinated attempts by cabal slave governments in Japan.” and “the Japanese Parliamentary acting troupe will be reading from a new script.” This is the same in the content as what I said: since Japan joined the Nathaniel camp on November 1, the Secret Protection Bill will be differently used even assuming it is enacted.

Since Richard Armitage and Kurt Campbell sold out to the Nathaniel camp yesterday on 6 at night, it turns out that all Japanese handlers have sold out to the Nathaniel camp. Therefore, Japan’s shift in policies will visibly come to the surface.

As I have mentioned many times, I do not reach such deductions after gaining information from Mr. Fulford. The facts I have intuitively realized are supported by his articles. This is because there are no such descriptions in his articles that Michael Green, Joseph Nye and the above-mentioned two persons sold out to the Nathaniel camp in April, in May and yesterday, respectively. And you will also understand that unless such things happen, it is unlikely that “the Japanese Parliamentary acting troupe will be reading from a new script.” If reading this information from Mr. Fulford, I believe you will fully understand my argument that Japan has already joined the Nathaniel camp.

Benjamin Fulford geo-political news 6 November 2013

Multiple sources say the Pentagon is moving to shut down cabal.

Some kind of paradigm changing event in the US is imminent, according to multiple sources.

The Pentagon had already taken over the FEMA camps and was going to put all the politicians from Washington D.C. there, one sourse said.

The CIA source, for his part, said they were going to shut down the US power grid on November 11th.

A top level Chinese government representative also reported that an agreement had been reached to release vast amounts of funds to finance a major campaign to end poverty and stop environmental destruction.

In response he was told that if the cabal was defeated by the White Dragon Society and its allies, the US military would receive more funding that it does now and would be asked to help in the campaign to fix the planet.

The NAS scandal is one example.

The result is heavy criticism on the US regime by supposed allies such as the German, French and Spanish governments, a clear sign the Europeans are moving closer to Russia and distancing themselves from the US.

The other big move against the US last week came when Russia sent two strategic nuclear bombers to Venezuela after which Venezuela immediately took over US owned oil rigs in the country.

The Chinese did their bit by announcing they had surrounded the US with nuclear submarines that could annihilate the entire continental United States.

They have also been aggressively investing in new energy technology and will pioneer a post-oil world.

Turkey, supposedly a NATO country, is negotiation a customs union with Russia, buying missiles from China and rounding up and removing Mossad agents spying on Iran from Turkey.

Egypt too is buying missiles and other weapons from Russia and offering the Russians a naval base.

Last week when Israeli forces attacked Syria, the US armed forces immediately informed the Russians of this fact, infuriating the Israelis and making it clear that the United States armed forces are no longer going to fight wars for Israel.

As a result that country will have to reach a deal with its neighbors and with Russia if it is to remain a viable entity.

In this plan, Israel is expected to eventually become a Jewish autonomous region inside this federation.

The totalitarian rulers of Saudi Arabia, for their part, need to remind themselves of the Arab saying:

“One day the stick is in your hand, the next day it is in your ass.”

The sources also say the cabal members and their families, who had planned to hide in underground bases while they killed everybody else, will instead find themselves confined in the FEMA camps.

The people of the world are sick and tired of the criminal behavior of the US rouge regime.

If the US power grid is shut down on November 11th, it will mean no internet, no TV and no ATMs.

If this event does happen, and if it is managed by the good guys, it can thus be used to render impotent two of the cabal’s main weapons, the control of the distribution of many and the use of mass propaganda.

The coordinated attempts by cabal slave governments in Japan, the US and the UK to drastically curtail press freedom are signs of cabal desperation, not cabal power.

The cabal appointed leaders in Canada, the UK and Japan are under attack on multiple fronts.

In Canada, a corruption scandal is closing in on Bush slave appointee Stephen Harper.

In the UK, the passage of a draconian press law has triggered a massive anti-government campaign.

In Japan, the gangsters who used to work for the cabal are no longer doing so, meaning the Japanese Parliamentary acting troupe will be reading from a new script.

That has already been seen with the announcement last week of joint Japanese Russian military maneuvers.

The end game of all this will be world peace.

Zaitokukai Dissatisfied with Judgment of Lost Case Stages Hate Demonstration in the Center of Kyoto
 [Tanakaryusaku Journal]

In the past, as I recall at the time of the Beijin Olympic Games, there was an incident in which in a collision between the Chinese and Japanese, police officers turned a blind eye to the Chinese who committed violent act while they expelled the Japanese who were assaulted. The police officers who performed such acts reportedly felt chagrined. They say that the fact is that the Fukuda administration that didn’t want worsening relations with the Chinese government gave an order to the police not to use violence against the Chinese.

As seen in this article, something very inexplicable happened this time, too. It is likely that such unthinkable demonstration was allowed to be staged, based on the intent of the Abe administration. As explained in the last few lines of the article, such action is preparation for a war. Prime Minister

Abe still sides with the Bush-Nazi camp and has not known that Japan handlers and the elite in Japan, who he follows, have switched sides with the Nathaniel camp. Therefore, it appears that he manages the administration in accordance with the old plan, Armitage-Nye report. The elite have renounced a Sino-Japanese war. Since Abe has realized the advice of former Prime Minister Koizumi and steered in the direction of abandoning nuclear power generation, he seems unlikely to be expelled for now. However, if he should take action to rush headlong into a war out of personal motivations, he should be expelled before very long.

Zaitokukai* Dissatisfied with Judgment of Lost Case Stages Hate Demonstration in the Center of Kyoto

Today in Kyoto crowded with foreign tourists, a hate demonstration with the aim of driving out different ethnic groups was staged. Racists, who were accused of attack on a Korean school, were dissatisfied with the judgment of Kyoto District Court – “Hate speech is illegal” – and made a protest against it.

Racists chose a route of demonstration which was absolutely gorgeous probably to vent their frustration against the lost case.

They started demonstration from Kyoto City Office, went southward along the Kawaramachi avenue, turned eastward from Shijoukawaramachi, crossed the bridge Shijou Oohashi, and reached Yasaka Shrine, where they turned back and went eastward along the Shijou Avenue again.

They walked along a route, which outshines Gion Festival, screaming an obscenity at Koreans living in Japan. It is nothing short of a mystery that the police allowed demonstrators to take this route. A small-sized demonstration consisting of about 30 participants was accompanied by as twice as many police officers. This is weird.

On 7 last month, Kyoto District Court delivered the following judgment:

*The demonstration by Zaitokukai scared the children and teacher and defamed the school.

*They intend to appeal to the public for discrimination against Koreans residing in Japan, which is equal to racial discrimination stipulated by the United Nations International Convention of the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

*Zaitokukai is ordered to pay the school 12 million yen in compensation.

*Zaitokukai should not stage propaganda activities within a 200-meter radius of the Korean school.

A protest sign is typical of Kyoto; A slogan on it sounds laid-back.

The Aba administration, which has a hardline stance toward China, South Korea and North Korea, enjoys high public approval ratings. On the other hand, many people, particularly so-called class B people are indifferent to political issues.

Many people have got to point out “the situation of the times resembles that before the war. If the whole nation gets to ostracize different ethnic groups, a war will be kicked off. We should not repeat the history.

People across the country, please pass this information on to the world.

Everybody in Japan, I am Takashi Hirose.

We cannot continue to disgrace Japan by letting Shinzo Abe’s big lie keep going on.  I have written a letter in English to athletes across the world.  I’d like to ask you to translate the letter into your language to pass it on to young people in your country.  If you have an acquaintance in IOC in your country, please pass it on to him/her.  Since the athletes who will join the Tokyo Olympic Games are junior or senior high school students now, it is important to correctly convey the reality of Japan to their parents.

The weekly Asahi published this week on September 24 (October 4 issue) ran a feature article.  It gives a detailed report on the risk of exposure to radiation the children living in the Kanto region have faced, which was found by cesium urinalysis.  However, please read about the relationship between cesium and polluted water with the following fact in mind.  Fish caught in waters close to Japan read 0.086 Bq/kg on average before the Fukushima nuclear accident, while fish reading the current standard of 100Bq/kg, which is 1160 times higher than the normal level, is distributed as “safe fish.”  Every media reports that all seafood is “less than the limit of detection” with 1000- times dangerous seafood as the standard.

(Reference): We see no rise in radiation dose in Hiroshima whitebait, while we see a leap in radiation dose in Ibaragi one.

A Letter to All Young Athletes Who Dream of Coming to Tokyo in 2020, and to Their Coaches and Parents: Some Facts You Should Know (Takashi Hirose)

A Letter to All Young Athletes Who Dream of Coming to Tokyo in 2020, and to Their Coaches and Parents: Some Facts You Should Know

On 7 September, 2013 Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said to the 125th session of the International Olympic Committee, the following:

Some may have concerns about Fukushima. Let me assure you, the situation is under control. It has never done and will never do any damage to Tokyo.

This will surely be remembered as one of the great lies of modern times. In Japan some people call it the “Abesolute Lie”. Believing it, the IOC decided to bring the 2020 Olympics to Tokyo.

Japanese government spokespersons defend Abe’s statement by saying that radiation levels in the Pacific Ocean have not yet exceeded safety standards.
This recalls the old story of the man who jumped off a ten-storey building and, as he passed each storey, could be heard saying, “So far, so good”.
We are talking, remember, about the Pacific Ocean – the greatest body of water on earth, and for all we know, in the universe. Tokyo Electric Power Company – TEPCO – has been pouring water through its melted-down reactor at Fukushima and into the ocean for two and a half years, and so far the Pacific Ocean has been able to dilute that down to below the safety standard. So far so good. But there is no prospect in sight of turning off the water.
Here are eight things you need to know.

  1. In a residential area park in Tokyo, 230 km from Fukushima, the soil was found to

    image
have a radiation level of 92,335 Becquerels per square meter. This is a dangerous level, comparable to what is found around Chernobyl ④ zone (the site of a nuclear catastrophe in 1986). One reason this level of pollution is found in the capital is that between Tokyo and

Fukushima there are no mountains high enough to block radioactive clouds. In the capital people who understand the danger absolutely avoid eating food produced in eastern Japan.

    image
  2. Inside Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Reactors #1 - #3 the pipes (which had circulated cooling water) are broken, which caused a meltdown. This means the nuclear fuel overheated, melted, and continued to melt anything it touched. Thus it melted through the bottom of the reactor, and then through the concrete floor of the building, and sank into the ground. As mentioned above, for two and a half years TEPCO workers have been desperately pouring water into the reactor, but it is not known whether the water is actually reaching the melted fuel. If a
    image
middle-strength earthquake comes, it is likely to destroy totally the already damaged building. And as a matter of fact, in the last two and a half years earthquakes have continued to hit Fukushima. (And as an additional matter of fact, just as this letter was being written Fukushima was hit by another middle-strength earthquake, but it seems that the building held up one more time.
So far so good.) Especially dangerous is Reactor #4, where a large amount of

nuclear fuel is being held in a pool, like another disaster waiting for its moment.

    image

  3. The cooling water being poured into the reactor is now considered the big problem in Japan. Newspapers and TV stations that previously strove to conceal the danger of nuclear power, are now reporting on this danger every day, and criticizing Shinzo Abe for the lie he told the IOC. The issue is that the highly irradiated water is entering and mixing with the ground water, and this leakage can’t be stopped, so it is spilling into the outer ocean. It is a situation impossible to control. In August, 2013 (the month prior to Abe’s IOC speech) within the site of Fukushima Daiichi Reactor, radiation was measured at
8500 micro Sieverts per hour. That is enough to kill anyone who stayed there for a month. This makes it a very hard place for the workers to get anything done. In Ohkuma-machi, the town where the Daiichi Nuclear Reactor is located, the radiation was measured in July, 2013 (two months before Abe’s talk) at 320 micro Sieverts per hour. This level of radiation would kill a person in two and a half years. Thus, over an area many kilometers wide, ghost towns are increasing.
    image
  4. For the sake of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, an important fact has been left out from reports that go abroad. Only the fact that irradiated water is leaking onto the surface of the ground around the reactor is reported. But deep under the surface the ground water is also being irradiated, and the ground water flows out to sea and mixes with the seawater through sea-bottom springs. It is too late to do anything about this.

    image

    image

    image

    image
  5. If you go to the big central fish market near Tokyo and measure the radiation in the air, it registers at about 0.05 micro Sieverts – a little higher than normal level. But if you measure the radiation near the place where the instrument that measures the radiation of the fish is located, the level is two or three times greater (2013
    image
measurement). Vegetables and fish from around the Tokyo area, even if they are irradiated, are not thrown away. This is because the level established by the Japanese Government for permissible radiation in food – which if exceeded the food must not be sold – is the same as the permissible level of radiation in low-level radioactive wastes. Which is to say, in Japan today, as the entire country has been contaminated, we have no choice but to put irradiated garbage on the dinner table.

The distribution of irradiated food is also a problem. Food from near Fukushima will be sent to another prefecture, and then sent on, relabeled as produced in the second prefecture. In particular, food distributed by the major food companies, and food served in expensive restaurants, is almost never tested for radiation.
  6. In Japan, the only radiation from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Reactors that is being measured is the radioactive cesium. However large amounts of strontium 90 and tritium are spreading all over Japan. Strontium and tritium’s radiation consists of beta rays, and are very difficult to measure. However both are extremely dangerous: strontium can cause leukemia, and tritium can cause chromosome disorder.
    image
  7. More dangerous still: in order, they say, to get rid of the pollution that has fallen over the wide area of Eastern Japan, they are scraping off the top layer of the soil,
and putting it in plastic bags as garbage. Great mountains of these plastic bags, all weather-beaten, are sitting in fields in Eastern Japan subject of course to attack by heavy rain and typhoons. Eventually the plastic will split open and the contents
will come spilling out. When that happens, there will be no place left to take them.

  8. On 21 September, 2013 (again, as this letter was being composed) the newspaper Tokyo Shimbun reported that Tokyo Governor Naoki Inose said at a press conference that what Abe expressed to the IOC was his intention to get the situation under control. “It is not,” Inose said, “under control now.”

image
It’s a sad story, but this is the present situation of Japan and of Tokyo. I had loved the Japanese food and this land until the Fukushima
accident occurred. But now...

“Protect Tsukiji!” Opposition to Relocation to Toyosu Market with Liquefiable and Extremely Poisonous Site

“Protect Tsukiji!” Opposition to Relocation of Tsukiji Market to Toyosu with Liquefiable and Extremely Poisonous Site

I wonder if the government of this country does not know the word “safety of food.”  It is the Tsukiji Market, called the kitchen in Japan that has been struck by the gravest repercussion.

Although there is a serious problem of sea contamination due to the nuclear power plant accident, the Tuskiji Market has a problem of relocation to Toyosu.  Its new address (Toyosu) is the site of old Tokyo Gas factory, whose soil, it is pointed out, contains toxic substances substantially exceeding the allowable limits for ground.

During 2007 and 2008, Tokyo Metropolitan government made a boring survey (at a depth of up to 7 meter and 30 centimeter at the minimum) at 4,400 spots and collected a sample of soil there.  JAPAN ASSOCIATION ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES called for the Metropolitan government on “disclosure and preservation of the soil.  Since the Metropolitan government refused it, the Association has filed a lawsuit against it for requesting not to dispose of the collected soil.

The Metropolitan government should disclose the collected soil if there is no problem.  On the planted site will be built a market where fresh seafood and fish and green food.  Despite this, the Metropolitan government sticks to the stance: “We don’t want to have the soil seent or preserve it.”

The unstable ground on which a market is planned to be built was liquefied on “March 11.”  At that time, poisonous substances including hexavalent chrome, which the Metropolitan government desperately wants to hide, blew out with groundwater.

The Tsukiji Market, which was constructed based on the lesson of the Great Kanto Earthquake, was as stead as a rock on “March 11.”  Why is the Metropolitan government going to bother to relocate the food market to contaminated land?

Today a “demonstration against Tukiji relocation” was held, in which intermediate wholesalers and citizens participated.  While chanting a slogan of “Protect Tsukiji”, a group of demonstrators left Tsukiji and paraded down the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Diet building.

Participants of the demonstration including housewives unanimously said, “It is unbelievable for the Metropolitan government to plant to relocate the market where food is handled to Toyosu” or “Our life is threatened (due to the nuclear power plant accident)” and showed their sense of crisis.

Construction work for relocation is progressing steadily in Toyosu.
The tank wagon seen this side appeared to store groundwater
welling up from the earth.
I wonder if the soil contains hexavalent chrome.

An Increase In Number Of Younger Generation Of The Homeless - Difficult To Recognize Them By Appearance Because They Are Well-Dressed

I wonder the young without skill or talent will have no choice but to go homeless or to be forced to work to death with the enticing carrot of full-time worker dangled in front of their eyes.
I want the young to think that “there is nothing in a city.”

Of course, however, a city is full of falsehood, deceit, fraud, exploitation, hypocrisy and fabrication.  If you live by deceiving others and lying to yourself, a city is very convenient.  This is because only such types of people get together there.
However, if you really want to live seriously, I would advise you to live in an environment with as much nature as possible.  Try to study about PROUT (Progressive Utilization Theory).  You will find out that the environment with nature can make people and nature live affluently.  You’d better not aim at achieving success in life.  To chase after your future dream is an action that detaches you from nature you are enjoying.  I feel there are many people on Earth who seem to be reprobated by deities.
To tell the truth, however, I think it is humans that abandon nature and deities.

[Society] An Increase In Number Of Younger Generation Of The Homeless - Difficult To Recognize Them By Appearance Because They Are Well-Dressed

--------------------
An Increasing Trend In Number Of Younger Generation of Homeless

News coverage by NHK has revealed that the number of people in their thirties or younger who sought for help from facilities across the country which provide support to so-called homeless people has exceeded 30 percent for the first time in last fiscal year.
Experts point out that there is an increasing trend in the number of young homeless people due to lack of access to support by the administrative organ.
With the enforcement of law to help homeless people become financially independent in 2002, Independent Living Support Centers for street people or so-called homeless people have been established in ten cities including Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.  NHK’s news coverage on the Centers across the countries has revealed that 4,354 homeless people sought for support in last fiscal year and 1,421 of them, three more than in the previous year, were in their thirties or younger, who accounted for 33 percent of the total.

People in their thirties or younger accounted for 13 percent in the fiscal year of 2002, but the number has increased year after year and finally exceeded 30 percent for the first time.
According to Independent Living Support Centers, the number of old homeless people living on streets or in parks has decreased due to support provided by administrative organs, while the number of young homeless people has been on the rise.  However, the exact number cannot be grasped by public administration because they often live on streets or wander about Internet cafes or 24-hour eating places.

Professor Michiko Miyamoto at the Open University of Japan, who is well-informed about the poverty problems of youth, points out: “The reality of an increase in young homeless people has been backed up by figures for the first time.  It is difficult to recognize young homeless people by appearance because they are well-dressed.  Only a small number of people visit a support center.  If proper support for the younger generation is not provided, their poverty will continue over a long period of time.  It is necessary to immediately consider measures.”

As for the war responsibility of Emperor Showa, my personal opinion is that he cannot exempt from it.  I believe that the Emperor keenly had felt himself responsible for the war and thought we should never wage war.

I also think that it was Hideki Tojo that died after taking the rap for whole responsibility to protect the Emperor and that he might have been a real hero.  I am not a right-winger or a left-winger, either.

I have no interest in any ideology.  I just think so.  If not, it is incomprehensible that the soul of Hideki Tojo exists in the empyreal of the Sirius System 1st level.  We have to review what situation led to the war.

English translation of an excerpt from a Japanese article: BLOG OF AMAKI NAOTO – March 30, 2013 –

Can Prime Minister Abe forcibly hold a ceremony to celebrate the “anniversary of sovereignty restoration”, which will torment the Emperor?

Subsequently, no coverage on a ceremony to celebrate the “anniversary of sovereignty restoration” has been given.  I wonder if such ceremony can be held.

I repeatedly said so.

In a serial article (12) entitled “Background Story of Nagata-cho To Read” carried in the Nikkan Gendai, a tabloid evening paper, on March 30, Mr. Takeshi Takano, a journalist, wrote completely the same as what I had spoken of, which suggests that he had already known my idea.

In a word, he has written that April 28 is not only a “day of humiliation” in Okinawa but also a day of humiliation for the entire Japanese who submitted to the control of the U.S.

That’s right.

However, his article has made me recognize something more important.

He says.  With a strong opposition in Okinawa, if this goes on, Okinawa will miss a ceremony to celebrate the “anniversary of sovereignty restoration.”  But the ceremony is a major event where the Emperor and Empress will attend at.  If Okinawa fails to attend at the ceremony, Rightists will start making noises by saying “How dare you refuse to participate in the independence ceremony where the Emperor and Empress will attend at.”  If so, Okinawa would say, “If you say to that extent, Okinawa is going to seriously choose a way of independence.”

Mr. Takano’s writing has an incredibly serious meaning.

In a word, it is a well-known fact that Okinawa was cut off from Japan and was placed under U.S. occupation by Emperor Showa.  And it is the present Emperor and Empress that have felt most deeply distressed about Okinawa.  It is hardly possible that they will gladly attend at such ceremony that Okinawa boycotts.

Yes, wise readers will understand that if Prime Minister Abe forcibly holds a ceremony to celebrate the “sovereignty day,” it will torment the Emperor and Empress and make them sad.  It would be a lie if rightists do not rebel against it.  Nevertheless, does Prime Minister Abe intend to forcibly hold the ceremony to commemorate the “anniversary of sovereignty restoration”?

I quite agree to this article, or, rather I understand to some extent what is happening in Japan’s politics, though I am not an expert in politics.  However, current Japan’s politics is deplorable.  In other words, the public’s awareness level is terribly low.  I am afraid that this will take its worst course.

Japan’s elite who are made fool of by not only U.S./China/Korea/South Korea but the world, and good-natured Japanese people:  Nerve centers of Japan taken over by U.S. warmongers completely revealed

No. 724

1.   Visit of Prime Minister Abe to U.S.:  As expected, unfriendly response of Prime Minister Obama

Prime Minister Abe visited the U.S. on February 21 and held a summit meeting with U.S. President Obama.  At first, this visit was planned to be made in January but actually realized in late February.  However, we feel that Obama reluctantly met Abe because he was badged by Japan’s Foreign Affairs Ministry to do so.

We have already foretold Obama’s response in this blog No. 707.  And, he measured up to our expectations (Note 1).

As Prime Minister Abe and the current Japan is a puppet of Obama’s longtime foe, U.S. warmongers, he cannot welcome him.

Incidentally, as for the definitions of the above U.S. warmongers (leading members of global oligarchic forces) as well as Japanese forces that make up their robot, vicious Pentagon, please refer to the note No. 687 posted on this blog.

2.   People, wake up to the fact that nerve centers of Japan has been taken over by U.S. warmongers, Japan handlers.

There was a big discrepancy between the coverage of Abe’s visit to the U.S. by vicious Pentagon/mass media and the atmosphere of the press conference between Obama and Abe which not only Japanese but the whole world watched on TV.

Remarks of Prime Minister Abe who forced a smile as directed by the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the coverage of the media are deception on the people.

However, according to the opinion poll by the media, the approval rate for the Abe administration is over 70 percent.  Is it true?

Assuming the result of this opinion poll is true, the awareness of the Japanese who supported Abe in the poll is at the same level as that of those who are easily deceived by bank transfer scams.

3.   Japan’s leadership whose absurdity is unbearable to see

Since the Abe administration started at the end of last year, the absurdity of Japan’s leadership has been unbearable to see.

I’ve lost willingness to criticize them.

I am also fed up with the naive people who showed their support for Abe in the poll.  Yes, the next House of Councilors election will end in a landslide victory for the LDP.  Now opposition parties almost never exist.

Such being the case, Japan will be mocked by Obama, the people of U.S., China and Korea, and even North Korea.

We have to see absurd dramas one after another: Prime Minister boldly tells lies, the mass media boldly deceive the public and the financial world mindlessly follows the U.S.  On top of that, more and more people give a big yes to TPP!  How foolish they are!

I assume that it is the only people in the world who never feel suspicious about the fact that the nerve centers of Japan have been taken over by U.S. warmongers and follow it.

Japan has no future.

[Soon northern wind will blow] Regulation leaving environment to be more contaminated than inside of nuclear power plants!: Niigata Prefectural Governor

Mr. Hirohiko Izumida, Niigata prefectural governor, is a respectable person.  He was a former bureaucrat of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Technology.  I mean that there are a very few people in every field who are definitely honest.  It is important to discern between honest people and others.  There has never been a time when it was easy to know good from evil like it is now.

Governor explodes with anger “Almost murder” over incineration of disaster debris
Yomiuri Shimbun February 15

In the press conference of February 14, Niigata Governor Hirohiko Izumida strongly criticized Kashiwazaki city and Sanjo city for starting full-swing incineration of disaster debris and gave a comment: “If someone dies, I shall say it is injury resulting in death.  But it is almost murder to incinerate disaster debris knowing the risk of radiation.”

On 12th, he also criticized such incineration by the two cities as “criminal act.”
In the press conference on 14th, he exploded with anger, saying “Can both cities take responsibility for the future?”

Sanjo City Mayor, Yuto Kunisada criticizes the governor as “dictator.”  The governor rebutted by saying “Is he going to say that I should not give my opinion and is he going to curb the freedom of speech?  Isn’t it the dictatorship to incinerate disaster debris ignoring residents’ opinions in his city?”

The governor also criticized the mayor by name: “I wonder Mr. Kunisada thinks he will not live in Niigata in the future.”

----------------------------------------
Governor Hirohiko Izumida of Niigata has always expressed his legitimate opinions on the nuclear power plant accident and radiation contamination, and submitted a questionnaire to the Environmental Agency.

Although he was a former bureaucrat of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Technology, he honestly and candidly criticizes the government for its lack of common sense which leaves people to be unfairly exposed to radiation, and he also criticizes municipalities which follow the central government.

I’d like to introduce what he gave comments on nuclear power plants in the three regular press conferences held from December last year to February this year.

Summary of regular press interview with Governor Izumida, at Niigata prefectural government office on December 26, 2012

Partial excerpt (on nuclear plant-related problems)

Q:
With regard to nuclear power plants, would you tell us what you are going to urge the Nuclear Regulation Authority (NRA) to do, considering the present situation, if any?

A: Governor
I have already submitted to the NRA a questionnaire on how to tackle challenges after taking into consideration the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident.
I want a quick reply from the Authority.
I think nobody will believe any nuclear safety standards set by the Authority without answering the questionnaire.
As I have often said, it is doubtful whether they can really develop measures against nuclear disasters without members having knowledge of local administration.  Niigata prefectural government had directly accepted evacuees from Fukushima prefecture and had exchanged information with TEPCO.  However, NRA has not yet answered our questionnaire for many months.

In spite of that, NRA suddenly says that it is going to develop nuclear safety standards.  We cannot believe the Authority.  We are matter-of-factly urging it to quickly answer the questionnaire, worrying about possible establishment of meaningless safety standards.

Partial excerpt (on control of radiation materials contained in disaster debris)

Q:
I’d like to ask you about radioactivity control issue and other issues associated with it.

A: Governor

With regard to radioactivity control, the central government is relaxing it now for the reason of the time of the accident.  This is the reason why it is accepted to have environmental contamination more severe than that of the inside of nuclear power plant.  It is likely that a relaxed standard at the time of the accident may reflect their way of thinking; no need to worry about some effects.

I wonder until when they will continue this sort of thing.
“First of all, why do they rigidly control the radioactivity level at the inside of nuclear power plant?”

Additionally, the other day designation as specific evacuation recommended spots was cancelled.  This may be because radioactivity of the spots was lower than 20 msV per year.  Incidentally, an area with radioactivity of more than 5 msV per year is called radiation control area.  It is stipulated in the Industry Health and Safety Law that minors should not work in such areas.

So, why can they cancel such designation when lower than 20 msV?  In a word, if a baby should be in an area with radiation dose of between 5 msV and 20 msV, would they stop supporting his/her parents though the parents have to live in area where they are now allowed to work under the Law.

I cannot understand the current standards.

Q:
The government is discussing with five cities about how to dispose of incinerated ash.  As a solution, for example, is it possible to ask TEPCO to accept it?

A: Governor
I think TEPCO should do so.

This is because there are professionals who know how to control radioactive materials in a nuclear power plant.
Municipalities have no such experts.

In fact, it is the utility firms operating nuclear power plants that can professionally keep away radioactive materials from the environment and control them so that they will never harm human body.  Therefore, I think it is natural that they should control the materials.

Q:
You say that it is not an issue of disaster debris but an issue of radioactivity control.  With regard to radioactive materials contained in garbage dumped from the prefecture, you are against burying it with radioactivity of less than 100 Bq.

A: Governor
They should make their best effort to control garbage with high radioactivity.  As a rule, it is against the basic principles to scatter garbage after diluting its concentration.  I think we should use our wisdom to assemble garbage in one place as much as possible to keep away from human society.

Just as I thought, technology to cope with radiation has already been granted.  People in Fukushima, the earth may be revived, which we had no hope for.

Keshe Foundation: Waiting to hear from Japanese government to which the Foundation has already provided technology to cope with radiation #Nuclear Power Plant #Fukushima

Released: February 8, 2013
Help us caption and translate this video on Amara.org:

On November 2, 2012, the Keshe Foundation provided to the Japanese government applied technology to stop proliferation of radiation.  The rest is entirely dependent on how the Japanese government responds to it.  The Foundation also provided a technology which will enable radiation contamination in the future.

Without going a long way around, should we give top priority to promoting the technology provided by the Keshe Foundation in a movement for denuclearization and protection of people in Fukushima?  People interested in spirituality, should you focus your efforts on putting the technology into practical use for rebirth of the earth from Fukushima, Japan just now?

Let’s tell acquainted Diet members and local assembly members that the Keshe Foundation provided to the Japanese government the technology with which we can cope with radiation and yet it is a technology whose availability has been proved, and make an appeal everywhere to immediately put it into practical use.

If the government has received the technology and yet left it unused, it might apparently be called a criminal act against this planet.

I wish Japanese people to disparately improve your radiation-related contamination skills in cooperation with the Keshe Foundation and to show enthusiasm for contribution to global radiation contamination.  (I hear that radiation contamination in Sellafield, UK is also quite serious, which nobody speaks of.  I also hear that radiation contamination has spread to India.)

You can hear only the voice of Mr. Keshe because another video camera with which Mr. Keshe was filmed didn’t work well.  I have found the part where he talks about provision of technology to the Japanese government and I would like to hasten to upload the part alone.

Technology was provided on November 2, 2012.  Three months have already passed.  Everybody, let’s have the government promote to implement the technology through every means we can.  This is the only way, isn’t it?  In particular, people interested in spirituality!  I guess that this is a kind of “disclosure.”  Don’t be misled by such ideas that money will come or a savior will come.  There is a future we can create now.  Please remember that we are the savior of this planet.
