Dr. Paul Craig Roberts also predicts that “the West is moving toward drawing Russia into the Western system” and as a result, “Russia will lose control.” Unlike his prediction, I think that President Putin is so clever that he takes this action, knowing that he has a good chance of winning.
I find the second article by Machiben (Town Lawyer) very interesting. I think that the phrase of “IS never hurts anybody except common people” hits the nail on the head. The Paris attacks took place in less fortunate areas. It was a very unnatural terrorist event.
If this event had been staged tactfully using the IS by the French government, people who were killed would have been likely to be chosen in advance. In a word, high government officials or the wealth are never attacked by terrorists. They create a chaos they can control.
In all ages, those in power deceive people and build enormous wealth in proportion to the number of the dead.

Washington has learned that threats and coercion do not work against Russia. All the threats have done is to build Putin’s public support to astronomical levels and to unify Russia against the West’s assault. This is a failed policy that Washington is abandoning as Washington sees a new opportunity in Russia’s desire for Western cooperation, not only against ISIL but also on a wide range of other issues.
Realizing that guile can be more effective than the stick, the West is moving toward drawing Russia into the Western system by offering a coalition against ISIL. Once Russia is in a coalition against ISIL, Russia will lose control. This is Washington’s strategy for counteracting the initiative that Russia seized in Syria.
Once Russia is in a coalition against ISIL, Russia will have to make compromises. Putin will be told that Russia can have ISIL, but Russia has to turn Assad’s fate over to the West. If Putin balks, the Western media will blame Putin for topedoing the war against ISIL.
Getting rid of ISIL is more important to the Russian government than saving Assad. If a jihadist Islamic State is established, there will be a base for exporting turmoil into the Muslim regions of the Russian Federation.
Once Russia accepts “cooperation” with the West against ISIL, more “cooperation” will be used to gradually erode bit by bit Russia’s independence and to bring Russian policy in alignment with Washington’s.
Many in Russia believe that the Paris attack proves that Putin was right and that the West now realizes this and will accept Russian leadership in the fight against ISIL. This belief is delusional. Washington will take advantage of Russian desire for Western cooperation and will use this desire in order to bring Russia under Western influence, thus reestablishing Washington’s hegemony.

Hosein Mortada has provided details about one of the individuals who carried out the Paris attack on Saturday November 13th with the rest of his crew of jihadists. His name is Abo Talha Al Jazaeri (Aljazaeri means ‘Algerian’).
Abo Talha, a French national, has been trained in the Occupied Golan Heights, along with his crew who carried out Paris attack operation.
All of the terrorists involved with the Paris attacks were European nationals, previously fighting in Syria alongside Al Nusra Front and then moved to Al Raqqa to join the so-called ISIS, Islamic State in Syria and the Levant.
Finally they moved to Quneitra, Daraa, and their last station was in the Zionist entity, Israel, at a site called Bait Zorah where they have been trained by Israeli Mossad.
They were then sent to France, just six months before the Paris attack incident.
The questions here are:
1.    How could such a terrorist group violate secured places like stadiums or concert halls without any assistance with foreign intelligence?
2.    Is France ready to designate those fighters as moderate rebels, as it is their title in Syria?
The USA started training these terrorists in Jordan, calling them the Syrian Democratic Army at the time, as Hosein has been informed by his source.
The Syrian Arab Army (SAA), backed by Lebanese resistance Hezbollah and Russian aerial support, have made great progress all over Syria and this progress on the part of the Syrian Arab Army makes Israel worried. Thus, Israel needs more involvement on the part of the USA and its allies (including France) in Syria in order to prevent this advance of the Syrian Arab Army even further.
Now, France and the USA have more pretext as a result of the attack in Paris to escalate their interference in Syria.

According to the following Fulford report, the Paris attacks were a massive propaganda event caused with the cooperation of the French Security police. We should note that they intended “to get NATO to fight on behalf of Israel in Syria.” However, it appears that they did not make it. It is because the information provide by Russia at the G20 meeting showed that “Israel and their bribed politicians in the United States were the leading world cause of terrorism.”
If G20 nations move in the direction to fight ISIS in cooperation with Russia, their attempt to defeat the Assad regime will take a significant step backward. The giant psychological warfare operation, where “ISIS terrorists” allegedly killed over a hundred people in Paris, on Friday the 13th, November, 2015, was just part of ongoing horse trading towards a world government.
First of all, the fact that thousands of witnesses all carrying video phones were unable to record the events of that day alone proves it was just a massive propaganda event, NSA and other sources agree. In addition, all 8 security camera feeds to the areas where the supposed massacres took place had been shut off, implying high level cooperation from the French security police, CIA sources say.
France has implemented martial law and closed its borders. This is classic Gladio strategy whereby a manufactured terror incident is used to implement a military government.
November 30th is also the day when 120 or so world leaders, including those of Russia, the US and China, are to gather in Paris to “discuss global warming.” As anybody who actually checks facts knows, “global warming” has nothing to do with scientific truth and everything to do with forming a world government. The idea is to finance this world government with a global “carbon tax.” The world itself is not warming and even if it was it would be due to solar cycles and not CO2.
However, the events in Paris and unreported but even more dramatic events in the Middle East are, nonetheless, part of some very serious infighting between various factions struggling to dominate the world government that is being negotiated.
The Russians, still furious about the shooting down of their airplane on Halloween (October 31st), say it was the same people behind that as were behind the events in Paris.
According to the Russians the owner of this particular “dog,” is is the Vanguard Corporation and their subsidiary Raytheon. The owners of this corporate holding company are being systematically hunted down by the Russians.

The Russians say “‘Putin’ [*] bombed several ISIS oil-producing companies and a motorcade with oil that was already bought by ISIS business partners, and ‘Maniac Putin’ bombed ISIL refineries.” In other words they have started attacking the owners of ISIS.
Pentagon and CIA sources agree with the Russians that the Khazarian mafia and their proxy Israel are reeling under unprecedented attack.
Furthermore, the Russians are carrying out airstrikes against Khazarian proxy forces in Lebanon while the Americans are attacking them in Libya. This is having the effect of cutting off all their oil and drug income.
In addition to that Israel is under economic siege. Israeli arms manufacturers have lost 50% of their sales since 2012 due to an arms embargo.
Israel also remains under a Chinese, Russian and Pentagon military blockade that will not be lifted until they withdraw from all illegally occupied territories. Even Israeli lobbying to keep the Golan Heights was rejected.
Both the Pentagon and the Russians believe the Khazarian mob and their ISIS proxies staged the Paris attacks as revenge against these setbacks. Pentagon sources say the attacks were a failed effort to get NATO to fight on behalf of Israel in Syria. Instead, the G20 nations just meeting in Turkey agreed that Israel and their bribed politicians in the United States were the leading world cause of terrorism.


Next remember the January cover of the Rothschild owned Economist magazine featuring two arrows with the numbers 115 and 113, a close match to 151113, the date of the Paris attacks. Right beside the arrows in the picture is Alice from Alice in Wonderland staring at a Da Vinci Portrait that is in the Louvre Museum in Paris.
The portrait in the Louvre is of a woman who, the story goes, was mistress to the King of France. Her husband, to get revenge on the king, infected himself with syphilis in order to pass it on to the king through his wife.
So, if we are to speculate further, the attacks in Paris were a long planned revenge against the bloodline French establishment by anti-bloodline Illuminati.
…  the end of the Euro would hurt France most of all. So, clearly the French establishment benefits from martial law in such circumstances.
As most of the speeches by world leaders at the UN 70th anniversary bash in September made clear, there is a consensus that changes need to be made in how we run the planet. Most countries also agree that more needs to be done to fight poverty and end environmental destruction.
There is clearly a consensus among current world leaders that some sort of new rules for running the planet, essentially some sort of world government, is needed.
The French, Germans and their European allies are pushing to make the IMF the most powerful instrument of their New World Order by inviting the Chinese to join them at the SDR table and thus replace the US dollar with something they control.
The only problem with this is that the IMF has a horrific track record of raping, looting and impoverishing countries in order to benefit large corporations. Nobody wants an IMF world government except the people who now control the IMF.
The Pentagon and the US military industrial complex are pushing for a meritocratic world government of the sort seen in Star Trek. The Gnostic Illuminati also support this.
The Chinese also believe in meritocracy but with one important difference, they want to make sure any meritocratic world government doesn’t end up being controlled by Westerners.
That is why there is a proxy fight going on between the military industrial faction (stronghold of the illuminati) and the Chinese.
At the end of the day the Chinese and the US/Western military industrial faction are likely to find some sort of compromise involving greater non-Western control of world institutions.
The losers in all this will be the Khazarian mafia who are being forced to give up their dream of enslaving humanity into their 1000 year reich. Illuminati sources say they expect another Khazarian incident on or around thanksgiving (November 26th).

Regarding its severity, the sanctions resolution against North Korea as adopted unanimously by the U.N. Security Council this time has no precedents in the past.

The resolution thoroughly tightens restrictions on the flow of people, goods, capital. And this is legally binding on the U.N. member countries across the globe. Inspections of North Korea-related cargos have also been mandated.
Both Russia and China have approved the U.N. resolution in favor of a “necessary and appropriate response.”

Here are 5 events posted on Shanti Phula’s Blog on Current News as they were predicted to take place before the occurrence of any killshot (solar storms assaulting the Earth in succession).

Out of these the following two predictions became reality.

1. It was predicted that in Africa epidemics of plant diseases would have major impacts on agricultural produce such as wheat, which became realized in 2007.

And now, the following three events are predicted to take place.

The situation in Korean Peninsula has become “very tense as a result of the repeated acts of provocation by USA and South Korea.”

North Korea pointed out as an example the large-scale military exercises now being performed by South Korea and USA with B-52 bombers bearing a part.

This time, we introduce Dr. Brown’s remote viewing experiment performed on June 1, 2013, noon. According to the results, it looks like something outrageous is going to go on in the world in the near future:

He explains: There is going to occur huge solar flares.

Earth will be assaulted by impacts of these solar storms, with major earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions occurring here and there across the world.

The maritime areas will be all devastated.

Dr. Brown performed remote viewing of several cities’ landscapes:

1. Sydney Opera House
The building remains, though hit by a tsunami. Around the area, a host of refugees are streaming out of Sydney on foot toward an inland desert.

2. Key West, Florida
No one is seen after this area was hit by a huge tsunami. Some buildings barely remain.

3. United States Congress Building, Washington D.C.
Washington D.C. looks no longer like a city after being hit by a huge tsunami as well. Buildings remain, but there is no sign of human presence.

4. Vaitupu Island, Tuvalu, South Pacific Ocean
There was a scene where people were striving to escape from the island for their life.

5. Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania and Kenia
A huge tsunami hits the maritime areas of Tanzania and Kenia. In a vision, this tsunami was seen reaching Mount Kilimanjaro, which is located inland approximately 160 kilometers away from the coast of the Indian Ocean.

6. KITV Building, Honolulu, Hawaii
The building of the broadcast station remained, though hit by a tsunami. People were seen as well, though in a considerably hard situation where no food and water were available.

・Regarding a series of solar flares of considerable magnitude termed as ’killshot’ I have so far warned of, they are predicted to irradiate Earth around 2013, according to the remote viewers.

・When they irradiate Earth, the water sources across the globe are dried up, so it becomes very difficult to secure water and food.

・In any case, the time to minimize this damage has already run out. The global collapse caused by a killshot has become a matter of time.

The above articles inform us of such grave impacts of a killshot as will be destructive enough to get rid of 90% of the present humanity without resorting to World War Ⅲ.

In order to mitigate the damages to a maximum extent, the bottom line was to “communicate to deities and our brothers in the universe your sentiment of gratitude for their assistance” since the damages on Earth could not be avoided in any case, as explained in our previous post “Reformation of Heavenly World 37.”
In fact, pure-hearted people must have prayed to deities without protest by reference to our information, such as Serena’s visions or relevant articles on Shanti Phula’s Blog on Current News regarding the descent of deities from higher Systems by means of their spaceships. And yet, I do not know if people of Earth are ill-natured or perverse, but more of them won’t squarely appreciate whatever information is offered on Shanti Phula’s Blog.
So far, in order to cover up the truth about UFOs, the global elite has constantly concealed the fact aliens are present, have already come to Earth, are actually living among people of Earth, and the like. The mass has been controlled with information manipulation so as to feel as if persons treating seriously UFOs, aliens, free energy, etc. are inferior in intelligence due to their credulity. Vast masses accommodate such brainwashing to admiration, so they have no longer become able to distinguish between disinformation and authentic information about UFOs.

What is unbelievable to me is that there are really people who judge Dr. Greer is a liar, to see and listen to him on this video. For humans know from instinct who tell the truth and who lie. So conversely, I myself do not trust people who believe Obama, not Dr. Greer. It will be nothing but an immeasurable ignorance if multitudes of people on Earth believe in the words of those in higher positions such as a state President as if the rest of humans are playing games. If you see politicians, those in power, and the like for what they are, it is clear they are telling lies at all times. In the early period, most UFO contactees were obscure persons, such as farm workers, house wives, etc. As a general rule, a large majority do not believe in their testimony. From the standpoint of aliens, though, it should be natural to contact honest persons who never tell lies. Here also, the difference in basic values between the aliens and the present humans on Earth becomes clear.
For all information provided on this blog, these general tendencies of earthlings did not show much change. And while the same effort had been continued, things remained unsettled within tight time constraint. So, on February 9, except a part of people of Earth who were pure-hearted, it was decided to end the great mass of them.

At present, one out of 1,000 humans on Earth keeps his or her soul remaining. So far, earthlings who lost their soul have retained their ether body (ether double). But now, as a result of judgment by deities, almost all of these people have had their ether double extinguished with the exception of some who live with sincerity.

It was these gentry that hindered the salvation of Earth by blocking energy to be sent from deities and our brothers in the universe. They only sneered at information on UFOs and free energy as well as maneuvers aimed at covering up their presence. For this reason, deities decided to get rid of these evils.

The effects have appeared immediately, and higher dimensional spiritual energy can now be poured on Earth.

This account on February 9 is not very detailed or clear, but at that time, one out of 1,000 people kept their soul remaining in the Sirius System, as explained in an earlier post. In “Reformation of Heavenly World 32”, I told about how this execution took place. While the globalist powers had their soul extinguished, the target this time was extended to include ordinary people with their soul already extinguished.
With this execution, the energy blockages were now removed, so Earth got ready to receive energy for salvation. I quote from my diary of February 9:

The vibrations of the Sun, the Earth and the Moon synchronize with one another to the point where they can be termed ‘three sisters’. As the vibrations of the Sun were enhanced on February 10, so the vibrations of the Earth and the Moon were enhanced in the same manner on the same day. However, every time various sad events had occurred, Earth’s chakras in the nerve plexus had been lowered to the level of Anahata chakra now and then. At first I thought there might be a mirror, but it was wrong. Both shoebills seemed to be in serious mode until there was glass between the two. However, it appears that after the glass was broken, they got into peaceful mode of “discussion is important.”
Although they look scary, they reportedly are so polite and respectful to a keeper that they greet him politely without fail because they are presumably from a distinguished royal family.

 The TPP could not be agreed if correct information about it is reported. However, it is an agreement in favor of the One Percent who control the world. Since they control the media, the part against the people’s interests is never been reported.  At any rate, the agreement has to be finally approved by the U.S. Congress and the Japan‘s Diet. However, I think that few Congress or Diet members have a strong will to refuse the TPP under existing conditions.
The TPP is a big step toward realizing the New World Order. Regrettably, democracy that does not function properly has no power to stop it. It is not until you become salves that you can understand what the TPP is all about. It would be too late. We are facing an ultimate choice between the two: we will establish a trade agreement which enslaves humans or we will fall into the most painful hell together with the people who have not prepared against financial collapse. No matter whenever it may be, financial collapse will inevitably occur.

The details are out on the the Trans-Pacific Partnership, and critics say the trade deal is worse than they feared. Activists around the world have opposed the TPP, warning it will benefit corporations at the expense of health, the environment, free speech and labor rights.

JUAN GONZÁLEZ: One of the biggest and most secretive trade deals in history has finally been revealed in full—and critics say it’s even worse than they thought. On Thursday, the complete text of the controversial Trans-Pacific Partnership was released after years of closely guarded talks. The TPP was agreed to last month between the United States and 11 other Pacific Rim nations. The group represents 40 percent of the world’s economy. It will set common standards in areas including employment, food safety, the Internet, corporate governance and intellectual property. It also establishes new tribunals under which corporations can sue governments for laws that affect their profits. The legal mechanism is called the investor-state dispute settlement, or ISDS. Activists around the world have opposed the TPP, warning it will benefit corporations at the expense of public health, the environment, free speech and labor rights.

AMY GOODMAN: With the fine print now disclosed, the TPP’s opponents say their worst fears have been confirmed. …. it intends to ratify the TPP, starting a 90-day review period before President Obama can seek final approval. The Senate has granted Obama the authority to fast-track the TPP and present it to Congress for a yes-or-no vote with no amendments allowed. Lawmakers will face heavy lobbying from wealthy TPP backers, but grassroots opposition could play a role, too.
For more, we’re joined by Lori Wallach, director of Public Citizen’s Global Trade Watch, leading TPP critic.

LORI WALLACH: Well, it was worse than we expected.
One, in the area of access to affordable medicines, the TPP’s rules on patents, actually both for developing countries but also for us, would roll back that initial reform and make medicine more expensive in pretty dramatic ways.
Number two, the investor-state dispute resolution system is actually expanded out, in ways we should discuss, so that more kinds of laws can be attacked, and many more companies will be able to attack U.S. laws.
And then the third thing that was kind of a shocker is there is an expansion of the kind of attacks you can have on food safety, on imported food safety, which is really serious, because Malaysia and Vietnam, two of the TPP countries, are amongst the major importers of seafood and shrimp—a lot of their stuff gets stopped now for being unsafe—but this agreement would give them new rights to basically attack our stopping their stuff for food safety purposes and flood us with unsafe imports.

LORI WALLACH: Well, I think it’s very telling that yesterday the agribusiness industry was the only major industry that was extremely enthusiastic when the text came out. Well, they’re thinking of trying to jam our GMO foods into other countries. The TPP could mean poisonous food, that you can’t label from what country it comes from, on your kids’ plates. It could mean major public health issues.

JUAN GONZÁLEZ: Lori, I wanted to ask you—some groups came out against the agreement that you don’t usually associate with trade deals, like Doctors Without Borders and Human Rights Watch. Could you talk about their concerns?

LORI WALLACH: Yes. So, Doctors Without Borders, which basically, as everyone knows, is a major humanitarian group, is extremely concerned about what would happen with medicine prices. And this gets to the language I had mentioned, where I was shocked to see rollbacks of previous reforms that the Bush administration had made. So Big Pharma got a lot of goodies in this agreement. In a "free trade" agreement, we see new monopoly protections for Big Pharma. And so, Doctors Without Borders is basically pointing out that in a whole smorgasbord of policies, where Big Pharma was trying to use the TPP, the "good name of free trade," to put into place a bunch of new protections and privileges to raise medicine prices, they got their way. And the two biggest ones are—which is shocking rollbacks from the old U.S. trade standard, which was bad—is all the developing countries in TPP, including countries that are really poor, like Vietnam, ultimately have to have the same extreme patent standards, extreme exclusivities, that will just price people out of medicines. I mean, it will translate to people dying.

AMY GOODMAN: That’s what Doctors Without Borders said. This is U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman on the impact of the TPP on research and access to life-saving drugs.

MICHAEL FROMAN: On biologics, as you know, this is one of the most challenging issues in the negotiation. We have worked cooperatively with all of our TPP parties—partners to secure a strong and balanced outcome, that both incentivizes the development of these new life-saving drugs while ensuring access to these pioneering medicines and their availability. And this is the first trade agreement in history to ensure a minimum period of protection for biologics.

AMY GOODMAN: That’s the U.S. trade representative, Michael Froman. Lori Wallach, your comment on both clips?

LORI WALLACH: ….. I mean, the bottom line is, most of the countries involved have no exclusivity for those kinds of cutting-edge drugs, which are a lot of the cutting-edge cancer cures—biologics—and now they will have five years, at a minimum. The industry says they got eight years. There will be enormous pressure to have more monopolies. And just think about the theory of this: a "free trade" agreement that stops competition. It stops the competition of generics that bring down prices. That is actually what’s in the text, whatever the U.S. officials are saying. We can read it now.

JUAN GONZÁLEZ: Well, Lori, where do we go from here? Obviously, there will soon be a 90-day period for Congress to vote on the fast-tracking of this bill.

LORI WALLACH:….. So, ostensibly, by the first week of February, the TPP could be signed.
….. the most important thing for all of us to think about, is it only becomes reality if Congress approves it. Now, we are behind the eight ball …. However, by five votes only did fast track pass. That means ….. if we have five members in the House of Representatives who say, "Oh, no, that is not what I signed up for," that’s the end of TPP. … we’re going to have to talk to our members of Congress, and we need to start now. … Grab a couple of your friends and your family, go tell your members of Congress you need that commitment. We can stop this.

This method is based on the fact that anyone who sends fake message is sure to get their bad karma and as a result, their vibrations fall down to the level of Darkness. However, if a message is sent by artificial intelligence, we have some difficulty determining whether the message is real or not by this means. Artificial intelligence has already its Linga Sarira destroyed. Therefore, *Saniwa can determine the authenticity of a message only if they have awakened sensitivity to chakras on the body-surface,  the nerve plexus and the spinal cord. “Since vehicles of the dispatched riot police have Tama plate numbers, it is probably the Fourth Riot Squad of the Metropolitan Police Dearptment. The unit was called the “heard-hearted fourth squad” because they contained the local resident opposing the construction of Tachikawa airport of U.S. military forces in Japan in the 1950s. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the riot police are dispatched in response to a request for aid from the Okinawa Prefectural Police.
