The video in the tweet by Hakoconneman shows people trying to escape to Hong Kong before it is sealed off.
The fourth tweet below says: “In spite of telling us not to be scared about the virus because it is at the same level of influenza, the whole world including the Japanese government responds to the coronavirus incomparably seriously than influenza.” How should we understand it?
