The report clearly shows how negotiations are carried out behind the scenes. This report has slightly different information from an article I introduced the other day. I don’t suggest which information is right. I think that the two articles, which have probably different viewpoints, try to convey true information.
For example, according to the previous article, the Deutsche bank collapse, but was revived on the same day after gaining support from China. On the other hand, according to information from Mr. Fulford, “this will lead to a global currency rest as well as the bankruptcy of Deutsche bank.” It is my understanding that the Deutsche bank has probably been arranged so that it can continue banking service on transactions in real economy, which means the phrase “revived on the same day” seen in the previous article. However, I suppose it means that Deutsche bank credit default swap (CDS) will become a mere scrap of paper. In other words, it means that they have already drawn up a scenario for bankruptcy of the bank and its nationalization not to influence the real economy has already been drawn up.
Thanks to this update from Mr. Fulford, it has been confirmed that such movement is undoubtedly in progress behind the scenes.

The economic discussions center on what parts of the American economic infrastructure the Chinese will be allowed to buy up, with the US threatening to close its markets to China as its main bargaining card to prevent a total Chinese take-over of the US economy. The other related topic of discussion will be exactly how much of their US Treasury holdings the Chinese will be forced to write off. Needless to say the Chinese will be asking for full payment in the form of US real estate, factories and other assets while the Americans will be asking the Chinese to take as big a haircut as possible.

As a preface to this meeting, there was the Shangri-La Dialogue, a high level 3 day regional security conference in Singapore that ended Sunday, June 5th. The military discussions there boiled down to the US trying to gather as many allies as possible under its wings on Chinese borders while the Chinese are saying they are already friendly with their neighbours so, the US military have no choice but to work with China for a “win-win” solution.

There was also an interesting, James Bond type side show to the security conference. Conflicting news reports coming out of Indonesia agree a helicopter crashed there. Early reports say only the pilot was killed and the three passengers were only “slightly injured.” However, later reports indicate the others “died on the way to the hospital.”

CIA agents in Indonesia say the helicopter was taken down by an unknown device, probably an EMP weapon, and the surviving passengers were shot. I have already conveyed that a new gold-backed currency system has started to move. Reading the article below, there seems to be no doubt about it. Since it seems that interruptions we have seen will gradually decrease, visible changes will occur some day in the future. According to the article, President Obama made a message presumably related to this. He said: “Americans must prepare for a disaster, having an evacuation plan and/or having a fully stocked disaster supply kit.” We have heard information that we should stockpile water and food for a minimum of several weeks. Nobody knows what will happen. You are advised to prepare slightly more stockpiles.
Financial bubble should certainly disappear into nothingness. There is no knowing how much effect it will have on the real economy. As seen in the information from Mr. Corey Goode, how much information should be disclosed is bargained about behind the scenes and there is no sign of agreement. It is likely that confusions will be created at various levels or the plan will be interrupted so that they can put them at an advantage. As a result, economic confusion will be prolonged. However, I have a feeling that years of significant confusion will not occur.

In Swiss referendum, voters have rejected to introduce a basic income plan with 77 percent saying ‘no.’ It was premature to hold a referendum because the contents of the plan had not been discussed fully.  So I think that rejection of the plan is unavoidable.
Although it is quite interesting as nation-wide social experiment, presumably the people of Switzerland are not in a positon to accept such a high-risk experiment. Among anti-opinions are “Immigrants from all over the world will rush in” and “Hard workers will decrease in number.” They are understandable opinions. The immigrant issue, in particular, is difficult to be solved. To solve this issue, it will be necessary to simultaneously introduce basic income plan in several countries across the world.
However, the root of the problem is that nobody will work. If a basic income plan is introduced, I am afraid that it will decrease productivity to one-tenth.
Just imagine! You are a police officer. There are citizens holding a demonstration in front of you. You are forced to keep guard. You might think: “I hope they will stop demonstration as soon as possible without any trouble.” You can make a living, whether you keep guard or whether you quit a job. In that case, will you dare to keep guard with difficulty?
Supposing that you are a postman, will you faithfully get up early in the morning every day to deliver mail as soon as possible? It is quite natural that you think: “We also need New Year holidays as ordinary people.” Mail will not be delivered the next day after it is put in a mail box but delivered in ten days, like in the case of Russia. At present, society has not made such a progress that robots can replace humans. And on top of it, we have not reached a higher level of awareness about labor.
In that sense, I look forward to introduction of Clifford Hugh Douglass’s writings by “Bougainvillea Teatime.”

I saw a twitter which says that Swiss plan for basic income has been rejected for the reason that 270,000 yen per month is small payment compared to hourly wage of 2,000 yen paid by Macdonald. I’m surprised to learn that the average monthly income in Switzerland is 654,000 yen.

I think a series of information below is the fact. It seems that a new currency system backed by gold has finally started. It is mainly because the new US notes have been backed by gold and “China and Japan had reached a gold agreement that settled all past disputes and debts.” Thanks to this, the worst-case scenario seems to have been avoided. Japanese currency will not take a nosedive. As far as I can judge by reading the rest of information, the real economy will carry on into a new gold-backed currency system, which, as a result, is unlikely to cause a chaos. However, the bubble economy caused by derivative trading will burst, which will unavoidably accompany total confusion. The problem is to what extent this confusion will influence the real economy. 4. Under the new US Republic the Bar Association and all US attorneys would have to renounce their Bar Oath to the Temple Bar of London and become lawyers, but they couldn't be considered attorneys anymore.

5. Under the new US Republic the individual governments of the 50 states would remain in place.

6. The North American Union would be done and Washington D.C. would be dis-incorporated.

7. Pope Francis had fired five of the Cardinals out of the Vatican Bank which controlled the world currency before instigation of BRICS.

An additional $9.1 trillion for the Prosperity Packages would come from funds stolen from the American people by Supreme Court Justice John Roberts and President George Bush Sr. It was found through an intensive investigation that Chief Justice John Roberts and President Bush Sr. had stolen $9.1 trillion of USA taxpayers' funds from the US Treasury, illegally held it at the Federal Reserve and had been using the interest on it for their personal use.

When I introduced the last Fulford Report on this blog, I felt that Jacob Rothschild had an intention of negotiating with the White Dragon Society. It’s just as I expected. The opening sentence of the report says that this negotiation is now deadlocked because the Cohen crime family blocked it.
Hitler is said to be of the Rothschild bloodline. Chancellor Merkel seems to be a daughter of Hitler. According to the article, Merkel is of the Saxe Gotha Rothschild bloodline and the G7 leaders other than Merkel are “just servants.”
It is true that priority has been given to bloodline also in the heavenly world and the ruling elite have been connected by bloodline. However, as the result of the reformation of heavenly world, such control by bloodline has completely disappeared. Those who tried to restore the past control system have all been destroyed. Since the world on Earth is a reflection of the heavenly world, control by bloodline will disappear on the earth, too.
The condition to assume a high position in the heavenly world is pure heart, neither bloodline nor talent. Aliens or some psychics could make an objective judgment about pure-heartedness to some extent by seeing auras.
I think that we can determine to some extent whether a person is antisocial or not by means of psychoanalysis, on the earth, too. Similarly, I think a technique of determining pure-heartedness will be figured out. Reading the report, world transformation seems to be going smoothly. As I have already reported, 99 percent of the Cabal has been spiritually destroyed. I think that they no longer have any vigor to resist. To speed up the transformation, ordinary people who have been connected with the power elite are targets for judgment. To be specific, media people are targets for judgment now. If they give more distorted report, most of them will be destroyed and become nothing more than beings only with the physical body. They will get seriously ill immediately after suffering from depression. There is little time left. They should know their place and act.

When Baron Jacob Nathaniel Rothschild, hiding out at Mark Rich’s house on the hill in Zog, Switzerland was identified as the head of the Khazarian mafia, Rothschild reached out to the White Dragon Society via a nephew to negotiate a peace settlement involving an exchange of gold for money and the establishment of a future planning agency.
This is now on hold because the New York branch of the Khazarian mafia, headed by the Cohen crime family, blocked it, Rothschild family sources say.
Rothschild and Khazarian mafia control has been reduced, in essence, to the bankrupt G7 group of nations. Take a look at this picture taken at the G7 meeting last week in Japan.


Notice that while all the other leaders are waving in the group photo German Chancellor Angela Merkel is making the sign of horus with her hands, using the button on her jacket as an eye.
Since Merkel is the only leader there who is of the Saxe Gotha Rothschild bloodline that runs the G7 and the eye of Horus represents supreme leadership, she is sending out the message that the other leaders in the photo are just servants.
What is important to know is that the WDS and its allies have identified the names and locations of all the top members of this ruling bloodline and have the technical capability of removing them from this world.
The point though is that the families that currently control the G7 and the UN corporation are no longer in any position to dictate to the world.
Almost all of the real gold in the world is now in the hands of WDS allies.
What this means is the WDS is now in a position to offer to trade gold for all outstanding Euros and US dollars that can be traced to legitimate commercial activities.
After a two month window US dollars and Euros would no longer be accepted for international payments. Under this proposal the US military and agencies would continue to be financed using the new currency. This would essentially remove the final vestiges of power of the Khazarian mafia.
In such an event the WDS is proposing that all legitimate commercial activity continue as always. The illegal drug trade and other grey area activities would be given appropriate legal status and moved into the new system.
The future planning agency proposed by the WDS would start by hiring, as initial planners for setting up the agency, about 7 to 9 people.
This means stopping environmental destruction, ending poverty, ending war, eliminating disease and otherwise restoring the planet to full health.
Most future planning agency projects would be put out to competitive bidding and run by the private sector, which is why it will never become a Stalinist type central planning monolith.
As mentioned above the current system, under the UN Corporation run by the Rothschilds, is bankrupt and largely dysfunctional. There is thus an urgent need to start working on rebooting the system in a manner that is more beneficial to the humans and other life forms on this planet.
The WDS believes we need to start with a campaign, similar in scale and ambition to a world war.
A jubilee, or one time write off of debt and redistribution of assets would be a very good way to start us on a track to exponential growth into the future.
In any case, negotiations are ongoing and the above represents the initial bargaining position of the WDS and its allies.
If no counter proposal is received within a week, the WDS and its allies will officially go on the offensive in ways that will be both “unpredictable and worse than they could imagine.
The US Treasury Department, now free from Khazarian control, is issuing a new $20 bill that will either be backed by Asian gold or will be a new US domestic currency, depending on how financial negotiations go, they say.
To conclude, if the Rothschilds and their fellow Khazarian gangsters fail to negotiate a deal soon with the WDS, they will have no bargaining chips left and will be forced to panhandle on the streets of New York and elsewhere for pocket change, if they are lucky.
A nephew of Jacob Rothschild was supposed to contact the WDS this week, we hope, for the sake of that extended family, that he does. World peace is now a realistic possibility.

David: So we know in the public lexicon that there are people out there that some people call sociopaths, some people call them psychopaths.  *sip* If you have a sociopath that's part of your life, what are some of the characteristics that that person might display?

Corey: Well, usually it's not going to be any shock or mystery to you – a complete lack of empathy for any type of emotional or physical pain that you're going through. That's a major sign. The way they behave towards animals and children is a good indicator. A lot of these people have learned to blend in pretty well. *snip*

David: Do you agree with the commonly held notion that these people tend to be glamorous and narcissistic, that they're kind of affable and personable, outgoing, extroverted?

Corey: Exactly. Yes. *snip* 　With social media, the Internet, the topic is pretty heavy out there. People know about Internet trolls, they know about sociopaths and what they're doing to this world, usually from places of power. *snip* And we've, of course, done an episode on the government troll centers that I've helped set up, where paid government trolls get online and cause all kinds of problems. *snip*
They don't realize that MKULTRA was a program that developed a lot of techniques that were later used in a wide range, hundreds of other programs. *snip*.
And the program we're talking about today, they also want people who are compulsive liars and also have intuitive empath abilities to where they can read people and manipulate people. And then they take these people and they put them in the program that I always heard referred to as the Personality Metamorph Program.  *snip*   The whole purpose of these assets is to manipulate people, control people and infiltrate organizations. *snip*
One of the strangest things about it is that the people that were training these children, these children as they were getting into adolescence were getting so good that the trainers could not control them. The kids were manipulating them. They just could not totally handle them. So they brought in intuitive empaths to work behind glass and help them tell – they would wear an earwig – help them tell when the subject that was going through the Metamorph Program was being deceptive or truthful or manipulating the person that was doing the training or debriefing with them. So they were very, very difficult to manage and control.

 David: Why do you think these people are fearless? I mean, most people feel afraid about all kinds of things. How does a person actually get to this point where they don't have fear at all?
Corey: Well, a lot of times some of these children have been put through incredibly horrific experiences to where they shut off their feelings and emotions. *snip*

David: Well, just to bolster what you're saying, let's take a look right now at an A and B shot where the A shot, as you're seeing now, is a normal brain, and the B shot is the brain of a psychopath or sociopath. And what you're noticing as you look at this is that all of that greenish-yellow color that's all over the brain of the normal person, that color is missing from the frontal lobes of the brain in the sociopath.  *snip* So is that some kind of defense mechanism against further trauma, like the body adapts to the trauma so that you can just plow through it?




Corey: In the cases of people that had to disassociate so many times. This has happened in rape victims and other assault victims that have been repeat victims. They've disassociated, disassociated, disassociated to a point to where that part of the brain just shuts down and quits producing impulses. But that's just a certain portion.

 David: Another thing that we hear about sociopaths when you read about it in pop psychology all the time is that they are invariably going to be thrill seekers. They're constantly in a fight against boredom, and they need adrenaline. *snip* Most people when they lie, a good police officer can tell signs of lying. People will do the long blink while they're talking to you or they'll start to fidget with their hands or something like that. Are these people able to lie and beat a polygraph or beat a typical person who's trained to detect lying?

Corey: Yes. They had to poll an intuitive empath to be able to finish their last four to five years of training because they were so incredibly gifted at any type of lie detective technology that was in the programs, which was quite sophisticated. *snip*

 David: So when we hear the word “metamorph”, personality metamorph, why was that term chosen?

Corey: Because they can morph their personality to match any other clique or group that they're around, or even individual. *snip*  They're reading the people, so they're drawing off of the information that they're pulling from the people intuitively and all of the other things, reading body language and micro facial expressions, watching the eyes to know exactly how to approach them. *snip* They receive all types, all kinds of training when it comes to counterintelligence, intelligence, all the different types of ways of manipulating people. *snip*  UFOlogy has been infiltrated since the beginning, in the '50s, by the intelligence organizations. But the Personality Metamorph Program has been deemed one of the most successful infiltrating programs ever.  *snip*  And one of the main goals that the personality metamorphs and other infiltrators have done with the esoteric and UFO community is to try to fragment us as much as possible through inner fighting and strong belief system differences.


David: You're saying that public figures in the UFO community would get a handler.  *snip* What do they think they have?

 Corey: They think they have a new friend that is very charismatic, that gives them insight into theirselves that they hadn't seen before and has a wisdom about them that is unusual for their young age. And they want to spend time with them, therefore giving the metamorph access to them and their psyche. *snip*
Well, the personality metamorphs are not looking at a dossier of a personality profile. They're taught to size up a person and profile them on the spot. *snip*  They become very confident of their skills, and they're very accurate with their profiling.

 David: In the case where psychological profiles are created on people, because you said that's one of the most important tools for an intelligence agent, what do they look for? What would be in a profile?

 Corey: The baseline is personality types. There are 16 main personality types. And when you have these personality types, you can then build off of that by gleaning information about what magazines they get, gleaning information about where they go on the Internet, information dipping into their medical records. You gather all this information. *snip*
They were used mainly for Special Access Programs down here on Earth. And as I said, they were inserted into just about every walk of life, every part of life from government to banking, everything.

David: What is the best way that you or anyone could identify that this is being done to them, and what kind of countermeasures can you take? *snip*

 Corey: Well, the best defense is to know that you need to guard your inner information and guard information that could be harmful to you at all costs. If you're in a situation and you've met someone new through a friend, or a friend of a friend, and they like the same hard to get soft drink that you do, oddly. They happen to like this offbeat band that no one else has ever heard of that you do, and all these just little coincidences occur and y'all become good friends, and you find yourself becoming somewhat addicted to wanting to be around them all the time, and you find yourself wanting to tell them things that you wouldn't normally tell anyone else, red flags should go up a little bit.  And it's only after you have really started to share information and made yourself vulnerable to these people that they then start the actual manipulation of you.

 David: Are personality metamorphs being directed against people who are having spiritual contact with orbs or dreams and visions, synchronicity, and then talking about it on Facebook or on the Internet?

 Corey: Yes. Yes. And any other number of targets, including financial people who need to be controlled or managed. A lot of times, they'll go in and control or manage people.

 David: What is the greatest weakness that these personality metamorphs have that we could use to defend against them?

 Corey: Their own hubris. They underestimate everyone. They are convinced that . . . They're very intelligent. They're convinced they're the smartest person in the room. They're always convinced that they're the smartest person in the room. The people that . . . If you learn to sit back and keep your ears open and keep your mouth closed,  *snip*  you might start noticing these people.

The following is an interview with Cobra by Mr. Corey Goode. I think it is an interview of great importance and depth. As expected, the information provided by these two people is of great value on the earth now.
As a matter of course, I have different views on details although I highly evaluate their information. Therefore, I sometimes clarify such difference in my comments, where I cite specific evidence.
However, in terms of “Full Disclosure” seen in the first topic of the article, we are “fighting along the same lines” and can cooperate with each other. This way of thinking liberates humanity, drastically changes the world and puts an end to war or environmental destruction. Everybody has a different opinion and stance. I quite agree with Mr. Corey Goode’s opinion: “If we put blinders on to all the things we disagree about and focus on what we agree on, we can get a lot accomplished”. I think this is the right direction we should take.
There is a phrase around the end of the article that the Anshar Alliance was persuaded to go into a more positive relationship with humanity by the Sphere Alliance. It is true that they are not a negative group as Mr. Corey Goode says. They have continued to lie to humanity and had close relations with the Cabal in some cases. That’s because they tried to “protect themselves from people from the surface. Mr. Corey Goode points out that “not only are these dark entities very dangerous, but us people in the state we’re in, we’re very dangerous as well.” What he says is very important.
They are afraid of the aggressiveness of us humanity. I can say violent nature in another way. We might have to understand aikido philosophy. I may say the philosophy of “Prayers with GayatriMantra for Exorcism and for Purification” in another way. To put it simply, all you have to do is to fend off an attack on you. And all energy of the attack will return to the origin and the attacker will self-destruct- and vice versa. If you attack somebody, the attack energy will return to you and you will hurt yourself. What should we do?
In a word, if you don’t intend to hurt or attack anybody, that’s good enough. It will become a supreme philosophy to protect you. It might be called “philosophy of love” in aikido term.
Intention to attack somebody can stem from uneasiness or fear, or misunderstanding. Nobody can be a winner when fighting against the universe. Anybody who always has a sense of unity with the universe and harmonizes well with it is virtually invincible. This is aikido philosophy. It is not necessary to learn martial art. You can start with simple things in daily life. Ask yourself. Which is important to you, nature or money?
If you say money, you must have many enemies.

Corey – Yeah, I think that’s something pretty much anyone can get behind. We’ve all seen the signs of all of these topics not being conspiracies. They’re real. *snip*

COBRA – Yes, of course, I agree with this, and I have been fighting with this my whole life, and, of course, I would agree and I would support anybody who would be fighting along the same lines.

Corey – That’s one of the main things that we’re trying to do The Full Disclosure Project. It is to obtain unity in the community. There are so many different ideologies that we can argue about, but the one thing that we can all agree on is that we want Full Disclosure. We want to know the truth. If we put blinders on to all the things we disagree about and focus on what we agree on, we can get a lot accomplished.

Rob – Wonderful. That’s what the world’s been wanting to hear.

<Event>

Robe - Corey, do you know what the Event is as Cobra has described it. (No.) Cobra, would you like to give him a brief synopsis?

COBRA – Yes, of course. The Event is the moment of the compression breakthrough. The compression breakthrough is when the light forces from above the surface of the planet and from below the surface of the planet meet in the middle that is on the surface of the planet. I hope that we all agree that there are certain factions that support the light and support the liberation that exists inside of the solar system. There are some factions that support the light and the liberation of the planet that are existing below the surface. They’re progressing towards the surface of the planet because the surface of the planet is the main battleground and is the main focus of all this situation that is not just limited to the planet Earth. When this breakthrough happens, this is what we term the Event. The Event is actually many things at the same moment. It is when the light forces take over the mass media and release intel about extraterrestrial involvement, about the crimes of the Cabal, about the advanced technologies, so FULL Disclosure. This is part of it. The other part of it is the mass arrest of the Cabal. The other part of it is financial reset that the Eastern Alliance has been preparing for quite a long time. And, of course, we have been gradually going towards the first contact, which is an actual official contact between the Earth civilization and other positive ET races that exist throughout the galaxy. And the Event is a trigger point which begins that process. *snip*

Corey – Much of what he’s said are part of the current negotiations between all of these different alliances, Cabal groups, all of these are things that I’ve heard among things that has been negotiated. Yes, that’s very much a part of the reality of what is going on and is being negotiated. A lot of those things are in flux about what percentage some groups want to put out and all that.

<Difference among groups>

Rob –I know there are lots of different people having lots of different types of contacts. Is the reason that some of these genuine people with face to face contact working for the same reason, from your understanding, might not be on the same thread? There’s obviously lots of groups. What is your opinion on that one?

Corey – There are many different groups working in slightly different ultimate agendas that have the same overall, I guess, agenda, that are working their own segmented little operations and so, you know, they’re not always completely wise to the operations of other groups. They may have been working off a lot of the same intel, but they’re not working off of the same mission statement, if that makes sense. If you mean different, these different beings, you could meet two or three different beings that have different operational modes that they’re in and have different reasons for delivering information to people, even though it’s from the same overall operational goal.

COBRA – Yes, I would agree, and I would say that each group has it’s own cultural roots and it’s own strategy. It’s not easy for any of the groups to navigate the situation because there has been so much complexity in the situation … *snip*  Each group comes from their own perspective and when those perspectives come together there is always a period of getting to know each other – an alignment of intel. It’s a process that takes time, especially inside of this solar system, when there has been so much division and so much suppression of intel. So this is the process I expect to take some time.

Rob – And the question is, what are the mournful sound of trumpets registered in countries around the world? Cobra first. Do you have intel on what these sounds are.

COBRA – Okay. According to my sources, what is happening is there is, I would term it, infrasound, which is just on the threshold of human hearing about 16 Hz and that frequency is harmful for human consciousness, and the Cabal is using scalar devices that transmit infrasound. The infrasound travels not only through physical space, it travels through the etheric space and it travels especially through plasma. By infrasound scalar waves they keep human consciousness locked into a certain vibrational state and people who have good hearing can hear that sound. *snip*

<Japan/subterranean battles>

Rob – Do either of you have intel on the explosions off the coast of Japan? According to Benjamin Fulford, these were subterranean battles underneath a military base that Ben Fulford said was to prevent WW III.  *snip*

Corey – Part of the intel updates that we’re releasing . . . David Wilcock is releasing it for me on his website www.divinecosmos.com. It has to do with some terrible battles that have been going on in underground bases and caverns, especially down in South America and under the ocean around Antarctica. There’s been a lot of activity going on underground and a lot of different exotic weapons including fifth-gen nukes being used – all these different exotic scalar weapons – and it’s pretty hectic right now. Yeah, there’s a lot going on.

Rob –Is this between different ET groups or is this between certain aspects of the positive military or negative military from your understanding, or all three?

Corey – All of the above, and here is one of the latest bits of intel from Gonzales recently. I’ve been hearing for weeks about massive reports of different types of orb kind of UFO’s over Australia. Some would say they’re metallic. Some reported they had portals going around them. Some recording that they were of Russian origin and then there were reports of these very large pumpkin seed shape cruisers which are Draco. It’s in Australia, Antarctica and then some of them had actually left the Earth’s atmosphere before all of these unknown dark chevron ships showed up and started attacking them.  *snip*

Rob – Okay, so you’re saying that Draco’s were trying to leave from Antarctica in pumpkin (seed) shaped ships and chevron ships, which are rumored to be Earth Alliance ships, are the ones putting them back down. It’s not a major confederation. Is that correct?

Corey – Correct, and for months we had been observing Cabal/Nazi groups headed down to Brazil and Argentina.  *snip*  They have been shuffling a lot of their assets and people down to Antarctica. So these people, we believe, were on these cruisers trying to get off the planet before something happens. *snip*

COBRA – Yes, there are battles in, I would say, shallow underground bases in Japan. Mostly conventional weapons were used that triggered some of the earthquakes, but not all earthquakes were triggered by that. There is also an increased activity of the tectonic plates which react on increased activity from the galactic central sun. The other thing that I can confirm is that there is a lot of movement of the Cabal groups. They want to escape through two routes towards Antarctica. One route goes from Texas through Mexico then to South America, mostly Brazil and Argentina, and towards Antarctica. The other one goes through New Zealand and Tasmania towards Antarctica. They want to escape because they think they will not be found there. Actually, some of them tried and attempted to escape from the planet, and according to one source, the group that Corey terms the Dark Fleet, the Nazi breakaway faction from of a long time ago, attempted to contact the Nazi faction in Antarctica and create a bridge that would transport some of the personal from Antarctica to the outer edge of the solar system towards the Kupier Belt. And that intel is not confirmed, so I can not 100% guarantee that, but this is what I’ve heard from one of the sources.



<Ancient technology>

Rob – Have either of you heard there was an ancient Pleiadian civilization? A long time ago there was a very deep underground, and still exists to this day, a technology that is stabilizing the planet. Have either of you heard of that deep underground Antarctica technology base from the Pleiadians?

Corey – Not from the Pleiadian’s you mentioned, but . . . a lot of this ancient type technology that’s been put in various parts of the Earth underground, including Antarctica, and some of it had been removed and it has caused problems with our tectonic plates and weather and other things, and they had traded and given away that technology, and it caused imbalance.

Rob – Do you know who put the technology there originally?

Corey – It’s unknown. It’s extremely ancient. If I looked at the footnotes of the report, there was about three different postulations or theories about who could have put it there.

Rob –Cobra, do you have any information?

COBRA – Actually, we need to go a little bit back into the history of Atlantis. Atlantis on planet Earth was pretty much a global civilization which was seeded or encouraged by different waves of different cosmic races. There was a Pleiadian wave which has brought Atlantis to its heights about 200,000 years ago and there was colonization from the Sirius star system that created the peak of Atlantean civilization about 75,000 years ago. And each of those races have brought a lot of technology and a lot of spiritual understanding to Atlantis and each of those races that I have mentioned have created their own network of surface cities, of subsurface cities, of tunnel networks, of underground pyramids, of crystals, of stabilization technology for the tectonic plates. But unfortunately there was another faction that came from Orion which infiltrated those networks of Atlantis and misused the technology and the misuse of that technology actually was responsible for the deluge of Atlantis for the last sinking of Atlantis which happened around 11,500 years ago. A lot of that old technology is still spread (out). Some of it is submerged on the bottom of the ocean. Some of it is a little bit underground. Some of it has been purposely destroyed or suppressed. But a lot of those machines and technologies and crystals are still remaining, and some of the underground factions have discovered these old remnants, and a lot of this will be coming to the mainstream media at the time of the Event.

Corey – That’s much newer technology, that’s not the oldest technology in stones, subterranean.

Rob – So there’s much more ancient technology. I’ve heard that as well.

Corey – Yes, many hundreds of millions of years old.

<Smoke cloud at Area 51>

Rob –It was Area 51 that had a large amount of smoke and it didn’t look like a brush fire because it kind of came from one source. Do either of you have intel on that giant smoke cloud that was reported at Area 51?

Corey – They had a large problem of getting rid of nuclear material from all their testing, and they’ve been openly burning nuclear material and it’s gotten away from them several several times out there. This is something that’s happened before.

COBRA – According to my sources it was just a brush fire.

Corey – Yea. They have been burning and releasing some things that get out of control and the whole area catches on fire. It’s happened several times. They end of shutting off radiation detectors in areas where the wind carries it. This is something that’s gone on several times.

Rob – Both can be correct here. Cobra says it’s a brush fire. Corey . .

Corey – It was a brush fire. It was a brush fire. It turned into a major brush fire.

<Event/Phase transition>

Rob – The question is: as the global situation is improving on the planet, even if it seems to be slow, do we really need an Event or a watershed moment in order to continue to improve the situation like what is already happening in the last years?  *snip*

 Corey – Yeah. It’s going to absolutely require a catalyzing event for everyone to be jerked awake.  *snip*  So as each of us contributes and puts our differences aside and starts to work with Full Disclosure to get the information out there to the general public, then the 100th monkey effect can occur. As more and more of them learn this information, you know, it’s going to become more acceptable. *snip*

COBRA –It’s a process called phase transition. Phase transition is a process in physics that happens also in societies. *snip* When a certain amount of energy is brought into that system, the water begins to boil. It begins to change into vapor, and this is what is happening with human society. It is going through a phase transition. The moment of the phase transition is the Event. It is a sudden change. *snip* It’s a quantum leap. And this is the way transitions happen in nature. They don’t happen gradually. Phase transitions happen suddenly and this is what is going to occur. *snip* We are actually responding to cosmic forces that are triggering this transition. They are guiding us through this transition so it can happen as fast as possible, as harmoniously as possible. The human race is known for taking one part of this transition, but it is a global cosmic Event and each of us, of course, plays a role in this Event.

<Sphere Being Alliance>

Rob – Corey, are there specific plans that you know of for the Sphere-Being Alliance specifically to become allies openly with the Earth’s surface population at some future date?

Corey – No, not that I know of. What has been communicated to me is that they will remain in the background. As the outer barrier and these different spheres slowly are faded out or transitioned out as this cosmic energy comes in then, they will be no longer be needed here and we don’t need them. We’ll be in a different state ourselves.

<Resistance movement>

Rob – Cobra, you speak of the Resistance Movement (RM). They do have plans to communicate with the surface population?

COBRA – Yes, it is not safe now for that contact to happen, but after the Event the contact will happen. The RM will make physical contact with people who are, I would say, the most awake and aware individuals. This will be the first interaction that will happen and based upon how this goes they will gradually begin to reveal themselves to the surface population. They are not the main group to interact with the surface population. The main group will be the Pleiadians, and later the Sirians and the Arcturians, and I would say the other positive galactic races from our galactic neighborhood.
The RM’s role is to tactically support the Event to make sure that the infrastructure is running, that we have electricity, Internet, food distribution chain. They will support the positive military in their operations. They will support the media that releases intel. There will not be so much face-to-face interaction with the surface population, at least not in the initial stage. At a certain point after the Event, they will have guided tours for certain surface people – a guided tour of their underground dwellings. They will show one part of this to the surface population. And for those who would like to join and be integrated, it will be possible if certain conditions are met.

Corey – All of the groups that are here, just not long after the time of Mohammad, had signed this accord or agreement about open contact or appearing openly to humanity. It was to allow us to develop on our own, and they agreed do things from the background, you know, and contact people kind of secretly. I don’t know all the details of this accord, but it’s pretty binding and it came after some pretty major skirmished they had. This is something that they want to revisit and make some amendments to because some of these Inner Earth groups want to start making more appearances on the surface, and this is a meeting that has been granted, and they’re going to be coming up very soon.

COBRA – Yes, there have been agreements made, but the purpose of those agreements was . . . The real reason why the surface population was not contacted is because the dark ones have controlled and isolated the surface population. There were many positive groups that wanted and would like to contact the surface population, but they couldn’t because it was simply too dangerous because the Cabal would retaliate.

Rob – So this is a question for Corey. You mentioned the Anshar Alliance and you have indicated in one of your later posts that they were taken to the Kupier Belt and scolded by the Triangle Head Being and they have agreed to go into a more positive relationship with humanity.

Corey –These groups aren’t negative. They are in a hostile land trying to survive, but at the same time they’re delivering positive information to people albeit in a deceptive way. From their point of view, you have to understand they are trying to protect themselves from people from the surface that have the ability to attack them and kill them.  *snip* They have a very strange political environment that they are trying to survive in as well – especially the ones who have their embassies here or spend all of their time in the solar system.  *snip*  Not only are these dark entities very dangerous, but us as a people in the state we’re in, we’re very dangerous as well.

Corey – That might not be related to them directly. Just because there were groups down there that had a Swastika, they’re not directly related to the Nazi’s or the Nazi ideology. So symbols can be taken and repurposed. You know, you can’t just see a symbol and immediately jump to conclusions without intelligence to back it up.
