 Reading this article, I have found that it is a fairy serious problem given a scale of drastic changes to come. People who are highly sensitive and have sound judgment like the administrator of this blog ROCKWAY EXPRESS are few and far between in this world. I feel that very few people can properly respond to changes to come and people who fail to do so will be caught up in a swirling vortex of disorders.

I think we have managed to evade such events that were likely to have fatal and negative effect on not only humans but all living beings such as a World War III, super solar flare and pole shift. I expected that if we get lucky, we would be able to minimize chaos resulting from economic collapse and subsequent food crisis and get through them. Reading this article, however, I’ve come to feel that people will have to experience a great deal of suffering.

Let’s take nuclear power plants for example. It is obvious what is right or wrong. Given that very few people seriously cope with the problem to abolish them, however, it seems that very few would be able to adapt to new higher vibrations. I feel that other people would get disturbed and curse the heaven in the midst of drastic changes to come and then ruin themselves. It can be said that it serves them right. I am very sorry to say it is.

As shown in an excellent article of a blog ‘Kaleidoscope,’ I also think that an earthquake occurring directly beneath the Tokyo Metropolitan Area would be unavoidable. I have already mentioned it in “Warning 1 from Deities.” There is no doubt that they would take place before too long, though the timing is uncertain. I feel that around 2016 is dangerous. However, since the future is not certain, the timing or the scale is changed significantly by Tokyo residents in particular.
I think that a key to minimize a scale of “drastic changes” is that as many Japanese and Tokyo residents as possible should seriously take advice of the administrator of EOCKWAY EXPRESS: to “have a sense of gratitude” for Nature. If this is realized, no wars or nuclear power plants can exist. I just hope that people will not choose to have them exist.

Through studies of tree rings, sediment and other natural evidence, researchers have documented multiple droughts in California that lasted 10 or 20 years in a row during the past 1,000 years — compared to the mere three-year duration of the current dry spell. The two most severe megadroughts make the Dust Bowl of the 1930s look tame: a 240-year-long drought that started in 850 and, 50 years after the conclusion of that one, another that stretched at least 180 years.
“We continue to run California as if the longest drought we are ever going to encounter is about seven years,” said Scott Stine, a professor of geography and environmental studies at Cal State East Bay. “We’re living in a dream world.”

Bill Patzert, a research scientist and oceanographer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, says that the West is in a 20-year drought that began in 2000. He cites the fact that a phenomenon known as a “negative Pacific decadal oscillation” [not linked to climate change] is underway — and that historically has been linked to extreme high-pressure ridges that block storms.

I receive these correspondences and decode them to know what will happen and what date it is. I direct a person in charge to carry out a Shinto ritual according to my direction. Reading the above correspondence, I realized that there would be a very important ritual, with which Izanigino-mikoto-sama would be reborn in a higher plane after death at 7 a.m. on May 13. I know such thing by my intuition. In this case, I got to know that specifically, the vibration of Mt. Fuji, the *goshintai of Izanagino-mikoto-sama, would change on May 13 at 7 a.m. and subsequently his spirit body would move to a higher System. After examining this, I told persons concerned that what was written in the above correspondences was true. Thinking about keeping records of this important ritual, I let Yoshia-kun, a photographer, know the date and place and asked him to keep records of changes in Mt. Fuji around 7 a.m. He willingly consented to my request. In the next post, I’ll explain about it in detail. I’d like to introduce three of a large quantity of photos taken at that time.

The middle photo is a scene of Uetsu-oomikami-sama’s divine light being emitted at the start of the ritual.
The lower photo is Mt. Fuji which was no longer a goshintai* and returned to be a mere mountain as the result of death of Izanagino-mikoto-sama. Compared with the middle photo, you can see a clear difference in vibration. We rarely see such a big change in vibration for a very short period of time.

Opinion Poll of “Tokyo Gubernatorial Election” by LDP Shows Mr. Masuzoe Is Second Favorite?

The Tokyo gubernatorial election is held on February 9 and the votes are counted on the same day. According to the research by each press, Mr. Yoichi Masuzoe is widely thought to be ahead of the game. Actually, however, it is said that the LDP Tokyo Metropolitan Federation, which supports Mr. Masuzoe, has a different prediction.

In this survey questions are scattered among pre-registrants who have fallen for a little relished perk, which results in a bias towards young people who don’t go to the polls. In our party’s survey, those surveyed are the groups who are highly likely to go to the polls and the results are figured out by filtering the data them by means of our long years of experience and statistics. The Tokyo gubernatorial election produces predictable results with a high degree of accuracy, whose margin of error is within plus or minus 5,000 votes. The latest survey was conducted during the immediately after and immediately before de facto announcement to run for the election by Mr. Hokokawa accompanied by Mr. Koizumi. The results showed that Mr. Hoksokawa unexpectedly stayed ahead.” (Mr. T)

Since the LDP boasts of the high-accuracy of its opinion poll and yet the poll had the result of “predominance of Mr. Hosokawa,” the result must have made the party feel pressed.

On top of that, Mr. Masuzoe had an “unfavorable wind” within the LDP. Mr. T continues:

“To make the matter worse, on January 17, Shinjiro (Koizumi) made a statement that he won’t support Mr. Masuzoe, which had a significant impact on support to Mr. Masuzoe. It must have widened the gap. However, Mr. Hokokawa held a belated meeting to announce for running for the election due to insufficient preparations or refused to participate in various debates. Since Mr. Hosokawa gave a bad impression on the public, the gap is slightly lessened. But it’s still not enough. The election campaign after the announcement is a serious match.”

Incidentally, in this independent survey, Mr. Kenji Utsunomiya is the third favorite with Mr. Isao Tamogami a close forth.

However, with an overwhelming organizing power of LDP and Komei, will Mr. Masuzoe become a winner as expected?

“We wish we could. As a matter of fact, LDP is not unified in terms of nuclear power generation. There are unexpectedly many “supporters of abolishment of nuclear power generation” within the party. Although they apparently rise in rebellion, they support Mr. Hosokawa behind the scenes. Tokyo has not only Diet members but also Metropolitan Assembly members, Ward Assembly members and municipal government members, doesn’t it? If they should provide a name list of supporters, which is the “life of election,” to the Hokokawa camp, what will happen? The difference in organizing power is unexpectedly fragile.” (Mr. T)

Does he mean what he says or intent to shake up other camps? At any rate, there is no doubt that the Tokyo gubernatorial election will produce an unpredictable result.

There are not many readers of this blog and the readers are not likely to have trouble drawing money. Bankers committing suicide by jumping from the rooftops of their own banks is something that we think of when we think of the Great Depression. Well, it just happened in London, England. A vice president at JPMorgan's European headquarters in London plunged to his death after jumping from the top of the 33rd floor. He fell more than 500 feet, and it is being reported by an eyewitness that "there was quite a lot of blood". This comes on the heels of news that a former Deutsche Bank executive was found hanged in his home in London on Sunday. So why is this happening? Yes, the markets have gone down a little bit recently but they certainly have not crashed yet. Could there be more to these deaths than meets the eye? You never know. And as I will discuss below, there have been a lot of other really strange things happening around the world lately as well.
But before we get to any of that, let's take a closer look at some of these banker deaths. The JPMorgan executive that jumped to his death on Tuesday was named Gabriel Magee. He was 39 years old, and his suicide has the city of London in shock...
A bank executive who died after jumping 500ft from the top of JP Morgan's European headquarters in London this morning has been named as Gabriel Magee.
The American senior manager, 39, fell from the 33-story skyscraper and was found on the ninth floor roof, which surrounds the Canary Wharf skyscraper.

He was a vice president in the corporate and investment bank technology department having joined in 2004, moving to Britain from the United States in 2007.
What would cause a man in his prime working years who is making huge amounts of money to do something like that?
The death on Sunday of former Deutsche Bank executive Bill Broeksmit is also a mystery. According to the Daily Mail, police consider his death to be "non-suspicious", which means that they believe that it was a suicide and not a murder...

Mr Broeksmit - who retired last February - was a former senior manager with close ties to co-chief executive Anshu Jain. Metropolitan Police officers said his death was declared as non-suspicious.
On top of that, Business Insider is reporting that a communications director at another bank in London was found dead last week...
Last week, a U.K.-based communications director atSwiss ReAGdied last week. The cause of death has not been made public.

And London is rather dreary this time of the year. It is easy for people to get depressed if they are not accustomed to endless gloomy weather.
If the stock market was already crashing, it would be easy to blame the suicides on that. The world certainly remembers what happened during the crash of 1929...
Historically, bankers have been stereotyped as the most likely to commit suicide. This has a lot to do with the famous 1929 stock market crash, which resulted in 1,616 banks failing and more than 20,000 businesses going bankrupt. The number of bankers committing suicide directly after the crash is thought to have been only around 20, with another 100 people connected to the financial industry dying at their own hand within the year.
But the market isn't crashing just yet. We definitely appear to be at a "turning point", but things are still at least somewhat stable.
So why are bankers killing themselves?
That is a good question.
As I mentioned above, there have also been quite a few other strange things that have happened lately that seem to be "out of place".
For example, Matt Drudge of the Drudge Report posted the following cryptic message on Twitter the other day...
"Have an exit plan..."
What in the world does he mean by that?
Maybe that is just a case of Drudge being Drudge.
Then again, maybe not.
And on Tuesday we learned that a prominent Russian Bank has banned all cash withdrawals until next week...
Bloomberg reports that 'My Bank' - one of Russia's top 200 lenders by assets - has introduced a complete ban on cash withdrawals until next week. While the Ruble has been losing ground rapidly recently, we suspect few have been expecting bank runs in Russia.
Yes, we have heard some reports of people having difficulty getting money out of their banks around the world lately, but this news out of Russia really surprised me.
Yet another story that seemed rather odd was a report in the Wall Street Journal earlier this week that stated that Germany's central bank is advocating "a one-time wealth tax" for European nations that need a bailout...
Germany's central bank Monday proposed a one-time wealth tax as an option for euro-zone countries facing bankruptcy, reviving a idea that has circled for years in Europe but has so far gained little traction.
Why would they be suggesting such a thing if "economic recovery" was just around the corner?
According to that same article, the IMF has recommended a similar thing...
………………………… . A 10% tax would bring the debt levels of a sample of 15 euro-zone member countries back to pre-crisis levels of 2007, the IMF said.
So what does all of this mean?
I am not exactly sure, but I have got a bad feeling about this - especially considering the financial chaos that we are witnessing in emerging markets all over the globe right now.

“The other day, Sumuwataru-umashihosino-himemiko-sama (Star Merope in the Pleiades) invited me to make a school tour to the celestial school with her. I became fond of the school at first glance. Then I took an entrance examination and interview, and I was allowed to enter the school. We were so happy and jumped with joy.”

 As described in this article, the Abe administration has been driven into the corner. Pressure from the Obama administration on the dangerous Abe administration is welcome in that the Abe administration, a puppet government of the Bush/Nazi camp (warmongers), is driven into the corner. However, Internet right-wingers, who do not understand that Japan is originally nothing but a province of the U.S. or rather a dependence, would increasingly object to the U.S. for the reason of intervention in Japan’s affairs. The Wall Street Journal carried an exclusive article that according to multiple U.S. government officials, “The U.S. government calls for Prime Minister Abe to make a commitment not to visit the Yasukuni Shrine again”, which has given a significant impact on the Abe administration. Although the demand is allegedly unofficial, it cannot be neglected. Prime Minister Abe has been driven into the corner.

State Department Deputy Spokesperson Harf said, “We have no idea whether it is true or not” but she did not deny it. The demand from the U.S. is true and the leakage of this to the media indicates the serious attitude of the Obama administration.

Mr. Naoto Amaki, a former diplomat, says:
“Japan and the U.S. are allies. They should share the concept of values. However, they announced a talk that U.S. is ‘disappointed’ at Prime Minister Abe’s visit to Yasukuni Shrine, which emphasized that they cannot share the concept of values with Prime Minister Abe. This demand is more than unusual. They have made more excessive demand this time and it’s an unprecedented demand. They have never made such an unreasonable demand on Japanese government or the fact of demand has never been revealed. They showed their anger against Prime Minister Abe to the world by leaking a strong message:” Never visit the shrine again” to the media. This is the last possible resort that can prevent its alliance with Japan from being destroyed. This will be the last time. It should be interpreted as ultimatum.

The U.S., of course, has no intension to review the bilateral alliance. Close economic ties with Japan and U.S. military bases in Japan are beneficial to them. However, they show their stance that they won’t forgive Japan if Abe continues causing unnecessary frictions with China and Korea. They don’t want East Asia to be shaky. For this reason, they intend to restrict Abe’s action.

“At Davos Forum, Prime Minister Abe compared the current Japan-China relations to those between Britain and Germany before the World War I. That foolish remark might have delivered a final blow. The Yasukuni issue made the U.S., which has tried not to mention Japanese historical perception, move forward. Japan and the U.S. are entering a new phase in bilateral relations. How will Prime Minister Abe respond to it? If he stops visiting the Yasukuni Shrine, he would be put under pressure by some hard-core supporters for the reason that he accepts U.S. demand though he went ahead with a visit to the shrine regard less of apprehensive voices within the government. Reportedly, the U.S. also requests Japan to offer apologies like the statement by Murayama that by Kono and to respond to the issue of comfort women.

This is a quite a tough problem for Abe, an extreme right-winger. It appears that before revisit to the shrine, he will have no way out and give up the government again.
