The articles below provide information that exercise is effective against depression. Although I am not sure about the cause of depression, depressed people have vibrations of narrowly-defined physical body which sink to those of the Muladhara chakra in terms of body, mind and consciousness. This situation would make you “feel depressed.” I call the vibration of Muladhara chakra the “vibration of Darkness.”

However, I certainly see some people under such physical condition raise physical vibration to that of Svadhisthana chakra by attending some events or taking exercise. So I think I understand that exercise can serve as a trigger to escape from depression.

The problem is to raise vibrations of mind and consciousness from Darkness. In the second article, three things “depressed people should do” are introduced.  The two points - not to depend on medication and to take exercise – are related to physical body. The third point - to realize that your lifestyle you choose is not for you - is related to mind and consciousness.

At present judgment is under way. Judgment affects those who live a life against divine will on narrowly defined physical level. When such people get depressed, it lets them know that their current lifestyle is wrong.

I recommend that you take exercise and also use *photos of solar halo in order to raise vibrations of mind and consciousness. For example, gaze the left photo of solar halo (for salvation of soul) for five minutes in the morning and gaze the right photo of solar halo (for salvation of body and mind) for five minutes before going to bed. Just get relaxed and gaze the center of the sun. If you have a keen sense of vibration, you must feel light showered from the Shasrara chakra.

I am not sure whether this is effective against depression, but it is worth doing.

Dr. Samuel Harvey et al. in University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia analyzed the results of large-scale observation on health condition of citizens in Norway and discovered rather safe and simple methods to escape from depression.

Approximately 30,000 adult Norwegians who allowed academics to observe their health status and feelings participated in this project.

The university academics investigated the data and paid attention to an interesting rule that participants who have never worked out are approximately 44 percent more likely to get depressed than those who work out between one and two hours per week and they are highly likely to suffer severe depression.

Dr. Harvey pointed out: “We still don’t know what this is related to. However, we think that exercise has not only biological benefits but social benefits. At any rate, the existence of this relationship tells that it is necessary to integrate exercise into anti-depression programs.”

Prior to this project, a team of U.S. psychologists had disclosed that sleep deprivation therapy is likely to be effective to treat depression.

By now many of you must have heard the news: a Russian Lieutenant-General, Valery Asapov, and two Colonels have been killed in what appears to be a very precisely targeted mortar attack.  Just as in the case of the Russian military police unit recently attacked near Deir ez-Zor, the Russians are accusing the Americans of being behind this attack.  To make things even worse, the Russians are now also officially accusing the Americans of actively collaborating with ISIS:

US Special Operations Forces units enable US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces units to smoothly advance through the ISIS formations.  Facing no resistance of the ISIS militants, the SDF units are advancing along the left shore of the Euphrates towards Deir-ez-Zor.  The aerial photos made on September 8-12 over the ISIS locations recorded a large number of American Hummer vehicles, which are in service with the America’s SOF.  The shots clearly show the US SOF units located at strongholds that had been equipped by the ISIS terrorists. Though there is no evidence of assault, struggle or any US-led coalition airstrikes to drive out the militants.  Despite that the US strongholds being located in the ISIS areas, no screening patrol has been organized at them. This suggests that the US troops feel safe in terrorist controlled regions.

A new push for changes to the law by UK Elites has caused outrage after the proposed new rules state that children as young as 12 will be old enough to consent to sex with pedophiles.

The revised new legislation is designed to block victims of child sex abuse from taking legal action against their rapist on the grounds that they "consented".

The two articles below say that Robert Cunningham, a New York Catholic bishop, claimed that a raped child was an accomplice and had “committed a sin.” Speaking about the 7-year-old child, he said: “The boy is culpable.” This is a crazy sophistry which defends rapists.

I’d like to give an example to understand his side of the story. This is the same situation in which a man accused of raping a woman explains that it was “consensual sexual activity.” According to the man, he and the woman consensually went to a hotel to have sex and he is accused of raping her many years later. In a word, the man says that he is a victim.

What the bishop says is similar to this explanation. A priest consensually had sex with a 7-year-old boy and if the bishop committed a sin, the boy who knew what he was doing was also culpable. In a word, the bishop wants to say that it is a consensual sex act and not rape.

However, since this bishop calls victim boys “accomplices,” he seems to admit that pedophile priests are also to be blamed.

Child marriage is sometimes on the news in India. I suppose that the final goal of Satanists is to legalize pedophilia. It makes me feel the disgusting future when a president in a country will confess that he is a pedophile and the people praise him for his brave confession very highly. A New York Catholic Bishop has caused outrage after claiming that victims of pedophile priests only have themselves to blame because "children are asking to be raped".

Bishop Robert Cunningham made the shocking comments during a deposition for a lawsuit in which the victim claimed he had been sexually assaulted by a number of priests from the Syracuse diocese.

Cunningham attempted to pass the blame back onto the victim by claiming that, in the eyes of the Church, the child who had been raped by a priest had "committed a sin".

Speaking about the 7-year-old child in question, he said:

"The boy is culpable"

During his testimony, Cunningham not only said, "the boy (the victim) is culpable," he also referred to victims as "accomplices", saying it was "what they wanted" and they were "asking for it".

According to Patheos, Bishop Cunningham made his odious claims in a 2011 deposition responding to a federal lawsuit filed by a man who said priests in the Syracuse diocese sexually abused him as a child.

However, the despicable claims were only made public earlier this month.

Bishop Robert Cunningham of the diocese of Syracuse, NY stated that priests have been wrongly accused of sexual abuse against young boys for centuries saying that "at 7-years-old, children know what they're doing, so it isn't rape".

Bishop Cunningham made the shocking statements in his testimony, that was recently released, during a deposition in a federal lawsuit for mass child abuse by pedophile priests.

What happened is priests used their influence and position as "messengers of God" to force children to comply with their perverted sexual desires. In the very least they were forced to make adult decisions they didn’t have the capacity to make.

According to the article, a window that opened on August 21 with the total solar eclipse will shut on September 23 and the period is a “period of karmic blowback.”

The article also says that the ruling elite utilized the “special 33 days” and generated various disasters on Earth with weather warfare.

What is written in the article is generally correct. Since the ruling elite committed such reckless deeds, gods took action against them as follows: “When the gods wish to destroy a wicked tyrant, they inspire the madness in him to lose himself.”  This is exactly true.

There are many rumors about September 23 on the Internet. Most of them are delusion but I think that this article has not many mistakes.

In the previous article, I mentioned an order to disband secret societies. This is exactly connected to the judgment which is being carried out on a universal scale.

As for most of the ruling elite who do evil, negative karma they have accumulated is to return to them and actually they have already gone spiritually bankrupt. Those who have collaborated with such ruling elite consciously or unconsciously are targeted in judgment now.
