The following is a story about the meeting where Mr. Corey Goode held with seven groups of Ancient Earth Break-Away Civilization. I introduced an article related to it before. This is presented in conversational style.
Reading the article, we see that they provided civilizations to humans on the surface in Sumer and Egypt because humans had to start again from scratch after the fall of Atlantis. As they say that they were “original humans that developed on the planet,” they lied to humans that they were gods, though they were really humans.
I think that probably in the next episode, their underground cities will be talked about. The cities remind us of underground utopia in a legendary city Agartha. However, Mr. Corey Goode’s story makes us realize that such underground cities are not utopia and that the people living in underground cities are not a group of highly developed saints.
You really think that Nazi SS and racists from secret society Thule Society that created the Nazi party were highly developed people of integrity, don’t you? Although they were just ill-natured people who developed scientific capability, they were able to create Earth Break-Away Civilization, using such capability.
Just like with them, the seven groups have slightly advanced scientific capability than we, the surface population. That’s all. One in 1,000 surface people has a chance of never losing soul, while one in 1,500 people of these seven groups does. That’s because they have “an Aryan ideology kind of that.”
The delusion that they are the pure bloodline and superior is the delusion that secret ruling elite who run all countries have in common. Unless they wake from this delusion and give away elitism, it is hardly possible that they can survive in the universe. We can say that the idea of being part of a chosen people is the root of all evil. In other words, those who are steeped in vice tend to say that they are Apostles of God or they are beings chosen by God. They say that they “serve God,” but their way to do is by controlling their people. They seem to pay no heed to the fact that they are so deceitful.

CG: that was-- we were obviously getting ready to go down to the big meeting. It was kind of a medium sized room. There weren't a whole lot of people in. There was approximately three people for every group, plus Gonzales and I, so-There were seven groups.

DW: OK.

CG: And they were all coming together to meet, to discuss all of the events that were going on that had pretty much caused them to form this council. There what had been a lot of battles and attacks and a lot of things going on underground that were very troubling to them that had caused casualties among their people.
They're very much purists of their culture and genetics. The omega group mentioned that they were worshippers of Venus, and they mentioned a couple times the Prince of Venus, the Morning Star.

DW: Gonzales ends up speaking at some point.

CG: Right. They were asked to speak in English for their guests. That really didn't happen much. They started speaking this what Gonzales whispered to me was a pre-Akkadian, pre-Ancient Sumerian language that they were speaking. And then there was another language that was-- that they were kind of all speaking around each other. And we were able-- it was pretty confusing, but we were able to pick up the gist of what was going on.

They were talking about the surface population becoming more of a threat to them with their advanced weapons, the skirmishes that they'd been having with other subterranean groups, non-human groups. They were also discussing the return of what they called the Guardians,
And when they were done, the guy from the group with the omega symbol and the star motioned to Gonzales and asked him to deliver his message.

DW: You said in the writeup that him throwing it to Gonzales was a breach in the normal protocol. So he would ask the host to ask Gonzales, but not go directly?

CG: Right.

DW: So he's just being arrogant?

CG: Right. So Gonzales looked to the proper person. They nodded. And he delivered his typical short but to the point message that he appreciated some of them visiting one of our bases out in the Kuiper Belt at great personal risk to themselves in previous weeks.

DW: This is an Alliance space program base?

CG: Right. And that we had to start working together more and really had to stop any type of deception, to be open and honest with each other. And that in the future they wanted them to quit deceiving people on the surface, telling them that they were ETs and other types of beings--
And Gonzales finished and sat down, and they-- immediately the energy went up in the room. They were not real comfortable with what he had said, and they started speaking amongst themselves, past ourselves, motioning at us like this as they were talking.

DW: So what was their counterattack?

CG: They stood up and basically told us that they had been on the earth for nearly 20 million years, that they were the original humans that developed on the planet, and that over oceans of time there had been major and minor cataclysms that had changed the Earth's tilt, its place in the solar system, its orbit. The earth has been through quite a lot. And through it all, they have lasted.

And this happened through many cycles-- they had moved underground their elites and priestess castes, left the less sophisticated part of their civilization on the surface to fend for itself, and then come back after some time and appeared to those people as gods or elders, and helped kickstart civilization again-- give them agriculture, medicine, help them with language, arts, and all that kind of thing, to get them kickstarted again. And this is something that has happened in cycles over eons and eons of time.
And they decided to allow the people to believe they were gods for what they said was operational security, so the people wouldn't be a threat to them. And this continued on for eons. And they stated that there were other planets in our solar system that were inhabited by similar types of life forms.

DW: Humans?

CG: Human-like life forms. But they were also going through cataclysms, but they were much more aggressive and warlike. And they were destroying their worlds and their societies, and eventually they caused some major problems, and other races that came into our solar system started to move them to the earth as refugees. And once they were moved to the earth as refugees, they started their aggressiveness here and started to take over the surface of the planet and mixed their genetics with each other and the surface humans-- original humans-- to create a mixed breed human group that is what they consider us on the surface.

DW: I can see why you think this is going to be controversial.

CG: Ｔhey scolded us and said they knew that the Secret Space Program had been involved in some atrocities, and they were withholding judgment on us, and they expect us to do the same because we have very little understanding of our own existence, let alone theirs.

DW: So it's almost like an Aryan ideology kind of thing. Like, they're the pure bloodline and we're the dirty, mixed bloodline that they don't want to get dirtied by.

CG: Right, right.

DW: So that's certainly not going to go well with Gonzales, I'm sure.

CG: Oh, it didn't go with me either.　And I was still just-- had all this going through my head, so I didn't even really here as it was all coming to a close-- the meeting was coming to a close.　Everyone started standing up and put their hoods on, and so I did the same. And we're standing there and everyone's forming a line and shuffling to go back out the way we came.



And I'm still walking, and I feel a tap on my left arm. I looked back, and Gonzales is standing back like this with two of the females from the host clan that was there. I found out that they had a personal request for me.

The woman with the white hair, had found out about a experience I had in the MILAB program when I was a youth, and that had something to do with this favor. Gonzales and the other lady walked about five or so paces behind us.　We walked completely through the giant room where the portalling happened, walked across into the next tunnel, corridor. And we went a ways, and she touched her amulet, and the light went down, and I could see in the room. And it looked like a real simple lounge.She walked in and said come with me.
She told me that she knew of a place that I had been brought in my adolescence, you know, a crystal cave.

DW: Right.

CG: And it was a cave that we were brought into. Beautiful crystals that we were told to try to connect to mentally. I was able to successfully interface. And I sent her a quick mental picture of it. And she just beamed with happiness and tears welled up in--

DW: Why would you be able to access something that she and her people couldn't have accessed on their own?

CG: She explained to me that there was a group that had hundreds of years ago taken over that area. it means feathered serpent. But it was-- she sent me mental pictures-- it was an image of this raptor group.


DW: These very creepy reptilian bird-like species you described that'll eat human beings.

CG: Right.They had control of the area. They require a flesh sacrifice from their allies on the surface for access to certain areas below.

DW: Which I'm sure the Cabal have no trouble providing them with.

CG: Right. So she said, would you be willing to share that full experience with me?  And I let her know that I was not comfortable with that for a number of reasons. She started giving the hard sell. It was important. She was saying that basically we don't really have that much more to offer them, that this was really important to her people. I was kind of pacing around, thinking about how this--

CG: Yeah. And I told her I would do it. And she went over to a wall and then she turns around and she has a goblet, a crystal goblet, in her hand. She has a crystal goblet in her hand with this amber liquid.

DW: Uh-oh.

CG: Yeah. And she walks over to me and offers it to me I ask her what it is, and she said it's the Elixir of Essos. And she explains that it's basically a wine that's made out of a rare flower that grows beneath the ground. And I told her, I wasn't--

DW: Yeah, I wouldn't have drank it.

CG: She took it, and she took several drinks of it. And she immediately was just different, changed, relaxed. And she sat the drink down. She had me sit down, and it was barely off the floor, hovering.

DW: It hovered?

CG: Yeah. It was not on the floor. And she, like, with two fingers guided another one of the chairs right in front of me. Then she sat down just right across from me and asked for my hands


 CG: And her hands were bony, and her skin was very warm. There was-- body temperature was different. And she looked at me in the eyes, and she said I needed to relax, and I needed to open my mind up. And there's no way to describe what happened next.

I felt like my light body or astral body was being pulled in her-- towards hers-- and they were just kind of coming together. And I started having-- she was obviously very more advanced than I was mentally. She was honing in on time periods of my life. And when I was getting all these random flashes of what I perceived to be 130 years of time of her life.

And I got flashes of her as a child, as her in priestess training, as her meeting with different people from the surface-- meeting with secret society groups, meeting with different military and groups from different political systems, from Europe and the United States--

DW: Presenting herself as an extraterrestrial?

CG: Presenting herself as an extraterrestrial, with other people with her from her group.

DW: Wow.

CG: They were-- it was through all these different time periods that she had been meeting with them. When she locked on to the memory of mine, of in the cave, I got a memory of her at the same age. Then after it was over, we both sat back and were-- I was just shaking, quivering, Nothing in any type of sexual or weird way at all, but it was just-- it was very overwhelming.
DW: She had a similar reaction to you?

CG: Oh. Yeah. She was doing the same thing. We had tears just-- that were just coming down out of our eyes.
DW: Both of you.

CG: It's unlike any type of connection I've ever had with another person. When we were done she said that there's going to be some people that are not going to approve of her doing this with a mixed surface person, but there's going to be a lot of other people that are going to be extremely happy with the information she was able to pull from the crystals.

I have summarized and compressed Cosmic Disclosure Season 2, Episode 16. I’d like to give an outline of the story because the flow of story is out of order and it is hard to understand.
It appears that the Secret Earth Government fired a laser beam toward the sphere of the Sphere Alliance on December 28, 2014. However, the beam came back down and destroyed Pine Gap in Australia, and as a result, a lot of very high level people from the Cabal who were involved in this attack lost their life.
Almost immediately after this incident, the Sphere Alliance built up an outer barrier covering the whole solar system so as to prevent evil beings such as Archons and Draco/Reptilians from escaping from Earth. If kept sealed in the solar system, the dark Ones would be destroyed by high vibrations from the central sun. Therefore, they seem to have hastily decided to negotiate with the Sphere Alliance through the mediation of the Secret Space Program (SSP).
In the meeting Mr. Corey Goode, the delegate from the Sphere Alliance, attended, it was proposed that “they would give up all of their human followers, which are the Secret Earth Government and their syndicates, to the Secret Program Alliance if the Sphere Being Alliance would allow the White Royals, Dracos, safe passage out of the solar system.” They say that these reptilian soldiers and others betrayed by Dracos fell into chaos and many of them defected to the Secret Space Program Alliance. Then Lt. Gonzalez attended the meeting with the Draco Alliance Federation and met chairmen from the Committee of 200. One of them was Henry Kissinger, who is White Reptilian Royal Draco.
It sounds like in the meeting Kissinger “gave away a secret that the Dark ones have an overlord.” He also continued to make all sorts of grandiose threats that they would drive Earth into chaos by causing World War III.
I think the information reported is correct. There are several points I’d like to comment on. There is a description at the beginning: what is described as a White Draco Royal is a reptilian being that is 14 feet tall. This refers to the Etheric double, not physical body. As for this, please refer to the part titled clone in the article on Rob Potter interview with Cobra on July 20, 2015. We see that an old man with curly hair in the article is Kissinger. The real Kissinger is dead and the person who attended the meeting is his clone.
According to Cobra information, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Senior Bush and Kissinger are described as the Evil Four. We see that Kissinger is at the top of Draconian royal family.
I presume that the Committee of 200 described here is the name given after the Committee of 300 from the Cabal fell into chaos and approximately one third of the members defected to the Secret Space Program (SSP).
“An extradimensional overlord” means Pope Francis. Extra dimension is 5D according to their concept and to be accurate, it is 3.2D. The etheric double of Pope Francis is in 3.2D.

CG: When I was at Gaiam the last time for a week, shooting the first episodes, in my absence Lieutenant Colonel Gonzales was tasked to attend two major meetings in my absence. One of them was with the Draco Alliance Federation. What is described as a White Draco Royal is a reptilian being that is 14 feet tall, has a vestigial tail, vestigial wings, and is extremely, extremely powerful.

DW: And what was it that happened on December 5, 2014 that was such a game changer?
CG: There was what we're calling an outer barrier erected by the sphere beings that encompasses the entire solar system, And it keeps any beings from coming in and any from leaving. It is a quarantine.
DW: What was the immediate action that the Secret Earth Government syndicates had taken?
CG: The Secret Earth Government and its syndicates and the military and some extraterrestrials had developed a very powerful weapon that they aimed at a sphere. And I don't know if that can be put up right now, but--
DW: Yeah. Let's have the clip now. This is a shot from the International Space Station, December 5, 2014. What are you going to see is a little red spot and what looks like a laser beam. So what were we seeing there?
CG: What occurred is there are three different sized spheres from the Sphere Alliance. One is the size of the moon, one is the size of Neptune, one is the size of Jupiter. This is one of the ones that was the size of the moon and was in fairly close to Earth.
DW: Now normally, we couldn't see it with a telescope. It was cloaked.
CG: --it was cloaked. But somehow through the extraterrestrial help, they were able to pinpoint it, target it, and fire this incredibly powerful weapon into space at the sphere. The Sphere Alliance use defensive type technology and what they did is they redirected the power from the beam back to the source.
So what witnesses said is a red beam come back down and hit the installation where the weapon was fired from. And the installation was destroyed with loss of life of humans and non-humans that were involved in this attack, the attempt.
DW: Do we know where this was? Well, Pine Gap in the middle of Australia, is a major facility. Do you think it might have been that?
CG: That's where I was told it was.

DW: So this must have been extremely demoralizing for the Cabal. Were they expecting to get a big light show and actually blow up the sphere? And instead they got instant karma spanking. So a lot of high level people died in this.
CG: Yes, very high level people from what they call the Cabal were present for this weapons test, and there were some extraterrestrials that were there, as well, that were here on Earth that were engineers that were helping develop this, that had a vested interest in this.
DW: How soon did this outer barrier go up after this happened?
CG: It was almost immediately.
DW: So let's get right into it. You're saying there's tsunamis of energy coming into our solar system through the sun. They say somewhere around 30 years after 1981. Now, why would these extraterrestrials be so urgently wanting to get out of our solar system after this outer barrier goes up?
CG: Well, they apparently are going to be held to account for all of the negative things they've been doing here for many millennia. And that's why Gonzales and myself were named as delegates to start going to these meetings.


CG: And getting back to Gonzales, as soon as I got back from that week of doing videos here, I was contacted by Gonzales. He said, I was brought to meet the Draco Alliance Federation, and I also sat in on one of the Super Federation conferences. And in his situation, he had come in and this group, this Cabal, pretty much group or Secret Earth syndicate group called the Committee of 200 that we had dealt with before, had their leadership there, and they call themselves the chairmen.
DW: Well, I want to interrupt you because the viewer may not know, what was the demand of the white reptilian when you met it the first time? What was it asking you? What was it demanding?
CG: In my meeting, it started off with demands and then wanted me to bring proposals to the Sphere Beings. And its proposal was that they would give up all of their human followers, which are the Secret Earth Government and their syndicates, to the Secret Space Program Alliance. They would give up their lower caste reptilian soldiers and their ET allies that were trapped inside the solar system if the Sphere Being Alliance would allow the White Royals, Dracos, safe passage out of the solar system.
DW: So they were literally willing to betray everyone working for them. And the Royals said, we'll give you everybody, just let us go Did this trickle down into the Cabal?
CG: Well, the representatives of the Committee of 200 were there and witnessed this betrayal.
DW: That must have been very upsetting to them.
CG: Yes. And this immediately caused a lot of splintering and infighting among all of these Cabal groups and syndicate groups.
CG: And they were turning on each other. This is also when a lot of these Cabal groups started to turn state's witness, I guess you would say. They would defect to the Secret Space Program Alliance and bring with them a treasure trove of evidence against the Secret Earth Government Alliance and give a promise to testify against them in future hearings if they were granted off world sanctuary and an off world witness protection program for them and their families. So all this stuff occurred, and it'd been a big mess. So that kind was important to ask. That sets the scene for when Gonzales came.
CG: These chairmen from the Committee of 200 met them in a similar location above ground in the southwest US, he said that his jaw dropped. I'm not going to say the name, but it was a very prominent policy maker, well known for advising many presidents and supporting the new world order and being behind depopulation efforts, an old guy with a thick accent, droopy eyes, and curly white hair.

DW: I think you've said enough.
CG: As they walked into the giant foyer of this shutdown hotel, there was a giant, huge honor guard of soldier reptilians. And they were standing there with their feet about shoulder width apart, standing there kind of like at attention. And behind them were mantid beings and some other insect beings that were standing in some sort of loose formation. And in the middle of this formation was standing the same White Reptilian Royal Draco.
DW: And this is basically the head of the whole Draco, the number one.
CG: And he immediately grabbed a hold of Gonzales' mind.
And at this point, it told him. It said that Blue Avians in the Sphere Alliance have deceived you in how powerful we are and how powerful our overlords are. And I was sitting at the table with Gonzales at the time, and Gonzales said, this is the first time that they had confirmed their overlords. Well, yes, but this was-- they were talking about stepping it up in a major way. We're talking they were, like, threatening World War III and all kinds of stuff. And he made all sorts of grandiose threats and then broke off contact with Gonzales and turned away. And then him and his whole delegation just marched out. And Gonzales had a huge headache, he was nauseated, and they went back, went up to the roof, got in their vessel, and flew back to give the report.
DW: Sounds like the Draco actually gave away a very impressive secret that they have an extradimensional overlord.
CG: Right. Gonzales leaned forward. He said, we believe this extradimensional overlord is also responsible for the ET/ED AI threat. He said, there's a lot coming together right now that has been speculation, and intelligence has been leading towards for a long time. He said, but this was a very big confirmation.
DW: Does the Space Program Alliance have a plan to defeat the extradimensional overlords of the Draco? Is there a way to cleanse us of this AI? You mentioned the AI is seeing threats against itself in the future?
CG: Yes. There is a plan to cleanse the Earth and the solar system of all AI signal.
DW: So we'll be completely free of this?
CG: Yes. All of AI will be taken out in this one move that like I said, I can't get into

I have summarized Season 1, Episodes 1 and 2 of Cosmic Disclosure. The report is compressed so that you can understand the story more easily. If you are interested, please read the original report.
The report describes that Mr. Corey Goode was chosen as delegate for the Blue Avians of the Sphere Alliance, the most advanced organization in the Galaxy and he attended the Special Federation Council in the LOC (Lunar Opertaion Command), a facility on the back side of the moon.  The Blue Avians suddenly appeared in the Council meeting and gave a message to the participants through Mr. Corey Goode. The part described in red boldface (Episode 2) is important. It is the same message as what I have repeatedly conveyed to you through video lectures and others. And this is “the opposite of what the elite believe.”
Reading around the end of report (Episode 2), you see that the Sphere Alliance does not allow military strikes and that “full disclosure is what they’re going for.”
This applies to not only the people on the surface of the earth but the subterranean humans and aliens get involved with the earth. Everything including what they have done is set to be disclosed. Anybody cannot be allowed to prevent such disclosure. It is a deadly sin to send a message under a false name or intentionally send false information for interruption. I give you a warning in advance that if you do such thing, karma will immediately return to you, your vibrations will decrease and the light being emitted from the galactic center will cause you to go spiritually bankrupt. I also warn you that anybody who ignores my warning and continues malicious acts will be executed.

DW : We are interviewing Corey Goode, age 45. And what he has done here is to come forward as an insider and share with me more information about what's really going on behind the scenes in the so-called secret government and secret military programs. And if you could really quickly give us an overview of your involvement with what this whole space program subject has been in your life.
CG : Okay. For me, it started at the age of six years old when I was brought into what is known as the MILAB, some pronounced it MILAB programs. I was identified as an intuitive empath.
And empathic, being that you have a strong emotional connection with others around you. You can feel what they're feeling and connect with them emotionally. And I was trained, and that was enhanced. I was around 12 or 13 years old, me and a few of the people that I was training with, being brought into a program. And this was a federation of a large amount of ET federations that met to discuss the grand experiment.
DW : What was this experiment? What were these ETs doing?
CG : There was a group of 40 human-looking ETs that were pretty much always present, and up to 60 at other times that were present. There were 22 genetic programs that were going on.　And the earth delegates had been trying to become a part of this for a long time. And they were finally able to get a seat. And as the intuitive empaths, when we were sitting there, we didn't know what was going on.
DW : Why are they doing this?
CG : That I do not know. But a lot of it didn't - why would they try to mix all of their best genetics together, and then manipulate us and our civilization to keep us down?
DW : How long do you think this program has been in action for?
CG : Of the 22 different programs, they've been going on for different lengths of time. But the genetic manipulation of what we are has been going back at least 250,000 years.
DW : Could we stop them?
CG : I don't think so. I mean, this is something that we've just recently been able to beg to get a seat at their table, to be a part of the discussion.
DW : So would these be negative-oriented extraterrestrials?
CG : It depends on your point of view, because they see what they're doing as a positive thing.
DW : You mentioned on your website something called LOC. Could you tell us what that is?
CG : The Lunar Operation Command is a facility on the back side of the moon. There's some people that are stationed there and work there, but it's more of a way station. People are coming and going from it all the time to go to their further out into the solar system and beyond, to go out to other stations, other bases.
DW : On your website, you've mentioned that there are five factions within the secret space program.
CG : I'll start with the oldest, which is “Solar Warden”. They were started back in the late '70s, '80s. And then we have the ICC, the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate, which is corporations all over the world that have representatives in a super-corporate board that control the secret space program infrastructure that they have out in space, which is massive. We have Dark Fleet, which is a very secretive fleet that works mainly in the outside of the solar system. We have various BlackOps Military secret space programs that we put into one group. And then, we have this Global Galactic League Of Nations group to maintain this veil of secrecy about what was going on in outer space.
DW : What's the sequence of events that led to you becoming a whistle-blower ?
CG : I was contacted by an actual higher density ET group that has now been known as the Blue Avians.
DW : And avian means bird?
CG : They're eight feet tall. They're blue to indigo in color with feathers. They have a very human-looking torso, arms, hands, feet...
DW : So they're hominid. It's like a bird head on a human body?
CG : It's a real soft, flexible beak.
DW : And what is their agenda? What are they here for?
CG : We're moving into a part of the galaxy that is a very high energetic part of the galaxy that's going to change the density of our solar system and our local star cluster.
DW : Okay, and if we go into a different density, what are these Blue Avians telling you will happen to human life as we know it now?
CG : That we're going to go through a transformational experience that is going to change us on a consciousness level mainly. They are here with these giant spheres to help defuse these large tsunami energy-waves that are entering our solar system.
DW : So you've actually had in-person meetings with these Blue Avians?

DW : Had these Blue Avians ever spoken to the space program people before ? 
CG : Yes, they were in contact with Lieutenant Colonel Gonzalez. 
DW : How did you find out that you were requested? 
CG : I was contacted by Gonzalez. I ended up getting picked up in one of the craft, one of the shuttle craft. And I was informed that I had been selected by the Blue Avians, and I had been informed by the Blue Avians that this was going to occur. 
DW : You said they’re eight feet tall, so how do they fit into your house? 
CG : I have a high vaulted ceiling house. They have plenty of room to fit into my house. They’ve appeared in my house. 
DW : So they had been doing this off and on for four years, just appearing in your house?
CG : Right, it wasn’t a very regular contact. 
DW : So Gonzalez gives you the message that they’re going to bring you up there, and you said that a shuttle craft came. 
CG : Yes, there’s a small shuttle that fits five people, two crew in the front, and then three seats in the back.  When it would float in the backyard, I’d go into the backyard to get in. When you’d step in, it would dip down and move a little bit. 
DW : And so it doesn’t have landing gear? 
CG : No. Within a matter of a few minutes, it would zip up to the LOC. 
DW : Did you have windows you could see you flight through? 
CG : Well, at times they could make the panels go transparent where you could see out. 
DW : You’ve been invited to be this delegate for Blue Avians. You get brought up to the moon in this shuttle craft. What happens next? 
CG : And there are a lot of other people disembarking for this conference. I was met by Gonzalez and he walked me right into the very front of the very crowded room and told me to stand. He said, stand right here. I saw all these people in these swivel chairs in a cathedral - like conference room that went very high up. The room could hold around 300 people. And there were people from all over the world.  
CG : And people that looked like they were from that area of the world. There were people in different military type uniforms, different type of Air Force type jumper suits, and just a wide variety of people. 
DW : You were alone on stage? 
CG : I was alone on stage. No prep. I was just walked there, told to stand there. And then all of a sudden everybody got quiet and just filed to their seats and started looking behind me.
I’d look behind me. And there was standing one of the Blue Avians that I’ve come to known as Raw-Tear-Eir. And I know one of the other sphere beings that we’ve come to now call the golden triangle head. It just stood here. And it just seemed just very weird apparition looking. And then Tear-Eir began to communicate to me telepathically.
DW : Well, I guess nobody’s heckling you once they showed up. 
CG : No. And then at that point, I then was told by Tear-Eir to turn, and introduce, and repeat everything that he said word for word, to make sure I repeated everything word for word, and not to change anything. Everything had to be exactly word for word.  And there were a number of questions. They were things that I didn’t understand what they were asking.
DW : When you say there were a lot of technical questions that you didn’t really understand, was the overall gist of it seeming that they were trying to enhance their war footing and have tactical strategy? 
CG : Yes, it was tactical, and it had to do with offensive capabilities and wanting to use their ability to know future events, all these different temporal kind of questions, things that were far above my head in understanding. 
DW : And the Blue Avian said, Tear-Eir said, that there’s a tsunami of energy coming into our solar system?
CG : And since then, he said that these energy waves are coming in like ebbing and flowing. They’re coming in waves, as well as our solar system, our local star cluster, is in the torsion field of the galaxy as we are entering this area of the galaxy, this high energetic area of the galaxy. 
DW : What the immediate short term effects of that would be as a - like what would happen to us as a tsunami comes in? 
CG : Well, if they were not defusing this energy, there would be a lot of really catastrophic sun activity, and a lot of really bizarre behavior in humans and animals, and really bad weather, earthquakes, all kinds of things that these spheres diffusing. This energy is supposedly alleviating for us. 
DW : What is the effect that will happen as this continues? 
CG : Well we’re gaining time right now to raise our consciousness to become - well, their message is to became more loving, more forgiving of yourself and others. And they say that stops the wheel of karma, and that we should focus on becoming service to others on a daily basis, not being so focused on ourselves and our own self needs, but on to daily try to raise our consciousness and our vibration. 
DW : Well, it seems like it’s the opposite of what the elite believe. 
CG : Well, it is.  But if you want to raise your consciousness and become a higher vibratory type of person or being, that’s the path you gotta take. 
DW : Did they tell you there’s a relationship between consciousness and physical reality? 
CG : Well, our mass consciousness has been used as a tool against us to keep us enslaved. The powers that be will use media to plant a seed in our mass consciousness, and then later on through mass media, or false flags, or whatever cause an incident to cause us to emotionally give it energy and the masses to, through our mass consciousness, to create that situation, and make it happen.  And our consciousness is a vibratory state. And our joint consciousness is a very powerful co-creative mechanism that has an effect to all of the other vibratory states around us. And once we learn to harness that, we can change reality.
DW : You said that 40 different - there’s 22 different genetic programs going on. And so we have all this DNA from other intelligent civilizations. What happens with all that mix and match of DNA in us as we go through tis change? 
CG : Because of all the tinkering that’s happened with our light bodies and our genetics, it’s not just genetics. We have a wide spectrum of emotions, which is a blessing and a curse, because I mean, right now we can control those emotions. 
DW:　The sphere being is not allowing the alliance to actually create military strikes. Wouldn’t the alliance perspective be that they need to attack these negative groups of extraterrestrials in order to ever change anything? 
CG : Negative begets negative. The alliance., the secret space program alliance has been given defensive technologies, but they have been told not to do any more of these strikes that cause large losses of life, not to destroy any more of the infrastructure.
DW : Well disclosure would be a really key word there. 
CG : Yes, full disclosure is what they’re going for. 
DW : So these sphere beings are helping us get to disclosure? 
CG : Right, that is the goal. They want for humanity to free themselves through disclosure and through us rising up and freeing ourselves. And hopefully - and it’s going to be messy, because a lot of people are going to be angry. There’s going to be some messy parts but they want us to do it in a way that’s going to be a foundation for a whole new era for humanity. 
DW : Well this is a really fascinating subject, Corey. I applaud you for your courage and your bravery in coming forward and being willing to do this. And I think you’re a hero, and we all owe you a debt of gratitude. So thanks for being here, Corey.

The following report describes how the Subterranean Council meeting Mr. Gorey Goode attended was held. The article reads that they describe that “those of us on the surface are uncivilized barbarians who are diseased and genetically impure,” which indicates that they look down on us humanity on Earth. According to channeling information, all people of Agartha network living in subterranean cities were supposed to build an ideal society that is fully harmonized as saints filled with love. As long as reading the article, however, we see everything is fantasy.
They were supposed to never face realistic difficulties because they are in complete harmony with the universe and they are free from negativity. However, in reality, various difficulties confronted them and they were driven so deeply into a corner that they were forced to form an unthinkable alliance with humans.
Mr. Corey Goode and Lt. Gonzales represent humanity on earth, whom the subterranean population look down on, and yet the two were chosen as delegates by the Guardians or the “Sphere Alliance” who event the subterranean population highly respect. Why is this?
Around the end of the report, there is an expression; “Apparently the Guardians were not going to contact them (=subterranean groups) on their own.” As I always point out, from the view point of inner beauty, not technology, the people on the surface are not so different from the subterranean population. Rather it is all the more difficult to save inhabitants living in subterranean cities than the surface population because the former firmly identify themselves as the “Chosen People.”

Subterranean Council Meeting & SSP Alliance Debrief Part 1 –“HONEYCOMB EARTH”

The discussions between these groups then began. They were asked by the person doing the introductions to speak English for their guests, but this didn’t last long. They would speak English and then switch over to some other language. Gonzales later told me this was a pre-Akkadian tongue that has long since died out on the surface of the planet. Then they would switch back over to English yet again. It was naturally all very confusing and hard for me to follow.
I was able to make out that they were discussing attacks that had occurred against various subterranean cities, and the casualties that occurred. They also discussed the betrayals they had suffered from certain secret societies and groups on the surface that they previously thought they had under their control. I was able to determine that their enemies on the surface now had technology that allowed them to locate their cities and bypass their defenses. The people on the surface had developed exotic weapons that could penetrate to the greatest depths and do tremendous damage.
They also spoke of the surface people building more and more of their own cities under the surface, and polluting the very delicate subterranean ecosystem in the process. They also were having to deal with recent skirmishes with a variety of very nasty non-human subterranean groups. This was causing them a great deal of concern. It became clear that all of these mounting pressures had caused them to form an alliance with one another.
This discussion went on for about two hours, and we were only able to follow a small amount of what was said. Then, the leader of the “Omega/Eight Pointed Star” group invited Gonzales to speak. Gonzales later told me that this person was not showing the proper respect to his hosts by doing so. Gonzales looked to the woman wearing the Saturn pendant with the rose colored jewel, and she gave him the nod to proceed.
Gonzales addressed each group by name, and thanked them for their invitation to participate as a representative of the Alliance. He expressed his appreciation to the group that was hosting this council meeting. He further stated that it was an honor to receive and host their small delegation, which had traveled to one of the SSP Alliance outposts in the Kuiper Belt at great personal risk in the weeks prior. Gonzales said that despite some significant differences in points of view, and the former alliances that had been in direct conflict with what we were all now hoping to achieve, he was here to relay the hopes of the SSP Alliance Council that an understanding could be reached between all parties. This would include changes in how these groups engaged the governments and civilians that they were in contact with on the surface of the planet. He ended his speech on the note that we are entering a new era that should involve open cooperation and honesty.
I could feel the sudden rise of tension and mixed emotions and energy in the room as he said this. They began to speak among themselves in a couple of different languages. At times they spoke past each other, or talked over each other. They were speaking calmly, but it was obvious that they were not pleased with at least some of what Gonzales had just communicated. We then received a very condescending lecture from each of them about how we have no right to judge them with our limited understanding and knowledge.
They each described their perceptions of those of us on the surface as uncivilized barbarians who are diseased and genetically impure.
They said they were the only ones who had preserved the various original earth human bloodlines. Wave after wave of refugees from nearby planets had since co-mingled their genetics with the original humans of this planet, and had taken over the surface world like a plague.
They stated that in the nearly 20 million years since the original human bloodlines had arisen on Earth, there had been four major cataclysms that had either changed the Earth’s axis, rotation or orbital path around the Sun. Each time one of these events occurred, the “elite” or priest caste kept their genetic line pure through isolating themselves beneath the ground.
Over oceans of time and smaller destructive events on the surface, nearly all signs of their former civilizations were erased from the memories of the survivors. Only myths and legends of advanced gods remained.
They stated that they would emerge from time to time to kick-start the civilization of the survivors who were the most closely related to them in terms of their genetics. They claimed that these surviving races assumed they were the gods of their own ancient legends. It was decided that they would allow those they were assisting to believe they were gods, in order to keep their subterranean civilizations secret and secure.
They also stated that there were other planets in our solar system that were inhabited during this time period that were also suffering from extreme cataclysms. To add to this incredible story, they stated that more and more advanced groups began to arrive from outside our solar system during and after these cataclysmic events. These new groups began to take advantage of the situation, such as to farm and manipulate the genetics of the natives of this solar system.
They claimed that the Earth became the destination of the refugees from these other inhabited planets. Advanced ETs relocated these refugees here in several waves as cataclysms occurred on their home planets. The refugee races were genetically similar to the original humans of Earth, but were much more aggressive. It turned out that many of these refugees were from a very advanced civilization that had destroyed itself through war and high technology.
The subterranean groups claimed that there had been an ancient civilization that had protected this region of the galaxy for literally billions of years. They were referred to as “The Guardians,” and the Secret Space Program referred to them as the “Ancient Builder Race”. This Guardian race was extremely advanced. There were no other ET groups who would even think of violating their region of space. The Guardians had long since disappeared from our frequency. They had created a protective field or technology within their domain that kept it safe for a vast amount of time after they had physically disappeared.
According to those telling this story, the residents of the other inhabited planets in our solar system unknowingly disrupted this protective technology put in place by the Guardians.
When they used their advanced weapons in aggression against other races, this caused a massively destructive chain of events to occur. When the field went down, this sent out a signal to the rest of the cosmos like a beacon.
The survivors of those inhabited worlds within our solar system relocated to the Earth. They were extremely aggressive, and began to reproduce and interbreed with the original humans that were on the Earth’s surface.
It was not long before the subterranean groups saw this new mixed race as a threat to their existence. This new mixed race is the current surface population of the earth today.
Now more than ever, they knew they had to keep their civilizations secret to preserve their genetic integrity, and the security of hundreds of their ancient and cherished subterranean temples and cities.
They had the advanced technologies to both hide and defend themselves from these ET groups. They began to play a long-term strategic game against them. They continued to appear to certain distant genetic relatives on the surface as gods and ascended teachers, to help them develop their civilizations and themselves spiritually. This was done in the hopes that they might be able to overcome the aggressive part of their genetic programming. This effort has continued right up until the present time.
They decided to start presenting themselves as ETs from other star systems when the surface population became more technologically sophisticated.
They say that will continue to do this to keep the people they make contact with looking to the stars, instead of beneath their feet. They further stated that our recent disclosure about their activities will be counteracted against with contradictory information and communications that they will make to their surface contacts.
They said they will continue this practice until certain conditions have been met. One of these conditions is that the surface population must remove the current control system, which is run by these same ET groups they have been working against. Secondly, they will also need to see that the surface population has overcome its barbaric, uncivilized behavior and genetic programming.
They stated that they are not optimistic that we will be able to do accomplish this, even with the continued energetic changes or return and assistance of the Guardians. This was quite surprising to hear, as they were obviously referring to the Sphere Alliance as the Guardians.
[The Ancient Builder Race left behind a vast collection of pyramids, obelisks and other such structures throughout our solar system, often made out of a glass-like alloy of transparent aluminum. A variety of these artifacts still exist within vast cavities below the Earth’s surface.]

These subterranean groups are under the impression that after a full disclosure event and the removal of the manipulative ETs from our solar system, it will still take several generations for us to heal and evolve as a civilization. Only then will we be able to have open contact with their civilizations as equals.
Apparently the Guardians were not going to contact them on their own. If they wanted any access at all, they had to work with us as a team. They flatly stated that they were doing this under duress. Their alliance was forced into existence by the vast array of problems they were having. This included the lethal resistance they were encountering from various subterranean ET refugees and “ancient pre-human Earth races.” Their problems were further compounded by the recent betrayals they had suffered from certain secret societies and kingships of the surface population.

I didn’t reply, because I was sitting there with all of this information that I had just heard flowing through my head. Much of this was new, or at least far more detailed than anything I had heard before. I was also wondering how accurate it all was, since it was coming from a group that admittedly has been deceiving the surface population of Earth for many thousands of years.

This Fulford Report is about the events of this year which Mr. Fulford quickly looked back on.
I find the last paragraph but one of the report interesting, which reads that a US military run radio station was advertising for personnel for the “US Space Command.” According to Mr. Fulford, “maybe, the disclosure people are right and a secret space program is about to come out of the closet.”
He claims that the information revealed by people like Mr. Correy Goode who used to work for a number of secret universe programs is true information. In other words, Cosmic Disclosure provided by David Wilcock is up-to-date information. If you are interested in it, please read it.

In many ways the situation now is similar to the situation in Eastern Europe just before the fall of the Soviet Union.

Europe has already rejected Khazarian mafia rule and what the world awaits is the collapse of the criminal rogue regime still in control in the Israel, the United States and a few vassal states like Japan. This can be done in 2016.

The biggest sign the Europeans have rejected the gangster regime headquartered in Washington DC is their decision to reject US pressure and join the Chinese initiated Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, which formally opened its doors last week.

The French and the Germans, for their part, rejected the Washington DC crime regime’s attempt to start a war in the Ukraine by by-passing the US and directly negotiating the Minsk Peace accords with Russia.

There is also a systematic attempt to cut off all funding for the Zionazi (neo-con) faction of the Khazarian mob. These are the people who wanted to star World War 3 in order to reduce the world population by 90% and enslave the surviving 10%.

The plunge in oil prices from over $70 a barrel late last year to the $30 range recently will start hitting these gangsters in earnest in January as their one year price hedges begin to expire.

The FARC rebels in Columbia meanwhile, have announced they will no longer be laundering their $50 billion a year in cocaine revenue through Citibank (Saudi Arabia and the Rockefeller family), Bank of America (Vanguard, State Street Corp.) and the Bush/Clinton crime family.

The Russians have also been arming both the Kurds and the Taleban to cut off Khazarian mob heroin money from Afghanistan. The North Koreans are also continuing to cut off amphetamine money that used to go through the Khazarians.

Even the controlled corporate media has been forced to admit, through their limited hang-out Seymour Hersh, the Pentagon has been going against Washington DC policy by supplying useful intelligence to the Syrian regime.

The fall of the house of Saud may be a fatal blow for the Khazarians. This regime is likely to forfeit a large portion of its $650 billion in foreign assets as compensation payments for the horrors perpetrated by widespread pseudo-Islamic terrorist movements they have funded, CIA sources say.

In addition, Pentagon sources are now saying Yemen is planning to annex the Southern Saudi Provinces of Asir, Jizan and Najran as compensation for Saudi aggression against their country. 
These provinces border on Yemen and are inhabited by ethnic Yemenis.

The Saudi, Turkish, Israeli alliance has given passports to, and paid, over 1 million refugees to flood Europe as punishment for their government’s disregard of Khazarian orders.

They are also fully exploiting Turkish historical resentment at the break-up of the Ottoman Empire after World War 1 to encourage the Turks to retake their empire. This has led to a war in the region that has embroiled the US, France, Germany, Russia, Israel, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, the UK, Iran, the Gulf Cooperation Council and others.

There has also been a suspicious regime change in Argentina, hinting that many Khazarian Zionazi mobsters may be planning to flee there from the United States and Europe as their crimes against humanity continue to be exposed.

Some old conflicts are also being settled. As mentioned above, the long running Columbian civil war is drawing to a close. Now Pakistan and India have begun serious moves to end their 68 years of conflict with serious peace attempts.

The North Koreans are also ready to make peace with South Korea, and Japan, two countries occupied by the US military since the end of World War 2.

Finally, in a rather odd note, this writer was listening last week to the Far East Network, a US military run radio station targeted at US servicemen in Japan, when the station was advertising for personnel for the “US Space Command.” Do not hold your breath but, maybe, just maybe, the disclosure people are right and a secret space program is about to come out of the closet.


However, the White Dragon Society is not going to wait for a giant-space fleet to save us, instead the WDS wants humanity to save itself.

This is quite interesting information. According to the article, the vast majority of physical Chimera bases are positioned inside the Kuiper belt.
The Chimera group is a group situated on top of the Darkness organization, which controls Draconians, Reptilians and Greys. They seem to have human-like figure, not reptile figure. Most of them come from the Andromeda Galaxy and specifically speaking, so-called negative group of the Andromeda Galaxy. It is a positive group of the Andromeda Galaxy that Cobra contacts.
The article says that operations to remove the Kuiper Ring of Chimera bases will start very soon. I suppose that removal will be over so quickly, because they cannot endure the light emanating from the center of the galaxy, about which I have told you. I suppose that various changes will occur on the earth in parallel with these operations.
Reading the latter half of the article, we can see how ridiculous it is that the war occurring in Syria is waged for the interests of oil and natural gas. The reason is that now is the time when we should move toward liberating free energy. However, the vast majority of people on the earth believe that inexhaustible energy never exists. I wonder how they are going to explain about an increasing number of disc-type airships day by day.

Clearing of the Chimera group continues.

Many people are aware of the Chimera stations on moons and asteroids inside our Solar System. Here we need to understand that there are only a few hundred moons and a few million asteroids that are suitable to establish physical bases and only a fraction of those actually have Chimera bases present.

The Kuiper belt, on the other hand, is huge and has billions of potential bodies that are suitable to host a base and actually the vast majority of physical Chimera bases are positioned inside the Kuiper belt and form the so-called Kuiper Ring, the outer line of defense which protects the Chimera-controlled territories inside this Solar System against the liberation forces of the Galactic Confederation and the Ashtar Command.

The Kuiper belt is situated mainly in the ecliptic plane just outside Neptune's orbit. You can see a picture of officially discovered Kuiper belt objects, seen from above. The yellow dot represents the Sun, four red dots gaseous planets of our Solar System and the white and blue dots represent officially known Kuiper belt objects:

Operations to remove the Kuiper Ring of Chimera bases will start very soon. I will report about this as much as it will be strategically wise. Let not the number of those bases discourage you, the plan to remove them is very solid and the situation will be dealt with efficiently.

The shaded parts of the table are the Systems and Levels where the Andromeda Council members reside on.  The Andromeda Council is a group of deities and is paired up with the Pleiadian Council.  The Council consists of a total of 27 deities; six deities in the 6th System, five deities in the 7th System, four deities in the 8th System, and three deities in the 9th to the 12th Systems, respectively.  Chairperson Kusushikihikariyadoru-himemiko resides on the 5th planet of Tau Phoenicis in the constellation of Phoenix.  Seeing the table below and the table in Order of Heavenly World-1- given above, you will see this planet belongs to the Earthly Deity 3rd Level in the 6th System and exists on the 31st dimension.

About True Andromeda Council, Pleiadian Council and Galactic Federation


I have introduced in today’s second article that there are evil aliens behind the U.S. government.  In the comment on the article, I call such beings the “Galactic Federation of Light.”  Mr. Alex Collier and Mr. Thorex introduce the “Galactic Federation” as an opposing organization.  As I have explained so far, the two organizations seem to be opposed to each other but actually both of them are organizations of Darkness under the control of the Hierarchy.  To clarify this fact, I have described it as the “(Fake) Galactic Federation.

I’m going to give a detailed explanation of these organizations of Darkness in the future.  Before that, I’d like to sum up true Andromeda Council, Pleiadian Council and Galactic Federation again.
First, there are illustrations of three goddesses, who are chairpersons of the organizations, followed by a table of dimension associated with these three organizations.  The Andromeda Council is the organization covering the 29th to 63rd dimensions and the Pleiadian Council is the organization covering the 4th to 28th dimensions.  These two are organizations of Earthly Deities.  The Galactic Federation is the organization whose dimensions are shown as shaded parts in the table.  The Galactic Federation is an organization of aliens.

The last three tables show the planets that members of each organization belong to, respectively

 Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi listened to “Sounds of Space,” the article about which was posted on Shanti Phul’s blog yesterday. She spoke to a being with her consciousness focused on the sounds and got a reply from it. The communication between the being and her is shown below.
When Mrs. Nakanishi asked the being for its name, it answered: “My name is ‘Uchuno-yorokobi (Joy of Space).” It is similar to Hanatachibanano-himemiko-sama (Earth) who gave an answer: “Saotome,” her nickname, when asked about her name by Mrs. Nakanishi before. She should have an official name. If my intuition is not wrong, this person is a Galaxy Supercluster Deity, about which I revealed in System of Heavenly World 10 (Dimensions of Star Deities), and belongs to the Pleiades System. The deity is a being of 793rd dimension in terms of existence dimension. Given the fact that the dimension of beings communicating through channeling is usually at the highest 10th dimension, you will understand that Mrs. Nakanishi has communicated with an incredibly higher being. In order to understand the whole picture and structure of space, you have to bear in mind the system of spiritual world shown in a series of System of Heavenly World.
Although I provide correct information to you, many people don’t believe what I say. However, my careful explanations are paying off. Alien beings have now understood that my information is correct.

When Andrew Williams with Leicester University Space Research Center transposed the data of electrons hitting on the Earth’s atmosphere into “sounds” audible to the human ear, an unbelievable result has produced as if “one awakens in nature one morning.”

It appears that the signals observed by “Cluster II,” which was launched by NASA and European Space Agency (ESA) to investigate the magnetosphere of the earth, are used. It sounds like birds singing, bubbling stream, frogs’ chorus or crows flying about.

At any rate, I wonder what it is like being covered with something. I recommend you to put headphones on.
