Yes, we have heard some reports of people having difficulty getting money out of their banks around the world lately, but this news out of Russia really surprised me.
Yet another story that seemed rather odd was a report in the Wall Street Journal earlier this week that stated that Germany's central bank is advocating "a one-time wealth tax" for European nations that need a bailout...
Germany's central bank Monday proposed a one-time wealth tax as an option for euro-zone countries facing bankruptcy, reviving a idea that has circled for years in Europe but has so far gained little traction.
Why would they be suggesting such a thing if "economic recovery" was just around the corner?
According to that same article, the IMF has recommended a similar thing...
………………………… . A 10% tax would bring the debt levels of a sample of 15 euro-zone member countries back to pre-crisis levels of 2007, the IMF said.
So what does all of this mean?
I am not exactly sure, but I have got a bad feeling about this - especially considering the financial chaos that we are witnessing in emerging markets all over the globe right now.

Naka: “Would you tell me your favorite subjects and hobbies?

“Playing the piano, Hammond organ, flute and violin; singing songs (soprano); classical ballet; tap- dancing; flamenco; horse riding; astrology; energy therapy; botany; French cooking, etc. I’m learning them here in this school.”

Naka: “Are you forced to study the subjects you don’t like as required subjects over there in the celestial school?”

“No.”
“I enjoy learning because I can choose my favorite subjects and are fully engaged in studying them.

Naka: “I have heard from Mr. Takeshita that you have become a student of the celestial school. Would you mind letting me know how it happened?”

“The other day, Sumuwataru-umashihosino-himemiko-sama (Star Merope in the Pleiades) invited me to make a school tour to the celestial school with her. I became fond of the school at first glance. Then I took an entrance examination and interview, and I was allowed to enter the school. We were so happy and jumped with joy.”

Naka: “Congratulations!”
Lastly, would you let me know how you like the illustration of you I drew?
Would you be honest with me? It would be very helpful to know.”

“Everything about the illustration is a lot like me.
Especially, the face is exactly like mine.
I was very surprised to see the hairdo and dress with feather, because it is my favorite dress.
I wear a tiara like this.

Q: It is said that evolutionary levels are described as, for example, Ajna on human level, Anahata on animal level or Anahata on plant level. I wonder on what timing animals or plants in the heavenly world become humans.

Himemiko-sama:
Evolutionary system in the heavenly world is slightly different from that on Earth.
Plants become fairies when they reach the divine-level Ajna chakra or higher.
Fairies become humans when they reach the divine-level Sahasrara chakra or higher.
Animals become humans when they reach the divine-level Sahasrara chakra or higher.
On the other hand, on earth,
Plants become animals when they reach the divine-level Sahasrara chakra or higher.
However, exceptionally, in some cases, plants become fairies and then humans.

 As described in this article, the Abe administration has been driven into the corner. Pressure from the Obama administration on the dangerous Abe administration is welcome in that the Abe administration, a puppet government of the Bush/Nazi camp (warmongers), is driven into the corner. However, Internet right-wingers, who do not understand that Japan is originally nothing but a province of the U.S. or rather a dependence, would increasingly object to the U.S. for the reason of intervention in Japan’s affairs. The Wall Street Journal carried an exclusive article that according to multiple U.S. government officials, “The U.S. government calls for Prime Minister Abe to make a commitment not to visit the Yasukuni Shrine again”, which has given a significant impact on the Abe administration. Although the demand is allegedly unofficial, it cannot be neglected. Prime Minister Abe has been driven into the corner.

State Department Deputy Spokesperson Harf said, “We have no idea whether it is true or not” but she did not deny it. The demand from the U.S. is true and the leakage of this to the media indicates the serious attitude of the Obama administration.

Mr. Naoto Amaki, a former diplomat, says:
“Japan and the U.S. are allies. They should share the concept of values. However, they announced a talk that U.S. is ‘disappointed’ at Prime Minister Abe’s visit to Yasukuni Shrine, which emphasized that they cannot share the concept of values with Prime Minister Abe. This demand is more than unusual. They have made more excessive demand this time and it’s an unprecedented demand. They have never made such an unreasonable demand on Japanese government or the fact of demand has never been revealed. They showed their anger against Prime Minister Abe to the world by leaking a strong message:” Never visit the shrine again” to the media. This is the last possible resort that can prevent its alliance with Japan from being destroyed. This will be the last time. It should be interpreted as ultimatum.

The U.S., of course, has no intension to review the bilateral alliance. Close economic ties with Japan and U.S. military bases in Japan are beneficial to them. However, they show their stance that they won’t forgive Japan if Abe continues causing unnecessary frictions with China and Korea. They don’t want East Asia to be shaky. For this reason, they intend to restrict Abe’s action.

“At Davos Forum, Prime Minister Abe compared the current Japan-China relations to those between Britain and Germany before the World War I. That foolish remark might have delivered a final blow. The Yasukuni issue made the U.S., which has tried not to mention Japanese historical perception, move forward. Japan and the U.S. are entering a new phase in bilateral relations. Reportedly, the U.S. also requests Japan to offer apologies like the statement by Murayama that by Kono and to respond to the issue of comfort women.

This is a quite a tough problem for Abe, an extreme right-winger. It appears that before revisit to the shrine, he will have no way out and give up the government again.

 Japanese major mass media have covered nothing about Prime Minister Abe’s controversial remarks at a meeting in Davos. As shown in the second article, Prime Minister Abe gave away his true feeling. He made it known at home and abroad that he is steadily preparing to wage a war. Of course, the Bush/Nazi camp, neoconservatives who are looking forward to a war between Japan and China are pulling strings from behind the prime minister.

As I have mentioned so far, I suppose Prime Minister Abe thinks it is his duty to pave the way for a war.

His real intention would be more easily understood if we think that he gave this remark against the backdrop of a move in which the next prime minister, who is probably Ishiba, will actually wage a war instead of Abe, who has health problem.
While the Tokyo gubernatorial election has been discussed in terms of various points of issue, we will have a war unless the Abe administration is toppled. I think that people who raise the issues of employment and children on waiting list as points at issue lack an ability to read the trend of times. I may as well tell you what is important now is to eliminated the Abe administration, which is too dangerous, as soon as possible. On January 22, 2014, Prime Minster Abe, who attended the World Economy Forum Annual Meeting (Davos Forum) held in Switzerland, had a get-together by inviting overseas media. His remarks on explanation of the relationship with China at the meeting surprised the press.

A reporter of the British Financial Times (FT) writes at the beginning of an article dated January 22: “I asked Prime Minister Abe if there is a possibility of war between Japan and China. Interestingly, he didn’t rule out a possibility that such a military clash will occur.”

Additionally, according to him, Prime Minister compared the current tension between Japan and China to the rivalry between Britain and Germany before the First World War and said there was a similar situation. Although Britain had strong economic ties with Germany at that time, just like between the current Japan and China, this had not prevented tensions leading to a military clash in 1914. Prime Minister Abe gave an explanation by comparing Britain/Germany to Japan/China based on the fact.

The reporter commented that “The comments were made by a Japanese leader, not a commentator. It gave all the more great shock to us.”

The article continues. Since Japan and China are trade partners who produce mutual benefit, which is the same as the relations between Britain and Germany at that time, peace serves as a breakwater to make the two countries and neighboring countries prosper. However, it is apparent that Prime Minister considered it provocative for China to increase its defense budget by 10 percent a year.

Western media got indignant at Abe’s remarks, which alluded to a possibility, they interpreted, that a “nightmare” of 100 years ago would resurge between Japan and China.

The two countries, though having economic ties, went to war 100 years ago. We should never make the same mistake again. He emphasized that in case of some problem between Japan and China, it is important to make a close mutual communication. Additionally, he said that Japan has a policy to explain the prime minister’s intention to overseas media.

“Global leaders,” who are criticized as eroding democracy by NGO Oxfam, got together in Switzerland to have a meeting. This is called “Davos meeting.” At a press meeting, Prime Minister Abe, a participant at the meeting, gave insensitive remarks of comparing the Japan-China relations to those of Britain and Germany before the World War I, which has caused controversy.

When he was asked by Financial Times’ Gideon Rahman about the possibility of outbreak of war between Japan and China, he did not rule it out and cited the Britain and Germany before the World War I.

All proceeds as intended, and before very long you will begin to receive the proof that you have been seeking. You will be in no doubt that all along the forces for good have been working towards the changes that you have been promised, and that the New Age is upon you. Outwardly many will only see confusion and many parts of your world in turmoil. It is the final throes of the dark Ones who are now in retreat. Before long those who have been working silently for the Light will reveal themselves, and you will know that the New Age has truly begun.

……………….. However, there are numerous signs everywhere that the changes are speeding up, and can be found by those who are seeking in earnest. Already some souls are making themselves known for their Light work, and you may rest assured that they will be protected by us.

As the Light grows in strength so more souls will begin to awaken, their levels of consciousness will enable them to raise their vibrations. Since I was told by Mr. Takeshita in advance that himemiko-sama is not a student of the celestial school, I took this opportunity to ask her about her favorite subjects and hobbies.

Himemiko-sama:
“Astronomy, physics, writing novels, songwriting, dancing hula, swimming, scuba diving, boat race, expedition (travelling to unknown places such as mountains, rivers and jangles), playing the harp and synthesizer, cooking, visiting hot spas, making music boxes.”

While talking with her, I was astounded to learn the unexpected real self of himemiko-sama.
Although I have thought that she was rather modest and quiet, she actually has a lot of hobbies, a strong desire to learn, is active, and uses words showing her positivity. She was a new type of himemiko-sama I have never seen before

When I asked her “You are too busy to have time to learn in the celestial school,” she answered: “I’d like to make a school tour once.”

I asked her how she liked the illustration I drew because I felt a bit uneasy about the gap between image and reality.

Himemiko-sama:
“It is exactly like me. I feel much honored to have me drawn so splendidly. I’ll display it at home!”
I felt slightly relieved to hear her reply. (Laugher)

Q: I can’t believe that there are hula dance and even spas in the heavenly world.

Himemiko-sama:
“Yes, there are. We have almost everything available on Earth, here in the heavenly world, too.
Most of things on Earth come down from the heavenly world.
Everything is, of course, not the same because they have been tailored to the need of Earth.
For example, hula costumes or movement are almost completely different from those in the heavenly world. No matter what it may be, however, it is a hula dance.”

Nakanishi:
“How different specifically?”

Himemiko-sama:
“Hula costumes are very elegant, long dresses.
Hand movements are quite similar but we have more diversified movements.
We don’t move the hips so markedly.
It is a very elegant and lithe dance with an image of running water.”

Nakanishi:
“How wonderful it is!
By the way, did you make a school tour?”

Himemiko-sama:
“Yes, immediately I did.
I am very happy to have been allowed to enter the school.”

Nakanishi:
“How energetic you are! Congratulations!”
