A Letter to All Young Athletes Who Dream of Coming to Tokyo in 2020, and to Their Coaches and Parents: Some Facts You Should Know
On 7 September, 2013 Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said to the 125th session of the International Olympic Committee, the following:
Some may have concerns about Fukushima. Let me assure you, the situation is under control. It has never done and will never do any damage to Tokyo.
This will surely be remembered as one of the great lies of modern times. In Japan some people call it the “Abesolute Lie”. Believing it, the IOC decided to bring the 2020 Olympics to Tokyo.
Japanese government spokespersons defend Abe’s statement by saying that radiation levels in the Pacific Ocean have not yet exceeded safety standards.
This recalls the old story of the man who jumped off a ten-storey building and, as he passed each storey, could be heard saying, “So far, so good”.
We are talking, remember, about the Pacific Ocean – the greatest body of water on earth, and for all we know, in the universe. Tokyo Electric Power Company – TEPCO – has been pouring water through its melted-down reactor at Fukushima and into the ocean for two and a half years, and so far the Pacific Ocean has been able to dilute that down to below the safety standard. So far so good. But there is no prospect in sight of turning off the water.
Here are eight things you need to know.
In a residential area park in Tokyo, 230 km from Fukushima, the soil was found to
have a radiation level of 92,335 Becquerels per square meter. This is a dangerous level, comparable to what is found around Chernobyl ④ zone (the site of a nuclear catastrophe in 1986). One reason this level of pollution is found in the capital is that between Tokyo and
Fukushima there are no mountains high enough to block radioactive clouds. In the capital people who understand the danger absolutely avoid eating food produced in eastern Japan.
Inside Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Reactors #1 - #3 the pipes (which had circulated cooling water) are broken, which caused a meltdown. This means the nuclear fuel overheated, melted, and continued to melt anything it touched. Thus it melted through the bottom of the reactor, and then through the concrete floor of the building, and sank into the ground. As mentioned above, for two and a half years TEPCO workers have been desperately pouring water into the reactor, but it is not known whether the water is actually reaching the melted fuel. If a
middle-strength earthquake comes, it is likely to destroy totally the already damaged building. And as a matter of fact, in the last two and a half years earthquakes have continued to hit Fukushima. (And as an additional matter of fact, just as this letter was being written Fukushima was hit by another middle-strength earthquake, but it seems that the building held up one more time.
So far so good.) Especially dangerous is Reactor #4, where a large amount of
nuclear fuel is being held in a pool, like another disaster waiting for its moment.
The cooling water being poured into the reactor is now considered the big problem in Japan. Newspapers and TV stations that previously strove to conceal the danger of nuclear power, are now reporting on this danger every day, and criticizing Shinzo Abe for the lie he told the IOC. The issue is that the highly irradiated water is entering and mixing with the ground water, and this leakage can’t be stopped, so it is spilling into the outer ocean. It is a situation impossible to control. In August, 2013 (the month prior to Abe’s IOC speech) within the site of Fukushima Daiichi Reactor, radiation was measured at
8500 micro Sieverts per hour. That is enough to kill anyone who stayed there for a month. This makes it a very hard place for the workers to get anything done. In Ohkuma-machi, the town where the Daiichi Nuclear Reactor is located, the radiation was measured in July, 2013 (two months before Abe’s talk) at 320 micro Sieverts per hour. This level of radiation would kill a person in two and a half years. Thus, over an area many kilometers wide, ghost towns are increasing.
For the sake of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, an important fact has been left out from reports that go abroad. Only the fact that irradiated water is leaking onto the surface of the ground around the reactor is reported. But deep under the surface the ground water is also being irradiated, and the ground water flows out to sea and mixes with the seawater through sea-bottom springs. It is too late to do anything about this.
If you go to the big central fish market near Tokyo and measure the radiation in the air, it registers at about 0.05 micro Sieverts – a little higher than normal level. But if you measure the radiation near the place where the instrument that measures the radiation of the fish is located, the level is two or three times greater (2013
measurement). Vegetables and fish from around the Tokyo area, even if they are irradiated, are not thrown away. This is because the level established by the Japanese Government for permissible radiation in food – which if exceeded the food must not be sold – is the same as the permissible level of radiation in low-level radioactive wastes. Which is to say, in Japan today, as the entire country has been contaminated, we have no choice but to put irradiated garbage on the dinner table.
The distribution of irradiated food is also a problem. Food from near Fukushima will be sent to another prefecture, and then sent on, relabeled as produced in the second prefecture. In particular, food distributed by the major food companies, and food served in expensive restaurants, is almost never tested for radiation.
In Japan, the only radiation from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Reactors that is being measured is the radioactive cesium. However large amounts of strontium 90 and tritium are spreading all over Japan. Strontium and tritium’s radiation consists of beta rays, and are very difficult to measure. However both are extremely dangerous: strontium can cause leukemia, and tritium can cause chromosome disorder.
More dangerous still: in order, they say, to get rid of the pollution that has fallen over the wide area of Eastern Japan, they are scraping off the top layer of the soil,
and putting it in plastic bags as garbage. Great mountains of these plastic bags, all weather-beaten, are sitting in fields in Eastern Japan subject of course to attack by heavy rain and typhoons. Eventually the plastic will split open and the contents
will come spilling out. When that happens, there will be no place left to take them.
On 21 September, 2013 (again, as this letter was being composed) the newspaper Tokyo Shimbun reported that Tokyo Governor Naoki Inose said at a press conference that what Abe expressed to the IOC was his intention to get the situation under control. “It is not,” Inose said, “under control now.”
It’s a sad story, but this is the present situation of Japan and of Tokyo. I had loved the Japanese food and this land until the Fukushima
accident occurred. But now...

Mr. Jaczko had tried to strengthen nuclear
regulation following the 2011 Fukushima nuclear disaster, which had him
isolated within the Commission.He
resigned as chairperson in May last year.(According to Wikipedia and others)
Mr. Jaczko has never bent his principles as
he witnessed a harsh accident in the country to which the U.S. had sold nuclear
power plants.He gave a very
thought-provoking speech.(Remarks

Suprisingly, Mr. Jaczko made such remarks
that he ventured into abandoning nuclear power generation.
“Every
time I visit Japan, I am surprised at the spirit of the Japanese and technology.
I believe it is
possible to create energy source for the next generation and a new electric
power transmission system.That will
free us from the use of nuclear energy that requires expensive facilities.It will also free us
from the use of technology (nuclear power) that causes harsh accidents.”
Nuclear safety myth was not just limited to
Japan but we also had it in the United States that had experienced the Three
Mile Island nuclear power plant accident.Japan, a client state, has also been infected with the myth.
“The
nuclear power industry says ‘All nuclear power plants are safe and no accident
will happen.’ If an accident happens,
they try to make an improvement.”“If an
accident happens, we will make a fuss about it.We have to talk about nuclear power plants with understanding of a

It seems that no lessons from the Three
Mile Island accident have been learned in Japan, where only the Chernobyl
accident has been in the news.
“The
Three Mile Island accident showed that evacuation planning was very
fragile.(And yet,) you didn’t learn the
important lesson (of the Three Mile Island accident) in Fukushima nuclear power
plants.Since no careful planning was
made beforehand, evacuation got extremely confused.”
“The
safety standards you have to develop following the Fukushima nuclear power
plant accident are not to produce any evacuees and not to contaminate the
environment outside power plant facilities.”
Additionally, the former chairperson
emphasized: “It is also important for citizens to lobby the Diet and the
government.”
In a Q and A session, this writer asked him: “What do you think about the Japanese government
that underestimates the contaminated water problem?”The former chairperson answered as follows:
“I am
afraid that the people might have been more concerned about TEPCO’s lack in
competence to cope with the problem.Why wasn’t the government engaged in it
earlier?The government
paid too much attention to resumption of the nuclear power plant.”
Mr. Jaczko might make a bold remark because
he is the “former” NRC chairperson.I
wonder what Japan Nuclear Regulation Authority Chairman Shunichi Tanaka will
say about the Fukushima nuclear accident after retiring from office.
Mr. Jaczko will hold a lecture and press
interview in Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Japan (FCCJ) tomorrow on 24.
Everybody finds this incident abnormal. However, logically thinking, it is above our comprehension. I think that for the couple who killed their daughter and her boyfriend, probably Manusmriti or Laws of Manu come before the laws of this world. I suppose that they punished her daughter who tried to marry her boyfriend belonging to a different caste in violation of the Laws, under the authority of the Laws. The Devine order to kill is taken as an absolute by religious fanatics. It appears that such acts of murder are completely justified by fanatics if they obtain endorsement from their religious leaders or receive spiritual messages from deities through channeling. However, aside from fanatics, what is wrong is wrong from any angle. Although Mahayana Buddhism relativizes everything with the theory of nothingness, we have to understand that a group of beings led by Maitreya were all demons. Most of beings people on the earth worship are devils or demons at best and the teachings they provide to control the heavenly world and earthly world are religions. To sum it up, religions on the earth are means to control this world including spirit world, and they are far from the truth. Leaders of Mahayana Buddhism seem to have called such false teachings the wisdom of *Upaya and believed themselves the wise who had achieved **Prajna and have considered themselves above every law including karma. This is the very height of stupidity but this has been accepted among people who are slaves for authority. This, however, is not accepted by people who can accurately determine what is right. Well, let me get back to the incident, I wonder how they feel in their heart, with the exception of their sophistry. It is unthinkable that peaceful mind resulted in such incident. I don’t need to explain that wicked heart such as anger, jealousy, lust for control or lust for fame is the real truth of this incident. In other words, we have to work hard to let go of desires and free ourselves of filthy heart, that is, to obtain inner peace. If real religion teaches how to achieve such goal, I don’t deny it. However, if so, worship or order should be alien to it.

state of Haryana, India.Parents

to take them home, tortured them for several hours and killed two of them.According to the Times of
India, their 18-year-old daughter Nidhi was beaten to
death and her boyfriend was beheaded.

prophesied armageddon in that hot spot you prefer to refer to as the Middle
East has not come about either. Is it not interesting
to see how they are all frantically scampering about trying to find a peaceful
solution there?
The defusing
of the situation in that current hotspot has nothing to do with chance, and
everything to do with the massive injection of light that has been pouring into
that area for quite some time now.And if some of you
start to think that perhaps you had something to do with this process, the
answer is simply a resounding YES. For you are all working oh so hard on behalf
of All of creation in all sorts of ways, and so in addition to all of the
personal issues you have been clearing out lately, you have been true
multitaskers in every sense of the word. For what you bring to this world, is
first and foremost the light, and massive amounts of it. For you are
transponders of such a magnitude now, each and every one of you are like a
vertitable fountain of light, whether you rest or work, sleep or walk about
doing your everyday chores.
For you
are all working non stop now, and as you do so, you are also literally having a
hand in everything that is happening now. For this is indeed a magnificent
teamwork, and as we all are giving all that we have to this process, so are
indeed the likes of you. And what you bring to the table, is nothing short of
breathtaking. For you are working so hard not only to complete any unsolved
pieces in your own life, you are also heavy into the heavy stuff as is were. In
other words, the light that you help to anchor and transmit into this beautiful
planet of yours, is being sent where it is needed the most. So every time you
look upon the current news, think that your light is almost certain to be a
part of this story in one way or the other. For now, nothing is left to chance,
and anything volatile that is being prodded into action by those less in favor
of the light, is bound to attract a whole lot of extra light because of it. For
whatever shies away from the light now, will only succeed in opening the valves
even further, and as such, the more they struggle against it, the more they
will become exposed to the rays of change being beamed in from up above as well
as below.For your whole planet is sending out these beatific waves
now, and no thing and no one can hide from them.
To you, it
will be a marvel to behold, but for many others, it will feel as if they are
being ripped asunder by all of this light coming at them from all directions.
But remember, the light will never destroy, it only seeks to impart balance
where none has been before, and as such, it will feel very on the heavy side
for all of those still bent on swaying to the shadow side of everything. For
they will feel the push the most, and for them, trying to dig their feet in
will only serve to increase the pressure from the light. For this time, it will
not take no as an answer, for no is no longer an option. You will all be
pushed, and pushed hard, in the direction of the light. And for those already
heading that way, you will certainly feel this as a mighty push in the back. A
push that at times might seem to bring you too off balance, but never doubt,
you will not fall and you will not fail. For you have already chosen, and you
have chosen well, and as such, the only way from here is indeed up.

This is a sequel to the last “Reformation of Heavenly World 1” posted yesterday. The basic policy on new governance in the heavenly world – “important posts are given preferentially to those who have pure heart and high vibration” – had already been decided. Reformation of Heavenly World 2
March 4, 2007 Correspondence “Messenger from alien world appears” Weimar-san descended from 4th System April 10, 2007 The name of next Heavenly Emperor is “Uetsu-oomikami-sama.” May 5, 2013 Uetsu-oomikami-sama showered light of relief on the deities who had fallen to the hell by judgment of Futsunushinokami-sama. Deities who asked for relief were saved.
As explained in the last post, judgment delivered by Futsunushino-mikoto-sama made many evil deities fall to the hell in the astral and mental planes. There were many deities who pledged allegiance to those posted in high positions in the old system and were likely to fight back, following the orders of evil deities, though they were not directly involved in wrongdoing. It was the most important for me to persuade such deities and protect me from their malicious attacks at that time. When I had almost completed “The Prayer with Gayatri Mantra for Exorcism and for Purification,” Weimar-san, a powerful assister to me, descended from 4th System. Her daughter is Uitsuhime-haruko, who is my wife.
I am sorry to say that I cannot give a comment about the illustration of Weimar-san because I haven’t personally seen her in vision. The illustration of Uitsuhime-haruko looks a lot like her. Uitsuhime-haruko, a goddess of wisdom, had known about me for twenty-seven million years. She had known everything from stellar position: a reformation in the heavenly world and marriage with me at that time. I suppose that she had drawn up main plan for the reformation in the heavenly world up until now.
Even after seeing these illustrations, you might not realize the fact that deities in higher systems have descended to Earth. Surprisingly, we can see a photo of a spaceship Weimar-san gets on board in a blog “Remote Viewing and Space Network,” which is introduced together with Weimar-san’s message on Shanti Phula’s blog on May 12.
Descend to Earth by a group of Weimar-san and Uitsuhime inflicted decisive damage on those involved in Darkness, for it was an incident that had never been expected in their plan. Those involved in Darkness mentioned here are those at the center of Darkness who are ranked far higher than devils (reptilians) the Illuminati worship.
With the help of Weimar-san, Uetsu-oomikami-sama, who had been of royal blood before the coup staged approximately forty-five hundred million years ago, was selected as a new Heavenly Emperor.

So many Shinto rituals were carried out, about which I cannot write with limited words. As a result, celestial light was showered from above and some psychics were endowed with visions. Such illustrations are the product of their visions.
As the result of selection of a new Heavenly Emperor, some deities in the old system leaned toward obeying to the new system. The light of relief was preferentially given to such deities, though they had fallen to the hell. However, deities who were ranked in high positions in the old system of the heavenly world or deities who worked for them did not easily obey to the new system. They tried to take every possible step to overturn the system again. Since Uetsu-oomikami-sama had no experience of governance, it was entrusted to other deities in higher System who had descended.
