As shown in the above correspondence, screening of souls with light is about to be carried out.  It is possible to screen the souls of evil deities with bad character and less virtue by creating various criteria and showering light of screening.  It was an original policy of reign to adopt the deities with pure soul and higher vibrations.  If screening is made based on this policy, deities who pretended to be the good but actually concocted a conspiracy other deities cannot see through are sure to spontaneously come to the surface.

Before this full-fledged screening, the government of Uetsu-oomikami-sama, the original ruler, was returned to power.  However, Harukekino-ookimi played a central role in the reformation and continued to guide deities.

Sanat Kumara and Maitreya among the Hierarchy were actively cooperative in the reformation by Harukekino-ookimi from the start.  So the light of screening for the first three days was showered by Sanat Kumara.  “Selflessness”was a criteria for judgment.  Selflessness of every being was judged for the conscious level on the first day, October 3, for the subconscious level on October 4 and for the unconscious level on October 5.  Subsequently since this day, light of screening on various criteria had been emitted.  (Please refer to see the past information such as Urgent Information.)

During this process, central figures among the dark Ones seceded from the reformation one after another.  Finally, Enoch, who assumed an important post in the Hierarchy, was expelled and Futsuhirakitaru-kam was elected to replace him.  This change in personnel affairs inflicted a decisive damage on the dark Ones.  This is because the conspiracy they planned was most likely to be completely defeated.  Such being the case, the dark Ones were divided into several groups and some of them sided with Harukekino-ookimi.  The leader was Greek deity Hermes, who had spiritually guided Mothers of Darkness of the Illuminati.




One of Hermes’s men is Jacob Rothschild.  As a matter of fact, around this time, Jacob Rothschild, although he was in the Illuminati, started siding with Deities along with Hermes.

The light of screening on December 31, 2007 was a sort of final screening.  Those who failed to pass screening on that date fell into Hell on January 1, 2008 at 10 a.m.  Incarnated humans had their Linga Sarira sink into the plane of Hell.  Surprisingly, however, Canaan, No. 2 of Hell, and his group asked deities for help and they were saved.  Since Devadatta and Canaan, No. 1 and No.2 of Hell, respectively, repent their sins and swore to cooperate in working for the Deity, the illuminati on the earth were inflicted destructive damages.  Subsequently, the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy took place with the help of Devadatta and Canaan, who were excellent in managing money and concocting conspiracies.

 Considering that major mass media like NHK always provide news coverage as if they curried favor with the Abe administration, I am slightly surprised at decent results of an opinion poll survey.  I think this is mainly because something like illusion or ignorant mist covering the earth has been blown away.  I suppose that you feel refreshed as if mist were clearing up to some extent.  Magnetic control of thoughts by artificial intelligence has actually influenced human consciousness.  Since such artificial intelligence has been destroyed, however, people have been liberated from the condition of blind acceptance.

While the Abe administration has sharpened its stance toward approving the use of the right to collective self-defense, the Asahi Shimbun has conducted a mail-in opinion poll survey across the country to look into voters’ perception of the Constitution.  The survey results show that those who responded that Japan “should not lift ban on exercising the right to collective self-defense” account for 63%, which was 56% in the last year survey, while responders who said “should lift ban” account for 29%.  There is also an increase in those who think Japan “should not revise the Constitution” and pacifist-oriented attitude has been seen in every field.

Even more than 50 % of supporters of the Abe administration or the LDP also said that Japan “should not lift ban.”

Although the Abe administration tries to move to have Japan allow the exercise of the right by changing constitutional interpretation, 56% of those allowing the exercise of the right answered that Japan should revise the Constitution while 40% of them answered that it is sufficient just to change the interpretation by the government.  It turns out that those who agree with the prime minister account for only 12% of all respondents.

Right to Collective Self-Defense – Sophistry called “Limited Allowance”

Approval of the exercise of the right within a limited range of circumstances isn’t sophistry, is it?  It is about the “theory of approval of limited exercise” of the right to collective self-defense.  The government’s interpretation of the Constitution has been made through many years of discussions.  The Constitution is not allowed to be revised in accordance with the intentions of just one cabinet.

The “theory of approval of limited exercise of the right” means approval of the limited exercise of the right to collective self-defense for a specific case, for example, “in the case of defense of U.S. warships under attack in the vicinity of Japan by the Self Defense Forces”  This theory was proposed by LDP Vice President Masahiko Komura.

His proposal is based on a 1959 Supreme Court “ruling in the Sunagawa case” over the constitutionality of the U.S. military presence in Japan.

As for Japan’s self-defense right, the ruling says: “It is indisputable that, as an act of exercising its proper powers as a nation, Japan is allowed to take self-defense measures that are necessary for ensuring its existence.”

Referring to this part of the ruling, Mr. Takamura made the case that “exercising the right to collective self-defense in some situations falls under the minimum necessary exercise of self-defense rights and that defense of a U.S. warship is “interpreted as the minimum necessary measures.”

Some of New Komeito and LDP lawmakers take a strong cautious stance toward whether to approve the exercise of the right to collective self-defense, which has been interpreted unconstitutional by the government, as constitutional.  It is likely that the theory of approval of limited exercise of the right has emerged as a tool for persuading such members.

However, it is impossible to do so.

It is nothing but a jump in logic to use the ruling made in the times when the topic of discussion was about the constitutionality of individual self-defense as a rational for approval of partially exercising the right to collective self-defense, a New Komeito executive member says.

In a meeting with Mr. Komura, New Komeito leader Natsuo Yamaguchi reportedly showed a cautious stance toward the theory of limited exercise of the right by saying the government should initially examine the applicability of the right to individual self-defense.  It stands to reason.

The true nature of an argument over collective self-defense right lies in whether it is valid to resort to force to defend a foreign country even though Japan is not directly attacked and whether the government’s interpretation of the Constitution that has gone through long years of discussions is allowed to be changed in accordance with the intention of just one cabinet.

Even limited exercise is nothing less than a fundamental change of the government’s constitutional interpretation.

Once this way is accepted, the government can do anything by interpretation favorable to it regardless of articles of the Constitution or legislative intent.  The Constitution would be a dead law and “constitutionalism” in which power observes the Constitution would become a mere façade.  The possibility of getting involved in an erroneous war like the Iraqi war would become more likely.

We should not consider quite good for approval for limited exercise.  Every lawmaker should realize that constitutionalism is on the verge of a crisis.

Furthermore, according to statistics, “a consumption tax hike by 1 percent will generate only 2 trillion yen of tax revenue increases.”  So it turns out that 3 percent increase in consumption tax will generate only 6 trillion yen of tax revenue increase per year.
Some people say that this is also fabrication and in fact such increase will negatively affect and diminish economy.  I agree with them.

And yet, the Abe administration has thrown around tax of 52 trillion 540 billion yen overseas.  It somehow demonstrates the fact that securement of tax revenues, which the government states as an official reason for tax increase, makes no sense.

A huge national debt is created in this way.

It is meaningful to disseminate information contained in this video to increase the awakening just before implementation of a tax increase.

I hope this video will make as many people as possible realize that the Abe administration intentionally do something that leads to making us unhappy just for self-interest.

1. A chain of high mountains came into my field of vision. Then, I saw a big grasshopper flying down a grassland which spread over the foot of mountains. Grasshoppers appeared one after another, and rapidly increased their number.

3. Farm workers were looking up at the sky with a look of surprise. Before long clouds of grasshoppers came along over their farm land. They made a stand against these insects, putting fire close to them or spraying insecticides, but the insecticides didn’t seem to work.

  ”I think it is safe to say that these grasshoppers are bioweapons, which were so developed as to resist insecticides by means of genetic engineering.”

  As explained in the video, an event presumably meant by these visions became reality in the form of a warning issued by FAO（Food and Agriculture Organization）on June 4, 2012.


4. This was presumably New York. A storm was approaching with heavily blowing cross winds. In due time, the storm escalated its momentum, accompanied by violent rainstorms. A rush of water came from the sea, gushing into cities like tsunami, washing away ships at harbors and cars on streets.



  ”This lady is Anna Pavlova. She was a famous ballerina and now takes a high position in the Heavenly World. She seems to be watching the city being attacked by a weather weapon.”

  This vision became reality when Hurricane Sandy hit New York about one year later (October 22 to 31, 2012). But when Serena had this vision, nobody would have predicted New York to be inundated, as in tsunami, with lots of cars swept away. She went so far as to explain her vision using a specific name of New York, so this prediction has proved to be quite precise.
  As for my comment on the weather warfare, my interpretation seems justified, too. The figure below shows the part of red zone which could not allow for any other interpretation than this: High energy was indeed injected artificially. Also in Benjamin Fulford’s blog posted on November 5, 2012, a high-ranking official in the Pentagon is reported to have given the information that “the hurricane was caused by a weather weapon”.

 5. Suddenly, a hole was created amidst the blue sky spreading all over the Earth. It was getting larger and larger like paper being torn, till finally a dragon with 7 heads emerged from there.



  ”The dragon with 7 heads symbolizes the G 7 (Group of Seven Countries) and its seven representatives. By causing these artificial disasters, they have endeavored to control the entire Earth under a unified Neoliberal regime. The dragon’s head, at the position of 12 o’clock, represents USA, and then clockwise Japan, UK, Canada, Italy and France.”

  The heads of G 7 were Obama (USA), Noda (Japan), Cameron (UK), Harper (Canada), Merkel (Germany), Berlusconi (Italy) and Sarközy (France), at the time this vision was seen. All of them belong to the Illuminati. However, Merkel alone belongs to an overt Illuminati organization while all the others belong to some covert Illuminati factions. Among those heads, Noda’s rank is exceptionally low, no more than the third degree, while no less than the fifth degree would normally be bestowed upon the heads of major powers. This shows that Japan is significantly looked down on in that shadowy organization.
  The German Chancellor Merkel, as a member of the overt Illuminati, was originally in an antagonistic relationship to the covert Illuminati*). So, given this light on September 5, she seems to have immediately decided to cooperate with the Nathaniel camp. For she must also have been informed that the Meeting of 57 was held on August 31.

* According to Mr. Takeshita, the “overt Illuminati” and the “covert Illuminati” should be distinguished as existing two different entities. The former is the Illuminati generally known to be founded by Adam Weishaupt while the latter is the Illuminati founded by Simon Magus in older times. (Benjamin Fulford also suggests the existence of these two organizations, though he uses a different wording.)

  Later on, on November 12, 2011 Berlusconi stepped down because of his scandal and other reasons, simultaneously announcing his intention to resign from political life. Then, Italy saw Mario Monti take office, but since April 28, 2013 he has been replaced by Enrico Letta. Prime Minister Letta does not belong to the Illuminati. Eventually, Italy is somehow getting back on the right track.
  In May 2012, the presidency of France was passed from Sarközy to François Hollande, who does not belong to the Illuminati. In Japan, since December 2012, the office of Prime Minister has been taken over by Mr. Abe, who does not belong to the Illuminati, either. However,the fact remains that both of them are manipulated by the Illuminati.
  As it stands now, Obama, Cameron and Harper are each severely forced into a corner. As you can guess, all three of them are likely to be driven out of power in years to come.

8. A male deity got into a shrine pavilion without any people. He sat down there as in Zen meditation. 
Soon his body began emitting a light, which spread out rapidly, one after another.


   This is my Linga Sarira. (My wife is trying to help put a hairpiece on me in one way or another... ) Often, in a manner like this, I make a practice of modifying consciousness. This is usually done together with my wives, not by myself, or sometimes in cooperation with specific deities.

12. Queen Elizabeth, seized with a feeling of uneasiness, jumped up out of her chair...




  As this vision shows, the Queen seems to have been startled by the light given at that moment. On September 18, 2011, she made up her mind to cooperate with the Nathaniel camp.
  According to Benjamin Fulford, she is also taking a cooperative stance toward a program to eradicate global poverty and has asked to be pardoned for her past crimes. Depending on how she will cooperate, this request might be approved.

13. President Obama was staring at the sky with a look of fear.




  If he had stood by the Nathaniel camp, the world would have been changed so fast without any messy situation as we are facing it right now. However, things are complicated by his stubbornness and his wrong assumption of being the world’s savior. These illusions seem to have been induced through channeled information and mind control programs, which have so far been used to affect him (as I mentioned a good many times in my comments in Shanti Phula’s Blog). Supporting or favorably viewing Obama himself as well as the actions he actually takes is the same as being a party to the evil on a conscious level. Because building the future of this world largely depends on our own consciousness, we need to face the truth, quickly awakening out of such delusions.

Eventually you will become Cosmic Beings and travel the Universe if that is your desire.

 There is no end to the various experiences that you can have, and as a Being of Light you will be free from the demands upon you at present in your heavier body. We know that some of you are worried that you will lose contact with your friends and family, but be assured that any soul you wish to contact is only a thought away from you.


At present we are working hard to ease the tensions upon Earth caused by the events in the Ukraine. We will ensure matters do not get out of hand, and you are assured that peace shall be maintained. The time of major world wars has ceased, and we try to direct wayward negative energies in such a way that no harm is caused.

 You will no doubt have noticed that the war machine is also in a state of change, and eventually the manpower and materials will be put to peaceful uses. Some will attempt to hold on to military might, but it will be to no avail as it has already been decreed that wars shall cease. Along with a new monetary system, prosperity shall return and signal the commencement of a new era of peace.

 As individuals you can assure those around you that total peace shall return sooner than you might expect. It will give us the opportunity to make an official visit to Earth and carry you forward into the New Age. We have had many secret meetings with officials, and these will continue until it is safe for us to reveal our presence.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and advise you that some chaos will occur, but if you look deeper you will see a welcome pattern emerging. The Light is now the dominant energy and is expanding into all areas, so have no doubts whatsoever that a wonderful future is assured. Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi gives the following explanation about Sakura and conversation with her as follows:



I’m sending an illustration of “Sakura” with whom “Tsubaki” came together the other day.

There are a row of cherry trees along the walking trail, a few-minute walk from my house.  According to her, her house is above a tree.  She chose one from more than ten cherry trees.  I’ll send an illustration of her and a photo of the tree. (Photographed on March 31)

I have always talked to cherry trees for a few years because they have produced beautiful cherry blossoms.
Although I was able to have a conversation with trees and flowers on a conscious level, there were no fairies.
I have found about a fairy for the first time this year.  I thought it is a fairy of cherry tree and asked about it, but she answered me in the negative.
I offered a suggestion of calling her “Sakura” because her house is above a cherry tree.  She loved the name and I have called her “Sakura.”  When I ask her where her house is, she answers it is considerably high above the cherry tree.  Regrettably, I gave up drawing it.
As in the case of a photo of where Tsubaki lives, Sakura tells me there is spatial distortion above the cherry tree.
Many times I looked closely in vain for anything in the photo.  I’m sorry to say it is.  (I can’t see though I have eyes.)

Since I am drawing what I feel, I am not sure to what extent it is true.  To be honest, I feel relieved to learn from Mr. Takeshita that there is a distortion of space.

The following is communication with her.




Nakanishi: “Sakura!  I have drawn your illustration.  How do you like it?”

Sakura: “A nice touch.  I am dressed exactly alike.  I think the illustration looks a lot alike.  Did you draw me sitting in my usual place?  This deck was made for me by a deity.  I am playing with birds and insects, sitting on the deck.”

Nakanishi: “Can I ask you more?  Can you tell me what you do every day?”

Sakura: “I chant Gayatri Mantra in the morning, in the afternoon and at night.”

Nakanishi: “Do you?  Every time I talk to you, I am sorry to interrupt you.  Tell me your hobby if any?”

Sakura: “Singing songs, ballet, playing the violin and viola.”

Nakanishi: “Do you go to school?”

Sakura: “Deities teach me.”

Nakanishi: “What is your favorite thing or food?”

Sakura: “Ice cream, fruits, *Tokoroten, color of pink, Gayatri Mantra”

Nakanishi: “Where is your house?”

Sakura: “It’s on the top of this tree.  I can see Seiko’s house from there.”

Nakanishi: “I am glad to learn your friend Tsubaki’s house is near yours.”

Sakura: “Yes, I see her and we have a chat every day.”

Nakanishi: “Sakura, thank you for telling me a lot of things.  I had a good time.”

While reading your comments, I do understand very well you are surprised at fairy liking for Tokoroten.
When I heard her say “Tokoroten,” I couldn’t believe my ears and asked her again.
Since then I have paid some attention to fairy’s dietary life.
I’d like to report their dietary life.

Lunch Tsubaki had on April 3:
Strawberry milk, yogurt, special snack given by a deity

I secretly had my doubt about this simple food; is it nutritionally sufficient for a fairy?  So I talked to her in the evening today.  My conversation with her is as follows:

Nakanishi: What are you doing now?  Are you chanting Gayatri Mantra?

Tsubaki: No.  Sakura has come to see me.  We are going to cook a meal for both of us.

Nakanishi; It sounds happy.  I’ll have curry.  Do you know “curry”?

Sakura: What is curry?

Nakanishi: Curry is too hot for you fairies to eat.

Tsubaki and Sakura: We want to eat it.

What?  Unbelievable!
I thought I made a slip of the tongue, but she seemed to be eager to eat it.  I couldn’t decline their request and I ended up feasting them on curry.
“But I wonder how I can do it.  Should I carry it to Tsubaki’s house or invite them to my kitchen?  Oh, no way!”

Tsubaki seemed to sense how much I felt disturbed and said: “Send it by telepathy.”
“Oh, she is serious.”
Since I have no 3-D printer, I decided to send two small plates of curry and rice by telepathy as she suggested.
To tell the truth, I sent a get-well flower to fairies by telepathy once or twice and received thank-you letters.  I remembered it and sent two plates of curry and rice by telepathy.  In a few seconds, I heard a scream of delight “How delicious it looks!”  I couldn’t say “Please don’t eat it!” and waited in prayer for a while.
“What should I do if the curry has made the two faint?”  I timidly asked them “Did you eat curry?  How do you like it?”  They cheerfully gave an answer: “Very delicious!  Please treat us next time you cook again.”
I felt relieved to have their request.
I asked them to give “Prayer for SevenDhatus” (not available in English now) just in case.
Problem solved.


P.S.  I hear that Tokoroten was presented by a deity.

I think what is written in this article is the truth.  This can no longer be concealed.  If it turns out that Pope Francis had dispatched an assassination team and given an order to it to assassin papal opponents, he would be eliminated.  His past sins are overlooked because he has taken a cooperative stance toward the Nathaniel camp, while if he commits a sin from now on, it cannot be overlooked.  However, evil men tend to commit further sins for fear of their past sins being exposed, because they never genuinely reform themselves.

Those who cooperate on divine policies with a hidden intention to survive will be excluded after being utilized for reformation of Earth.  Exclusion depends on how they act.  Ultimate exclusion is death; they will be brought to justice.

Whatever advice I may give to them, those whose true nature is to do wrong cannot help but do wrong consciously to save themselves.  That means who to be destroyed has been decided unless something very unusual happens.

Jorge Bergoglio (Pope Francis), Adolfo Pachon (Jesuit Superior General), Justin Welby (Archbishop of Canterbury), and many others linked to the Vatican, have been accused of operating a global child trafficking network involving routine and systematic kidnapping, rape, torture, and sacrificial murder of newborn infants and children up to the age of fourteen.

This ‘trafficking network’ is supposed to be part of the NINTH CIRCLE, an alleged Vatican global occult organization. The CIRCLE operates within Roman Catholic cathedrals throughout the world, including: Montreal, New York, Rome, London, Holland, Canada, and other places. It routinely takes children from orphanages, adoption agencies, hospitals, schools, and Indian reservations. These children are then used as sacrifices or for mere pleasure.

The Office of Chief Prosecutor (OCP) has uncovered one such case at a Jesuit run Mohawk Indian Residential School in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. The habitual torture, rape, and sacrificial killing of aboriginal children connected with the Mohawk Confederacy began with the opening of this facility in 1832 and persists today in sub-basement vaults. The OCP made the discovery when forensic remains of children were pulled at mass grave sightings near the school. They also have eye-witness testimonies to the event and para-psychological evidence and documentation from hidden archives of the Church of England in London, Ontario. 

The eye-witness persons both agree seeing nine figures in red robes assemble about an altar in a sub-basement chamber under the west wing of the school. A young Mohawk girl age five or six was bound and gagged on the altar, repeatedly raped by all participants, and then killed and disemboweled and dismembered with a ceremonial knife, and her blood was consumed by the nine. The further reported that the corpse was then burned and buried in the woods west of the school.

Excavations commenced based on the eyewitness testimonies that uncovered numerous buttons, uniforms of female students, burnt clothing, and bones that had been chopped. 
There are similar accusations of Jesuit sacrificial rituals involving small children and newborns at Catholic Indian schools in both South Dakota and Omak. 

In addition to the evidence above the OCP obtained copies of hidden NINTH CIRCLE files that were under lock and key in the Vatican library. They now have it to be used as evidence against the defendants in court on April 7th. This is a substantial find that could convict Jorge Bergoglio and the others of child trafficking and sacrifice.

All three defendants, Welby, Bergoglio, and Pachon have conspired to conceal the evidence against them. After attempts to publicly discredit their accuser the ITCCS and Kevin Annett failed. They lead a misinformation campaign lead primarily by government-controlled media in Canada, including the misnamed “Aboriginal Peoples’ Television Network” (APTN), to attack the agency. Furthermore they silenced Mohawk elders and eyewitnesses in Brantford through intimidation tactics.

“Jorge Bergoglio (aka “Pope Francis”), Adolfo Pachon (Jesuit Superior General) and Justin Welby (Archbishop of Canterbury) will stand trial in absentia on Monday, April 7 after refusing to challenge or deny the criminal charges made against them in the Trial Division of the Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels. 

“The Prosecutor’s Office will commence its case against these three chief defendants on that day and will present evidence linking them to the trafficking, torture and death of children, and to the concealment of these crimes. 

“The Court has delayed the opening of the trial by one week, from its original commencement on March 31, after it received confirmation that a covert operations team has been dispatched by the Vatican to disrupt and destroy the work of the Court. The team consists of paid agents of the so-called “Holy Alliance”, the Jesuit-run spying and assassination agency responsible for the silencing and murder of papal opponents.

“The Court has accordingly established new security arrangements for its members and especially its key public spokesman, Reverend Kevin Annett, ITCCS Field Secretary. ..........

It is former President Yulia Tymoshenko who is seen as safe candidate in presidential elections in Ukraine slated for May.  She appeared in public at night on February 24 when President Yanukovych was ousted.
She made a lowbrow, fiery speech, saying “Fuck you,Yanukovych!” in Maidan (or Independence Square).  Western media introduced her as a tragic heroine.  Japan’s media have lionized her as a “too beautiful leader.”  
Why is she a sure candidate in presidential elections?  It is because she is “well accepted” by Russia, too.  She has business partners in European countries and has formed an alliance with President Putin in a natural gas deal.  The U.S. patronizes “Our Ukraine,” a political party Ms. Tymoshenko serves as president.
There is another bigger reason: mass media.  Members of “Our Ukraine” led by her are owners of media including TV stations.  Therefore, Ms. Tymoshenko makes headline news.
One university professor said in disgust: “Tymoshenko is never good for the public.”  (He talked as if he spitted to the ground.)

In 2011, Ms. Tymoshenko got a prison sentence on a charge of misconduct in office.  Natural gas which Russia provided at 250 dollars per 1,000 cubic meters was 350 dollars when Ukrainian consumers got it.  One hundred dollars per 100 cubic meters reportedly went into her pocket.
This is why she is made a mock of as “Gas Princess.”  It is really unforgivable for common people.
Ms. Tymoshenko had held 60 percent of the shares of a statutory gas company before she got a prison sentence.  This is “different” from “allowance” constituting half of the national budget, which can be used by influential politicians.
Politicians in Ukraine are big shareholders of statutory companies in some cases.  They assume central posts in national projects and monopolize gigantic vested interests.  This is the system in which politicians plunder the people’s wealth.  Tymoshenko is also a constituent member of the system.
If she becomes a pawn and controls the mass media, she will be able to win the election and move an economy as she likes.  Isn’t it the same as in a certain country in East Asia?

It appears that Mr. Itagaki has his own information source in favor of Jacob Rothschild/Ichiro Ozawa. I feel his information on the plan of this camp has certain level of correctness. I suppose that a significant part of information he has provided is incorrect because presumably, Japan under the control of the Bush/Nazi camp has moved in accordance with its action plan.
Lately credibility of information from Mr. Itagaki has been higher and its importance has increased, which shows that Japan has broken away from the Bush/Nazi camp and made a move toward the Nathaniel camp (correctly, the Andrew camp). The part in red is basically correct.

This plan will start this year. Dividends to North Korea will be sent through Russian President Putin.
