I don’t know what “what is going on beneath the surface” in the message refers to. However, for example, this article posted in Sputnik shows one of possibilities. Nuclear-related facilities are very vulnerable to damage; for example, once Rokkasho nuclear fuel reprocessing facility is destroyed by earthquake, meteorite or terrorist attack, the earth will come to an end. Presumably North Korea has EMP (electromagnetic pulse) weapons. If it used such weapons against Japan, station blackout would occur and the world would come to end.
I don’t think that such an insane world
will continue to exist. The only way to survive for humanity must be not the
threat of force but problem resolution through discussions.
