Shipping
- We ship your order by EMS (Express Mail Service).

After receiving your order, we ship your order within a week. Also we notify you of the tracking number.
Some special products (Such as Ajna Chart) take more days to arrive. - After shipment, the delivery will be completed within several days, which varies depending on your country. (It takes four to five days to deliver if you live in United States. Depending on the situation of delivery transport, customs clearance, and local handling conditions, the number of days will differ.)
- You can check out the delivery status by entering the tracking number which you receive from us on the EMS website.

We support only credit-card transactions through PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment system in which your credit card number is never known to the shop.

Cancelling, Returning, and Refunding
Cancelling before shipment
- We only accept your order cancellation before we ship it. In that case, please contact us via the form as soon as possible.
- Within a week after we accept your cancellation, we request PayPal to refund your payment. (See "Refunding via PayPal" described below)
Cancelling after shipment (Returning without errors on our part)
- Please contact us via form within a week after receipt of goods, if you cancel part or all of your order.
- Then please return products to our address. Shipping cost for the returned items should be paid at your end.
- Please return them by traceable shipping services like UPS. After shipment, please notify us of the tracking number via e-mail.
- Within a week after we receive it and confirm its content, we request PayPal to refund your payment. (See "Refunding via PayPal" described below)
Returning with errors on our part (Wrong items in shipping, or defective items)
- Please contact us via form within a week after receipt of goods, if you find errors on our part as wrong items in shipping or defective items.
- Then please return products to our address. We ask you to pay for return shipping cost, which we will refund later.
- Please return them by traceable shipping services like UPS. After shipment, please notify us of the tracking number via e-mail.
- Within a week after we receive it and confirm its content, we request PayPal to refund your payment. (See "Refunding via PayPal" described below)

We also refund the shipping cost you paid for by one of the two methods:
- If you have your own PayPal account, please let us know the e-mail address of your account. We refund it to your account.
- We give you a coupon, which has same value to it for a future purchase.
[Important] The cases we don't accept returning and refunding
We do not accept returning and refunding on the following condition:
- You request returning more than one week after receipt of goods.
- You request returning unpackaged or used products (except when you find defects after unpackaging or using)
- You request returning a part of products or course materials.
- You request returning damaged, soiled, or altered products.
Refunding via PayPal

We refund your payments by requesting PayPal to do that. After we request it, normally PayPal refunds your payment to your credit card within 30 days. As for details, please refer to the document about refunding by PayPal.
