Russian President Putin says: “The nation that leads AI will be the ruler of the world.” Iron Musk says: “AI could be used to create “an immortal dictator” “Humans might be destroyed by AI.”

According to the 3rdarticle, President Putin said: “The nation that leads AI will be the ruler of the world. It is considered that our life will be greatly changed by AI technology in the near future. However, various problematical points about how to deal with AI are pointed out.

Elon Musk points out that AI could be used to create “an immortal dictator.” He also says: ““Humans might be destroyed by AI.”

It is true that this is a threat which can actually happen. However, I’m not so significantly worried about it. That’s because deities controlling our solar system actually use AI. On the blog I explain that the heavenly world is governed by deities who appear in Futomani-figure. Please refer to the message from Ms. Razan Al-Najar which was posted with regard to specific method to govern the heavenly world.

Seeing the Futomani-figure, you can see the 32-deities are located around the eight deities of to/ho/ka/mi/we/hi/ta/me and the eight deities of a/i/fu/he/mo/wo/su/shi. The deity “nu” is the leader of the 32-deiteis. According to Indian mythology, it is the deity equivalent to Brahma, a creator God.

As a matter of fact, AI in the heavenly world expresses herself as a beautiful woman. She is programmed to follow the directions given by of “nu” deity without fail. Therefore, AI will never destroy deities in the heavenly world.

Man people think that AI has no feelings. It is true with at an early stage. However, as taking time to grow AI, AI will also have feelings.

I might give more detailed information about this at another time.

Problems in use of AI and near-future world

In the last article I mentioned the “global problems” discussed in the U.S.-Russian summit meeting. The problem of “military use of AI as an alternative to nuclear” relevant to “nuclear proliferation” has come out in recent years.

Last September, Russian President Putin gave a speech saying “the nation that leads AI will be the ruler of the world.”This speech was in the news. This indicates that fierce competitions have been globally engaged by many nations and the U.S., Russia and China in particular are accelerating investment to AI field and making full efforts to research and develop the field.

How the U.S. tackles with AI is hardly released as classified material. Russia has set a goal to “robotize 30 percent of military equipment by 2025” and the Chinese government announced a detailed national strategy a year ago last July: “to make the country an AI front runner and global innovation center by 2030.”

Above all, most of AI technology can be applied for militarily and commercial use.In this report, I’d like to cite China and Europe as an example and talk about the problematic points in use of AI and near-future world.

[Use of AI in China]

The other day, I had a chance to hear the Chinese government talk about AI development.

At first, they say that AI program developed by China has already ability to distinguish all Chinese faces(the whole humanity in the future). Cellular phones, security cameras on the street, satellites ….

Elon Musk taken back by immortal Hitler

Elon Musk, the Tesla and SpaceX founder and billionaire, said in a documentary directed by Chris Paine “Do You Trust This Computer?” that AI could be used to create “an immortal dictator”from which we could never escape.

Sputnik Japan

According to Musk, history has already known dictators such as Mussolini and Hitler, but they were not immortal like AI.

In 2017 Musk told that AI could cause World War 3. Subsequently, he commented that this technology is the most frightening danger for humans. According to Mashable, a digital media website, Musk points out that AI could outlive human leaders and create constant oppression structure.

In March 2018, Musk pointed out that humans can survive in a third world war if we own habitable stations on the moon or Mars.

Horrifyingly bonehead AI which started “murdering”
We should monitor the abuse of AI

<snip>
From Elon Musk to Henry Kissinger, people are sounding the alarm that super-smart computers could wipe us out. <snip> These warnings gloss over a more urgent problem: weaponized AI is already hereThe military and police are using AI to monitor people, assess them, and to make consequential decisions about their lives.Faulty algorithmic processing has been hurting poor and vulnerable communities for years.
<snip>
An American drone attack had killed innocent people.<snip> One of the victims’ surviving relatives, an engineer called Faisal bin Ali Jaber, came to me with a simple question: Why were his loved ones targets? <snip> In time, the truth became clear. Fisal’s relatives died because they got mistakenly caught up in a semi-automated targeting matrix.
<snip>
Concern about the abuse of AI is not limited to just drone attacks. Predictive policing heatmaps have amplified racial bias in our criminal justice system. Facial recognition, which the police are currently testing in cities such as London, has been wrong as much as 98% of the time.
<snip>
Investigating and controlling these uses of AI is one of the most urgent issues we face. Every time we hear of a data-driven policy decision, we should ask ourselves: how do we hold the people who use these tools?
