The video below is about an official statement of the Galactic Confederation. Judging from the contents of the message and its vibrations, I think it is a true message. A speaker says at the 16 second mark in the video: “This is a short transmission from the Ruling Government of the local Galactic Confederation.” If it is a false message, the vibration of a person who sent the message must fall to Darkness. But it does not.

I have told on the blog that both of the Galactic Confederation and the Galactic Federation of Light serve Esther, Heavenly Empress of Sirius System Earthly Deity 5th Level.

I should call her Esther-sama under ordinary circumstances. However, I often forget to use the title of respect for her because we are very close and she adores me. I ask for your understanding.


The video at the 50 second mark says: “Operations to remove the remaining Hostile Forces under the ground of this planet will continue.” I paste interesting remarks of Mr. Corey Goode on the underground base below.

After watching the video, I found an inappropriate description in the video, which is the local Galactic Confederation, and I’d like to make a personal comment about it. They say that the local group of galaxies is a group of about 30 galaxies found within about five million light years in diameter, which are near the neighborhood of Milky Way Galaxy our galaxy belongs. However, the Galactic Confederation is a group which occupies only about five percent of the Milky Way Galaxy civilizations. Therefore, it is not wrong to say that the Galactic Confederation is the local government within the Milky Way Galaxy but this description causes misunderstanding.
On this blog I have already introduced the true Galactic Federation. According to the information from Mr. Corey Goode, the Galactic Confederation and the Galactic Federation of Light will be disbanded in near future and they will be reconstructed after being absorbed into the true Galactic Confederation.

The Resistance Movement that Cobra mentions is considered to be originally the marginal organization of the Galactic Confederation. Judging from their attitude, however, I think that there is no chance that the will be saved.

People on Earth are deceived by dualistic thinking and get used to a way of thinking by simply dividing into good or bad.  However, the reality is not so simple. For example, the Earth Alliance facing off against the cabal can be recognized as the Light against the Darkness. However, all people that belong to the Earth Alliance are not the good. I suppose that many of them belong to the Earth Alliance based on the judgment that it would put them at an advantage in a power struggle over future Earth.

My message is “those who pursue power will be expelled from the universe at some time.” The Galactic Codex the Galactic Confederation mentions is not an authentic codex. There is a true Galactic Codex which the Galactic Federation observes. Yamaand Niyama (universal morality and personal observances) provide fundamentals for the coded. Yama and Niyama are the ultimate law of the universe and they exist even after our universe disappears. Those who do not observe the law have to brace themselves up for disappearance from the universe in the future.

I think the article below is a well written article. What is written in the article is basically the same as what I have told on this blog.

This kind of thinking has been called a conspiracy theory. However, as clearly shown by the facts of Syria’s civil war, it has already common knowledge that the Pentagon, CIA, Mossad and M16 created and trained Daiesh (ISIS). Confusion in Syria is caused by the NWO globalist cabal. It is not so-called conspiracy theory but conspiracy itself.

As written in the article, this is an agenda to promote the Great Israel Plan and “put Europe into a cauldron of tension and confusion” with refugees.

The NWO globalist cabal intended to dissolve European borders with riots caused by influx of refugees and make Europe a United States of Europe like the United States of America. However, it is clear that the plan has not succeeded.

I agree with the conclusion of the article. Any attempts to foist a One World Government onto the planetary civilization will fail dismally.

There was a question from a reader about the illustration of my plasma body drawn by Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi. According to Mrs. Nakanishi, it was the question that she also wanted to ask and she got in contact with my plasma body to get an answer.

Reading the answer, I was surprised at the fact that a school in the plasma plane “exists in the 4th dimension.” I did not know that the plasma plane exists in every dimension and my school is in a 4th-dimensional place. I examined it for myself. I have found it is exactly true.

Reading the answer from my plasma body, you will see that my physical body and my plasma body are basically connected to each other but live a different life. My plasma body can see how my physical body lives but my physical body can’t see anything about my plasma body. The plasma plane is the world which I can barely see when I keep my distance from my physical body through mediation.

At present I have made active efforts to make the world on the earth a better place if only a little. In a living environment where I am, I find it something like a luxury to take much of my time to meditate.

As you pointed out, the plasma plane is overlapped with a significant part of the world on the earth.

Many residents of the plasma plane live a life, enjoying the part overlapped with the world on the earth and yet never interfering in life on earth.

Those who have plasma-level visual acuity can see the overlapped plasma plane.
The plasma plane is far more beautiful than the physical level earth.
However, it is a fact that the plasma plane has the same problem as the world on the earth does.
Therefore, a school has been opened so that resident of the plasma plane can learn how to live right, develop higher sense of beauty and develop personality formation by various forms of education such as school work, art and entertainment.

This school is in a 4th-dimensional place, where many teachers work hard with students. I am the principal.

As is the case with the universe and the earth, the “Law of Yama and Niyama” is established in the plasma plane. Furthermore, integrated education is provided through the same education program as in the heavenly world, in which primary subjects of study include not only acquisition of skill and knowledge but also development of 16 virtues and personality, control of ambition and feelings, and expansion of love.

There is no entrance examination. Education is provided free of charge to those who we choose.

It has not been long since the school was opened. There are almost no graduates or students enrolled at a school on the earth.
However, in a few years a great number of graduates will be active on the earth, too.

The school is located on commodious premises. Distinctive-looking departmental buildings are dotted in the bush. The buildings are connected by footpaths where various flowers bloom.

The school is located in such a beautiful place. When I spend time here, I feel a great joy for a while.

Well, you want to get my correspondence. However, my physical body made a comment by saying: I decided not to contact to my plasma body because I felt it is absurd to ask myself “How have you been doing over there?” So I refrain from having a conversation with my physical body this time. (Hahaha)

You (Nakanishi) asked me whether the illustration of my plasma body looks like me. I think it’s exactly alike. It is not flattery.

He did not have an approachable air because he looks so cool-headed and handsome. But actually, he was friendly and I felt he was mischievous. I was able to have a conversation with him, feeling relaxed.

I don’t know much about the plasma plane.
This is how Harukana- uchu-no-hikarino-mikoto-sama looks in the plasma plane.
How beautiful he is!
I wonder if the plasma plane is relatively close to the material world.
He looks like somebody but he does not look like anybody. He looks impressive.
If my interpretation is not wrong, I think this illustration shows he works hard in the dimension much closer to the dimension where the physical body exists.
I remember what Mr. Takeshita said on the blog or something -  Harukana-uchu-no-hikarino-mikoto-sama has a school in the plasma plane.
I wonder if Harukana-uchu-no-hikarino-mikoto-sama illustrated here is the school principal.
I do want to hear a message from his plasma body.
About what the plasma plane is like, where the school is, whether there are graduates or students enrolled at the school who are active on the earth, and so on.
I want to hear even the small stuff.

Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi has drawn an illustration of my plasma body. According to Mrs. Nakanishi, it took her a lot of time to draw the illustration although she is not sure whether there was any obstruction or not.

I think there must have been some obstruction. Furthermore, this illustration has been drawn in a different way than the second and third illustrations of my Linga Sarira and causal body below were drawn some time ago.

The two illustrations were drawn by Mrs. Nakanishi herself. The illustration of my plasma body has been drawn under spiritual guidance of a deceased actress Masako Natsume who has become a divine spirit.

It is I who advised Mrs. Nakanishi to ask Natume-sama to spiritually guide her, because Mrs. Nakanishi is a divine spirit and she has no divine body in a broad sense. Mrs. Nakanishi is the Heavenly Empress of Sirius System Earthly Deity 4th Level (one deity of five deities ki, tsu, wo, sa and ne) and she is originally a deity. Since she has a physical body, however, she is a divine spirit now. The Divine spirit is defined as a spirit whose higher dimensional bodies including Linga Sarira are divine bodies. Mrs. Nakanishi will get back a divine body she originally has when she becomes Linga Sarira after death.

Mrs. Nakanishi succeeded in drawing an illustration of SaLuSa’s physical body under spiritual guidance of Masako Natume-sama before. Therefore, I advised Mrs. Nakanishi to draw an illustration in the same way. Incidentally, Masako Natsume-sama is one of Misofu deities (thirty-two deities) of Sirius System Earthly Deity 5th Level.

The physical body in a broad sense is divided into three bodies; etheric double, plasma body and physical body. As for ordinary people, physical body and two inner plasma body and etheric double share the same age.

However, I am reincarnated as a Hotsuma deity. I achieved the realization of Brahman through *Sahaja Nirvikalpa Samadhi when I was 24 if memory serves. Therefore, all of my inner bodies share the same age, 16 years of age.

Incidentally, as for my wives and I, all inner bodies do not get older forever.

When I saw the illustration of my plasma body, I thought of asking Mrs. Nakanishi to contact with my plasma body and release a correspondence between my plasma body and me. However, I decided not to do so because I felt it is so absurd to ask myself how I am doing over there.

I can understand very well why those that dislike my messages tried to prevent Mrs. Nakanishi from drawing an illustration. That’s because there are many psychics with plasma-level visual acuity and aliens must also have such visual acuity and understand how the plasma plane is. In other words, release of this illustration will make them clearly understand that all information I have provided on this blog is true.

Darshan (the act of beholding a deity) is often carried out at my house. I descend from higher dimension to this 3D plasma plane. When I descend, they can see me.

EDIT:　I mentioned the disappearance of Masako Natsume-sama in an article dated June 14, 2015. Since the information I provided in the article was not accurate, I make corrections here. As shown in the article, she was executed because she had got involved in a coup in the heavenly world. However, it would seem that her soul (Jiva) didn’t disappear because she was not the principal offender. Three days later she was resurrected as a spirit body and forgiven. She has become one of Misofu deities as I commented above.

Usually, a spirit body like her which is resurrected three days later almost always comes over to kill me, and as a result, loses its soul (Jiva). However, it was not the case with her. I think it is a rare case, but there may be other cases I don’t know.

I apologize that I posted inaccurate information.
