I have requested Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi to ask Archangel Adrigon questions about the Pleiadian Council.  I have put in order of “my question followed by her answer” for easier reading, without any changes in the content of my questions and her answers.

Explanation of Archangel Adrigon has made me realize that there was an error in the structure of the Pleiadian Council, which I had mentioned before.  I have given supplementary explanations, noted in bracket, between the following questions and answers.  I’d like to make a correction with answers from Archangel Adrigon and my supplementary explanations.

I was very surprised at the answer to Question 6.  Examining the structure of the Council again, based on this information, I have found the answer absolutely right.  Since I perceived the Pleiadian Council as an organization higher than the Galactic Federation, I predicted that the Council was not an organization of humanity but an organization of deities within the same framework and examined it with such prediction.  This led to such error.  It is unlikely that Mrs. Nakanishi knew about the structure of the Pleiadian Council, about which I had not known.  We can see that this message is definitely from a real goddess.  So far, every message from the Andromeda Council and the Pleiadian Council has been a message from the fake dark organizations.  The structure of the organization of real deities has been disclosed for the first time.  As for each System and each Level, please refer to the System of Heavenly World 1.

“Hello, Archangel Adrigon.  I am very pleased to ask you questions in this manner, thanks to Mrs. Nakanishi, who has drawn your illustration.  Thank you for assuming a very important post as chairperson of the Pleiadian Council.  I have something I want to make sure.  I wish you to give a response about it.

Question 1: I am sorry to have given an erroneous explanation about your message in my comment.  I think that you are a goddess of the 3rd level of Earthly Deity in the Sirius System.  Am I right?

Archangel Adrigon: You’re right.


Question 2: Since you are the chairperson of the Pleiadian Council, please tell us about the Council.  In my view, I think that the Council is an organization covering the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Systems and the Pleiadian Council is an organization of deities, consisting of the 3rd, 4th and 5th levels of Earthly Deities in each System.  Am I right?

Archangel Adrigon: There is some difference.
The Pleiadian Council is an organization covering from the 1st through the 5th Systems.


Question 3: I think that the Andromeda Council is an organization higher than the Pleiadian Council with the same structure as the Pleiadian Council, and it is an organization consisting of the 1st and 2nd levels of Earthly Deities in each System.  And these two organizations exist in pair and the two become one organization as a whole.  Am I right?

Archangel Adrigon: You’re right.

Question 4: I think that there is an organization of humanity, the Galactic Federation, below these two organizations of deities, the Andromeda Council and the Pleiadian Council.  Am I right in thinking that the Galactic Federation puts decisions by deities into practice?

Archangel Adrigon: You’re right.
Three organizations (Andromeda Council, Pleiadian Council and Galactic Federation) have different roles but they are working together.


Question 5: Am I right in thinking that you reside on the 5th Planet of Alpha Centauri, Rigil Kent in the constellation of Centaurus?

Archangel Adrigon: You’re right.
How do you know?  I am very surprised. (Laughter)


Question 6: I think the Pleiadian Council is an organization consisting of a total of 27 deities: 12 deities in the Sirius System, 9 deities in the Pleiades System and 6 deities in the Ursa Major System.  Am I right?

Archangel Adrigon: According to a response to Question 2,

Pleiadian Council consists of
  Sirius System: 8 deities
  Pleiades System: 6 deities
  Ursa Major System: 4 deities
  4th System: 4 deities
  5th System: 5 deities
  27 deities in total.

(Explanation: I think that the Andromeda Council consists of a total of 27 deities: 6 deities in the 6th System, 5 deities in the 7th System, 4 deities in the 8th System, and 3 deities in each of the four Systems from the 9th to the 12th Systems.  It appears that the two Councils consist of all levels of Earthly Deities.)


Question 7: The Andromeda Council has the same organizational structure as the Pleiadian Council, which consists of 27 deities, and the Galactic Federation is an organization consisting of 51 committee members representing the Federation.  Am I right?

Archangel Adrigon; You’re quite right.

(Explanation: It appears that the Galactic Federation is an organization covering the 1st through 3rd Systems, which consists of the 3rd, 4th and 5ht levels of Earthly Deities.  It appears that there is an organization consisting of a total of 51 committee members: 32 in the 1st System, 12 in the 2nd System and 7 in the 3rd System.)


Question 8: I think that in each level in each System there are five Kitsuosane (North, South, Center, East and West) Emperors and 51 deities, who govern each level.  Would you tell me about the relations between the deities in each System and the Andromeda Council/Pleiadian Council?

Archangel Adrigon:  It’s shown below.

Question 9: Would you specifically tell me how decisions made by these two councils are conveyed to the Galactic Federation members and implement the decisions?

Archangel Adrigon: Two representatives of the Galactic Federation never fail to attend the two Councils’ meetings.  Practical discussion is made at each meeting and the agendas deliberated there are conveyed to all members of the Galactic Federation by the two representatives to put them into practice.
On-site practical exchange of opinions with attendance of the two representatives of the Galactic Federation enables it to prevent decisions by the two upper organizations from becoming unrealistic and impracticable and to implement them smoothly.

I introduce this video on May 23,2012.  I am making a detailed examination of how the Andromeda Council, Pleiadian Council and Galactic Federation are organized.  I have almost grasped the whole picture of it.  I’d like to explain about it before too long after confirming it.
In the course of examination, I have found something about the two appearing in the video.  They are aliens who have come from the 5th Planet of Zeta 2, 173649 in the Lyra constellation, namely, they are “Galactic Federation” members.
As you see, we cannot tell between them and us humanity.  I suppose they will make an appearance in public at some future time.  Don’t lose your head when the time comes.

This is a clear-cut message from SaLuSa.  SaLuSa belongs to the “Galactic Federation.”  There are phrases in the message: “We have been given the authority to intervene” and “it is an area that we are working on to remove those that “pull the string.”  Since this is the case, we will see a lot of troubles break out on the earth.  However, there is no need to worry about it.

As I have already mentioned it, the “Galactic Federation of Light” has been destroyed.  The message reads that “That victory took place very recently.”  It means that Earth has already plunged into the 4th Dimension.

If the “authority to intervene” has been given to the “Galactic Federation,” it is presumably from the Pleiadian Council.  It would seem that the Pleiadian Council is an organization of Deities, that is, an organization of the 3rd, 4th and 5th levels of Earthly Deity in from the 1st through 3rd Systems, while the “Galactic Federation” is an organization of humanity.  There might be the Andromeda Council, an organization of the 1st and 2nd levels of Earthly Deity in the same three Systems, upper than these two organizations.  This Council is not a fake one as mentioned by Mr. Alex Collier and Mr. Tolec, but a real council.  Someday in the future we might get a message from the true Andromeda Council.

This is a very important video on a message from the Galactic Federation.  The being that conveys this message is presumably an alien that has come to Earth onboard a spaceship from the 7th planet of the star alpha-Alpheratz in the Andromeda.  The names of the planet and this alien are unknown.
However, the content of the message is very important because it appears that events written in the message actually occurred on the dates as predicted there.  Since I happened to find this video the other day, I had known nothing about what is written in the message.  However, I suppose that the dates of actual events I have commented about on Shanti-phula’s blog are almost at the same time as shown in the article.

Reformation of Heavenly World was initiated in 2007 and nearly finished around the end of 2010.  I let you know that a reformation on the earth was initiated in 2011 and the earth achieved ascension and plunged into the 4th dimension on January 1 this year.  Around March 20, the “Galactic Federation of Light” disappeared and as a result, around the middle of May survivors of the “Galactic Federation of Light” including Agarthians completely disappeared.  This corresponds to the part in this article: “Since they vibrate at such a low frequency,… they will not be able to survive for very long after January 2014.”  As a result, the prophecy came true.

There is information on ET races that have manipulated Earth, which is indicated by boldface.  I am afraid that almost everyone might not understand what it means unless additional explanation is provided.  I’d like to comment on this tomorrow.

There is a disclaimer at the end of the message: This does not necessarily represent the views of Mr. Tolec and the Andromeda Council.”  It means that the Andromeda Council joins the “Galactic Federation of Light” and Mr. Tolec is a collaborator for the Federation.”  However, this video is on a message from an alien from true Andromeda, which joins the (authentic) Galactic Federation.  These two groups are essentially completely different, though similar in content.

Many people can’t tell the “Galactic Federation” from the “Galactic Federation of Light.”  Therefore, they can’t distinguish between a message from an alien coming from true Andromeda and the information from the Andromeda Council.  One is a message from the “Galactic Federation” with God and the other is a message from a group of the dark Ones “Galactic Federation of Light.”  Observing low vibration emitted from their message, you should immediately tell which is real Light.

An Open Letter to Humanity

The future is nothing to fear, but rather encourage and look forward to.

You are seeing political, financial, and social structures break down for a reason.

 Do not fear this, but proudly celebrate it.

This collapse is happening because the old structures no longer suit humanity; you are evolving past them, and they must break down in order to make room for the new.

 Your earth and its entire solar system is currently in the process of migrating from the Northern Galactic Hemisphere into the Southern Galactic Hemisphere.

 This migration was predicted by civilizations such as the Mayans and Egyptians who sought knowledge and understanding of this universe and its predictable order, and is now finally being recognized by your own science communities.

As your solar system begins to enter the Southern Galactic Hemisphere, you will be coming across energy currents much different than the ones you are used to in the Northern Galactic Hemisphere.

 These energy currents will magnetically and genetically alter you, in a good way.

The reason you need to understand that this transition is not instant is due to (as you may have already noticed) the earth already beginning to hit these higher-frequency energy currents.
The solar system is about one-third through its transformation, so because you have already begun to experience these higher frequency energy particles, you as well as the entire planet are, in essence, beginning to vibrate at a higher, faster frequency.

Since this video picture has been released by the Australian authorities, this is presumably real.  A daughter of the family does not look like an ordinary earthling and I have checked it out.  She is originally a Martian and has been reincarnated on Earth.  It appears that this abduction was planned before her reincarnation. Since she should completely forget about it, she looks really scared on video.  It is an UFO from Mars that abducted the family.  I suppose that this family should have emigrated to the U.S. and worked as an agent for the “Galactic Federation of Light.”  This daughter is originally a member of the “Galactic Federation of Light.”

The “Galactic Federation of Light” has been completely destroyed and doesn’t exist.  If they are real Galactic Federation members, they should not abduct earthlings in this manner as seen on video.   The family were led to believe that the “Galactic Federation of Light” they cooperate with was a being of good and ended up working together.  Observing many evils they have done since Obama assumed the presidency, their real nature is apparently evil.  I’d like to make a detailed explain about this field some day in future.

On December 26, 2010, the Bradley family in Australia went camping to enjoy Christmas vacation.  While driving a car along the Great Alpine Road in Victoria, Australia, they intended to decide a camping site.  However, they disappeared.

As the result of an investigation, only their car and camcorder were left on the scene.  The Australian authorities have released camcorder footage which was recorded by a family member (son) on that day.  The whereabouts of the family remains unknown.

I (this writer): This is not a horror movie. It is a twelve or thirteen-year-old son who was shooting footage of the family.  He had kept videotaping until the whole family encountered something dazzling in darkness and was abducted by aliens.

The family consists of a husband, wife, elder daughter (maybe high school student) and elder son (12 years or so).  The son kept videotaping the whole family from preparation for camping the day after Christmas Day until the last moment when all members disappeared.

The family went out by car.  On the way, the couple started having a quarrel, while the children were looking at them with worry. The husband suddenly said to the wife: “We family are to emigrate to the U.S. because of work.  I have already decided it.”  The wife got angry, saying “I cannot accept such a rapid decision.  I don’t want to go to the U.S.  Why didn’t you ask our opinion?”

He was driving a car while quarreling with his wife.  Dazzling flying objects were seen moving across the sky as if they chased their car.

They left home around in the morning.  They were still driving at night.  It turns out that they were driving a great deal.  Finally, the husband didn’t know where they were driving (lost his sense of direction).

He was obliged to stop the car in the middle of a wilderness, looking around and suggested camping there.  The family, however, turned down his suggestion due to eerie atmosphere there.  They decided to move forward.

The husband who was outside the car got in the car and tries to start the engine but the car got broken.  He got out of the car again and opened the hood to check the engine.  Suddenly something dazzling appeared and he disappeared.

The wife managed to start the engine and the car started moving.  But she could not find her husband.  The wife worriedly got out of the car to look for him, sternly tell the children to stay inside the car.


Then something dazzling appeared again and she suddenly disappeared in front of children’s eyes.  The two children worriedly got out of the car and tried to look for the parents.  And again something dazzling appeared ….  The footage was interrupted there.

 I have picked up some messages from those beings who have identified themselves as “Galactic Federation of Light” members.  Reading these messages, I suppose you will understand that my comments on and warnings against such beings was true.  I’d like to give some comments on  these articles.

First, with regard to a message from St. Germain dated April 2, he and Gaia are, of course, fake.  Our Earth is “Tachibananohimemiko,” who has already been introduced through an illustration drawn by Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi and a message from the goddess.  It is apparent that judging from the difference in vibrations between the message from the goddess and that from Gaia appearing in the article, the goddess we introduced is a real one.

Secondly, in a message from Ashtar dated April 5, he declared that the first contact would be made by global telepathy on 13.  However, nothing has happened  In a message from Methatron dated April 15, he says “We have told the world through our channel Kathyryn that there will be no more channelings” or “this era of channeled messages will come to an end.”  Probably he trembled with fear since his companions went mad and lost all psychic powers.

I have told you for a long time that channeled information will gradually disappear before very long and I think it is going to happen.  If channeled information should be conveyed, it would be delivered by the true Galactic Federation and it is likely that information would be conveyed by a channeler who has been totally unknown ever.  However, messages from beings I have clearly identified as the Dark Ones would undoubtedly decrease.

Next, Father God sent out a message that the portal would be “opened tonight.”  In other words, the article reads that those who want ascension will experience it.  However, nothing happened.  I wonder they might have planned to cause nuclear terrorism as their final resistance.  They might have needed to make any excuse for the fact that nothing happened.  St. Germain says on 17: “The final construction of the portal was not completed by the 15th.

Everything is always like this and they are always telling lies.  I have already mentioned in my comment dated April 2 that it is a sin to convey false message under a false name and that it constitutes a heavy karma to perform a ritual without permission from deities.  Those who committed a crime which a warning was given against and those who took part in the crime naturally are to accumulate bad karma and immediately develop physical changes.  Reading a message from Archangel Michael (fake one) dated 18th, you will see this.  According to the article, although self-claimed light workers who have cooperated with the wicked were supposed to “be preparing to ascend into a Paradise Reality of Peace and Tranquility” after the opening of the portal, it is said that they could actually feel strange and experienced a great deal of physical stress and could also experience panic attacks (Editor's Note: Alternate description in English is here), lack of sleep and bad dreams.  It means that there are such people in reality.  This is a reaction to serious karma they accumulated due to their involvement in the evil and it is far from the situation “All is well” written in the article.  If they keep on doing wrong, they would finally go insane.

Well, with regard to Timeline Shifting which was achieved on February2, the article reads “The Major Timeline shift caused confusion and disorientation in many people, with ‘mental fatigue’ and sort term memory loss.”  As for this subject, I have already mentioned in my comment posted on February 3.  I told you that Lights were showered during three days; February 1, 2 and 3 for one hour, respectively and those who succeeded in receiving the Lights were awakened while light workers connected with the Dark Ones failed to receive them and “they were completely destroyed.”  I also told you that “they have been in the depth of agony.”    This article shows what I said was true.  At that time, some had already gone insane due to the Lights and others subsequently repeatedly did wrong, exceeded the lowest point of karma and as a result gone mad.

Likewise, if those who repeatedly do wrong or take part in the Dark Ones, they would reach the lowest point of karma and go made at the time of exceeding the point.  I have given such warnings so many times and I may not do so from now.  They believe that they are progressing in spite of deteriorated physical condition, which resulted from being punished by deities for taking part in the evil who deceived them.  Those who are deceived are really pitiful because they believe themselves to be saviors although they are actually in the midst of being destroyed.

 You will no doubt have noticed that the war machine is also in a state of change, and eventually the manpower and materials will be put to peaceful uses. Some will attempt to hold on to military might, but it will be to no avail as it has already been decreed that wars shall cease. Along with a new monetary system, prosperity shall return and signal the commencement of a new era of peace.

 As individuals you can assure those around you that total peace shall return sooner than you might expect. It will give us the opportunity to make an official visit to Earth and carry you forward into the New Age. We have had many secret meetings with officials, and these will continue until it is safe for us to reveal our presence.

I introduced a message from an Agarthian PI in an article posted on March 20. As described in my comment, there was something I need to ask him. So I asked Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi to communicate with him. I asked him nine questions through Mrs. Nakanishi and received answers to the questions by fax. My question and his answer are alternately showed for good readability. The words with the quotation marks are my questions.

This communication with PI will make you understand my explanation is correct. Incidentally, if you want to determine that this message is genuine, just print out his message and hold it in your hands. You will feel all your chakras on the body surface simultaneously open.

Try to do the same thing with messages from Mathew, Sananda and Ashtar, and you will feel all your chakras on the body surface close. This indicates that all their chakras have been destroyed or such messages are sent from artificial intelligence. You should not give credit to such messages. If you cannot grasp such sensory perception, you have to do basic training such as chakra training.
Print out all my questions in the same way, and you will feel evey chakra open. Those of you who have reached the Fifth spiritual evolution level or above are sure to experience it. According to Theosophy, those of the Fifth evolution levelor above are called Masters. You will immediately understand that people are never Masters unless they experieince such phenomoenon. According to channelled information, there are many people who talk nonsense that they are Ascended Masters. Examine them in the same way, you will see that what they say is fablication.

In my case, however, I don't call myself Master, though I have reached the Fifth evolution level or above, because I am not a human.

I suppose that they wanted to get power without fail. False information helps them conveniently control humanity. It is easy for them to do so because humanty is easily deceived.

“6. It appears that Agarthians other than you provide to humanity such commandment like don't lie to have them oberve it, while they blatantly break it. Did they think they were superlegal?”

That's right. Humanity is easily taken in and it was assumed that humnaiy should observe commandments.
We thought that superior race like us did not need to obverse them.

It was aching heart. However, it was an inevitable consequence. I think that a group contaminated with falsehood and lust for power cannot survive in this space.

A colossal explosion in this video is seen at the underground base in Agartha. This accident killed more than 1,000 Agarthians. In a comment on the March 16 article, I issued an ultimatum that anyone who should send channeled information under a false name had better prepare for being immediately purged. They were foolish enough to ignore my warning and send channeled information under a false name. Such information was sent by artificial intelligence (AI) managing Agartha. Deities immediately destroyed the AI. As a result, Agartha, whose city function was completely paralyzed, was not able to control its underground environment, which caused an explosion. This is a reason for this explosion.

A being named Pi is a real Agarthian and is now under the control of the Galactic Federation. Eventually, he will be the only Agarthian survivor. Since the underground city life was devastated, Agarthians cannot help come out of underground around 40 days. Since they cannot directly expose themselves to sunlight, they will go insane, cursing God. And they all will die no later than three years. They have very strong psychic power.
