I think that the meeting between President Putin and Prime Minister Abe has a significant meaning. This is the only commendable achievement the Abe administration has made. Realization of this meeting proves that Japan has switch over the foreign policy. As seen in the article, President Putin and Prime Minister Abe had one-on-one talk. The problem is what President Putin told him in the meeting.
The meeting seemed to last over three hours. I can imagine they had an in-depth conversation. As expected, Prime Minister Abe had originally a great fear of President Putin. Probably he got the point of absolute fear after the one-on-one talk. Examining the out-of-the-body chakras, you can immediately understand it.
If so, the problem is what President Putin conveyed to Prime Minister Abe. Reading the third article, they had a harmonious talk and it is unlikely that President Putin intimidated Prime Minister Abe. So what is he afraid of?
Last night I realized something and I felt I’ve finally found the truth. Since I haven’t made a detailed analysis of it, I’d like to refrain from commenting about my prediction. I’m going to take this topic again when I am convinced that my prediction is almost certain.

The two leaders will have a talk in small numbers at first and then have one-on-one discussion. They will have a working lunch as members of delegation. According to him, there will be no joint statement or joint press conference.
The topic will be on international issues of Syria, Ukraine and bilateral economic cooperation.

“We expect the meeting will give momentum to develop integrated relationships on not only politics but trade and economy,” said Mr. Peskov. He said that the issue of peace treaty between Russia and Japan will also be discussed.

I have talked with my wife about a hideous method to create people with multiple personalities by using drugs or trauma due to torture and completely enslave them, which was presumably originated in ancient Egypt. According to this Cosmic Disclosure episode, “it is a very ancient way of creating such people.”
I suppose that the current method was sophisticated by Dr. Josef Mengele, who, I would imagine, used electric catfish. Dr. Mengele fled Germany to South America and was recruited by the Illuminati. It is said that the programmer of Ms. Cisco Wheeler was Dr. Green aka. Josef Mengele. They say that he believed himself God.
According to the article, aside from this method, they could directly send voice to the brain of a specific person they target by using science technology. It seems that channeling messages were delivered by this technology. According to Mr. Corey Goode, “people who have a more spiritual connection can be tricked a lot easier.”
At the end of the interview, Mr. Corey Goode says that targeted individuals never know how to escape from such attacks. I’ll tell you a good way to do so. Do chant the Prayers with Gayatri Mantra for Exorcism and for Purification. And then try to pray as follows:
“Mother Divine, please have an attack continuously return to its origin, the person who is attacking me. And may you do justice to another person who directed this attack and also the other person who put pressure on the person to give the order.” 

After praying it, chant Gayatri Mantra three times and end the prayer with “Om, Shanti, Shanti, Shanti-hi.”

With this prayer, the attack automatically returns to the attacker himself and he will suffer a lot. He will get frightened and never do such stupid act again. If he continued to attack without learning a bitter lesson from this, he will go made or die.

According to the following message, there are some wicked people, though they are indeed the minority, who came in with the intention to rule this world and they are not on a journey of Ascension. The message also says that the dark beings of this group have spread the false new age teachings and channeling information and that those who believed channeling information from Darkness “have a less awakened consciousness.”
However, those who detected that most channeling information comes from Darkness, for example, that NESARA (National Economic Security And Reformation Act) is not justice but fake information from Darkness. We have almost never mentioned NESARA on the blog. It is almost certain that this is information from Darkness because it was signed by former President Clinton and supported by Obama.
At present, proper information has come out, which was once-unthinkable. This is related to my opinion posted on the blog that false channeling information would disappear some day in the future. I think that disclosure of the truth, represented mainly by Cosmic Disclosure, is in progress now. Although it might give a real shock to those who have been contaminated by false channeling information, such move will be accelerated from now on.
The latter half of the article mentions that almost none have kept pace with the ascension of Earth.
The article says: “Numbers and majorities do not come into it.” I’m giving a more specific comment that one in 1000 people walks the path of Light. According to false channeled information, it was said that everybody will reincarnate in the future, depending on his awareness level. However, this is not the fact.
Many people will not reincarnate on a planet in accordance with their awareness level, but they have already lost their souls and they have to start again from scratch. They would be fairly lucky if they restart from a stone. They should probably restart from the existence inferior to a stone. This is not the concept of rebirth because the past has completely disappeared.
More wicked people have already have their Monad destroyed, too and have completely disappeared into nothingness. Buddhists have sought for this as the ultimate goal of liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth, that is, as the highest state of consciousness. It turns out that some of wicked people have succeeded in fulfillment of a wish by doing every possible evil.

I have summarized the Situation Update. It refers to the petition to sign the Galactic Codex.  At the end of the article you will see the linked site to the Japanese version of the Codex.
After reading it, I felt something is wrong. The original article has the translation of the petition campaign. It says that “this codex represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation in this and other galaxies.”
I don’t think it is false, but such expression is far from accurate. Currently, almost no civilization has adopted this codex in the Milky Way Galaxy. Less than five percent at most of all civilizations in the Galaxy adopted this codex before the heavenly reformation.
To sum it up, the Confederation of the Milky Way civilizations with the Blue Avians as the core civilization comprised less than five percent of all civilizations in the Galaxy. In a word, a group of the Hierarchy, which comprised less than five percent of all civilizations in the Galaxy, was expelled from the remaining civilization groups. In the post, I pointed out that the Blue Avians appeared in birds because they had got trapped into Satanism. This is why I often call the “Galactic Federation” Cobra belonged to Relative Light. As a matter of fact, I described the Federation as part of Darkness. On and after April 10 when light was showered, our Solar System has been accepted not only by the Galaxy civilizations but by the whole universe.
In that sense, it can be safely said that the past Galactic Codex has no meaning at all. Our Solar System should have already signed the Codex of true “Galactic Federation.”
There are five goddesses ruling the five directions of north, south, center, east and west (ki, tsu, wo, sa and ne), who belong to the Earthly Deity 5th Level in the 1st System. The codex was signed by the center goddess. She is a woman who used to be incarnated as Empress Elisabeth of Austria.

Clearing of the Chimera group continues. Until now, the Chimera was controlling the flow of intel and communication between various factions inside our Solar System, threatening to activate strangelet and toplet bomb if information blockade would not be respected by all factions. Now this information barrier is slowly dissolving, various factions are beginning to communicate. The Pleiadians and other races belonging to Galactic Confederation are beginning to contact personnel in Chimera-controlled secret space programs (SSP) factions.

The Galactic Codex has been recently introduced to SSP factions in our Solar System and to many Earth subterranean factions as well. “Special children” incarnated on Earth in large numbers – Let’s change the society into an equal society where everybody can develop a rich parental relationship. –
I think little children today have much difficulty adjusting to this society. It’s because bad factors flourish in the society, which ruin children mentally and physically unless parents pay much heed to them. Such factors include toxic substances in food and effect of the microwave. Microwave has a significant effect on humanity. Additionally, women are encouraged to work outside and as a result, there is an increasing tendency for women to have their children taken care by nursery schools.
The message below says parents “should not try and force children into the societal mold.” Children need “loving guidance” of parents. Children should be grown not with materialistic affluence but with the energy of safety and security given by parents who warmly watch over them. Then they can naturally develop their talent.
Many children being born are spiritually advanced than their parents. The current school education system prevents their growth.  When children do not want to go to school, it means that the current education does not fit them. Therefore, it is wise not to have them go to school.
In case of my son, he was a child who voluntarily refused to go to school. He went to school only two days a week and spend other days relaxing at home. I think that his special personality and talent was the result of such environment. Even if not going to school, it never lowers academic performance or creates discord at home. Rather it gives a more chance to have conversation between child and parents. It makes good things happen for a family.
However, it seems that not everything was good for my son. First of all, school teachers considered him as a queer child. His classmates envied him for being exceptionally permitted to stay away from school. Such being the case, he seems to have had difficulty forming a private friendship with his classmates. However, I think that he seems to have overcome such mental issues on his own because we parents warmly watched over him by giving proper advice on mental issues and others.
I think that children who share similarity with my son, so to speak, special children have been incarnated on Earth. In that sense, this message hits the nail on the head.
The society will make a significant change from now. We live a miserable life in the current society, where women cannot live unless working outside. We have to change the social form itself, not to mention our consciousness so that everybody can develop a rich parental relationship.

It seems that Saudi Arabia has unveiled a plan to wean economy off oil. Surprisingly, the kingdom aims to be a huge tourist country, which is extremely unrealistic. Mr. Jim Rogers, a worldwide investor, points out: “It is not very realistic.” It is absolutely true that nobody wants to go sightseeing in Saudi Arabia, where women should be dressed entirely in black, women cannot sit in a restaurant with men, and women are not allowed to drive a car.
They have made such an unrealistic plan. It shows how dumb Saudi Arabia’s royal family is. In other words, it means that they have to get back for their having thought of nothing but wars and looting.
Actually, the biggest reason that they cannot probably get over a crisis is their mental structure. Their antiquated mindset dates back to beyond the Middle Ages and their male chauvinism seems to be built on strong bedrock. This thought presumably originates from Koran. They think that women have no souls and women cannot enter the kingdom of heaven after death.
Recently, Saudi Arabian scholars have made a great historic discovery. It is a discovery that “women are actually mammal,” which is an astounding, anthropological discovery to them. In the past Saudi women were treated as “daily necessities.” However, the discovery by scholars has finally created the recognition that women are the existence equal to camels. This is truly a great discovery because women who were considered to be things called commodities even without souls have suddenly achieved a promotion from domesticated animal to slavers.
Such being the case, it is apparent that Saudi Arabia has no chance of survival on future earth.

Jim Rogers: It is not very realistic at all. They tried this back in the 1970’s: they started raising wheat, they started raising agricultural products. The cost of raising products was more than they could buy them in the market, so they stopped, they gave it up.

RT: Isn’t it sensible none the less to look ahead and try to bring the plan to life?

JR: Certainly they need to do something. Unfortunately, I don’t think that most of the things they talk about doing – becoming a huge tourist county - but who is going to go there if they are not allowed to go to Mecca and Medina; they cannot go to the beach; women cannot sit in a restaurant with men. The restrictions are absurd. Now, if they break down those restrictions, there would be a gigantic tourist boom in Saudi Arabia, at least for a few years, because everybody would like to see it.

Felix Moreno, portfolio manager at Rockflower Trading said the first step of the process of becoming more diversified is to be able to not spend more than you bring in.

RT: Is it even possible for Saudi Arabia to have an economy that doesn't depend on oil? Can the recently unveiled plan be achieved?

Felix Moreno: Not without a lot of difficulty. I’ve struggled a lot to find an example in the history of a country that was so reliant on one commodity and was able to do a turnaround without a lot of upheaval. In fact, it’s called the Dutch disease, when a country becomes very reliant on one major export. If that export stops being a source of cash as oil currently is for Saudi Arabia, they normally have to go through a very, very painful industrial and technological reconversion and it takes a lot of time and it takes many, many companies failing before the new economy starts to kick in.  

RT: Haven't they got bigger problems to sort out, like tackling that record billion deficit?

FM: That is right. They might manage to offset that somewhat by the sale if they have an IPO of Aramco. But in any case, we’re talking about something that they need to start now. Obviously the first step to do that is to learn to live within their means. If they are spending more money than they’re bringing in now when they’re still receiving huge sums of money from oil exports, what are they going to do when those exports no longer bring them so much money? So the first step of that process of becoming more diversified is to be able to not spend more than you bring in right now.

This information is about the fact that the government intentionally conducts an act to confuse the people by providing disinformation on the Internet. According to this article, there exists a specialized data center and people working there are “really sociopaths.” They impersonate over a dozen different people online and cause a big disruption and have an argument with their self.
It appears that the same person who masquerades as multiple persons continues to make derogatory comments on the Internet. The problem is that they “actually are being paid.” To put it in another way, they are employed by the government.
This has been revealed at least in the U.S. by Mr. Corey Goode. Probably it is the same with Japan.

 Corey: It's incredible. It's heavily controlled, heavily manipulated information. *snip*
The most important tool to have is a psychological profile on a person. If you have a psychological profile on a person, you're able to then find ways to get into their life and manipulate them, manipulate their belief systems. *snip*

So they want to find out your personality type. and most people think that everybody thinks the same way that you, that they, do, but we all approach things, think through things, differently. They want to get into your head and figure out how you think. Then, they're going to . . .

And then they're going to get as much information about the type of friends you keep, the type of content you watch on television, the type of information you follow on the Internet, the type of comments you make on social media – any and all information - they take, they come out with a final psychological profile that says . . . It's a profile that an operative can look at and use to say: “This person will most likely behave this way in this scenario. Or if I want this person to behave this way, this scenario will most likely elicit this response.”

David: So that gives them a lot of power. So they'll use all kinds of surveillance, and they want to have all these invasive personal details. So is it like an analysis of vulnerability? Is there a tactical breakdown of where somebody's vulnerabilities are?  *snip*

Corey: Pretty much.

David: Okay. So let's get into the core of what I wanted to speak about in this episode, which is people online are in discussion forums.  *snip*

And one of the first things I did is I went to Richard C. Hoagland's discussion forum on EnterpriseMission.com. And I'm saying, here's this guy coming out with this incredible stuff, that there's a monument on Mars.  *snip*

And then I start reading this stuff,  *snip*..  over the years I started to notice, when you really get these nasty skeptics, they will never acknowledge that you made a point.  *snip*

When people see folks like this online, are you saying that these people actually are being paid?

Corey: Not all. I mean, there's a phenomenon of anonymity, power. People feel powerful in anonymity on the Internet.  *snip*
But I'm absolutely positive because I helped set up a government data center for, basically, government trolls.

David: You helped set it up?


Corey: Right, as an IT (I) set up a virtual data center to where each station had a post coming up, six monitors branching off, one computer station that ran VMWare workstation. *snip*
So you can be sitting at this station and be pulling up these virtual machines from servers all over the world and make it look like you're in those locations from the IP address. And these people would have over a dozen different personalities that were created online, and had back stories, back information, have social media tied to them – very complex personalities set up with them.
And these operatives were normally what we call the “personality metamorph types”. It's a program of people that were sociopaths, really good liars and infiltrators, and were really sociopaths and were really good at this job.

And they would sit down. Some of them would just troll around looking for information. Some of them would be given targets, go to certain Internet forums – esoteric Internet forums – log on with three or four user IDs, and sit there and cause a huge disruption if they saw a topic that was legit or something they didn't want to be talked about, cause a big disruption and sit there and have an argument with their self.  *snip* …

The data centers that we set up were absolutely for the purpose of targeting people out there that were putting out information, and also to locate these people and report them up the chain so action could be taken against them.

Once you're reported up the chain and you're put on any number of lists, then you're open game to be targeted in any number of ways. If you're seen as a threat and you're put on one of these government threat lists, which undoubtedly you and I are definitely on, and a lot of people are on [the lists] that follow a lot of this information, especially if they're outspoken, they're definitely on lists, and things like that can occur.

David: This is probably going to upset and annoy some people, make them pissed off. What can be done about this?  *snip*

Corey: Just being aware that that is occurring is the first step. Second step – and I've been guilty of it myself; it's hard not to sometimes – do not engage them. Ignore them. Pretend you didn't even see what they said. That drives them crazy.

David: Do you think it's advisable for people to spend more time cultivating real friendships in the real world?

Corey: Yes.

I quote only the first Kyushu earthquake-related part from Fulford Report.
The rest of the report is not so different in contents from the past reports. Something new is that the Germans have made a decision now to “turn East.” It seems that they have lost their patience with high-handed U.S.　It seems that Obama intends to release the 28 classified pages of the 911 report. It has practically forsaken Saudi Arabia. If the pages are released, the country’s involvement in the 911 terrorist attacks would presumably be clarified. I think that release of the report will finally come back as a boomerang and definitive proof or testimony that Bush Jr. and Cheney under the government in those days were involved in the event will come out.
Furthermore, there is a problem with the Panama papers. It is said that the Clintons have dubious connections to the papers. Such various events are expected to lead to the collapse of the U.S. However, as Mr. Fulford advises General Joseph Dunford, when the U.S. goes bankrupt and it is restored as a new republic, the republic “does not have to assume their debts.” That’s exactly right. I think this means that Japan will go bankrupt together with the U.S.
Mr. Joseph Tittle predicts that the financial system will collapse and people will survive by the barter system. In the end of the report, Mr. Fulford shows that he considers General Dunford as the man who can put a definitive end to the Khazarian mafia take-over of the United States.
With regard to the earthquakes, Mr. Fuldord says that it appears there was a “pre-emptive strike, by forces unknown, to prevent any Japanese attempt to start World War 3” because Japan moves forward to nuclear armament and war with China.
Regrettably, I don’t agree with him on this part. If unknown forces should be the Light side, they would not have taken such measures which sacrificed ordinary people. In my opinion, the earthquakes were caused by Mossad. Israel never allows Japan to go nuclear. Mr. Fulford should have claimed that the 311 was caused by Israel’s president Netanyahu.
In a video I introduced the other day, Mr. Masami Uno claimed that the 311 was caused because Japan’s nuclear armaments were reprimanded. Considering that Japan has leaned toward nuclear armaments in the entire Kyusu this time, namely “an unusually intense build-up of military materials by the Japanese government in recent months”, it is natural to think that the same attack was made this time, too.
Israel and his sympathizers Armitage and Michael Green are considered to be a pro-Israel group and they never allow Japan to go ahead with nuclear armament. I suppose that the recent earthquakes indicate their threat that if Japan secretly continues nuclear armament against their intention, a Nankai Trough great earthquake will be caused next.

The battle for the planet earth has taken a dramatic turn with the destruction of three major Japanese underground bases, an accelerating hunt for Khazarian mafia oligarchs, high stakes financial negotiations between the military industrial complex and Asian secret societies and more.

First about the earthquakes: it is a given on Japanese internet chat boards that the recent spate of earthquakes in Southern Japan were all artificial earthquakes. The evidence presented is that the seismographs all resemble earthquakes caused by explosions with a sudden huge shock followed by steadily decreasing aftershocks. There were also reports of loud explosion like sounds when the earthquakes hit. Furthermore, all the earthquakes had extremely shallow epicenters going no deeper than 10 kilometers, which is very rare in natural earthquakes. In addition to this, the Japanese government earthquake prediction center said they had given up on predicting the earthquakes because they did not fit any known natural earthquake pattern. The clincher however, is that the epicenters of the three big quakes were all the locations of Japanese military bases.

If you put 1812 Oyatsu, Mashiki, Kumamoto Prefecture in on Google earth you can see the military base at the epicenter of the first earthquake. There are several unusual structures to be seen there that appear to be the entrances to underground bases.

It is also worth recalling that Japanese Finance Minister Taro Aso recently told American economist Paul Krugman something to the effect that the Japanese government was looking for a trigger to start World War 3 in order to save the economy.

Chinese government sources in Beijing recently told this writer they had identified an unusually intense build-up of military material by the Japanese government in recent months.

The bases hit are all located close to the Korean Peninsula where it would be easy to move large numbers of troops to the Asian mainland for a war with China. It thus appears there was a pre-emptive strike, by forces unknown, to prevent any Japanese attempt to start World War 3.
