背景には、ハザール・マフィアによる長年の金融支配と諜報活動に対する反発があるといいます。かつてこうしたイスラエルのスパイ活動や不祥事は揉み消されてきましたが、現在は機密情報の流出により、もはや隠蔽できない状況になってしまったようです。ハザール・マフィアは連邦準備制度を利用して巨額の不換紙幣を捻出し、軍を買収しようと試みているようですが、ホワイトハット側はこれに応じず、奪われた資産を差し押さえて国民の債務免除に充てるべきだと主張しています。
また、世界的な監視社会の構築に対する懸念も指摘しています。ピーター・ティールが進めるAIを用いた動物（牛群）管理システムは、将来的に人間を効率的に管理・追跡する大規模監視システムへ転用される危険性が懸念されています。こうした支配層の動きに対し、米軍は特殊部隊を動員して主要メディアやデータセンターの掌握、さらにはトランプの排除に向けた準備を進めているとあります。
中東情勢において、イスラエルによるイランへの核の脅しや偽旗作戦の試みが報じられてはいるものの、実際にはイスラエルのディモナ核施設はすでに無力化されており、世界を恐喝する能力は失われていると分析しています。イラン側のサイバー攻撃によって、イスラエルが計画していた軍事作戦や米国内での監視・抹殺対象者リストなどの機密データが流出したことも、彼らを窮地に追い込んでいます。また米国政府内部でも、政府の運営実態や特定の政治家の暗殺、さらにはＦＢＩからの圧力などといったことが次々と露呈しています。
米国内の財政状況も限界に達しており、連邦政府の債務は38.9兆ドル（GDP125％相当）に及んでいます。一方で、膨大な税金がNGOを通じて利権構造に流し込まれ、テロ資金や人身売買、あるいは指導者層のための地下都市建設に流用されてきた実態が、政府効率化省（DOGE）などの活動により次々と暴かれています。さらに、イランとの戦争が報じられる裏で、米国がイラン産原油を購入するといった矛盾した動きも確認されており、既存の権力構造が破綻回避のために必死の工作を続けている様子がうかがえます。
金融市場においても、ハザール・マフィアは破産を回避するために貴金属の価格操作や戦争危機の煽動を行っていますが、実態としてはイスラエルが国際的に孤立し、軍事的に重要である監視機を失うなど壊滅的な状況にあります。米軍がイスラエルのために戦うことを拒否しているため、彼らの支配力は急速に衰退しているようです。
司法の場においても、新型コロナワクチンを生物兵器とする告発や、組織犯罪法（RICO法）に基づく小児科学会への提訴などの動きが現れ、エプスタイン事件に関連した訴訟の追及も始まっているとあります。これまで「国家安全保障」の名の下に隠蔽されてきたロスチャイルド家などの支配層が戦争犯罪法廷に立たされるとき、この長きにわたる戦いは真の終焉を迎えることになると言って記事を結んでいます。
