Depression has a destructive influence on the brain… And judgment being carried out on the physical level
According to the first article, protein
seen in patients with brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease and
Parkinson’s disease was detected in the brain of patients with long-lasting
depression and depression is likely to change the brain. According to another article, severe depression has “3.59 times” higher risk of development of
Alzheimer-type disease. We can see that mental disorder has a destructive
influence on the brain.
I have told on the blog that judgment is being
carried out on the physical level. From my perspective, patients with
depression unexceptionally have all vibrations of the body, mind and
consciousness decrease to the Muladhara chakra. Vibrations are measured on a
particular location of chakras. In case of physical body in a broad sense,
vibrations of the body are measured with the out-of-the-body chakra route, and
vibrations of the mind and consciousness with the body surface chakra route.
To put it in another way, if vibrations of
the body are raised to the Swadhistana chakra in some way, it will trigger to
get out of depression.
The Prayers with Gayatri Mantra for Exorcism and for Purification are effective in
raising your vibrations. However, those who develop serious depression as a
result of judgment cannot be saved with this prayer alone.
For example, those who are being judged include
people who fearlessly deliver hate speech or defame others on Twitter. Some of
them systematically attack companies or individuals presumably by being given
money by somewhere.
I can safely say that such people can’t
help but be in bad shape because they have been judged due to their karma and
their vibrations have been decreased. They will fall into deeper Darkness
unless they get out of crime.
Finally, they will go mentally bankrupt as
suggested by the first article.

Depression
proves to have destructive influence on the brain
The
Center for Addition and Mental Health affiliated with the University of Toronto
has revealed that long-lasting depression is likely to
change the brain.
Sputnik Japan
The study is published in a scientific
journal, the Lancet Psychiatry. The study involved 25 people with more than 10
years of depression, 25 with less than 10 years of depression and 30 people
with no depression.
Translocator protein
(TSPO) was about 30 percent higher in the brain of those with long-lasting
depression than the other two groups. This protein is
created by immune cells which respond with degenerative brain diseases such as
Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. Though depression is not
considered a degenerative brain, some people may show similar symptoms.
In an earlier study, researchers in the
U.S. proposed a simple way to combat depression. The study showed that eating fresh
vegetables, fruit and whole grains reduce the risk of mental diseases. This
conclusion was gained after six-year observation of the aged.

Research
result – Art therapy is helpful in treating patients with severe depression
Christina
Blomdahl, PhD, of Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg, Sweden,
revealed the findings that art therapy is helpful in
treating patients with severe or moderately severe depression. Discussion on their paintings promotes self-reflection and
brain stimulation, the Deccan Chronicle, Indian Newspaper in English
language.

Patients with depression participated in
the experiments. They were divided into the first group of 43 patients that
undergo a manual-based art therapy provided by PhD Blomdahl and the second
group of 36 patients that never undergo art therapy. All participants were give
cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, psychosomatic psychotherapy and
physiotherapy. The majority of the participants were so affected by their
depression that they were unable to work.
The individual art therapy was conducted by
a specially trained therapist. Each session began with a short briefing and a
relaxation exercise. Pencils and water colors were used. The session was
one-hour long. The participants who took 10 sessions showed 5 point lower level
in depression on average. The second group that did not undergo art therapy did
not show any significant change.
