Mr. Benjamin Fulford has recently released information some of which overlaps with information from Mr. Eiken Itagak. However, his information differs from that of Mr. Itagaki on many things. Please watch the video below from 10:04 to 13:28. Mr. Fulford talks about something astonishing.

He says that the top leader of Goldman Families Group (the Committee of 300) is Queen Elizabeth and Mr. Fulford is chosen as a messenger of the Committee by the queen. Mr. Fulfrod is the last person to tell a lie. Judging it from the context, I suppose it means that he heard about this information from a person concerned in the Public Safety Commission or somebody else.

I think that Mr. Fulford has favorably received Queen Elizabeth and Pope Francis as reformists. If this information from Mr. Fulford is the fact, I am right in thinking that the White Dragon Society has formed an alliance with the Committee of 300 and messages from Mr. Fulford mostly overlap with those from the Committee of 300.

Information from Mr. Itagaki differs in that he considers Henry Kissinger as the top leader of the Committee. However, this discrepancy can be resolved by thinking that Queen Elizabeth is the chairperson of the Committee of 300, the president emperor honorary chairperson, Henry Kissinger secretary general and Mr. Ichiro Ozawa secretary general in Japan.

I think that they had a plan to unify Japan, North and South Korea and Manchukuo to form a unified state. According to Fulford Report dated April 10, they seem to have abandoned the plan.

In the second article, we see a country name, Malaysia, but I think Malaysia would be wrong and the country may be Manchukuo. However, considering that the crown prince is on a visit to Malaysia, it may be true. The Trump administration is seriously working on disarmament of North Korea, which would shatter the ambition of descendants of those who founded Manchukuo in the past.

I remember about a past event during the Obama administration. When Iran captured a surveillance drone, Obama asked Iran to get it back. When deciding to return a plastic model drone to the U.S., Iran asked Obama what color he liked. This event made us know the fact that Iran had technology which electronically enabled to take over weapons. Reading the article, Iran seems to have upgraded the technology and developed a rifle-shaped jamming device. The device “can reprogram a remote-controlled drone to turn on its owner.”

If Iran has such technology, it is likely that Russia will enable to electronically take over missiles launched by an enemy and reprogram them to turn on the spot from which the missiles are fired.

As a matter of fact, Dr. Nakamatsu proposed to build a defense system which can turn enemy missiles on the spot from which they are fired, in a Tokyo gubernatorial election manifesto. Hearing his manifesto, I thought that such technology had bee available.

When my son came back home, I talked about this kind of subject with him. When I asked about the possibility that electronical reprogramming can be made by satellite, he answered that it is highly likely. He knows quite a lot about military-related issues. We talked about the possibility that the U.S. and Russia would struggle for air supremacy in space.

This is just our imagination as layman but it is not without foundation. The second article shows that Russia undoubtedly has such technology. According to the article, if military confrontation happens between the U.S. and Russia, the U.S. would never be able to defeat Russia in conventional weaponry. Therefore, the U.S. has to launch a pre-emptive attack against Russia at a dash to defeat the country. If Russia had such electronic jamming device, the U.S. would have no chance of winning.

The latest US cruise missile attack on the Syrian airbase is an extremely important event in so many ways  <snip>  let’s begin by looking at what actually happened.

The pretext:

I don’t think that anybody seriously believes that Assad or anybody else in the Syrian government really ordered a chemical weapons attack on anybody.

First, Assad pretty much wins the war against Daesh which is in full retreat.  Then,   the US declares that overthrowing Assad is not a priority anymore (up to here this is all factual and true).  Then, Assad decides to use weapons he does not have.  He decides to bomb a location with no military value, but with lots of kids and cameras.  Then, when the Russians demand a full investigation, the Americans strike as fast as they can before this idea gets any support.  And now the Americans are probing a possible Russian role in this so-called attack.  Frankly, if you believe any of that, you should immediately stop reading and go back to watching TV.

What is evident is that the Syrians did not drop chemical weapons from their aircraft and that no chemical gas was ever stored at the al-Shayrat airbase.

This is most likely a false flag attack.

The attack:

American and Russian sources both agree on the following facts: 2 USN ships launched 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles at the Al Shayrat airfield in Syria.  The US did not consult with the Russians on a political level, but through military channels the US gave Russia 2 hours advance warning.  At this point the accounts begin to differ.

The Americans say that all missiles hit their targets.  The Russians say that only 23 cruise missiles hit the airfield.  The others are “unaccounted for”.  Here I think that it is indisputable that the Americans are lying and the Russians are saying the truth: the main runway is intact (the Russian reporters provided footage proving this) and only one taxiway was hit.  Furthermore, the Syrian Air Force resumed its operations within 24 hours.

It is also indisputable that there were no chemical munitions at this base as nobody, neither the Syrians nor the Russian reporters, had to wear any protective gear.

In fact, the Russians had signed a memorandum with the USA which specifically comitting Russia NOT to interfere with any US overflights, manned or not, over Syria (and vice versa).

There is absolutely no basis to suspect that over half of the missiles fired simply spontaneously malfunctioned.  I therefore see only two possible explanations for what happened to the 36 missing cruise missiles:

Explanation A: Trump never intended to really hit the Syrians hard and this entire attack was just “for show” and the USN deliberately destroyed these missiles over the Mediterranean.

Explanation B: The Russians could not legally shoot down the US missiles.  <snip> However, since the Russians were warned about the attack they had plenty of time to prepare their electronic warfare stations to “fry” and otherwise disable at least part of the cruise missiles.  I do believe that this is the correct explanation.

Can the Russian really do this?


Take a look at this image, taken from a Russian website, which appears to have been made by the company Kret which produces some of the key Russian electronic warfare systems.  Do you notice that on the left hand side, right under the AWACs aircraft you can clearly see a Tomahawk type missile turning around and eventually exploding at sea?

What matters is that the Russians have basically leaked the information that they are capable of turning cruise missiles around.  There are other possibilities such as an directed energy beams which basically fries or, at least, confuses the terrain following and or inertial navigation systems.  Some have suggested a “kill switch” which would shut down the entire missile.  <snip>  What matters is that the Russian have the means to spoof, redirect or destroy US cruise missiles.

The situation on the Korean Peninsula has become tense. As I commented in the past, the Trump administration, which is very bellicose, is ready and willing to launch a war against North Korea. That’s true enough. According to the article, the U.S. government has already told the Japanese government about the “possibility of launching military attack against North Korea.” In the article before this one, Fulford report says: “Donald Trump’s decision to order a carrier group to North Korea is connected to his orders for a nuclear attack on North Korea to take place on April 27th.” However, according to Pentagon sources, “Trump will not be allowed to wage war.”

With regard to the content of the Fulford report, we have to take into consideration of the U.S. missile attack on Syrian airbase ordered by President Trump. The military had no intention of waging war against Russia and gave advance notice of a missile attack to Russia. Looking at the situation after the attack, runways of the airbase have hardly been damaged and we can see that the U.S. army waged minimum attack.

Furthermore, President Xi Jinping said: “China supports the goal to achieve denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, supports a peaceful settlement of the issue, and intends to maintain dialogue and contacts with the United States.” In other words, we can see that China understands U.S. operation and supports its action for peaceful settlement.

However, since the Trump administration is very bellicose and reckless, I am afraid that battle action could actually occur and the Kim Jong-un administration could be removed by force. They are such type of people that think some casualties are inevitable and some victims are acceptable.

However, even if they fail to reach a final agreement and come to settlement by harsh tactics, they will make a deal behind the scenes and deceive people by saying that Kim Jong-un is dead.

The Kim Jong-un family will probably secretly escape to Switzerland and their safety will be guaranteed. That would make sense.

The reason why I think so is that Saddam Husseini and Muamar Gaddafi are still alive. Therefore, damage will be able to be limited to requisite minimum even in the worst scenario and I don’ think that it will cause a serious crisis for earth.

According to a report on RT, Secretary of State Tillerson has on CBS backed away from his previously reported aggressive rhetoric reported by the presstitutes against Russia and Syria.

According to the RT report, Tillerson said that Washington’s plan is to defeat ISIS, not to bring regime change to Syria. According to the Independent, UK ambassador to US Kim Darroch sent a message, which predicts that U.S. is studying the possibility of military action in Syria, to Prime Minister Theresa May and Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson one day before the U.S. carried out missile attack on Syria.

The message reportedly included an explanation why President Trump changed his stance on Syria.

According to sources, Ambassador Darroch pointed the influence of President Trump’s daughter Ivanka in an official document.

The Independent reported: “Sources familiar with diplomatic messages said that Ivanka’s concern exercised a significant influence on the White House.”

Ministers were told it meant the administration’s reaction was “stronger than expected”.

As I expected, depression seems to be increasing. Although there are possible causes, the biggest cause is probably the “divine judgment.” As I have told you, so-called final judgment has almost finished on the soul level. Judgment has been focused on the physical level.

Therefore, as is the often the case, people who are good natured on the soul level have already lost their souls. However, if good-natured people, though already having lost their souls, get depressed on the physical level, there can be a factor other than judgment.

As long as I observe, each subtle body is destroyed corresponding to the wrongdoing on the physical level; at first, the etheric double is destroyed, followed by destruction of the plasma body. Only the physical body in a narrow sense remains, but if a person keeps on doing wrong, the person gets depressed as a result of his vibration decreasing to Darkness.

The problem is that people who have got in such situation never realize that they do wrong. If they act against Yama and Niyama (universal morality and personal observances) to a great extent, they would be judged. However, people on earth tell convenient lies too easily. They never dream that such action is subject for judgment. You must tell just by looking that those who always tell a lie have a dark complexion and their vibrations have decreased to Darkness.
The high-vibrational light emitted by the Central Sun has further stimulated polarization of humanity. When looking at current Japan, I feel like various contradictions are coming to the surface and Japan is on the verge of collapse.
