According to the website manager, the following is the summary of the report dated July 29 by the Ambassador of the Red Dragon Family. Please read reference source, which is quite an interesting article, to gain more detailed information.
What I find interesting is Cap. Max’s words, which is shown below. Although his words appear to be outrageous statement, everything is true. He claims to be “a galactic commander and King of his planetary system.” He also says: “I am from the future of my star system which is in the seventeenth universe and the twenty first dimension.”
In an article I introduced on September 8, I posted the information about Mr. KejRaj who is “20D energy being.” You can understand more about Cpt. Max by reading the article.
In an article dated September 23, 2014, I showed a table of dimensions where those beings of the Andromeda Council, the Council of the Pleiades and the Galactic Federation exist. Please use it as a reference. Cpt. Max is a person who belongs to the 3rd System Earthly Deity 3rd Level (belonging to 16D). His evolutionary level is 18.0.
We can see from this report that the Ambassador of the Red Dragon Family, Cpt. Max and Cobra gets in contact with the true Galactic Federation. However, Cobra and his source of information may not be able to confirm that Capt. Max tells the truth because of too big a difference in the dimension where they belong to and the evolutionary level which they reach.
Cpt. Max saw a vision of a big space craft, compared to which the sun looked like a dime. According to him, strange beings were on board the space craft: “they have a shell on themselves, they have big claws and their face is all black.” They are deities who belong to the 4th System Earthly Deity 4th Level (belonging to 20D). It appears that they come from Beta Draconis, Rastaban, in the constellation Draco. They appear like ordinary human beings, but it seems that they intentionally incarnate their etheric double (light body) in the form of human beings.
Cpt. Max says: “The reason they are here is to remove all the cabal, all the negative entities that are here on this planet.”
In an article dated September 17, I mentioned the Pleiades Council and conveyed that
the Cabal has been destroyed. In an article dated September 19, I conveyed that the remnants of the Hierarchy have been punished. You must see from Cpt. Max’s words that what I said is true.
There were two ways to punish the Cabal and the remnants of the Hierarchy; some were destroyed together with the physical body and others were put into jail. I had imagined that deities and aliens would probably capture enemies together with their space ships and make the spacecraft prisons. Cpt. Max’s words indicate that my imagination was true. Among these detainees are many beings which were subsequently executed.

The first topic in this article is about “warning from Tear-Eir who predicted a massive solar flare and probably pole shift.” As I have already told, such events were cancelled. The article gives a mention about the “behaviors modification grid.” This is in progress of dismantlement. Probably it would be completely dismantled within one month. The behaviors modification grid is in the plasma plane. There is GWEN Tower similar to the grid on the earth.
What’s interesting is that “the number of humanity that would be ready for Ascension at the current time would be approximately *0.042 percent – less than one out of every **2,300 people.” I explained in an article dated August 11 on the blog that “only one in 1000 people still has soul. Forty-five percent of people vibrate synchronously at the 5th dimensional frequency of Earth. The remaining 55 percent will vibrate at the 3rd dimensional frequency, though they have still soul.” In short, I showed the figure of 0.045 percent in my comment on the blog. According to Mr. Corey Goode update, the number is *0.042 percent. You see the number I told is good approximation.
Let me explain about slight error. Reading an article dated August 9 and an article dated September 8, you would understand the reason.
On July 27 at 4 a.m., the Earth reached an evolutionary level of 186.
On August 26 at 10:43 a.m., it reached an evolutionary level of 187.
On August 30 at 0:21 p.m., it reached an evolutionary level of 188.

As of August 11, Earth’s evolutionary level is 186, which is the 2nd level in terms of human level. It means that at that point, among one in 1,000 people who still had soul, 45 percent of them vibrated synchronously with the earth.
However, subsequently the earth’s evolutionary level rapidly rose to 188, which is the level 4 in terms of human level. Regrettably, most of humanity could not catch up to this rapid vibrational increase. Those who have reached 4.0 or above account for approximately 1.1 percent among one out of every 1,000 people who has still soul. And, those who don’t vibrate synchronously with the earth but still vibrate at the 3rd frequency account for approximately 55.2 percent.
The remaining people who neither vibrate at the 3rd frequency nor have reached 4.0, in other words, those who have not achieved so-called ascension will become a problem. It is highly likely that such people will reach evolutionary level 4.0 in this life. Examination shows that “those who are likely to achieve ascension in this life” included those who have already ascended count of approximately 42.3 percent.
In short, the figure shown in this article: “the number of humanity that would be ready for Ascension at the current time would be approximately *0.042 percent” is very accurate figure.
I intend to provide extremely accurate information on the blog. However, most people do not merely understand that information from me is true.

This past summer,   *snip   many of the attendees at Contact in the Desert saw a blue blinking light in the sky for some time.  *snip  Roughly a week later,   *snip   I was then taken to one of the spheres where Tear-Eir was waiting for me.   *snip   Tear-Eir then sent me visualizations of the Sun emanating a series of powerful energetic blasts in a pulsing manner. I then saw the energy waves hitting the Earth’s magnetic field and wrapping around it. The energy was directed into the Earth’s core via the north and south poles and then emerged outward from the Earth’s surface.

I was thinking to myself that it would be impossible to hide underground from this
energetic wave, no matter how deep below the surface or shielded by advanced technology you were. I expected the next communication to be about the scene I had just witnessed. Tear-Eir then communicated that our co-creative mass consciousness was playing a part in what was and soon will unfold.   *snip   the increased energetic waves were causing behavioral changes on Earth, as well as on various bases and vessels that resided within our star system.

This also was interfering with the “behavioral modification” grid that has influenced the thoughts and behavior of people on this planet for many thousands of years. As a result, this grid had to be turned up to its maximum power level to have the desired effects on the population, which I was told would also increase its side effects.
The energetic changes and increased power to the mind control grid were causing people to begin to behave erratically, and become apathetic and ineffective.   *snip   Our co-creative consciousness was directing us toward a choice of which temporal reality we will ultimately experience.   *snip  

Tear-Eir and I then discussed a few other topics, including some that were personal or had to do with people operating around me. Among the topics we discussed was the shockingly low number of humanity that would be ready for Ascension if it occurred at the current time. (Tear-Eir communicated that "less than 300,000" would ascend at that moment in time.) It would only be approximately 0.0042 percent – less than one out of every 23,000 people. It was apparent that time was short for all of us to process our karma and increase our own service-to-others polarity.

I asked if there would be a way to tell if we had directed ourselves to the optimal temporal reality. Tear-Eir simply replied that “if the world is shaken” around David and, we would then know that our mass-consciousness had chosen an “other than optimal temporal reality.” In that instance, David and I would gnash our teeth and recognize what had occurred. I thought to myself that this might be an earthquake,    *snip   However, after I discussed this with David, he said that a pole shift scenario would involve simultaneous world earthquakes, volcanic activity, and super-storms.   *snip

The orb deposited Gonzales next to the other three beings mentioned before.   *snip   Gonzales told me that when he lived underground with the Anshar for those few weeks, he saw some interesting things.    *snip   On two separate occasions, he noticed two of the priest caste walking down a corridor that ended in a solid cave wall. They walked right through the wall    *snip   but he discovered a fissure in the wall that allowed him to see where they went. When he looked in, he saw a number of different types of giants that were conversing with the two priests. Their heights varied considerably. These giants were very upset. They appeared to be prisoners or refugees. The bigger one that was conversing with the priest in the front had his head in his palm. Gonzales then went into recent details about negotiations between the Earth Alliance and the syndicates that make up what many of us refer to as the Cabal.   *snip    These syndicates insist that either everyone in their groups given full immunity and pardoned from prosecution, or no one should receive immunity.  *snip   They also continue to insist on a controlled, partial disclosure that would gradually unfold over the next 100 years. They opposed any type of document dumps, insisting that this would the entire socio-economic system on the planet. They argued that a full disclosure would lead to chaos and many deaths from rioting and the anger and panic from countries victimized by the Cabal.   *snip   A large number of the Earth Alliance members have similar fears of these scenarios taking place in the event of a full disclosure.

*snip They have developed a kill switch for the internet, and can knock out communications and even electricity in certain regions to stop the data from being viewed.   *snip   They can also manicure and remove videos, articles or social media posts that contradict their agenda.   *snip   The Panama Papers seemed to be the Cabal’s first strike to let the Alliance know that they also had incriminating evidence that could put many of them on trial as well.

It is now believed that document dumps need to occur in spurts in order to have a higher possibility of actually reaching the population. These syndicates have been continually pushing for WWIII, without gaining any success. They still continue to make threats to cause natural disasters, which includes detonating charges that would cause two to erupt, causing an extinction-level event on Earth.

We spoke about the upcoming presidential elections in the US, as well as some other lower-level topics before he ended the conversation. Gonzales said that the Cabal would not allow Trump to become the President of the United States, even if they had to have an asset run up and stab him on his inauguration day.   *snip  There have been quiet movements of DHS assets and operatives that are positioning themselves to prepare for social unrest. I have already introduced these three articles below. However, I’d like to introduce them again in the form of summary because you don’t seem to notice that there is a connection among the three articles.
Look at the articles from bottom up. Mr. Fulford, in his report dated March 22, suggested the existence of a secret Nazi base in Antarctica. According to Cobra information dated March 25, the Cabal factions try to flee to the Antarctic underground base in order to avoid mass arrests. In Corey Goode Intel Update, there is an illustration of underground base in Antarctica. According to the article, when Mr. Corey Goode reconnoitered Antarctic underground base, they were shocked that “their advanced technology did not detect the presence of the Anshar Bus Craft.”
If this space bus had been really owned by Anshar, the bus would have been able to be detected by their technology. This space bus is not owned by Anshar but by the true Pleaides Council. Therefore, it is natural that they were not able to detect it.
They should not be able to detect any fighter plane owned by the Pleiades Council like the space bus.
In an article dated September 13 posted on this blog, I commented: “the Order of Malta is supposed to be eliminated tomorrow on 14 at midnight. The SSP will be eliminated on this time.”  The SSP’s home base eliminated on this time is Antarctic underground base you see in this illustration. There is nobody in the base because it has been completely destroyed.

This is a quite interesting article. Around the end of the article, you see a phrase: “the events Cabal factions are preparing for.” According to the article, “the entire surface area of the Sun’s corona is about to mass eject. … The Sun will then go almost completely dark for a number of days. … the impact of this would take out all communications, electronics and sources of electricity on earth. … it will cause a planetary winter.”
I think that information above has almost the same contents of fake channeling information Shanti-phula has introduced. Lt. Col. Gonzales calls such information to be “the events Cabal factions are preparing for”. Judging from the contents of the above information alone, these are natural phenomena and not a plan they plot. If he says a plan, we should consider it to be a conspiracy they made look like predictions or prophecies. Lieutenant Colonel Gonzales believes that such evil plot will bring about a New World Order where they can establish their control as gods who dominate the earth. The information from Lieutenant Colonel Gonzales supports the comments I posted on this blog that this kind of channeling information is fake information.
There is something I was surprised at in this article: appearance of a man named Micca. The moment I saw his face, I thought that he is Onyankopon, the supreme god in African mythology. As a matter of fact, Mica was the first sub-race of the fifth root race that appeared as a result of natural evolution approximately 40 million years ago. After subsequent evolutions, he has been admired as the supreme god.
At present, he is a god belonging to the 2nd System Earthly Deity 5th Level and one of the 27 councilor gods in the Pleiades Council. I suppose that he lives on Altair, Alpha Aquilae, in the constellation of Aquila. If the information given in this article is correct, it turns out that humanity will encounter for the first time the god of earthlings’ ancestor, though humanity was supposed to encounter aliens in the near future.
Those with good intuition should have doubt about why Raw-Tier-Eir took a true god of the Pleiades Council despite the fact that the Sphere-Being Alliance should have been remnants of the Hierarchy. As a matter of fact, Raw-Tier-Eir is a councilor god in the Pleiades Council, who belongs to the 3rd System Earthly Deity 3rd Level, “Alpha Trianguli or Caput Traianguli in the constellation of Triangulum. And priestess Kaaree is a council god in the Pleiades Council, who belongs to the 3rd System Earthly Deity 4th Level, “Sham in the constellation of Sagitta.”
These two gods are not humans who come from the Sphere-Being Alliance or the Ancient Earth Break-Away Subterranean Civilization Mr. Corey Goods has met. In a word, the article describes the process during which the remnants of the Hierarchy who had brought harm to Earth have been executed and replaced with the true Andromeda Council, Pleiades Council and Galactic Federation.
I think that this method is adopted because the information provided by Mr. Corey Goode and Mr. David Wilcock has a great influence on people. Gods make such people and their figure appear as Mr. Corey Goode wants to see. I don’t think that they can understand such truth at this point. It seems that they won’t believe the information from me at all even afater they know it.

Our planet and solar system is going through a change far more profound than most people could ever imagine. Not only are extraterrestrials very real,  *snip   I performed 20 years of service in the “secret space program,” which is still unknown to most people. And yet, more and more insiders are now emerging, such as aerospace engineer William Tompkins, who can independently validate many aspects of my testimony. The level of technology in the SSP dwarfs anything we have on Earth, and includes replicator devices, teleportation, time travel, anti-gravity, free energy and healing technologies that make all forms of disease, illness and even aging obsolete.  *snip These assets already exist in our skies and we simply are not being allowed to see or use them.  *snip

However, an ever-increasing column of resistance has developed in the SSP that we are calling the SSP Alliance. Though my formal work in the SSP finished in 1987, I was recently contacted by a new group of powerful extraterrestrials.  *snip  This new group was originally called the “Sphere Beings.”   *snip Although the first sphere appeared in the 1980s,  *snip  another major influx appeared right around the Mayan Calendar end-date of 2012. The spheres refused to communicate with the SSP or the SSP Alliance in any way.

The “sphere beings” finally communicated with the SSP Alliance. They asked for me by name.   *snip  They were humanlike but also possessed bird-like features, including blue and purple feathers, and thus were called the Blue Avians. The two beings I had the greatest interaction with called themselves Ra-Tear-Eir and Ra-Rain-Eir. The first word “Ra” was pronounced almost like the word “Raw”.

David gave the most current intel that was available at the time in his June 19th article. It included the sad story of Lt. Col. Gonzales, my main contact in the Secret Space Program (SSP) Alliance, having turned on me.
This occurred after a lower-level SSP group had captured me and used advanced technology to “out” three Alliance members I knew.  *snip  This compromised Gonzales and forced him to go into hiding.  *snip 

Not long after returning home from Boulder, Colorado I was contacted by Kaaree.  *snip  Our recent reconnaissance flight into the icy caverns of Antarctica had highly disturbed the individuals who are responsible for security at these installations.

Over the following weeks I was contacted by Kaaree for short exchanges, *snip. I was feeling very disconnected and not really of any use.
I asked Kaaree why she was still communicating with me when I had so very little to offer recently. She smiled at me and stated that I still had a role to play in future events. *snip  I remembered a communication with Raw-Tear-Eir where I was told that as the cosmic energies increased, the spheres would begin to fade out of our Sol System. At that time, there would be two other races that would then come and work more closely with humanity as they make the transition.  *snip


On July 10th at 3:40 in the morning, I was awoken by a familiar blue light bleeding through my eyelids.  *snip  I got up, put on what clothes I could and indicated I was ready for transport.  *snip  When I arrived I could see the silhouette of Raw-Tier-Eir and a much shorter figure standing to the left.  *snip  The new person was about 5 foot 5 inches tall and wearing a shiny green robe and light brown sandals. His face had what appeared to be a mixture of ethnic features, including African characteristics.   *snip His face looked like that of an older individual of his race, thanks to the appearance of wrinkles.   *snip  I am sure my jaw dropped when he addressed me in perfect English. I couldn’t discern any accent at all.  *snip  He introduced himself as “Micca”.


He stated that his planet resides in our local star cluster and that his people are our “stellar-cousins,” sharing about 94% of the same genetics. He claimed that he was an ambassador from his system of planets to Earth. *snip He stated that many of his people were excited about the prospect of being able to come to Earth in the future to assist us, after we had obtained true sovereignty from the same beings that had enslaved them .

Six days after the meeting with Micca, July 16th, I had another blue orb show up in my room. He went into some of the details about the events that these Cabal factions are preparing for. Each faction has a slightly different view of what they are expecting to occur to our planet. Everyone is expecting that the Sun is going to discharge a large amount of energy in all directions at once.  *snip  The most scientific and pragmatic of these "secret syndicates" believe the entire surface area of the Sun’s corona is about to mass eject. They believe the Sun will then go almost completely dark for a number of days before it re-awakens into a new state of equilibrium.

These syndicate “eggheads” believe that the proceeding energetic shockwave and the impact of this mega-CME would take out all communications, electronics and sources of electricity on earth. This would have a negative impact on our current infrastructure but would effectively remove all traces of the AI threat from our solar system. It would also provide the perfect opportunity to declassify and disseminate technologies to the whole planet at once. Some of these syndicates further believe this will cause a flip in polarity of the Earth’s magnetic field, having a dramatic effect on every living creature on the planet. The neurology and magnetic fields of our bodies would be effected as would our consciousness.

There is a divergence between these various syndicates beliefs as to how powerful of an effect this “solar sneeze” will have on the atmosphere and the surface of the Earth. Some believe that it will be a minor event that will take a few decades to recover from, while others are expecting dramatic increases in volcano eruptions and large-scale earthquakes across the world. This particular syndicate group believes it will cause a planetary winter that will repeat the downfall of the previous advanced civilization, which occurred just prior to our last ice age. In either case, each of these secret Earth syndicates expect to re-emerge after the dust settles and exert their control over the survivors. They believe after they bring “order out of chaos,” they will be gods who serve over a utopian NWO planet.

Gonzales saw the concerned look on my face, and said “This event isn’t imminent, and this is only what some of these syndicates are expecting”. He said that the more esoteric of these syndicates believe, as many do in our community, that this will be a spiritual harvest. The two stories below are about people who were saved by dogs. The first story is happy news and the second story is sad news. In the case of the second story, the dog did not die for nothing. I have picked up the information on Dou Mu. According to Cobra information, around the end of 2014 Dou Mu “left her home star system, teleported and arrived on the surface of the planet.” Her home star system is probably Vega (Alpha Lyrae) in the constellation Lyra.
In the second article, two pictures are released by the Dragon sources: one is the picture of her in meditation and the other is the picture of an old altar where probably she is enshrined.
Cobra made a comment on Dou Mu by saying that “Dou Mu is not ascended but is coming from the liberated universe.”
Although I refrain from writing her evolutionary level here because she is now on the earth, you can tell that she is not ascended if you can feel her vibrations. If she has achieved what Cobra calls ascension, her evolutionary level should be at least 4.0 or over. However, in the case of her, it never happens that all chakras on the out-of-the-body simultaneously open. Therefore, I can say that Cobras’ information is correct.
She is described as a cosmic Goddess in the information. This is wrong. She was reincarnated as a human approximately 20 million years ago. She was the fifth sub-race of the third root race (Lemurian). It seems that she reached evolutionary level of 1.6 and moved to a star system in Lyra approximately 936.7 million years ago. For this reason, she is not a goddess but a human.
Cobra information includes another error: “Dou Mu is coming from the liberated universe.” She served Sanat Kumara until recently. It seems that she has served Esther since Sanat Kumara was destroyed and light from Esther was showered.
I think that the remnants of the Hierarchy including her have never been taught right concept on religion. What they understand least is that as a matter of fact, Sanat Kumara intentionally attracted to our solar system the evil beings such as Reptilians and Draconians whom they have desperately fought against. They had a plot to bring about chaos to the solar system, particularly the earth and take advantage of it to launch a coup in the heavenly world and finally take over it. And top of it, their coup plot was motivated by personal urge for revenge against deities. Therefore, it is unforgivable act. The remnants of the Hierarchy served the embodiment of evil but they completely believe that they are a white-hat group.
Luckily, Dou Mu serves Esther and I believe she will be able to properly tell them the truth.
Finally, there is one more thing I have to say. At midnight today 246 people in the group of remnants of the Hierarchy Cobra belongs to were executed because they got involved in a plot to cause the pole shift this time. An order has been issued to disband all secret societies including them. Strict measures will be taken unless they follow the order.

Our earth belongs to the Earthly Deity 5th Level in the 1stSystem. Five deities of east, west, center, south and north (ki, tsu, wo, sa and ne) are situated at the center of the Level.
I wrote in yesterday’s article that two of the five deities disappeared and newly selected two women called at our house. A shining green car stopped in front of our house and a woman in ancient Chinese dress got out of the car. When I saw her, I felt that she was a successor to Grace Kelly. The other woman in white seemed to take care of our garden. I could not see their faces clearly. All I found was that the woman in white was a successor to Susanna and a Taiwanese.
Later I examined about the five deities including these two. I found as follows:

Chaing Mei-chi who was chosen as a successor to Susanna is a Taiwanese singer. I paste a song by her below. A person incarnated on earth is rarely selected to hold an important position. However, there are several previous precedents. She is an inborn goddess and not a human being. Her evolutionary level is far higher than the average level on the earth.
There is a method to confirm that she has been elected to assume such a high rank. Write down her name on a piece of white paper. Write information with which you can identify her, for example, “Taiwanese singer”, in parentheses. And touch the paper slightly with your hands. You will see all chakras on theoutside-the-body, body-surface, nerve plexus and spinal cord simultaneously open. It indicates that her evolutionary level is at least 7.0. Actually, her level should indicate much bigger numerical value because she is a heavenly empress.
However, this is not the case with Susanna. Write down her name and the time and date before she disappeared (at midnight on August 13) on a piece of white paper. The visions Serena saw on December 24, 2013 were shown on her blog “From se of Light.” As a matter of fact, I introduced the five deities of east, west, center, south and north (ki, tsu, wo, sa and ne), who belonged to 1st System Earthly Deity 5th Leve. Before the Heavenly Reformation in 2007, rank order of the five deities was as follows: 1st :center, 2nd :south, 3rd :west, 4th :north and 5th :east in a sequential order. However, after the Heavenly Reformation, rank order was changed as follows: 1st :center, 2nd :west, 3rd :north, 4th :east and 5th : south. In the article below, the five empresses as of December 2013 were described. Elizabeth Taylor equivalent to “north” was dethroned as heavenly empress because a scandal was revealed and she disappeared some time later. Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi succeeded to her. In the article you see an illustration drawn by Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi. However, Mrs. Nakanishi was promoted to the position of “north” of east, west, center, south and north (ki, tsu, wo, sa and ne) who belong to the 1st System Earthly Deity 4th Level, and Grace Kelly succeeded to Mrs. Nakanishi.
I have already conveyed that Julia Levia, placed as the position of south, had been executed because of her involvementin the coup in the heavenly world. Regrettably, two more deities were executed today: Susanna of “west” and Grace Kelly of “north.” Last night, I noticed that Grace Kelly had strange vibrations and made a closer examination of her. It was discovered that she had got involved in the coup. She was executed at midnight today. Furthermore, I recognized that Susanna had also been executed. After examination, I found that Susanna had recommended Grace Kelly as this position and Susanna also got involved in the coup.
Why has this fact not been revealed? That’s because the goddess of Central Sun in the Milky Way Galaxy has covered up the information about these two goddesses. However, such cover-up has become impossible because the goddess of Central Sun disappeared and Misakitakakunoboru-himemiko newly assumed the position of Central Sun.
I explained that those who still have souls disappear in some cases. I have never dreamed that those taking high positions as heavenly empresses would disappear in such a manner.
It seems that new goddesses have succeeded to the posts of the two heavenly empresses. Two women visited our house this morning. “This woman is Susanna in the Book of Daniel. I suppose that Mrs. Seiko Nakanishi drew her illustration. I think the illustration greatly resembles her.

In the article I Introduced on August 9, Mr. Jacommeias says: “From July 27, 2016, the Earth has been vibrating at the 5th dimensional frequency exiting from the 3rd dimensional vibration. As I have already explained, on the day the Earth achieved one higher level of evolution and shifted from the 4th dimensional vibration to the 5th dimensional vibration.
It was on January 1, 2014 as I already conveyed that vibrational shift from the 3rd dimensional frequency to the 4th one occurred. How the shift occurred was introduced on the blog “From Sea of Light” and a part of it was introduced on this blog in the past.

However, even now, those who still have souls have their souls disappear due to a mistake in some cases. You will see some of them on this blog.
In a Q and A session of the vision, a woman says: “Evil will be wiped.” She says that evil will be destroyed one by one so as not to cause adverse effects on the society. I thought I might be able to see a vision. I enter the room and mediated. I saw the following visions around at 12:10.

(1)   A beautiful field of grass where may flowers bloom. I saw a young beautiful woman in a white dress on a rock. She looked like having a conversation with a white small bird on her finger.

According to an article dated August 9, “those who have chosen to stay at the 3rd dimension will shift from the existing Earth to another 3rd dimensional planet in the not far future.” This article reminded me of an article from Sputnik shown below, which I read in the past.  This article reminded me of the following article from Sputnik I read before. One of 3rd dimensional planets other than Earth where such people will move is probably TRAPPIST-1 third planet. I suppose the preparation for relocation has already been made. I imagine that the people who are called as SSP Alliance by Mr. Corey Goode may have gone on spaceship to this planet, where they are doing research.
And now, for something completely different, only one in 1000 people still has soul (jiva: individual self) at present. The remaining 999 people have their souls destroyed and they have only the physical body in a broad sense if they are lucky. As for the wicked people, many of them have both etheric double (light body) and plasma body destroyed and they have only the physical body in a narrow sense.

As mentioned above, very few people still have soul remaining intact. Forty-five percent of such people vibrate synchronously at the 5th dimensional frequency of Earth. The remaining 55 percent of the people still vibrate at the 3rd dimensional frequency, though they have still soul. Such people are the good but they usually turn their attention to limited range of interest and are strongly in tune with the physical consciousness. Such people are seen among many Olympic athletes on TV.
They do not tune to Earth evolution and they are, so to speak, dropouts. They have to restart their subsequent life from the beginning on another planet which is vibrating at the frequency close to the past Earth 3rd dimensional frequency. They can be reincarnated after life. However, those who have souls destroyed are not mere dropouts but rather people forced to quit school. They have to start again from scratch.
Approximately 80 percent of earthlings today are what Theosophy calls as the fifth root race (the Arian root race). They were reincarnated as humans for the first time about one hundred thousand years ago. They came into our higher dimensional solar system as life form approximately 12.29 billion years ago. They took enormous amount of time to be reincarnated on the material dimensional solar system for the first time approximately 3.96 billion years ago. Presumably, most of the earthlings who had souls destroyed will take about 12.29 billion years to evolve into humanity again in a stellar system of galaxy different from the Milky Way Galaxy approximately 522 million years later.

Atmosphere of the “Twin of Earth” Suitable for Life?

According to the British journal Nature, scientists succeeded in research and analysis of the atmosphere of earth-like planets most close to the earth for the first time. It was found that they are rocky planets and have atmosphere suitable for life.

In May this year, very rare star system TRAPPIST-1 was discovered. All the three are within so-called “habitable zone,” where water can be present in liquid form. They seem to have mass equivalent to the earth.

“Hubble” research team examined how the ray of the primary star passed through the atmosphere of the 2nd and the 3rd planets which are moving in orbit.

The examination confirms that the two planets have thin air and are not gas planets. The air may contain a large amount of water, carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen.

They were able to measure the mean temperature of each planet: 92℉ for the second planet, which is inconvenient place for life to live, and 41℉ for the third planet, which is more comfortable place for life to live. They are going to make a research of TRAPPIST-1 with “Hubble” and other telescopes in order to determine whether the planet is an environment suitable for birth of life.
