Heavenly Message by Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi 49 – Apology letter from “Hayabusa-no-mikoto”, a representative of Earth Federation –

I have received an apology letter from a representative of the Ancient Earth-Breakaway Civilization through Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi. The Ancient Earth-Breakaway Civilization is named by Mr. Cored Goode and its official name is “Earth Federation.”

When I received the letter, I considered that Hayabusa-no-mikoto, a representative of Earth Federation, and all members sincerely apologized. In fact, after I received the apology letter, their vibrations gradually rose and I suppose that their vibrations have got back to their original vibrations now. 

Luckily, Hayabusa-no-mikoto still has a soul. They wish to “do their best to restore the earth if they are allowed.” I hope that they will be allowed and their wish will come true. 

Actually, there is no free will in the world of the Hierarchy. It seems that the order from above is absolute and disobedience means death. For example, I think that microchips are implanted into the brain of all members of the Cobra Resistance Movement (RM). I think that it is the same with low-class warriors of the Galactic Federation and the Galactic Confederation of Light. I think that others had plasma implanted and were controlled by the AI (artificial intelligence) of the nine-dimensional Arcturus Council.

Ninety-percent of the remnants of the Hierarchy recognize that the information I have given is correct but they have not been able to apologize. I thought that it’s because of this system of governance. Therefore, I gave an order to dispose of the AI in the early hours of July 25 when I received this communication. For this reason, the AI lost the ability to control the remnants through implanted plasma. 

Immediately after this incident, this apology letter arrived to me. As stated in the apology letter, they have done a lot of evil. However, I want you to understand that they had no free will and were forced to obey the order.

My opinion is that punishment is given to make them change their behavior and it is not good to punish those who deeply repent their deed. There was Truth and Reconciliation Commission even on the earth. It’s the same with the Reformation of Heavenly World. We have adopted a policy that those who have confessed all sins of the past and deeply repented are not charged with past sins.

We can see whether they deeply reflect on themselves by looking at their action, that is, their efforts toward restoration of the earth. I would like to accept their words of apology for what they are.

We have accepted that the troops of deities are beyond ours.

We kept on resisting Mr. Takeshita’s call for apology, but we have realized that further resistance is impossible.

We will give up our ambition for the earth, accept the judgment of God and if allowed, we would like to do our best to restore the earth.

We all, more than 36,500 members, share the same feeling.

We all sincerely apologize for having committed atrocities against this beautiful earth for a long time.

I hope that you will mediate between Mr. Takeshita and us.

“Earthlings, I am“Hayabusa-no-mikoto,” a representative of the *Earth Federation also known as the Ancient Earth-Breakaway Civilization.

We deeply apologize that we have done a lot of evil against this earth and humans behind the scenes of the “Cabal”. I’d like to express words of apology as a representative of Earth Federation members.

First of all, I’d like to confess our wrong doing.

We have planned to control the earth by utilizing the Cabal on the earth.

To take one example, we have tried to carry out “3S (Three S) policy.” We have tried to make humans incompetent, powerless and corrupt by developing communications network of TV and other media, and to isolate humans by destroying human bondages and connections.

And we have promoted to significantly induce gene mutations, which destroy human body and mind under the influence of electromagnetic waves, by utilizing the negative aspect in development of science.

We have also promoted to install “5th Generation (5G)” and “linear motor cars” for the future.

Furthermore, we have developed the existing weapons as well as various kinds of more powerful and destructive weapons.

In recent years, you have witnessed large-scale disasters caused by great earthquakes, great hurricanes, and torrential rain accompanied by heavy typhoons across the universe. Many of them are caused by weapons that control nature.

These weapons have killed vast numbers of people on the earth and have caused a lot of harm on nature and the whole ecosystem including animals and plants on the earth. We accept for responsibility for everything and we deeply apologize to all of you.

A series of wrongdoing we have done is never forgiven.

We think we can never compensate for it even in return for all lives of us.

However, we have to say that it is too rude to you earthlings if we leave ourselves disappear silently by the judgment of deities which has got severer day by day.

We deeply apologize to all of you for having caused a lot of suffering on earthlings and the earth. We really hope that you will accept our apology.
