According to the report, “the Pentagon has released more details about the new financial system that will replace the fraudulent and defunct Federal Reserve Board.” As expected, it seems that Deutsche Bank cannot print dollars.” The report also says that “the new October fiscal year coincides with …. the collapse of Deutsche Bank as the yuan becomes a gold-backed, convertible international reserve currency in the new financial system. …  This is what is really behind the official inclusion, starting on October 1st, of the Chinese yuan into the IMF’s SDR currency basket.”
As expected, the new financial system started and with the start of it, collapse of Deutsche Bank was set to occur. I commented that the collapse of Deutsche Bank set to occur on October 1 and information from Mr. Phillip Tilton are probably true. My expectations were right.
According to the report, once the new system is up and running, “the US military and agencies will have a much freer hand to take action against the Khazarian mafia because they will no longer have to worry about getting money…”  This indicates that we are ready to eradicate evil from the earth. It is likely that global conflicts will get intensified toward a showdown battle. Reading this Fulford report, we see that it is an inevitable and exciting event.

Reading the articles below, I feel that Russia is running nonstop on its own path as the most powerful nation. According to the first article, Russia will abolish using U.S.-made computer software in the future. It seems that Russia keeps an eye out for letting data leak out. I think it is very wise measures.
The second article says that Russia “has prepared for shelters to accommodate the entire population of Moscow.” I feel that Russians have strong will to survive even if they get involved in World War 3. By stark contrast, there is a silly administration: It makes the whole Japan full of nuclear power plants and openly provokes North Korea. I wonder they intend to carry out suicide bombing as a nation.
My son says that the U.S. is scared of Russian submarines. Surprisingly, Russian submarines cannot be shown on sonar. According to the third article, this technology will be used in battle ships, too. If I remember correctly, it is said that a nuclear missile launched from a submarine will reach Washington D.C. in 150 seconds. The U.S. has no measures to defend against such attack. The U.S. has had an idea of beating Russia by making a pre-emptive attack. We can see from these articles that such an idea is no longer possible.

I have explained that the Great White Brotherhood (Hierarchy) is the “Army of Darkness” of Sanat Kumara (Lucifer). I draw up a simple organization chart of this group and another group which they call the Cabal (Darkness). The Hierarchy, which seems to stand against the Cabal, actually makes a cat’s paw of them.  The Hierarchy is very similar to the U.S., which pretends to fight against Al-Qaeda and Daeish but actually created and controls them.
Why did Lucifer and Army of Darkness create such confusion in the universe? That’s because they intended to expand their control over the whole Milky Way Galaxy. They intended to expand such wrongdoing over the Galaxy in cooperation with the former Central Sun.
All the organizations shown in this chart are organizations of Darkness in the eyes of true deities. Apart from these organizations, there are true Andromeda Council, Pleiadian Council and Galactic Federation. Furthermore, heavenly deities exist above them. It is safe to say that best-known heavenly deities are deities enshrined in Shinto shrines in Japan.
Note that not all people who belong to these organizations of Darkness are the evil. Let’s take an example. I draw the second organization chart using pictures or photos in an easy-to-understand manner.  I think that MAAM TE ELLAS, Henry Breakspear and Pepe Orsini, in particular, must make you feel strange and horrified. According to the website manager, the following is the summary of the report dated July 29 by the Ambassador of the Red Dragon Family. Please read reference source, which is quite an interesting article, to gain more detailed information.
What I find interesting is Cap. Max’s words, which is shown below. Although his words appear to be outrageous statement, everything is true. He claims to be “a galactic commander and King of his planetary system.” He also says: “I am from the future of my star system which is in the seventeenth universe and the twenty first dimension.”
In an article I introduced on September 8, I posted the information about Mr. KejRaj who is “20D energy being.” You can understand more about Cpt. Max by reading the article.
In an article dated September 23, 2014, I showed a table of dimensions where those beings of the Andromeda Council, the Council of the Pleiades and the Galactic Federation exist. Please use it as a reference. Cpt. Max is a person who belongs to the 3rd System Earthly Deity 3rd Level (belonging to 16D). His evolutionary level is 18.0.
We can see from this report that the Ambassador of the Red Dragon Family, Cpt. Max and Cobra gets in contact with the true Galactic Federation. However, Cobra and his source of information may not be able to confirm that Capt. Max tells the truth because of too big a difference in the dimension where they belong to and the evolutionary level which they reach.
Cpt. Max saw a vision of a big space craft, compared to which the sun looked like a dime. According to him, strange beings were on board the space craft: “they have a shell on themselves, they have big claws and their face is all black.” They are deities who belong to the 4th System Earthly Deity 4th Level (belonging to 20D). It appears that they come from Beta Draconis, Rastaban, in the constellation Draco. They appear like ordinary human beings, but it seems that they intentionally incarnate their etheric double (light body) in the form of human beings.
Cpt. Max says: “The reason they are here is to remove all the cabal, all the negative entities that are here on this planet.”
In an article dated September 17, I mentioned the Pleiades Council and conveyed that
the Cabal has been destroyed. In an article dated September 19, I conveyed that the remnants of the Hierarchy have been punished. You must see from Cpt. Max’s words that what I said is true.
There were two ways to punish the Cabal and the remnants of the Hierarchy; some were destroyed together with the physical body and others were put into jail. I had imagined that deities and aliens would probably capture enemies together with their space ships and make the spacecraft prisons. Cpt. Max’s words indicate that my imagination was true. Among these detainees are many beings which were subsequently executed.

According to the first article, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov made history at the UN’s meeting of the Security Council and this “launched US foreign policy and its media hologram over the Russia bear’s shoulder and onto its back.” This is the moment when, so to speak, ‘flying mare’ by Russia skillfully led it to victory.
Surprisingly, the Nikkei, Japan’s financial newspaper, reported the news that “the U.S. and its allies are accomplices of the extremist group ‘Islamic State’”. This clearly shows that crustal movement is occurring.

Videos of Mr. Scott’s shooting by police have been timely released. The second video was released by Mr. Scott’s wife to media outlets. In response to the video, a video by police (the first video) was released on 24. The videos did not clearly show whether Mr. Scott held a gun or not.
These videos have been so timely released, which is likely to have protest demonstrations expand. Probably release of videos aimed for it. This incident was not performed by crisis actors, and Mr. Scott actually should have died. However, this incident was intentionally caused and I think that the local Charlotte police obviously killed Mr. Scott as planned.
The problem is his wife. My tuition tells me that his wife is also a perpetrator. In the second video, his wife Rakeyia shouts: “Don’t shoot him. Don’t shoot him. He has no weapon. Don’t shoot him.” “He has a T.B.I. He didn’t do anything.” T.B.I. is an abbreviation of traumatic brain injury.
It seems to me that Mr. Scott is a mind-controlled victim. It seems that he was programed to play such a role in this incident and be killed later.
His wife Rakeyia’s karma strongly supports my inference as the truth. Her current karma is terribly bad, while when checking her karma before the incident on September 20, I find her karma to be on the level of average humanity and she had no problem. However, a rapid change occurred between before and after the incident. She should have done an action comparable to heavy karma. Probably she took part in the murder of her husband.
I explain about how to measure karma in video lectures on education program. Anybody who has some sensitivity to Ki can measure karma. Try to confirm it.

Let’s see the incident from a slightly different angle to better understand it.
The current world population is approximately 7 billion 352.96 million. It will be 7.4 billion soon. Can you guess what 90 percent of a population of 7.4 billion people amounts to?
The answer is 7.4 billion x 0.9 =6.66 billion. They intended to sacrifice the number of people equal to the number of the Beast 666 for satanic rituals. I suppose that they planned to control 10 percent of the surviving humanity, namely 740 million people, with 144,000 bureaucrats. In other words, bureaucrats composed of approximately 0.02 percent of global population will control the surviving humanity.
By the way, do you see what 0.02 percent of global population indicates? As a matter of fact, it is “the ratio of Jewsto global population”. It is clear who has tried to put such devilish plan into action. “Control of world by Jews” is the word often used in conspiracy theory and it is not without foundation.

The first topic in this article is about “warning from Tear-Eir who predicted a massive solar flare and probably pole shift.” As I have already told, such events were cancelled. The article gives a mention about the “behaviors modification grid.” This is in progress of dismantlement. Probably it would be completely dismantled within one month. The behaviors modification grid is in the plasma plane. There is GWEN Tower similar to the grid on the earth.
What’s interesting is that “the number of humanity that would be ready for Ascension at the current time would be approximately *0.042 percent – less than one out of every **2,300 people.” I explained in an article dated August 11 on the blog that “only one in 1000 people still has soul. Forty-five percent of people vibrate synchronously at the 5th dimensional frequency of Earth. The remaining 55 percent will vibrate at the 3rd dimensional frequency, though they have still soul.” In short, I showed the figure of 0.045 percent in my comment on the blog. According to Mr. Corey Goode update, the number is *0.042 percent. You see the number I told is good approximation.
Let me explain about slight error. Reading an article dated August 9 and an article dated September 8, you would understand the reason.
On July 27 at 4 a.m., the Earth reached an evolutionary level of 186.
On August 26 at 10:43 a.m., it reached an evolutionary level of 187.
On August 30 at 0:21 p.m., it reached an evolutionary level of 188.

As of August 11, Earth’s evolutionary level is 186, which is the 2nd level in terms of human level. It means that at that point, among one in 1,000 people who still had soul, 45 percent of them vibrated synchronously with the earth.
However, subsequently the earth’s evolutionary level rapidly rose to 188, which is the level 4 in terms of human level. Regrettably, most of humanity could not catch up to this rapid vibrational increase. Those who have reached 4.0 or above account for approximately 1.1 percent among one out of every 1,000 people who has still soul. And, those who don’t vibrate synchronously with the earth but still vibrate at the 3rd frequency account for approximately 55.2 percent.
The remaining people who neither vibrate at the 3rd frequency nor have reached 4.0, in other words, those who have not achieved so-called ascension will become a problem. It is highly likely that such people will reach evolutionary level 4.0 in this life. Examination shows that “those who are likely to achieve ascension in this life” included those who have already ascended count of approximately 42.3 percent.
In short, the figure shown in this article: “the number of humanity that would be ready for Ascension at the current time would be approximately *0.042 percent” is very accurate figure.
I intend to provide extremely accurate information on the blog. However, most people do not merely understand that information from me is true.

I then saw the energy waves hitting the Earth’s magnetic field and wrapping around it. The energy was directed into the Earth’s core via the north and south poles and then emerged outward from the Earth’s surface.

I was thinking to myself that it would be impossible to hide underground from this
energetic wave, no matter how deep below the surface or shielded by advanced technology you were. I expected the next communication to be about the scene I had just witnessed. Tear-Eir then communicated that our co-creative mass consciousness was playing a part in what was and soon will unfold.   *snip   the increased energetic waves were causing behavioral changes on Earth, as well as on various bases and vessels that resided within our star system.

This also was interfering with the “behavioral modification” grid that has influenced the thoughts and behavior of people on this planet for many thousands of years. As a result, this grid had to be turned up to its maximum power level to have the desired effects on the population, which I was told would also increase its side effects.

Tear-Eir and I then discussed a few other topics, including some that were personal or had to do with people operating around me. Among the topics we discussed was the shockingly low number of humanity that would be ready for Ascension if it occurred at the current time. (Tear-Eir communicated that "less than 300,000" would ascend at that moment in time.) It would only be approximately 0.0042 percent – less than one out of every 23,000 people. It was apparent that time was short for all of us to process our karma and increase our own service-to-others polarity.

I asked if there would be a way to tell if we had directed ourselves to the optimal temporal reality. Tear-Eir simply replied that “if the world is shaken” around David and, we would then know that our mass-consciousness had chosen an “other than optimal temporal reality.” In that instance, David and I would gnash our teeth and recognize what had occurred. I thought to myself that this might be an earthquake,    *snip   However, after I discussed this with David, he said that a pole shift scenario would involve simultaneous world earthquakes, volcanic activity, and super-storms.   *snip

It is now believed that document dumps need to occur in spurts in order to have a higher possibility of actually reaching the population. These syndicates have been continually pushing for WWIII, without gaining any success. They still continue to make threats to cause natural disasters, which includes detonating charges that would cause two to erupt, causing an extinction-level event on Earth.

“Soup kitchens” are visited by children who eat poorly for an economic reason or have meals alone at home because their parents work. Most of “soup kitchens for children” are sustained through donation from various groups and supporters, Daily Mail says.

A certain manager of “soup kitchen” says that he has dinner with children to give an opportunity to have one-on-one communication, to children who lack daily communication with parents who work all day long.


Ms. Ito point out that the government, which pays attention to an increase in “soup kitchens for children,” has already showed its intention to seriously address countermeasures against children’s poverty.

According to reported statistics, about half of children of single-parent households live in poverty. The average monthly pay for single-female-parent household is approximately 1,500 dollars.
