The German newspaper Bild am Sonntag reported, citing sources in the US that the delegation of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) made a secret visit to Moscow, where they met Russian foreign intelligence service (SVR) to discuss the coordination on bilateral military cooperation on Syrian.

According to the newspaper, Washington is ready to share intelligence data with Moscow so as to support Russia’s activity against the terrorist organization Islamic State, whose activities are banned in Moscow.

The newspaper said that Washington is interested in development of such contact with Moscow, which attributes to its fear about increase of IS militants.

The Bild am Sonntag reported that German Foreign Minister Steinmeier welcomes the cooperation between Russia and the U.S. in the Syrian issue.

On September 18, Russia’s Minister of Defense Shoygu and U.S. Defense Secretary Carter discussed the situation in Syria for the first time.

Syrian government: “We would ask Russian for military assistance if needed to fight IS”

Syrian Foreign Minister Moallem said: “The Syrian government might ask Russia for military assistance in the fight against the terrorist group “IS” if needed, RIA Novosti reported.

In an interview with Syrian satellite TV, Foreign Minister Moallem answered:

“If the need arises, we would ask Russian Federation army to fight for our side.

At present, Russian army has not joined military action in Syria. We are not carrying out joint operation with Russian army at this time. The Syrian authority considers any army existing in our territory without agreement with the government as violation of state sovereignty.”

This announcement was made in response to the media coverage that Australia, Britain and France are ready to attack the field of “IS” in Syria. In a related move, the Syrian authority sent a letter to UN Secretary-General and pointed out in the letter: “Violation of international law cannot be justified in the pretext of fighting terrorism.”

Furthermore, Syrian Foreign Ministry emphasizes: “the coalition of the willing led by the U.S. has not achieved any meaningful victory in fights against “IS” and other similar terrorist organizations in Syria and Iraq. Turkey Launches War On Islamic State’s Worst Enemies – The Kurds ―　Erdogan belongs to NWO/ Lunatic American policies

This article explains Turkish position and U.S. stance on the Islamic State in an easy-to-understand manner. According to the article, Erdogan’s ambition is to expand territory in the war on Syria and become the almighty president over a larger, Ottoman Turkey. However, Kurds support the Assad regime and Turkey has now “reopened its war on the PKK Kurds” in Turkey. It seems that they ostensibly pretend to carry out air strikes on the strongpoint of ISIS and they actually intend to attack Kurds.

It seems that Turkish police have already conducted mass arrests of Kurdish activists. This clearly shows that Erdogan belongs to the NWO (New World Order).

As for the U.S., the latter half of the article describes that the U.S. adops lunatic policies; they treat the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK)as terrorist organization and give air support to the Kurdish People’s Protection Unit (YGP) though the two are essentially the same.

Given this situation, the U.S. seems to intend to prolong war by backing up one in a disadvantaged position, while giving support to both of so-called foe and friend. This undoubtedly enables the arms industry to get money. It is said that in Ukraine, employees of Vanguard provided fake dollar bills to the Kiev administration and pro-Russian rebels. When the pro-Russian rebels demonstrate overwhelming lead, the U.S. forces support the Ukrainian forces and train them. They seem to do the same thing after all.

Turkey Launches War On Islamic State’s Worst Enemies – The Kurds

Since 2013 a ceasefire between the state of Turkey and Kurdish PKK rebels in south-east Turkey held up well. The government pledged some support for Kurdish cultural autonomy and in return the ruling AK Party gained votes from parts of the Kurdish constituency. The AKP government also has good relations with the Kurds in north Iraq. It buys oil from the Kurdish regional government and supports the kleptocracy of the ruling Barzani clan in that autonomous Iraqi region.

The PKK is a militant Kurdish organization in Turkey. The equivalent in Syria is known as YPG. In Iran the group is called PJAK and in Iraq HPG. The HDP party in Turkey is the political arm of the PKK. The PYD is the political arm of the Syrian YPG. All these are essentially the same egalitarian, secular marxist/anarchist organization striving for Kurdish autonomy or independence.

Turkey has now reopened its war on the PKK Kurds in Turkey, Iraq and in Syria. Turkish police rounded up hundreds of Kurdish activists in Turkey and tonight dozens of Turkish fighter planes attacked PKK positions in Syria and Iraq. This war is likely to escalate and will be long and bloody. It will be mostly fought on Turkish ground. How did it come to this?

The war on Syria and support by Turkey for even the most radical islamists fighting the Syrian government changed the relations with the Kurds. It is undeniable that Turkey not only supports the Free Syrian Army but also the Syrian al-Qaeda affiliate Jabhat al-Nusra and the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria. Turkey is the transit country for international suicide bomber candidates joining these organizations. Weapons, ammunition and other goods are smuggled into Syria with the help of the Turkish secret services and the Islamic State exports oil to Turkey. The Islamic State is recruiting in Turkey and is believed to have many sleeper cells throughout the country.

When the Islamic State attacked Kurdish positions in Kobane in north Syria the U.S. intervened on the side of the Kurds. Turkey was miffed and at first blocked all support. The Kurds in Kobane are, like the Kurdish rebels in Turkey, organized in the PKK/YPG. They want an continuous autonomous region in north Syria connecting all Kurdish enclaves along the Turkish Syrian border.

Ankara fears that such a region could be joined by the Kurdish areas in south-east Turkey. This would be a threat to the Turkish state. Turkey wants to gain land in the war on Syria not lose any. Idleb and Aleppo in Syria and Mosul in Iraq are regions that Erdogan would like to add to his realm.

As the Kurds in Syria as well as Iraq had some success in fighting against the Islamic State and increased their territories the Turkish AKP government saw its plans in shambles. Additionally the AKP lost in the recent elections in Turkey while the Kurdish HDP party, for the first time in its history, joined the Turkish parliament. Without a solid parliamentary majority Erdogan's plan of becoming the almighty president over a larger, Ottoman Turkey is finished.

To change the situation Erdogan decided to reopen the war against the Kurds under the disguise of joining the U.S. war against the Islamic State.

On July 20 a bomb exploded during a meeting of young socialist Kurds in the southern border town of Suruç. Some thirty people were killed and over a hundred wounded. Turkey immediately attributed the attack to the Islamic State but IS never claimed the attack. The Kurdish PKK immediately blamed the Turkish state and accused it of collusion with the Islamic State. The next day the PKK killed two Turkish police officers in revenge for the bombing.

Last year secret audio tapes leaked of conversations between the Turkish prime minister and the head if the Turkish secret service. They planned a false flag attack against Turkish targets as a pretext to invade Syria. The PKK assumption that Turkey colluded with the Islamic State to attack Kurds in Turkey is thereby quite plausible. The claimed "intelligence failure" that allowed the attack seems to be a mere smoke screen. The attack gives Turkey a public relation talking point that it is fighting the Islamic State while in reality Turkey is attacking those Kurds who are fighting the Islamic State.

On Wednesday Turkish police raided hundreds of homes all over the country. The mass arrests was sold as an action against Islamic State fighters. But beside a few well known IS functionaries hundreds of Kurdish activists and leftists politicians were taken into custody. Demonstrations and riots by Kurds in Istanbul and other cities increased. Today Turkish courts banned Kurdish news agencies and media. Turkish media and the Internet in Turkey are again partially censored.

Why would Erdogan now launch a war against the Kurds? What are his aims? These come to mind:

Yesterday the Turkish government announced that it would open the Incirlik air base for U.S. attack flights against the Islamic State. It also claimed that the U.S. had agreed to set up a no-fly zone over Syria. The U.S. officially denied the later. Turkey fighter jets flew a few attacks against alleged Islamic State targets in north Syria. The Kurds say the Turks only bombed some empty houses. The official announced plan seems to differ from what the Turks are actually doing:

Turkey and the United States have agreed on a military action plan with the objective of clearing the Turkish-Syrian border of jihadist terrorists in what the two countries have called the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL)-free zone.

The plan crafted by Ankara and Washington foresees the deployment of FSA units to this area if ISIL is completely cleared from that particular zone, which would both prevent the Syrian Democratic Union Party (PYD) from further expanding its influence towards the West and create a safe environment for either sheltering Syrians fleeing violence or those who want to return to their homelands.

Last night the Turkish air-force went on an all out attack against Kurds in Iraq not against Islamic State fighters or positions. Several dozens Turkish jets attacked PKK postions in north Iraq. These jets allegedly flew through Syrian air space. This is an attack against the group that was, with international support, most successful in fighting against the Islamic State. One wonders how much of this part of the plans was agreed upon with the United States.

Does the U.S. collude with Ankara in the now open war against the Kurdish PKK? How then can it then continue to use the PKK/YPG as an ally against the Islamic State?

The U.S. position is confused:

Obama administration officials acknowledged the PKK and YPG have links and coordinate with each other in the fight against Islamic State, but they said the U.S. continues to formally shun the PKK while dealing directly with YPG. The groups operate under separate command structures and have different objectives, the officials said.

Just two years ago, President Barack Obama told Turkey the U.S. would continue to aid its battle against PKK “terrorists.” The U.S. continues to share intelligence about the PKK with Turkey, and military officials from the two countries sit together in an Intelligence Fusion Cell in Ankara established by the George W. Bush administration to help Turkey fight the group.

But now, “the U.S. has become the YPG’s air force and the YPG has become the U.S.’s ground force in Syria,” said Henri Barkey, a former State Department analyst on Turkey now at Lehigh University.

Again, the PKK and the YPG are not really distinct organizations. They are essentially the same. It seems that the U.S. is now helping the Turkish government, which supports the Islamic State, to target Kurdish positions while at the same time giving air support to the same Kurds against the Islamic State.

Who in Washington came up with such a lunatic policy position and what is the real aim behind it?

Ukraine’s President Poroschenko Says Overthrow of Yanukovych Was a Coup　– Ukraine Is In Utter Chaos

As mentioned in the Fulford Report, President Poroshenko reportedly has asked the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to acknowledge that former President Yanukovych was overthrown by a coup. He knows about the possibility that his position as president might become illegal. What is the background of his petition despite this?

According to the article, the same group that lauched the coup has announced that “they will overthrow Poroshenko unless he restarts right now the war against Donbass.” In other words, Washington that uses the group has forced Poroshenko to restart the war. Considering the situation, the Ukrainian army cannot win the war against Donbass. If restarting the war, the country will be destroyed or unless restarting the war, he will be removed. It can be said that he has been driven into the wall.

However, as if waiting for the right moment, former aide to the Ukrainian defense minister deserted to Donbass withenormous amounts of information. It should appall Neoconservatives in Washington.

Poroshenko might intend to remove the group that launched the coup by having the court acknowledge them as illegal. If things don’t go well, however, bloody conflict will occur inside the Kiev administration and the government will be revealed to be a Nazi group.

It can be said that Ukraine is in utter chaos.

Ukraine’s President Poroschenko Says Overthrow of Yanukovych Was a Coup

Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko requests the supreme court of Ukraine to declare that his predecessor, Viktor Yanukovych, was overthrown by an illegal operation; in other words, that the post-Yanukovych government, including Poroshenko’s own Presidency, came into power from a coup, not from something democratic, not from any authentic constitutional process at all.

In a remarkable document, which is not posted at the English version of the website ofthe Constitutional Court of Ukraine, but which is widely reported outside the United States, includingRussia, Poroshenko, in Ukrainian (not in English), has petitioned the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (as it is being widely quoted in English):

“I ask the court to acknowledge that the law ‘on the removal of the presidential title from Viktor Yanukovych’ as unconstitutional.”

I had previously reported, and here will excerpt, Poroshenko’s having himself admitted prior to 26 February 2014, to the EU’s investigator, and right after the February 22nd overthrow of Yanukovych, that the overthrow was a coup, and that it was even a false-flag operation, in which the snipers, who were dressed as if they were Ukrainian Security Bureau troops, were actually not, and that, as the EU’s investigator put his finding to the EU’s chief of foreign affairs Catherine Ashton [and with my explanatory annotations here]:

“the same oligarch [Poroshenko — and so when he became President he already knew this] told that well, all the evidence shows that the people who were killed by snipers, from both sides, among policemen and people from the streets, [this will shock Ashton, who had just said that Yanukovych had masterminded the killings] that they were the same snipers, killing people from both sides [so, Poroshenko himself knows that his regime is based on a false-flag U.S.-controlled coup d’etat against his predecessor]. … Behind the snipers, it was not Yanukovych, but it was somebody from the new coalition.”

This was when Ashton first learned that the myth that Yanukovych had been overthrown as a result of public outrage at his having rejected the EU’s offer of membership to Ukraine was just a hoax. (Actually, the planning for this coup was already under way in the U.S. Embassy by at leastearly 2013, well prior to Yanukovych’s EU decision. Furthermore, theUkrainian public’s approval of the government peaked right after Yanukovychannounced his rejection of the EU’s offer, but then the U.S.-engineered“Maidan”riots caused that approval to plunge.)

If the Court grants Poroshenko’s petition, then the appointment of Arseniy Yatsenyuk by the U.S. State Department’s Victoria Nuland on 4 February 2014, which was confirmed by the Ukrainian parliament (or Rada) at the end of the coup on February 26th, and the other appointments which were made, including that of Oleksandr Turchynov to fill in for Yanukovych as caretaker President until one of the junta’s chosen candidates would be ‘elected’ on May 25th of 2014, which ‘election’ Poroshenko won — all of this was illegal.

However, this illegality had already been known. It was already explained in detail on 28 February 2014, that, “Yanukovych’sremoval was unconstitutional.” That’s for lawyers; but, now, finally, Ukraine’s Constitutional Court is faced with the shocking predicament of Ukraine’s own President, who won his post as a result of this coup, requesting them to “acknowledge” that it was a coup, much as the founder of the “private CIA” firm Stratfor had even called it, “the mostblatant coup in history.” (It was that because theauthentic video and other evidence of its having been a Washington job was so massive.)

Also in the news now is that Dmitriy Yarosh‘s Right Sector — the same groupthat Washington had hired for the coup and for the ethnic cleansing campaign inUkraine’s former Donbass region — have announced that they will assemble in Kiev on July 3rd to overthrow Poroshenko unless he restarts right now the war against Donbass. The people whom Washington paid to oust Yanukovych are planning to do the same to Poroshenko. There is a struggleinside the Obama Administration about how far they can successfully go with their Ukrainian nazis not formally leading the country.

Washington is having a hard time keeping in line the Ukrainian nazis upon whom Washington’s plan for Ukraine has been based. Ukraine’s nazis are thirsting for Russian blood, and want to slake their thirst faster than the Obama Administration is willing to go along with. Washington’s previous “F—k theEU!” hasn’t worked as well as they had hoped. There is thus increasingly bad blood between the Obama Administration and the Ukrainian enforcers upon whom Obama has been relying.

Basically, Poroshenko now is torn between the EU, on one side, and Ukraine’s well-armed nazis, on the other; and, thus far, the ultimate decider, U.S. President Obama, who has needed cooperation both from Ukraine’s nazis and from the EU, in order for his Ukrainian gambit against Russia to work, is on the fence between those two sides. John Kerry sides with the EU; Victoria Nuland sides with the nazis. But Obama himself hasn’t yet played his hand.

Former Aide to Ukrainian Defense Minister Defects to Militia Side/More than 10,000 Soldiers Desert – Ambitions of Kiev Administration and Neoconservatives Shattered –

Reading this article, I couldn’t resist shouting out with surprise. Mr. Alexander Kolomiyets, former aide to Ukrainian defense minister and chief military analyst, defected to the Donetsk side together with his family and voluminous amounts of information.  Since Mr. Kolomiyets served as the regional military commissar of Donetsk region for 19 years, it can be said that the Ukrainian armed forces have lost the boss. This will make it impossible for them to make war.

I have thought war in Ukraine is inevitable. However, I think this incident has shattered the ambitions of the Kiev administration and Neoconservatives.

It　was expected that punishment of SaLuSa’s comrades would help stop confusions on the earth. So I have thought that we will see things move in unexpected direction. However, this incident has given me a surprise far beyond my expectation.

The article says “panic has started in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine.” The situation is the same with Neoconservatives. I think that Nuland and MacCain, of course, and George Soros have got in a panic.

On 22, a panic happened in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, because a major general of the armed forces of Ukraine, who is a chief military analyst and the former aide to Ukrainian defense minister, defected to the militia of Donetsk Republic.

More than 10,000 soldiers desert from the Ukrainian army

In Ukraine, more than 10,000 soldiers have defected since conduct of hostilities started in the Donbass region, eastern part of the country. Vesti.ua reported citing the information from the General Secretariat of Military Law and Order Military Affairs of the Ukrainian army.

According to the General Secretariat, there were a large number of deserters in 2014, while in 2015 the number of soldiers who ran away from troops has decreased. The Ukrainian Army Staff Headquarters has announced that the number of case of desertion for 2015 is about 100. Vesti.ua reported it.

In Ukraine, mobilization carried out three times in total in 2014; first on March 17, 2014, second on May 6, 2014 and third on July 22, 2014. Ukrainian President Poroshenko before announced that approximately one-third of soldiers called up in the first mobilization had deserted.

The number of the Ukrainian army increased from 130,000 to 232,000 by the end of 2014. Incidentally, partial mobilization has been carried out in 2015.

Terrorist Group ISIS Leader To Receive Treatment in Israel

As I mentioned before, intuitionally I feel that ISIS leader al-Baghdadi is already dead. To further complicate matters, however, a spirit being might “walk in,” using his physical body. It appears that his physical body alone exists.

President Putin: War to become imminent with approaching of winter – Ultimatum –

Since the White Dragon has gained control of FRB, the U.S. cannot initiate a large-scale war. Soldiers in the U.S. military have no mind to join dangerous war leading to nuclear war for Ukraine because they will receive no salaries. Therefore, next time Ukraine attacks Donetsk People’s Republic by breaking the agreement, Russia is likely to send Russian troops, which is different than before. If they do so, the Ukrainian forces would immediately be eliminated.

The U.S. will surely get angry and the risk of world war will be increased. However, NATO forces will be destroyed by well-prepared Russian forces. There is a very big difference between the two in nuclear capability. Europe will turn into a blazing inferno because NATO forces are no match for Russian forces. In other words, the former cannot make such a silly choice, however strong the pressure from the U.S. is.

If that happens, those in the current Kiev regime would be executed as war criminals, killed in war or make peace with Russia, which will result in death as traitors by the Neocons. It appears that they have no future.

1. Russia will no longer play games and engage in back-room negotiations over trifles. But Russia is prepared for serious conversations and agreements, if these are conducive to collective security, are based on fairness and take into account the interests of each side.

2. All systems of global collective security now lie in ruins. There are no longer any international security guarantees at all. And the entity that destroyed them has a name: The United States of America.

3. The builders of the New World Order have failed, having built a sand castle. Whether or not a new world order of any sort is to be built is not just Russia’s decision, but it is a decision that will not be made without Russia.

4. Russia favors a conservative approach to introducing innovations into the social order, but is not opposed to investigating and discussing such innovations, to see if introducing any of them might be justified.

5. Russia has no intention of going fishing in the murky waters created by America’s ever-expanding “empire of chaos,” and has no interest in building a new empire of her own (this is unnecessary; Russia’s challenges lie in developing her already vast territory). Neither is Russia willing to act as a savior of the world, as she had in the past.

6. Russia will not attempt to reformat the world in her own image, but neither will she allow anyone to reformat her in their image. Russia will not close herself off from the world, but anyone who tries to close her off from the world will be sure to reap a whirlwind.

7. Russia does not wish for the chaos to spread, does not want war, and has no intention of starting one. However, today Russia sees the outbreak of global war as almost inevitable, is prepared for it, and is continuing to prepare for it. Russia does not war—nor does she fear it.

8. Russia does not intend to take an active role in thwarting those who are still attempting to construct their New World Order—until their efforts start to impinge on Russia’s key interests. Russia would prefer to stand by and watch them give themselves as many lumps as their poor heads can take. But those who manage to drag Russia into this process, through disregard for her interests, will be taught the true meaning of pain.

9. In her external, and, even more so, internal politics, Russia’s power will rely not on the elites and their back-room dealing, but on the will of the people.

To these nine points I would like to add a tenth:

10. There is still a chance to construct a new world order that will avoid a world war. This new world order must of necessity include the United States—but can only do so on the same terms as everyone else: subject to international law and international agreements; refraining from all unilateral action; in full respect of the sovereignty of other nations.”

It is a very interesting experiment. There is no doubt that the Ukrainian fighter jet Su-25 was linked to the downing of MH- 17.

They planned to shoot down the airplane by the Buk missile and blame the crime on the pro-Russian military forces. I think they might feel uneasy about the certainty of the Buk.

I think they also used machine guns in case that the missile would miss the airplane.

This is an incredible article. Commanders between enemy forces had a Skype conversation. It appears that they have agreed on basic recognition.

According to the article, officers in Ukrainian army have become obsessed with an idea that the military advisers in Russia issue an order to the commanders of the voluntary army. It is natural for them to think so because they have been brainwashed by the propaganda of the Kiev authority and left uninformed of the truth. I spend half a day sitting at a computer to get information. Unlike me, they are engaged in battle on the spot. They cannot gain right recognition if they are given wrong information by the top.

This article shows how people get involved in a war and that most people on front-line duty do actually want peace.

Fully understanding this, we have to see through a plot of those in power. To this end, all we have to do is to get information by ourselves. True information is never given by mass media.

English translation of the excerpt from the Japanese version of The Voice of Russia – October 22, 2014 –

Ukrainian Soldiers and Voluntary Army Unite Close to Success in Invading Kiev in Union?

On the Russian Internet, recorded Skype conversation has emerged. The conversation was between Alexei Mozgovoi, Commander of the “Ghost” Brigade, volunteer army stationed in Lugansk, eastern region of Ukraine, and commanders of Ukrainian military troops, who are fighting in antiterrorism operation zone. The first impression got through this conversation is that Ukrainian soldiers get to understand that they don’t have to fight against anybody for whatever reason.

Commander Mozgovoi had a conversation with three commanders of Ukrainian military troops: Camili Valetov, Alexei Jyipuko and Vladimir Shirov. Valetov and Jyupuko, who were middle-ranking officers at the times of USSR, participated in the Afghanistan operation. Shirov is a senior manager in Ukrainian rugby team. And all of the three are from southern and eastern regions of Ukraine.

The conversation showed that they were interested in one another, and that they spoke Russian.

The conversation revealed several interesting facts. For example, everybody is exhausted in the war. Among them, Ukrainian soldiers are extremely exhausted by a miserable sequence of defeats since September. Commander Shirov says that it is high time to stop war because Ukrainians who are the Slav tribe on both sides are dead. For this reason, the first question that a commander from the Ukraine side asked Commander Mozgovoi of the volunteer army was that achievement of peace would be possible and under what condition it would be possible. Mozgovoi’s response helped Shirov think deeply. “Those fighting against each other in both armies are ordinary people. Such ordinary people are used in the ‘amphitheater (Colosseum) in our garden’ by the Olgarch (business magnate).” In response to it, Shirov adds: “War is used by a group of rouges. The wicked people have split people who had lived together and shared happy events.”

Such statement makes us feel that they are very close to reaching a conclusion that nobody needs a civil war in Ukraine and the war has to be stopped. However, here, something else has suddenly been clarified. Ukrainian officers were under the wrong impression that Russia is behind the southern and eastern volunteer armies. They say that since Russia tries to seize the Ukrainian territory, Ukrainians have no other choice but to unite to protect independence. Ukrainian officers are under the wrong impression that Russian military advisers issue the order to Mozgovoi and other commanders in the volunteer army. Therefore, it turns out that the referendum in which the citizens in the south and east regions supported independence and coalition with Russia was not carried out fairly and squarely or it was fabricated one.

A professional political scholar could have shattered the ideology inculcated into Ukrainian mind by the propaganda of the Kiev authority in more graceful manner. However, not young Ukrainian commanders would not have believed the words of such political scholar. Although Mozgovoi lacked clarity in his argument, the other side listened to his words, because Ukrainian soldiers saw a reflection of themselves in him. Mozgovoi said the same thing about it.

Commander Mozgovoi of the volunteer army won understanding of his enemy he fought against in the war only a few weeks ago. What made it possible? They shared the view that the enemy of the Ukrainian army and Ukrainians is not the volunteer army; the volunteer army has no intention of disuniting Ukraine in spite of the Kiev propaganda; the enemy of Ukrainian people is the current Kiev government; therefore the volunteer military and Ukrainian army should unite to establish a new, cleaner and fairer government in this country. Most interestingly, Ukrainians soldiers did not raise the voice of opposition to this Mozgovoi’s appeal. The side of Ukrainian soldiers expressed their intention to contemplate what he said and want to discuss it again. If the Ukrainian soldiers understood that they should think about it, it would be a good sign.

The translation article of this video is a must.  On Shanti Phula’s blog, I have often made a comment, in which I mentioned conflicts in Ukraine would lead to nuclear war with Europe becoming a battlefield.  I have never seen such an editorial of this video that precisely explains it.

The Sergei Glaziev Interview

Understanding Ukraine in 15 Minutes

If you want to understand what is going on in Ukraine, then you need to watch this 15 minute video with Putin advisor and friend, Sergei Glaziev. Glaziev explains how structural changes in the global economy and a shift to Asia have precipitated a desperate attempt by US policymakers to maintain their grip on power by instigating a war in Europe. Whether readers agree with this analysis or not, they will find Glaziev is brilliant, erudite and passionate in his beliefs. For that alone, the video is well worth the time. 

I transcribed the video myself, and apologize for any unintentional mistakes in the text. Also, the “bold headings” are mine. 

1.  Structural Changes in the Global Economy are often preceded by Great Crises and War

The world today is going through an overlap of a whole series of cyclical crises. The most serious of them is a technological crisis which is associated with changes in the wavelengths of economic development. We’re living in a period when the economy is changing its structure. The economic structure that has been driving economic growth for the last 30 years has exhausted itself. We need to make a transition to a new system of technologies. This kind of transition, unfortunately, has always come about through war. That’s how it was in the ’30s when the Great Depression gave way to an arms race and then the Second War World War. That’s how it was during the Cold War when an arms race in space gave rise to complex information and communication technologies which became the basis of a technological structure that has been driving the world’s economy for the last 30 years. Today we are faced with a similar crisis. The world is shifting to a new technological system.

2.  Putin pushes Free Trade Zone to ease transition to New Global Economy

The new system is humanitarian  in nature and thus could avoid a war because the main carriers of growth on this wavelength are humanitarian technologies. These include health care and pharmaceutical industries which are based in biotechnology. They also include communication technologies based on nanotechnology which is making a breakthrough today. And they involve cognitive technologies that define a new sum of human knowledge. If, as President Putin has been consistently putting forward, we were able to agree to a mutual program for development, a general development zone with a preferential trade regime from Lisbon to Vladivostok, if we were to agree with Brussels to create a common economic space, a common area of development, we could find a sufficient number of breakthrough projects, from health to repelling space threats, to fulfill our scientific and technical potential and creating a steady demand from the state. which would give a boost to the new technological system.

3  Washington sees War in Europe as best way to Preserve its Hegemony

However, America has taken its usual path.  To maintain their world dominance they are provoking another war in Europe. A war is always good for America. They even call the Second World War which killed 50 million people in Europe and Russia, a good war. It was good for America because the US emerged from this war as the world’s leading power. The Cold War which ended with the collapse of the Soviet Union was also good for them. Now the US again wants to maintain its leadership at the expense of Europe. US leadership is being threatened by a rapidly rising China. The world today is shifting to yet another cycle, this time political. This cycle lasts centuries and is associated with the global institutions of regulatory economics

We are now moving from the American cycle of capital accumulation to an Asian cycle. This is another crisis that is challenging US hegemony. To maintain their leading position in the face of competition with a rising China and other Asian countries Americans are starting  a war in Europe. They want to weaken Europe, break up Russia, and subjugate the entire Eurasian  continent. That is, instead of a development zone from Lisbon to Vladivostok, which is proposed by President Putin, the US wants to start a chaotic war on this territory, embroil all Europe in a war, devalue to European capital, write off its public debt, under the  burden of which the US is already falling apart, write off what they owe to Europe and Russia, subjugate our economic space and establish control over resources of the giant Eurasian continent. They believe that this is the only way they can maintain their hegemony and beat China.

Unfortunately the American geopolitics that we see playing out is exactly like the 19th century. They think in terms of the geopolitical struggles of the British Empire: divide and conquer. Pit nations against others, embroil them in conflict, and start a world war.  Americans, unfortunately, continue this old British policy to solve their problems. Russia has been chosen as a victim of this policy while the Ukrainian people are the weapon of choice, and cannon fodder in a new world war.

First the Americans decided to target Ukraine to separate it from Russia. This tactic came from Bismarck. This anti-Russian tradition aimed to embroil Russia in conflict in order to take over the whole Eurasian space. The strategy was first put forth by Bismark, then picked up by the British,, and then finally by the leading american political scientist Zbigniew Brzezinski, who said on many occasions that Russia cannot be a superpower without Ukraine and that embroiling Russia with Ukraine will benefit America and the West.

For the past 20 years americans have been grooming Ukraine Nazism aimed at Russia. As you know they hosted remnants of Bandera the Second World War. Tens of thousands of Ukrainian Nazis were brought to America and have been carefully cultivated and nurtured during the whole post war period. This wave of immigrants descended on Ukraine after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The idea of an eastern partnership was used as bait. It was first expressed by the Poles, and then picked up by the Americans. The essence of the eastern partnership, of which Georgia became the first victim. Now Ukraine has become one and soon Moldova will be one, to sever ties with Russia. As you know we are building the Customs Union, and a common economic space with Belarus and Kazakhstan which will soon be joined by Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. Ukraine has been our long term partner. Ukraine is still in the ratification stage of the agreement with Russia which no one in Ukraine has cancelled yet. Ukraine is important to us as part of our economic space and for our centuries long ties and cooperation. Our scientific and industrial complex was created as a whole, therefore, Ukraine’s participation in European integration is quite natural and vital. The eastern partnership was created to prevent Ukraine’s participation in the Eurasian integration project. The meaning of the eastern partnership is to create an association with the European union. What is the association that was signed by Poroshenko with the European leaders? It is the transformation of Ukraine into a colony. By signing the agreement with the association, Ukraine loses its sovereignty. It transfers control of its trade, customs, technical and financial regulation, and public procurement to Brussels.

4  The Ukrainian Nazi junta is an instrument of U.S. policy

Ukraine ceases to be a sovereign state in its economy and politics. It is clearly stated in the agreement that Ukraine is a junior partner in the European union. Ukraine must follow a common defense and foreign policy of the EU. Ukraine is obliged to participate in the resolution of regional conflicts under the leadership of the EU. Thus Poroshenko is making Ukraine a colony of the EU and pulling Ukraine into war with Russia as cannon fodder with the intention of igniting a war in Europe. The purpose of the association agreement is to allow the European countries to govern Ukraine in the settlement of regional conflicts.  What is happening in Donbass is a regional armed conflict. The goal of American politics is to create as many victims as possible. The Ukrainian Nazi junta is an instrument of this policy. They are carrying out mindless atrocities and crimes bombing cities killing civilians,  women and children, and forcing them to leave their homes, only to provoke Russia and then draw the whole of Europe into a war.  This is Poroshenk’s mission. This is why Poroshenko is rejecting any peace negotiations and blocking all peace treaties. He interprets any statement by Washington about de-escalation of the conflict as an order to escalate it. All peace talks which have taken place on the international level have brought a new round of violence.

We must understand that we are dealing with a Nazi state which is dead set on a war with Russia and has declared general conscription. The entire male population between 18 and 55 has been put under arms. Those who refuse will get 15 years in jail. This Nazi criminal power makes criminals of the entire Ukrainian population.

5  Washington is plunging Europe into War for its own Interests

We have calculated the the European economy will lose about 1 trillion euros for sanctions which are imposed on them by the Americans.  This is a huge sum. The Europeans are already bearing the losses. There’s already a drop in sales to Russia. Germany is losing about 200 billion euros. Our most rabid friends from the Baltic states will suffer the worst losses. The loss to Estonia will be more than its GDP. The loss to Latvia will be about half its GDP. But that isn’t stopping them. European politicians are going along with the Americans without questioning what they are doing. They are harming themselves by provoking Nazism and war. I have already said that Russia and Ukraine are the victims of this war which is being fomented by the Americans. But Europe is also a victim because the war aims to target European welfare and to destabilize Europe. Americans expect the European capital and brain drain to America will continue. That’s why they are setting all of Europe on fire. It’s very strange that European leaders are going along with them.

6  Germany is still Occupied Territory

We should not just hope that European leaders (will develop an independent policy) we must work with European leaders from a new generation who are free from the American diktat. The fact that anti Soviet political elite had been formed during the post Cold War years in Europe. Then they very quickly became anti Russian. Despite the dramatically expanded economic ties and huge mutual economic interests between Europe and Russia, the Russophobia is based on anti Sovietism and still remains in the minds of many European politicians. It will take a new generation of pragmatic European politicians to understand their own national interests. What we see today is politicians who are acting against their national interests. This is largely due to the fact that Germany, which is the engine of European growth, is still an occupied country. American troops are still in Germany, and every German chancellor still gives an oath of allegiance to the Americans to follow in the footsteps of their policy. This generation of European politicians has failed to throw off  the yoke of American occupation.

7  Nazism is on the Rise

Although the Soviet Union doesn’t exist anymore, they maniacally continue to follow Washington, in NATO expansion and capture new territories under their control. Despite the fact that they are already “allergic” to the new eastern European members of the EU. The European Union is already bursting at the seams, but this does not stop them from continuing their aggressive expansion into post Soviet territory.  The new generation, I hope, will be more pragmatic. The last elections in the European parliament show that not everyone is fooled by this pro American anti Russia propaganda and by the constant stream of lies that are coming down on the European people. Traditional European parties lost in recent elections in the euro parliament. The more we speak the truth, the greater the reaction will be, because what’s happening in Ukraine is the revival of Nazism. Europe remembers the signs of the revival of fascism from the lessons of the Second World War. We need to awaken this historical memory so that they see in the Ukrainian Nazis, who are now in power in Kiev, the followers of Bandera, Shukhevych, and other Nazi collaborators. The ideology of the current Ukrainian authorities, has its roots in the ideology of Hitlers accomplices who shot Jews at Babi Yar, burned Ukrainians and Belarusians and annihilated everyone without ethnic distinction. This Nazism is rising today. Europeans must recognize their own death in this terrible confrontation.

I hope if we continue to spread the truth, we will be able to save Europe from the threat of war.
