Solitude is something like a door returning to true self, without which originality

We have often known from experience that
the world is drastically changing. I think that many people must experience
great stress as the old system is breaking down. Nothing is more important than
keeping inner peace in such a situation.
Geniuses often prefer solitude because they
know that something new cannot come out unless the mind is turned inward. As
many people are afraid of solitude, they cannot get away from common knowledge even
at the level of mentality. They give top priority to reading between the lines to
seek for connection with others because they don’t want to be ostracized.
However, solitude is something like a door
going back to true self and originality cannot come out without it. Don’t be
afraid of solitude and accept it as it is. You will understand that it is just
another form of being yourself. When you cannot feel connection with society, you will rediscover connection with nature.
When you move your body, feeling connection
with nature, it becomes moving meditation. If you master it, you will be big
enough person to become god.
When you gaze at your mind, feeling
connected with inner nature, it becomes meditation. Inner awareness will lead
you to enlightenment.
According to last week’s “Science”, during
sleep (especially during REM sleep) the circulation rate of cerebrospinal fluid
increases fivefold, which seems to wash away waste substance in the brain.
According to today’s “Nature”, when
cerebral activity is low, longevity gene is activated and longevity is extended.
Mouse and eelworm are the same. This might be the principal regulating living
world.

viewpoint of brain circuit, “living a long mundane” seems to be correct.)

and Forgetting] It is well known that sleep is important for memory
consolidation. According to “Cell” published this morning, sleep is also
important for forgetting of experiences. If specific brainwave involved in
forgetting is consolidated, we get more forgetful.
[Forest Bathing] According to “Scientific
Reports” published this morning, those who contacted with nature for more than
two hours in the past week have good health or high well-being compared with
those who didn’t. Good health or high well-being became the greatest with six
hours of contact with nature. It seems there is no further gain in case of more
than six hours.
According to “Nature Human Behavior,” a
scientific journal published yesterday morning, young adults continued 6 weeks
of mediation training with a new smartphone application program in which they
direct consciousness to breathing and they have improved attention and memory.
